Ayoub Benalla, our driver was so great. He was professional, helpful, kind and considerate at all times. He was concerned about everyone's desires and needs. He made the trip very special.

Jazmine, Sharif, Hanan, were three guides in Tangier, Fes and Marrakesh that each added so very much to our experiences. Sharif is so well educated and informed. But also kind and sweet to us.

Hanan though was our delight. She has a gentle aura while being incredibly informed and kind.

Yusef in Merzhuga was one of the most articulate people I've even met.

All of the Riad's were good with the exception of Chefchaon, which while run by lovely people was a dark unpleasant place to stay. There wasn't even a glass a single glass in the room to have a drink of water, much less a bottle of water. The Riad in Tangiers was delightful, the Riad in Fes was quite lovely, in a traditional old home. The Riad in Marrakesh was another lovely, comfortable well appointed place. The Hotel is Skoura was of course palatial. It was so elegant, a little bit of paradise. The gardens, the swimming pool, all of the rooms were divine. Breakfast under the ancient olive tree was a once in a lifetime experience.

The camp in the Merzhuga desert was very well run. The tents were lovely and the whole experience was excellent.

The one thing that I didn't like about this trip is that I wished it wasn't so shopping centric. I didn't really want to stop at all of the herbalist, and oil and soap making facilities. There should only have been one of those on the whole trip. But it came up over and over and I felt an uncomfortable pressure to buy things I didn't want to buy. There were at least three of those stops scheduled.

Ayoub was our prize on this trip. We will never forget this Amerzigh kind person.

Such a wonderful 14 days of exploring this beautiful country. Our driver, Ilyace, picked us up at Tangier Med and quickly became our new best friend. He was helpful, informative, friendly, very easy to talk to, and a great driver, We absolutely loved and appreciated how Ilyace made every step of this journey feel easy and stress-free.
We started at Chefchaouen, then to Fes, the Merzouga desert, Boumalne Dades, Marrakesh, Essaouira, and ended in Casablanca - with many interesting stops along the way. It’s impossible to say which part of this journey was the best, as each piece of it offered new and wonderful experiences.
Each guide offered us a great insight into the history and beauty of each of the places we explored. Azdin in Fes, Yusuf in the Merzouga Desert, Mohammed in Boumalne Dades, Hanan in Marrakesh and Hassan in Essaouira.

Our fabulous driver, Ilyace, was there and waiting for us when we arrived off the ferry. He helped us to become familiar with the country and the surroundings as we drove. Chefchaouen was a beautiful town to visit. We loved walking through the streets and seeing all the beautiful blue stairways. Walking up to the Spanish mosque to see the sunset was fabulous as well.

We can’t say enough about our trip through Morocco. Thank you KimKim and Original Travels. We never had to worry about anything. We had a wonderful trip to Morocco - it was our first time and kimkim.com made it easy to connect with our local planner, Majid. Majid iterated with us on the itinerary and was super responsive on kimkim. He did a great job helping us create the perfect itinerary. The riads and hotels he suggested were super fun for us. And he connected us with our local driver and guide, Mouad.
Mouad was great! He drove us all over Morocco seeing the sites and explaining about the local culture and experiences of living there. Mouad was super friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to procure pomegranates, apples, dates or anything else we needed.
We are already looking forward to our next trip to Morocco and would gladly use them again!

Aziz was our Guide/Driver who was with us throughout our entire trip from the time he picked us up from Casablanca airport and dropped us at Marrakech airport. He was an amazing person, very knowledgeable and provided extensive and detailed answers about the Moroccan history, culture and current political affairs. He was a very careful and vigilant driver when we could comfortably dose off on hectic days🙂.

Aziz was extremely friendly, polite and respectful. His guidance and support throughout our trip made our experience really memorable.

Our trip to Morocco was terrific. From the planning to the on the ground handling worked like a charm. Our river Illyach was great. We enjoyed his company throughout the entire week. He was always on time, had a lot of insight into visiting his country and always took care of anything we needed. He knew his way around , gave us advice on what we were going to see, and was very friendly and personable. We couldn’t, have asked for anyone better.
All the guides were also great. The new their history and what was important to show us and explain to us about their cities.
All accommodations from Marrakesh, the luxury Tiziri camp , Palau’s Amani, to Dar Jasmine were comfortable, clean, and lovely places to put your head down after a rich and exhausting day.
The most remember adventure of the trip the desert experience and the most remembered person would be our driver Illyach who represented his country and his company very well. Great job !

