Please let me know if you have any further question, I will be happy to help you.

Best regards,

Hi Evelyn,

This sounds great, would you be able to provide me with exact departure and return dates for October?  And also what gear i need for the trek, and can i buy entry to Machu Picchu & Return train ticket on site? or do i need to organize this before i go.

Thanks Heaps.

Evelyn Casallo
We can depart every Wednesday and Sunday, as long as we have 2 people, we go. For October we don't have any group confirmed yet, but since October is still far and there are still permits available, we will receive more bookings in the next weeks, I will contact you as soon as we open a new group. Are your dates flexible?

The permit for the Inca Trail can be purchased only by a registered tourist agency. Both the permit and the entrance ticket need to be booked in advance.

Regarding the train ticket, it is recommendable to buy in advance as well, you can buy it on your own or we can book it for you. We don't charge any extra besides the price the website shows.

Best regards,

Thank Evelyn,

My dates are flexible if you could let me know when you get dates for the next group i'd be happy to join.

i'd be happy happy for you to organize the train ticket for me and i will get the permits to correspond with the tour dates.
