Our trip was wonderful..Our drivers Ana and John were excelkent .Friendly and amazing druving skills and patient with our regular stops. They were wonderful to accomodate another person in our tour at the last minute.Marvin our guide was good and found great restaurants fir lunch Hillside Inn in Batad and Misty Inn in Sagada were both charming and served delicious food.
The terraced rice fields and Echo Valley were amazing and despite the long drive well worth it.Abother trip off my bucket list.Thanks Leo for your help and advice

We had a great trip and everything Oxana recommended and organised for us was fantastic. I would highly recommend both Kimkim and Oxana.

Tour at Nicky Amazon Lodge exceeded my expectation. My favorite part was exploring the night life of the Amazon rainforest. It is something I would never think because it was not mentioned in the textbook. Birding watching and hiking options at Bellavista was very good. This would not be possible without kimkim. Kimkim's online platform was helpful because I had a busy schedule and their advice and support made a difference in my decision-making process. To the point, the trip was well-tailored thanks to kimkim's service.

Trying to plan our trip to Machu Picchu and the sacred valley online was confusing and stressful but Kristy smoothed out everything for us. She arranged transportation and provided us with an extremely knowledgeable guide, David. He was widely read and taught us about so much of the history of the Inca and pre-Incan peoples of the area. Our visit to Peru was much richer than we would have had on our own. We will use the KimKim team again.

We had a wonderful family trip to Morocco during December (9 days).
We explored the beautiful land full of culture and enchantment.
Everywhere we went we met great people who extended their warmth to us.
Brahim guided us along the way since the early planning stages till we left.
The trip was immaculately planned and we mostly stayed in Riad's (local boutique hotels) and travelled by road to explore the country. Our driver Rashid picked us up at the airport in Marrakech and stayed with us the entire almost 2000 kms we drove. He was extremely courteous and helpful even going the extra mile and taking photos and guiding us where necessary.

We thank Orion travels and Kimkim for creating wonderful memories on this trip.

This trip so far exceeded expectations that it is hard to know where to begin this review. Tasos did an amazing job of customizing our 8-night trip to Athens and the Peloponnese to fit our family group’s unique mix of interests and personal style. We wanted to and did take in some of the “must sees”, such as the Acropolis and other ancient Athenian sites as well as the Acropolis Museum, which we explored on a wonderful private tour focusing on mythology and guided by warm and knowledgeable former archeologist. Another day, we explored the Mycenae archeological site and beautiful coastal town of Nafplio with Ilias, a historian, as our guide. Although both these experiences were wonderful, and made all the more so by the relative uncrowdedness resulting from our unconventional choice to visit Greece in December, it was the more personalized experiences that Tasos arranged that really set this trip apart. These included: (1) a wonderful day of rock-climbing with a fantastic and knowledgeable guide, Kostas, who took us to a stunningly beautiful location on the cliffs near Nafplio with routes for widely differing levels of climbers and helpful instruction for those who needed it; (2) a spectacular mountain hike above the clouds guided by Nick, who provisioned us well with both equipment and a satisfying lunch and Mountain Tea prepared by his wife, Daphne (we asked for and were given the recipe for her raw cereal bars; yum!); and (3) a visit to an organic olive farm and vineyard guided by Carola and effusively welcomed by farmer Dmitri and his family, who was the soul of hospitality and with whom we shared a wonderful home cooked lunch under his arbor; and (4) a tour of Athens street art with Niko (???), an engaging professional graphic artist.

Our accommodations were all charming and comfortable, ranging from a magical old stone bed and breakfast far off the beaten path in the mountain village of Kefalari, to artistic and eclectic suites in Nafplio, to elegant hotels in Athens and the Athenian Riviera.

Tasos and his team provided an extraordinary and thoughtful level of service. This included providing our party with a Greek cell phone with our itinerary pre-loaded and including google map links to all our destinations. It also included the services of our wonderful driver in Athens, Lampros, who was fantastic in meeting all our flights (including a much delayed 3:00 a.m. arrival!) and getting us to and from our city tours. Tasos and Lampros even got me an appointment with an eye clinic when I arrived in Athens with a terrible eye allergy, and Lampros came with me to the appointment to translate.

In sum, I cannot say enough good things about this trip and the incredible level of service provided by Tasos and his team.

The entire trip from start to finish was beyond brilliant . Our driver Mohammed was so knowledgeable and catered to our needs . A highlight of the trip was Wadi Rum Jeep tour . Thank you Amanda for your seamless and stress free travel plans.

Kelly and Valentin both did an amazing job, all our accommodation was first class, loved the wineries tour although that was probably because we were only 4 people , Ken our driver was great.