Beautiful view of the blue city. Lovely accommodations. We had to leave well before breakfast and they packed us a breakfast to go. They also had staff handle our luggage on a rather long stairway down to street level to meet our driver.. A definite 5 star hotel🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

Ishmal was professional,personable & informative. Very pleasant personality. The Riad's were amazing,each one got better in each city.Especially, La Maison de Araibe. Highly recommend the Hammam,best massage ever & my first body scrub. Wish there was one in the U.S. The staff at all the Riad's were helpful & accomodating. The people of Morocco were welcoming. Loved Fes,Marrakesh a little too chaotic. I felt we needed a few more days for a little downtime. Dinner with the family was insightful & delicious however it would have been more enjoyable if it weren't just us & the host & hostess.
The desert experience could have been timed better since we missed the sunset because our group didn't take the advice of the guide & insisted on changing the spot he suggested, but awakened to a beautiful sunrise. The staff made my birthday celebration memorable. The restaurant selections were perfect.
Missed Casablanca drive by Mosque because our plane was delayed several hours,disappointing...
Suggestion, less time spent with vendors,fabricators even though we made some purchases but felt obligated to listen to very long dissertations.
An unpleasant situation arose at Marrakesh airport, our driver dropped us in the parking lot & arranged a porter to take our luggage without telling us there was a charge & when we got to check in the porter insisted on 10E which seemed unreasonable and we were blindsided.
All that aside, we would highly recommend KIM KIM & Majid!

It was a longer then 7 hours & little time to get to desert to see sunset. We didn't get there until after 6 and sunset was around 7. Just barely made it with 3-4 minutes then our group wanted to relocate view against our & the guide's suggestion so we missed it.... Long camel ride then returned to camp in total darkness. Disappointed but loved the camel ride & the beautiful desert. Better experience then in Dubai

Abdellah was excellent. During the planning, he incorporated our requests, responded promptly and was always available.
We were very pleased with our driver, Illayce (excuse my misspelling). His driving was excellent, was always prompt and shared many interesting stories making a personal connection. Our guides-Hannan and Sharif were well informed and personable.
Our accommodations were very nice. The hotel in Boulmane Dades was adequate, but not as luxurious as other; however, the meal served was fabulous and the best we had.
The camel ride and evening in the desert was a highlight of the trip.
All in all, we were very happy with the plans and accommodations arranged by Kimkim.

Returned two days ago from an amazing trip to Morocco.
Mouad, our driver and main host was a delight. He was always cheerful, loved pleasing us and showed his pride in his culture, heritage and country every step of the way. He shared with us some insights on the native customs, products and sites. He was eager to please and made sure all our needs were met. No one could ask for a better host.
Majid, although it was always virtual, he was always responsive to any questions we had and checked on us throughout the trip to ensure everything was to our liking.

We had such a great trip. Majid was great at meeting our specific needs for the trip and was so responsive before and during you could not ask for more. We were 5 friends traveling together and were in a van all nine days. Our drive and guide Moaud was so delightful!!. He made sure we were well taken care of and went above and beyond to share his country and culture with us. His radiant smile greeted us every morning and never stopped the whole day. I can't say enough about Mouad or how much he made our trip special.

Our guide Yoesph, in Rabat was great. He had a great depth of knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions. and we had a lot. I would highly recommend him if you are going to the capital city.

In Fes we had a whole day in the Medina with Hikam. He grew up in the Medina so he knows every crook and cranny. He shared a out of the way place for mint tea, it was great. Then we stopped for fava bean soup (Basarra) with the locals it was great. You can't miss with him as your guide.

Ali took us around the old medina in Marakeesh and he was a wealth of knowledge and knows his history inside out.
Later that day we went on a food tour with Hamid. He took us to some local places where we tasted some chic pea soup (harira) and Moroccan doughnuts that were great. Then the tangier restaurant was the best ending. You can't go wrong with Hamid as your food guide.

Don't miss going the Sahara desert camel ride with a stay at camp. We wish we would had two nights there, next time. The Dades Gorge was an unexpected surprise and another day to hike would have been nice.

Our trip was so fun and we all would go back.

Loved every minute of our tour of Fes. The Medina was beyond expectations. My sister was dupped out of $20.00 outside of our Riad. Mouad and Hikam found the man and got my sister's money back. Was above and beyond what was expected. Also we had a member who was sick and Mouad and Hikam got her water and cumin which really helped. They both were fantastic.

Our trip to Morocco was fantastic - Majid was an excellent help in planning the trip - so responsive to our questions, so flexible when we had to change details and dates and was always there to ask a question.
Mouad - our driver - the best ever - he was the nicest guy, so kind, so responsive to our needs and very knowledgeable about the country - travelling in a small group with a driver meant we learnt so much about the Moroccan people and culture. He was always there when we needed him, organized everything so well and cannot recommend him more.

Guides in other cities:
Youseff - in Rabat - he was excellent too - great English and knowledgeable
Hakim - Fes - the best guide ever - so nice, so helpful and great English
Abdul - Kasbah Amridil (?) - he was great, we learnt so much!
Ali - city tour in Marrakech - he was good, maybe a little too detailed and slow but nice guy
Hamid - food tour in Marrakech - we liked him and the food was great!

Everything was great - the only comment I would make is that we did a LOT of driving and in retrospect maybe another day in the desert would have been good and one less in Marrakech?
