A little farther from the Castle than we would like since we did spend most of our time in that area, but easy access to the local bus stop.

The host was very welcoming and responsive to any questions. The location was perfect. Just outside of the palace and easy walking to everywhere.

There were many kayaking companies in the area. We were glad we were with what seemed like a smaller outfit. We were in a group with 4 other couples and our guide, where some other companies had 10 or more couples. We loved paddling around the outside of the castle, across the sea to way what were told was a secluded cove to swim. Unfortunately, when we got there, there were several motor boats in the area. We pulled ashore and as we got out of our kayaks several other kayak companies arrived. It was a small cove and it was packed with kayakers and swimmers. Not quite the secluded/private area that we were expecting. We left a little earlier than planned to get away from the chaos and paddled over to Lokrum island before heading back.

A 2 hour + drive to our first stop at a local winery/vineyard, Marlais. The vineyard sits next to a road built by Napoleon. We tasted 3 wines and some olive oil. From there we wend to an oyster farm near Ston. It is the only area in Croatia that they are allowed to grow oysters. Our guide took us to there family owned farm and shared with us some myrtle berry grappa and a little wine as he talked about his families history and their oyster business. He explained the process then shucked some fresh oysters at the end of his boat. We did a short walk around the small town of Ston which has a wall that is noted to be the 2nd longest in the world and was built to protect the salt works

Close to Split with the same appeal at Plitvice, but smaller. The waterfalls were beautiful and the water so clear. We also enjoyed a short hike to the river. It was so peaceful. A road less traveled from all the tourists. On our way back to town our driver took us along the coast. We stopped at an overlook on Gaj Hill home to the Black Madonna lighthouse tower with beautiful views of the sea and the city of Primosten. We enjoyed talking with our driver about the history of Croatia and his family. It was a wonderful day.

This was one of our most favorite experiences. Our boat driver, was very communicative and greeted us upon arrival ready for a days adventure. We spent some time in Hvar walking around looking at the shops and hiked up to the fortress. We grabbed a quick sandwich and beer before heading back to the boat. From there we went towards the Pakleni Islands and found an area to drop an anchor to go for a swim and enjoy the beautiful water of the Adriatic. We continued a trip to the island of Brac. We visited a village called Milna where we enjoyed a delicious meal at Kantun. After lunch we went a a Konoba and meet a lovely family that has made wine and olive oil since 1776. We did a little wine tasting and of course left with a bottle to enjoy later. It was a fabulous day on the water and exploring the local islands.

So much fun! We loved walking through the green market and then going to the fish market to pick up the local fish for our meal. Our chefs were very friendly and even gave us a little more history of the city as we walked to the cooking school to prepare our meal. They had prepared some welcome appetizers in advance for our arrival and greeted us with special local cocktail as they prepared the kitchen for our lesson. We prepared many dishes, including cleaning the fish for our meal. All the food was delicious and we enjoyed the company of another family in our group with of course some wine. The cooking school provided us with certificates, recipes and pictures of our experience.

Absolutely amazing location and the hospitality to match. The accommodation was perfect, and a chocolate left on our bed each night made us feel special. Great location near everything and breakfast was fantastic each morning.

It is a lovely cave hotel at the topmost part of Cappodacia. Our room was beautifully appointed and surprisingly very comfortable. Cool in the heat and warm at night. Plenty of lights as there are no windows. The only negative was the deep steps, as its an ancient site, the steps were difficult for us as older people to handle going up and down to get to our room.

It was a very hot day, we asked if we can forego this activity instead our guide took us to the village of Ayvali and Mustafapha which are very, very special and well worth our time. We visited a traditional Turkish restaurant, had a lovely lunch and met the owner who knew sign language. It was fun to converse with him and with his Deaf aunt via videophone. We also got to watch a small village election for a mayor. The changing of the flags for each party, etc It was fascinating to watch for a while. We also asked for a few hours on our own. We went browsing among the shops near our hotel. We got to watch a master Tuff carver create beautiful formations like we see in the landscape. We enjoyed chatting with some shop owners, learned about Zultanite stones, wow. And just sit in a cafe, and enjoy the views.

