Our guide was so sweet!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and made the tour fun. We learned a lot about the coffee and chocolate-making processes from seed to cup. And to top it all off, they give you free coffee & hot chocolate :) they also have a great shop there with tons of coffee to buy, and cute souvenirs!

Our guide was SO knowledgeable and hilarious! He pointed out lots of animals and had a monocular for us to view everything through. Definitely recommend this!

Lovely view and surroundings; delicious meals. Only downside was the small rooms especially the bathroom.

Loved everything about this hotel from its location, to its well stocked bathroom and delicious breakfast.

Very knowledgeable guide Good sampling of things to eat and see Wish we were given the option to continue or end. Mentioned we were full so the tour ended. Also not sure why a pharmacy was included on the tour except for shopping.

Clean, cute and breakfast server was very nice. I liked that we were able to utilize the pool area and 2nd floor balcony for our group gatherings. Kitchen noise (talking and chopping) were easily heard in the rooms above. One key is not enough. Two should be available. Offer wine in addition to beer. An elevator is needed. It was difficult for two of our travelers. There should be a Do Not Disturb sign for when you don't want your room cleaned. The window above the patio door emitted light because there was no way to cover it up. Thus causing us to wake sooner than desired.

It was fine for one night. I appreciate that they accommodated our need for box breakfasts.

Nice facility and rooms. The coffee pot was not plugged in and I could not get to the plug without pulling the refrigerator away from the wall and fishing out the cord. I liked that there was a Bistro as part of the hotel.

The common areas and restaurant were good. The breakfast buffet was good. The restaurant wait staff were a bit slow and forgot about my wine one night. My room was cold - no thermostat - though it was fine for sleeping. The room looked worn. Lighting was poor. There needed to be more coffee in the room. We asked Housekeeping for 2 packets and they brought one. I called Housekeeping the next night and they never answered. I called the front desk and they said they would get some coffee sent up - never happened.

What diverse beauty! Snorckling was great - so many different and colorful fish. A sea lion swam right next to us. Seeing the Blue Footed Boobie was a highlight!!

The water isn't clear so it was difficult to see anything under the water. Some of us were able to make out a shark and we could see sea turtles only when they popped their head out. Still, it was fun to kayak and to see the pelicans. The walk was very enjoyable stopping to learn about the area, see the fauna, marine iguanas and the mocking birds. The white sand is beautiful and a delight to walk on.

We enjoyed planting the trees and were ready to work even harder.

No one can describe how exciting it is to see these tortoises!

It was beautiful scenery even with the rain.

I am selecting "amazing" but it was raining and we decided to go to the hotel. But pictures from one of our group that braved the weather showed us much of what we missed. The Panama hat tour was fun and many of us made purchases!

Hummingbird experience was out of this world. The Equator Museum is another must-do!

We had 3 airport pick ups so we appreciate that. Especially the one very late at night.

If you love boutique hotels you will love the Parlamento Boutique Hotel. Located on the 4th floor of a 500 year old building, the hotel is perfect for visiting all the old sites of Rome.

This was a surprise gem of a morning. Loved the local lore and the cathedral is spectacular. Guide was fantastic.

A very fun day. Balance between winery and local villages. Would suggest a change in the second Winery. After visiting Talosa another top rated winery would have been preferred.

Our private tour guide was full of information and very friendly. The extra effort in walking us back to our hotel through the ancient sites of Milan was a real treat.

Great little spot, hidden in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Friendly staff, very beautiful decor. We were greeted warmly with smiles by everyone, all the time. They were nice enough to hold our luggage until we returned from island hopping. We lucked out with a room with a patio, overlooking an amazing view of the river.

This hotel was amazing! It was modern, with glimpses of the past just outside the windows. I especially enjoyed quiet time on the spacious balcony.

This hotel offered a picture postcard view from the private balcony. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious, if lacking in hooks for towels, robes, etc.

Our tour guide was absolutely fabulous. Her wealth of knowledge and passion for Athens and the Acropolis made the experience so enjoyable. She was extremely personable and easy to relate to. I have so much admiration and praise for her.

This is such a pretty little hotel with 24 hour reception, an amazing made-to-order breakfast, and a big suite with a full kitchen. It’s off one of the main walking streets (Via Vittorio Emanuele) so you right in the middle of the action, walking distance to everything. The room had a little balcony where you can hang out and people watch. Umbrellas in the lobby, nice touch.

This was a unique little hotel. The reception desk staff was wonderful and had great ideas for restaurants and Marsala wine tours, which we hadn’t yet set up. The apartment was huge, with tons of closet space, a mini-kitchen, an iron and ironing board, a steamer, and private patio access. It’s in walking distance from the old part of town which has cute restaurants and shops. We drove over to Florio for the wine tours as it’s tough to get a taxi in Marsala. Parking was a challenge due to street cleaning one of the nights we were staying, so we had to move our car. Breakfast was excellent.

It’s a cute and clean B&B. The room was large and comfortable, the owner provided unlimited cold water and access to the refrigerator which was great. Breakfast was good with baked goods and fresh coffee, not much protein though. The location isn’t great and parking was a challenge, although we were able to walk 20 minutes to a good restaurant. If you are just going to the Valley of the Temples, there’s no real reason to stay in Agrigento, stay outside the city.

Lovely property, walking distance to everything in Ortigia, we had a sea view to watch ocean storms! The room was very small with almost no room to put two suitcases. We had a fridge and complementary water. Front desk staff were wonderful. Buffet breakfast had a great selection of food and then you can order many more items off the menu. Great coffee, umbrellas available,

Very nice front desk staff, we had a large room overlooking the water, On the third floor, our room had its own huge terrace with a separate entrance. We barely used the terrace because we were out so much. Breakfast was decent, the coffee was fabulous. Great location (but very windy roads to get there if you are driving, valet parking.

