Abdul was a fabulous guide. We would have walked in circles in Chefchaouen without him leading the way. Thank you for showing us your beautiful town and for the friendly conversation. It was one of the highlights of our trip!

I don't have enough positive things to say about our experience with KimKim and Original Travels. Not only was the service super easy to use, but having a local plan our trip made the experience all the more special. It felt like we were really able to maximize the limited time we had in Morocco and leave having gotten a great overview of the country, which is no easy feat given how much there is to see and experience (I will definitely be going back!). A special shoutout to Ali and Said who were very responsive, easy to communicate with, and did an excellent job customizing our experience to us.

Perhaps the true star of our trip, however, was our local driver, Tayeb. He went above and beyond in making us feel welcome — meeting all of our needs, providing great recommendations, keeping us safe, and teaching us so much about Moroccan history and culture. He made our experience unforgettable, and we left feeling like we'd made a true friend. Make sure to request him directly when you book! You'll be in the best of hands.

My Husband and I just returned from a amazing 15 day Morocco tour with Morocco Immersion.We had the best driver that we could have asked for Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure things ran smoothly even going out of the way to track down a pharmacy that sold tweezers since I forgot mine at home and got a splinter.Ahmad was not only punctual but kept the van clean every night when he washed it.Ahmad took us to his personal home in Rose Valley to meet his family and have a delicious home cooked meal by his own mother.We had several local stand out guides throughout the trip in each location Abdul in Dades Valley was extremely knowledgeable,Said in Fez was funny and did a excellent job of both entertaining us and educating at the same time.The stand outs for us were the private cooking classes in Fez and Marrakesh also the over night in the luxury camp in the Sahara.Raid's that were chosen for us were all clean and well maintained.

Our trip to Morocco was a blast - it's a wild, beautiful, culturally rich country. The whole team that we worked with (mostly Majid, Hassan, Hassan) were all top-notch. Great communication, well organized, flexible, accommodating, and knowledgable. They helped me organize an incredible engagement in the Sahara dessert that was so magical. Our driver, Hassan, made us feel safe while keeping us informed on the amazing cultures throughout the country. All of the accommodation and activities were fun, informative, and a once in a lifetime opportunity. Highly recommend a trip to Morocco!

Driver Ousama was the best, makes extra effort to our needs, very knowledgeable about the cities he is driving us. His driving is safe & comfortable.
The only problem with Humza he did not inform us when the Vehicle was switch to lower category Vehicle.

Our recent trip to Morocco was nothing short of magical, and I can’t recommend it enough. I especially want to highlight our driver, Tayeb, who made the entire experience extraordinary. He was not only professional and reliable, but also warm, kind, and deeply knowledgeable. Tayeb went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe, comfortable, and connected to the culture at every step. I would recommend to anyone planning a trip that you ask for Tayeb by name—he truly made our journey what it was.

The Riyadh in Marrakesh was really nice. Our room was laid out in an odd way with the showers and bathrooms located kind of in the middle of the room, which wasn't ideal for privacy when traveling with my daughter. It was a bit quirky, but I guess that's part of the charm of these older historical buildings. Overall, it was a good experience staying there.

The hotel is lovely and the staff very helpful, but oddly some basics fell way short. We stayed at Barcelo Anfa Casablanca on our first night in Morocco and again 9 days later on our way out of the country. In both rooms, the water leaked onto the floor. There seems to be some design problem with the showers. On our 2nd stay, the room had lnly one towel for two people and there was only a partial roll of toilet paper that didn't last the night. There was also no hairdryer in the room and no hooks in the bathroom for a toiletry bag or towel. These oversights made for a less than ideal stay and we ended up making an urgent call for delivery of toilet paper and a dry towel, the already used towel was on the floor soaking up water when we realized there was not another one. A hotel of this caliber should and could do better.

Marrakech Evening Food Tour

The Marrakech Evening Food Tour could have been scheduled earlier in the trip. By the time we did it, we had already tried much of the Moroccan cuisine on our own. The guide wasn't very engaging, or perhaps it was a language barrier issue, but it wasn't quite the warm experience we had with the other guides during the trip.

We had a wonderful introduction to Morocco. We deeply appreciated learning about its culture, history and hope for the future.

The historical and cultural sites exceeded our expectations and enriched our knowledge of Morocco. The camel rides and glamping were exciting, but the visits to the Medinas, Kasbahs, and souks were major highlights and educational opportunities. The sights, sounds, smells and sensory aspects all enhanced the experience.

Our guides, Chakib and Hassan were particularly outstanding. However, the pièce de resistance - our superb, competent, caring and funny driver Ayoub- is really what made the difference! We would recommend him anytime and would absolutely use his services again.

We also appreciated the attentiveness of many of the Riads and hotels. We also had a great camel attendant, Abdul on our sunset trek in the Sahara.

Wonderful property. We were given a tour on arriving which made for a good first impression. The pool, restaurant and entry ways made for a great feel. The room was nicely appointed but alas the bathroom configuration with a tub without a glass partition with a hand held shower was not easy to maneuver without giving the floor a good soaking. The staff were all wonderful, in particular our waiter at dinner and breakfast, Lassene (sp?) who was not only helpful but incredibly professional. He was truly excellent! The welcome at reception should also be noted.