The overall trip was very well organised and the guides and drivers were very punctual. The two local guides we had in Yangon, Ms Kyi Kyi Aye and Mr Min Thu Swe in Bagan were very knowledgeable and friendly. They made a big difference to the trip.

The whole trip was amazing. Gabor and his team, especially the tour guide Danny were excellent

I couldn't be happier with my experience. Sylvia is great to work with and helped me plan my perfect trip.

I looked at a few of the ready made trips on Kim Kim to get an idea of what I wanted. Then I reached out to Sylvia. We set up a phone call. She offered suggestions and I told her what I was interested in doing. We had a few back and forths before we settled on my ideal itinerary. The whole thing was super easy!

Before we left: We had a flight change and Sylvia was able to make a few adjustments to our trip. Again, all seamless on my end. We were also provided a detailed itinerary which included recommended items to bring each event.

Things were great from the moment we arrived in Costa Rica. Someone met us at arrivals and explained our transportation to our hotel. Sylvia, and Horizontes, arranged all of our transportation to each different city. We decided on doing quite a few tours and all we had to do was be at a designated spot at a specific time. We did canyoning, hot springs, hiking, nature walks sky walk and a coffee tour. Everyone was so nice and helpful and all of the guides were extremely knowledgeable. Also, everyone was punctual so we never had to wait and wonder where our ride was. While in country, we had a WhatsApp phone number we could text 24/7 in case we had any questions. This is great because our phone service wasn't reliable all the time. Responses were always very timely.

Horizontes even arranged for our original driver from the airport to be our final driver back to the airport. It was a nice touch.

Things I would do differently - I'll start by saying this trip is EXACTLY what I asked for. This is my first time using a travel agent and I didn't think to ask some questions. So this is more for anyone else who is a first timer. One hike, which I specifically requested, was about 1.5 hours from town so it made for a long day. The hike was beautiful, but we probably wouldn't have done it if we knew we'd be in a vehicle for 3 hours. Next time, I'll ask about time and distance. The only other thing I'd probably request is a range of hotels. Again, we got exactly what we asked for but next time I'll ask to see one in each category.

I would definitely recommend Sylvia to anybody looking to plan their Costa Rica trip.

What can I say about planning, it was started with no one was waiting for us at the airport when we landed as it was planned to transfer us to local airport for our connecting flight to eglissdir. Fortunate enough Mr S was outside the airport and was able to find him by asking few people outside the airport. Only problem during the trip and after such a small issue everything was just planned perfectly.
Preeti, Halldor and Herbert all were just great with everything from very beginning stage of the trip planning.
Even tour guide Jenn during glacier walk was very carring and knowledgeable.
Marcin, during ice cave tour just perfect. Due to very windy condition 70MPH+ wind, when every tour company cancel the trips, was able to take us for the tour on the glacier.
Both Jenn and Marcin, I would definitely recommend to request of them for anyone who is planning the trip. Both are great helping hands for having 5 female ranging in age from 17 to 47.
Having only 4 hours of daylight, Trip was planned very well. Driving on the south coast starting from Eglissdir and ending it in Reykjavik by staying in nearest hotels of the activities we requested to do such as Glacier hike, ice cave tour and snowmobiling.
Visiting Blue Lagoon on the day of our departure was just perfect before the six hours of flight home.
I strongly recommend to use Kim Kim team of Preeti,Halldor and Herbert for trip of beautiful Iceland. We will definitely use them for our future trip to Iceland in Summer months to experience midnight Sun.
Though we were unfortunate for not being able to see the Northern Lights as it was the warmest December in 17yrs informed by receptionist at hotel Ranga one the hotel we stayed. We will have to visit Iceland winter month also.
After visiting so many different countries, i can say Iceland is one country that we will be taking trip to in different seasons over and over again, such a BEAUTIFUL , PEACEFUL COUNTRY full of fresh air.

I wanted to travel to Uganda for gorilla habituation, golden monkey habituation, and chimpanzee habituation. Agnes was a great help in answering all my questions promptly, and she helped organize the whole trip itinerary for me given the activities I wanted to do. From the moment I landed in Uganda to the moment I left, everything was well taken care of. I had a great time seeing many different types of primates in Uganda, and I highly recommend Agnes and her tour company.

Mathias helped us plan a very last minute Christmas trip to Ecuador, and it turned out to be an amazing trip! He went through the trip plan multiple times even with limited time left before to the trip and responded to our questions pretty promptly. We spent 5 days in the Galapagos and 3 days in Quito. For the Galapagos -- We especially love the uninhabited island Seymour where we saw so many animals and the yacht was really nice! We were really amazed by the rich culture and nature around Quito. We especially enjoyed our time with David who took us to Cotopaxi National Park. All the tour guides pick us up on time. In addition, we realized the price Kimkim offered is really reasonable after we cross-checked the hotel and tour prices.

