Trying to decide between a few different treks

A couple looking to visit Nepal in October 2017

“Hi, it's early days, but I came up with this idea to do a short holiday in Nepal with my 25 year old son. He just finished school... I will talk to him about it this weekend. My idea was to do a trekking of approx 12-15 days, I was thinking Manaslu circuit or Langtang. Gokyo lakes was my 3rd option, but there might be others.
I was in Nepal with my wife last october/november and we did AnnapurnaBC (and Bardya), which we enjoyed a lot. It's very hard to decide between trekkings, some of my wishes and concerns:
- trekking with good acclimitization
- alternative in case of altitude sickness
- we are fit, but what makes Manaslu more strenuous than AnnapurnaBC?
- money, Mustang is too expensive for a short trip
Also curious about conditions in Langtang region since it reopened not long ago and of course about weather conditions second half of May. It's not sure at all that we are going, depending on job opportunities etc. If not, we might make it later this year though.”
