Good hotel and location for the city.

Seemed more of a museum than a hotel. Very eclectic. Noisy outside with late night partying near the Roman Wall.

Off the wall design. Accordingly, lacking functionality in some areas of the room.. Nice site on the beach.

Good Hotel. One negative: no windows in the room!! Sense of confinement.

Only there one night, enjoyed seeing Prada museum. Seems odd to have staff and checkout in lobby on 9th floor, a little inconvenient for checkout at 6:15 AM from our room on 1st floor.

Very good location, near cathedral and Plaza Bib-Rambla. Hard to find front door to lobby on returning to hotel, kept coming back to back door which did not connect. After 3 days we figured it out.

Wonderful location, near Plaza Catalunya, excellent breakfasts, very good suggestions on restaurants with good local food

Staff very helpful, helping us get an early breakfast on day we went up Douro valley, and on day we left for airport. Also Fado performances were on first floor of hotel, and we really enjoyed it.

Absolutely stunning hotel - extremely comfortable and staff were exceptional. I would take one star off for a service which was provided for us. One thing negative it was the price of the laundry service - We received it back and it was still too damp to pack and compared to all other locations their prices were at least 3-4 times higher. That left a bad taste.

Beautiful facility. Lunch was our favorite meal on our trip The lady at the winery had a bit of an edge. Could have done without some sarcasm

WE did not do this had a different experience with this guide thanks to him and his boss for allowing us to change saw some beautiful beaches, spent time at a cafe overlooking the ocean and learning some really unique things.

Over rated. Beautiful at the top. Long cab to get there, get in a jeep and go quite a distance uncomfortable Chilly at night should advise people to bring a jacket or sweater.

Great tour - guide was a little too quiet. She was very knowledgeable but tough to hear.

Beautiful scenery - long drive. Not sure what happened but we had a driver who could not speak English. He tried very hard. Two drivers showed up and he was given us. Felt it should have been better organized. Not fair to him but he was unable to tell us about what we were seeing.

Was an experience to share a cultural passion. Too cramped in the facility

The experience was so so. I felt having to pay for everything to enter once there was ridiculous. Considering we paid for the tour. Montserrat was a bit of a bust for that reason but beautiful atmosphere. winery was ok

Montserrat is an amazing place. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and was excellent at sharing his knowledge. Given my wife's mobility issue he gave us options and recommended the cable car which limited the walking and turned out avoided traffic delays due to a pilgrimage group. He was tremendous. the winery tour took us to a beautiful winery where the tour was just the right amount of time and provided us a insight into the regions winery trade. A very pleasant morning.

My wife had fractured her foot. The guide and driver were excellent in tailoring the trip so we got to see the critical sites while limiting the walk. Sagrada Familia tour was outstanding. The old city was fascinating.

Staff not so friendly or forthcoming with help or recommendations. I felt like I was putting the reception staff out when asking for restaurant recommendations. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. Since our checkout was prior to breakfast service, the kitchen staff was nice enough to box take a way breakfast for us. Overall and "ok" experience.

Great location, staff and breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay. The lobby area was warm. The hotel bar was fantastic and the bartender was very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend.

This apartment was excellent. Great location. Clean, and easy to find. Keep in mind, if you get here prior to check in, you can store your bags at their office 5 minute walk away, and they charge $5 per bag. Also, if you can check in early, there is a $30 ealy check in charge. (one or the other cost will be incurred). The office staff was amazing, friendly and incredibly helpful desite how busy they were. One note, if you use the washer/. dry and DRY your cloths, the dry will completely wrinkle your clothing..so much that an iron or steamer will not remove wrinkles. It may not be worth using it. My jeans were like a crumpled ball of aluminum foil at the cycle end. despite this, Overall - 5 star.. Loved it and would recommmend!

The Barcelona Highlights tour was fantastic! Our guide, Ramon, was incredibly enthusiastic and made the experience so special. He had so much energy and excitement, it was contagious. He truly loved what he was doing and it showed in the way he guided us.

The guided Tuk-Tuk tour in Lisbon was a great choice, especially with all the hills in the city. It gave us a wonderful overview and made navigating the city on foot later much easier. The Tuk-Tuk took us to all the must-see places, and it was convenient to know how to revisit them afterward.

The Flamenco night was a lot of fun. We had front row seats, which was fantastic, as it felt like we were right in the middle of all the action. It was an entertaining and captivating experience.