Monica did a great job organizing all our transport including transfers, flight, and set up with a rental car, making it easy and stress free to get from place to place. Our favorite parts of the trip were staying in Bahia Drake to explore the deserted beaches in our free time and exploring the cloud forests in Monteverde and Santa Elena. The freebie from Kim Kim to Tabacon Hot Springs in Arenal was also much appreciated at the end of the trip :) All the staff at the hotels were friendly and accommodating. It was a great trip!

Working with Adreana was a pleasure. She kept modifying the plan based on my comments to get me the perfect trip.
When we went there everything was organized and on time, all the guides spoke english and were very knowledgeable.

Everything planned worked out perfectly without a single glitch. Our guide and transportations all showed up and were timely and professional. I highly recommend staying at the Bubble and experience it at least for a night. It was one of the highlights of the trip. When we visited the South Coast's glacier tongue, lagoon and Diamond Beach, glacier caves and is when we truly felt we were in Iceland. Tip: Go to the glacier lagoon at sunset, order your beer or hot cocoa and watch the sun set. Beautiful. Thank you for putting together a wonderful itinerary for us. Takk!

The guides provided were all excellent and they know their job well. Starting in Yangon we're greeted by Cherry Kyaw who attended to our need in details and with always a smile. In Mandalay, after a delay of our flights from Yangon, we're greeted by Lu Wine who immediately took us to a lovely dinner. We arranged for an early morning start for a sunrise at Mandalay Hills. No problems there. After the morning sunrise shoot, went back to the hotel breakfast after which we continue for the day's itinerary. Finishing the day for sunset at U Bien bridge. The next day was also an early start for morning sunrise at U Bien Bridge again after that the day continues. In the afternoon drove all the way to Bagan and was met the next day by our Bagan guide, Soe Kar Ar who took care of us for the next two days. Went on to Inle Lake through the Shan Mountains road, wonderful scenic drive. Our guide for this sector, Thet Wai was just as wonderful. All in all we had a wonderful 10 nights 11 days trip. Will always recommend Anne if you want a trip well organised and enjoyable.

Our trip to Morocco was absolutely one of the best experiences in our life! It took several tries to create the right itinerary for us as we had specific timelines and locations, but Brahim was very helpful in coordinating the agenda and is very knowledgeable on the best routes. We went Marrakech, Ourzazate, Erg Chebbi, Fez, Chefchouen, and Casablanca, and I would recommend to not miss any one of these cities because they each entrance you like no other. Along with many others we made stops at on the way, like the Berber Kasbah and the Todra Gordes. These are sights you cannot find anywhere else!
Our Driver Mohammed was fantastic. He spoke great English, was reliable, gave us good recommendations, shared the history about all the places we came across and ensured we felt safe at all times. We really liked our City guides in Marrakech and Fez. They were extremely knowledgeable about the rich history and present culture, helped us navigate through the city so well that the 6-8 hours we had felt like 2, and they led us to experience true life like the locals. They really listened to any of our requests and made it all happen. Our favorite was definitely the Erg Chebbi experience. The people there are so kind and so great! And knowing it was my birthday trip, Brahim and the team really made it an even better experience. I would absolutely request all these people again.
With that said, with the cost of the trip, although in good locations I thought the hotels in most locations could have been a lot better. We booked our own hotel in Marrakech and that was by far the best one we had. The ones booked by the agency were probably 2.5 stars, but service in each was very good. We barely stayed there, so it wasn’t terrible, but I would expect better knowing the conversion rate.
The other things we weren’t too fond of is the stops we would make that were represented as an experience, but really we were being coerced to buy things- Rugs, Leather, Art. Some folks might enjoy this, and we did enjoy some of the places for sure, but ended up spending way too much time on these.
Lastly, we changed our flight arrangements to leave out of Casablanca so we can visit Rick’s Café, but only found out there that they open in the evening, and our itinerary had us there only during the day, so we really never saw the city after making the changes, and that was a bit disappointing.
For food, we were taken to some nice restaurants, and made our own reservations in Marrakech but mainly followed our guides advice, and were not disappointed. But you have to be prepared to eat whatever is around at the time, or I would suggest to always get something for the road.
All in all, a great experience with everyone we met along the way! The service and hospitality is 5-stars!

Had a great holidays in Hanoi and Sapa. Fortunate to be blessed with good weather in both locations, although the cloud was a bit too low when we were in Sapa. Hence, missed the beutiful view of the valley from the Heavens Gate. On the whole, it was a good programme planned by Alex. The local guides were good and helpful.