Chiara met us at the hotel and was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. This was actually a 3 hour tour and well worth the time. We covered a lot of ground, and learned so much about the history of the Mafia and today’s anti-mafia movement. While there, we learned more Sicily culture and history. Well worth the time.

This tour was surprisingly fun! These are historic salt pans that are still worked by hand, with men in the salt pans. We learned so much - how they work, how they are managed, the history of salt panning in the region, how salt is stored, etc. The tasting afterwards was crazy good, with fresh fruits, vegetables and olive oil bread to combine with different flavored salts. That was delicious. Our tour guide was wonderful, on staff at the salt pans. The store sells it all, you will want to buy salt, especially fluer de sel (“flower of salt”) which is the salt that forms a thin, delicate crust on the surface of the seawater as it evaporates. It’s the one to use for finishing and garnishing.

Sabrina was fantastic. She knew all you could imagine about Sicilian history and the history of this place. She was interesting, interested, and paced the tour well. There’s a lot to cover and it can be overwhelming.

Marta met us at the front gate and made this tour really enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the Villa and Sicilian history, and a very nice person as well.

Sara and her husband are amazing! We had a great tour at LAeQUA including all the specialized machinery for nuts and chocolate, and made our own Modica style chocolate. They focus on fair trade ingredients and have close relationships with their suppliers. The commitment to their products and mission is infectious. This laboraty if a little bit outside of the city and well worth the drive.

Did we miss this? Didn’t see it on our last itinerary.

This was a great experience. Marco picked us up at our hotel and we were joined by another family of 5. He provided history and context as we were driving to Mount Etna, and gave us all some time to chat also. We stopped at a little convenience store to buy some water. Our first stop was a lava cave, which was fascinating, then we walked up the mountain to a dormant lava field. We ended with a wonderful lunch and winery tour at Cantine Petria. Would have been nice to have been provided water and walking sticks as parts of the climb were slippery and rocky. Marco was interesting, knowledgeable, and personable, and nice to spend the better part of day with.

Not sure how to rate this so gave it a 3. The lists provided are fine, but we used Rick Steve's book and map and the hotel map for touring. Would have be nice to get local maps from KimKim, in hindsight.

The entry ticket was in the Vamoos app, which we forgot. But it was there and pre-paid, so that was convenient.

Great private tour of a beautiful medieval city. Such a quick train ride to get there. Learned so much history.

Not enough English speaking staff. Poor service in the bar.

The private dinner with Maria was a little disappointing. We had no idea what to expect and had we a better description in advance, might have chosen to skip it. Although Maria was welcoming, bright, enthusiastic and totally into her "thing", I probably would have preferred dinner in an excellent restaurant.

Nacho was unbelievably knowledgable and entertaining.

The E-bike experience was canceled due to rain. I had to "star" poor otherwise I could not save and continue.

This tour hit all the highpoint of Santorini. We enjoyed the wine tasting. The highlight of the day was seeing the sun set.

Popi Georgopoulou was an exceptional tour guide. We can recommend her highly.

The Elia Ermou Athens Hotel was amazing! It was a four-star experience with excellent food and a perfect location right in the middle of downtown. This definitely stood out as a favorite during our trip.

The Traditional Naxian Small-Group Cooking Class was probably our favorite activity. It was so interactive with plenty of activities, including a farm tour and some history lessons. We even got to dance at the end. Overall, it was an excellent experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.

This probably was our favorite hotel. In the heart of the Marrakesh medina, this hotel's tile work and furnishings were amazing and our room was so beautifully done it made us feel like we were in a room at a palace. A truly great staff who worked really hard to make sure everything was perfect. Also, the best breakfasts we had the whole trip!

We were a little skeptical as we rode down the lane to get to the hotel as it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere. However, the minute the front door opened we were enchanted! It was a true oasis with flowers and vines surrounding a lovely large courtyard and beautiful rooms. The rooftop had a Hammam and BOY DID WE LOVE THAT! We ate dinner there and it was wonderful, as was the breakfast. A truly delightful place to stay in Ouazazate.

This adventure was one of the highlights of our trip. From the camel ride at sunset in the sand dunes to our luxury tent to the delicious meal and the exuberant Berber drum circle - it was all perfect! Thank you to the manager Hassan for spending time chatting with us and outlining some of the Berber traditions and cultural highlights. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

A great location in the Medina with a stunning interior that has authentic renovations. The staff was extremely solicitous and accommodating. The rooftop was a perfect place to watch the sunset.

The location was perfection and the room was large and airy. We loved being able to roam the streets of Chefchaouen and then quickly pop back to the hotel to stow our purchases in the room so we didn't have to lug them around. Great set up for breakfast and an excellent staff.

Beautiful riad in the medina with a rooftop plunge pool and fabulous restaurant. As we had just arrived in Morocco, it was wonderful to relax on the rooftop after arriving and have a delicious dinner right in the riad. I highly recommend!

Totally amazing experience! The location of the Saraha Sky Luxury Camp is absolutely perfect as it is set within the spectacular sand dunes. The camel ride was so fun, and we really didn't think we would like that part. The camel guide was charming and knew all the photos to catch in order to capture the beauty of the sunset. The camp itself had really nice tents with super comfy beds. Dinner and breakfast are served and the staff does a Berber drum circle after dinner around a camp fire. An absolutely wonderful place and experience.

Loved this lodge when we got there! It was a little difficult to find in the dark with snow coming down but once we finally found it we loved it! Highly recommend!

We did not get a private tour, so how can I review this? And I did not appreciate finding out once we were in Rabat, there was no tour guide.