Our excursion to Sintra and Pena Palace was made exceptional by our guide, Miguel. He was like a walking encyclopedia and had an impressive depth of knowledge about everything we saw. He answered all our questions and was so informative. It was a pleasure to be guided by someone so well-versed and intelligent.

The Hotel Gravina bent over backwards to make our arrival and stay at their establishment a delight. Daniel, the bartender hotel was particularly great, taking care of our desires and giving us great tips on places to go and see. Lovely accommodations.

The hotel and staff were fantastic! They all were, however the staff was especially great here and the setting and location were optimal!

Our visit to the Sagrada Família in Barcelona was amazing. The guide was knowledgeable and provided insightful information. However, having two tours in a day made it a bit overwhelming, with lots of walking and information to take in. If I were to do it again, I might book just one tour per day to have a more relaxed experience.

We were only here for one night. It is right on Grand Via, so right in the middle of things. Made it easy to walk to what we wanted to eat/see.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our room was enormous with our own private courtyard. The local was great.

Our guide was great and Cordoba was beautiful but I think the tour could be done in about 2 hours.

Got a very good overview of Seville and learned a lot of the Alcazar.

The Alhambra is incredible. I am so glad we opted for a private tour.

The White Camel has the potential to be amazing. However, they haven't quite figured it out yet. They didn't take a credit card on arrival, so we were expected to pay for each drink/snack etc and tip in cash which was tough at the end of the trip. Lunch was offered on the menu, but took over an hour to get served. The room was really nice but had no way to contact the front desk or ask questions. The pool was great but again no way to order a drink/snacks without tracking someone down. The dinner and live entertainment was great. The views are spectacular.

Fantasic location. CLose enough to everything, but out of the way from all the crazyiness of the city center. Staff were helpful. Bar scene was great with live music.

Amazing location. Every staff member was super helpful, top notch. Food was great. Service was incredible. When i'm back in Barcelona, this is where I will stay and will recommend to others.

Breakfast was not very good, and very overpriced

It was good but a little long.

Didn’t get to do this because they were Palestine protesters that were blocking taxis from coming and going to the Albacin area. We finally got an Uber to take us up and to take a picture and come right back down because we missed the sunset.

Nice hotel. Rooms are very small. Full size bed for 2 grown adults and nowhere to put uggage. We tried to upgrade to a larger room but hotel was booked.

This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything was 5 starts from the breakfast to the rooms and the spa.

This was a visit to a beautiful medieval town up in the mountains and then a ciao to the coastline. It was a very nice day

Sagrada Familia was absolutely amazing. Definitely worth going to see. There was a mix up with our meeting location with our tour guide so that was a bit stressful but once we got to the location it was amazing.

This was a small group. Got real hands on experience making paella, gaspacho and creme brulee.

This was also one of our favorite experiences. Chema our tour guide was amazing. He was so knowledgeable

The Alcazar was amazing. They was so much rick history. Plus it was fun to see where some of Hame of Thrones was filmed.

Seville is a beautiful town. Really enjoyed walking around

Flamenco show was amazing. Our tour guide took us to some local tapas bar. Fun night

Toledo is a very magical place. It felt like going back in time. Out tour guide was a local, which i really liked.

Another one of my favorite experiences. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable of the area. We found so many great local tapas spots.

This was one of my favorite tours. The Royal Palsce was so incredible. Our tour guide was very fun and knowledgeable.

Workable for the one day we were in town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a section dedicated to local foods!

Looks old but very modern. They serve a great breakfast and dinner!

They had been entered our reservation for the wrong date but were able to accommodate us. It is an old hotel that needs a facelift. The front desk, bar and restaurant staff were all very nice.

Great location for drop off/pick up rides because it is on one of Barcelona's 45 degree corners and restaurants right across the street.

This was more than a boat ride on the Douro River. Just getting there and back was so much fun with stops along the way at two wineries and lunch at a small, fabulous restaurant.

You have to enjoy modern art.

Crazy fun and be prepared walk, drink and to eat a lot!

We went to Monticello. Great tour guide and fun experience with the various wine barrels.

Marta told us about her history with wine. We loved sampling local wines.

We went to Laus Winery. You get a lot of food with the wine pairing. Loved the cork stools and the video.

Nice way to get a feel for the city on your first day.