Wonderful experience! The camel ride was well done. Our camel, Abdul, was very caring and competent helping us to enjoy the moment. The entire environmentally friendly concept of the camp was immensely appealing to us and we were quite appreciative. Everything was good from the lodging, to the staff, to the food, and the entertainment around the campfire. The only problem was that while the shower was great , the drain seemed to have been blocked as the water didn’t flow out even overnight. Apart from that one issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Interesting and eclectic room. The rest of the Riad also had a very original and authentic feel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Lovely ambience. Apart from that we quite enjoyed our stay there.

What an amazing trip! We stayed at beautiful Riads within walking distance to markets that were open night and day and had many, many restaurant from which we could eat (all with great food). We visited a mosaic factory and purchased beautiful keepsakes. We stayed at a camp on the outskirts of the Sahara desert where we rode camels into the desert at sunset and hunted for fossils (found many). We were invited to visit a local home where a delicious dinner of local foods was prepared and served to us and we had the opportunity to talk about life in Morocco. Our driver and guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The souks were exciting but unlike other countries, no one hassled you to buy.
I strongly recommend taking Kimkim tours as they are well organized, the lodging is remarkable, and the sightseeing is superb. You won't be disappointed!

During our entire trip we were very well cared for. Knowledge snd communication skills of drivers and guides made us feel very comfortable. Which enhanced our experience of beautiful Morocco
Ahmed our 1 driver was especially friendly and fun to be with. He made our safety his highest concern.
The 2nd driver back to Casablanca took us to FedEx. When well left he made sure to ask if we had all our belongs including getting passport back. Which was not given back to me. So I was able to go retrieve it immediately. Which I’m so thankful for.

Morocco we loved you. From the people, food, music and of course their Moroccan whiskey (tea). It’s been about a month and my husband and I still talk about the experience we had. We have never hired someone to book our accommodations and this was by far the best way to get a real feel for this country. I want to specifically speak on how amazing our driver and now friend Soufiane was with recommendation how knowledgeable he was and passionate about his country when he spoke about Morocco, he spoke about it with so much pride and love that one visiting . Thank you so much!

The trip was well planned and the Riad’s were fabulous. Way better than big international hotels and the people therewere so lovely. Our driver , Soufiane, is an excellent driver and handled the horrible roads and long days admirably.
Zara our guide in Fez, was terrific, we really enjoyed our day with her.
Glamping in the Sahara was a standout part of the trip, but after a 9 hr drive from Fez, we were put onto the camels and sent off without any break or instructions from the camel handlers.
Marrakesh Medina is easy to navigate , even though it’s completely crazy, so would have preferred the guide to be with us for a tour of marrakesh , rather than the Medina. It was a short half day tour, and we had to plan a quick drive around marrakesh ourselves, on the way to the airport, otherwise we wouldn’t have seen any of it outside the Medina.

Both Hicham Driver and guide were excellent. They made sure we were safe and well taken care of during the trip

Unfortunately I only experienced the first few days of the tour as I had a medical problem and needed to head home. The hotels were great, and my one day on the tour where we visited the mosque in Casablanca was fantastic. I was unsure why we were dropped off at a mall for the afternoon.

The only disappointment was the driver and van. It was very uncomfortable and should have had at least a chilly bin with drinks and better seats for the long trips and hot weather. I think this was sorted for future days after I left.

The driver had very limited knowledge and was really just a taxi driver. He also used his phone while driving which was very dangerous as he was unsure of directions.

I did appreciate the ride back to Casablanca so I could catch my flight home.

Our family of 4 had the best vacation exploring Morocco, and doing it with Oussama was truly the way to go. It was a 9 day trip and from start to finish, the experience was smooth and easy—like white glove treatment. Oussama was friendly, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the roads, sights, and local highlights. His driving skills were amazing, confidently navigating Morocco’s traffic with ease. He was always prompt and courteous, looking out for our comfort and safety throughout. Traveling in his new, very comfortable van made the long miles effortless. We felt completely cared for and protected in his capable hands. Highly recommend experiencing Morocco this way with Oussama!

Ayoub was an amazing and friendly guide, and his deep knowledge of Marrakech made our visit truly memorable. We also enjoyed Mohamed on the food tour and other local guides for the city and medina. Saïd ensured everything went smoothly and showed us how valuable great guides are to truly enjoy Marrakech and its surroundings. Highlights included the Majorelle Gardens, a walk in the Atlas Mountains with a wonderful meal at a Berber family home, and a desert day trip with a camel ride. Highly recommended!

From planning the trip to implementing the various itinerary changes, KimKim attempted to keep us happy with our daily activities. They succeeded, our driver Redouane, was tremendous about suggesting and making dinner reservations, picking us up on demand with a smile and keeping our daily trips on schedule. I thought they all did an outstanding job. Highlights for our group was the Fez tour and guide, the Rabat tour and guide and the Marrakesh Cooking course. They were exceptional with the others were very good! Great adventure and great memories.

Easy to access and locate our return to this Riad. Didn't need guides to access after initial walk in.

Staff

Staff were exceptional at this site and the evening manager, Amina? was very customer focused on meeting the comforts for each traveler. Smaller units allowed interaction with other visitors. Nice setting.

Light, open and airy, overlooked the pool and courtyard.

This was probably our weakest tour as the local gastronomy was not for weak hearted. I do think it occured on our last full day and day 13th of travel. The final meal with the local food items was a challenge. The guide did his best.