Wow, just wow! Imagine people having to live underground for days!! I do have a phobia of small spaces so I am proud of myself for forging ahead and visit. It was worth it! Learned so much and how ingenious people back then were in creating a living space for their animals, themselves, making wine, kitchen and even a church. How they close those spaces with those heavy circular rocks!! I am very impressed. I am also impressed with myself for being able to navigate through those narrow tunnels!!

The set up is so romantic. Enjoyed the red Turkish wine, so smooth and delicious and the snacks really complements it. This trip was for our 45th wedding anniversary so it made it all the more special. Love the views too. Then we noticed the sky darken, true enough it started to rain suddenly, we all ran into our van. It was so funny. We never got to see the sun set but it emulates our wedding. it rained heavily the morning of our outdoor wedding. We went ahead and then it stopped raining and the sun came out when it was time for our wedding. Wow, we see it as a sign of good luck. So, when it rained on our wedding anniversary romantic sunset event, we see it as a good omen that good days are ahead. Smile.

Love visiting and seeing the landscape and the formations for the first time- I was in awe!! I could not believe my eyes and had to keep looking to see new formations, shapes, and the impossible concept of a heavy rock balanced on a precarious top. It is otherworldly! I was also fascinated to see a police station inside one of the formations! So cool!!

Love everything about this wonderful magical experience! Nothing can compare to this. Seeing how its done to being inside the hot air balloon to seeing the wondrous sights of the landscape and all the other balloons! So very special. Our pilot likes to navigate among the pillars, that was a bit scary but fun too.

We have never seen anything like this so it was so fascinating to watch the dancing. I am truly impressed that they were able to twirl continuously and in sync with each other with closed eyes!! I did try and oh boy, was I dizzy and off balance, especially when trying to close my eyes too. It takes years of training and skill!! We enjoy learning about different traditions, culture, clothing, food and customs etc. this one fits the bill. We enjoyed learning about the history of this place too and visiting the room with the beautiful lamps, so magical.

We loved trying our hand at creating pottery at the wheel. The guide at the pottery shop explained the process and also the famous ring wine of the Hittites. We loved learning about the history of this art and seeing all the beautiful ceramics. We immensely enjoyed the time spent there. We visited Love Valley and walked a bit, took some pictures then had delicious pistachio coffee for the first time. We sat and enjoyed the view from the cafe. I enjoy seeing the colored ceramic jars decorating the trees instead of "love locks" these are "jars of love and wishes" makes great and fascinating travel pictures.

It was interesting at first but then seeing more sacred art in different caves became a bit tiring also, it's all uphill on a very hot day. We opted to stop sooner and did not see the rest. I realize we are not Christians and do not feel much affinity toward the paintings. But for Christians and those who love sacred art, seeing these in unusual places, the caves and the fact that these exist for your viewing is spectacular.

Loved visiting the spice and the Grand Bazaar. I liked that our guide took us to the spice market the first day as its smaller and to acquaint us to “bazaars” then the Grand Bazaar which can be a bit overwhelming with its size but we only chose a few “streets” as we had specific things we wanted to buy. We also visited the oldest Turkish delight candy store, visited Rustum mosque with its beautiful blue tiles, and went on a boat tour on the Bosphorus to see both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul which fascinated us. It was a wonderful ending to a lovely tour to just sit on the boat, relax and drink tea seeing the sights. Highly recommend to end with that as we were a bit foot weary by then.

It was an interesting and beautiful palace. We learned so much about palace and harem living and dispelled some myths originally thought. We did not visit all the museums but saw most of it as we were tired and a bit hungry by then. We appreciated our guide being flexible. We did watch the palace guards band which was a nice way to see a sort of reenactment as it was in the olden days.

The Blue Mosque is a beautiful building. I kept staring at it. I have so many pictures of this mosque during the daytime and nighttime. Hagia Sophia has an interesting history we learned from our guide, Zekiye, also the Hippodrome, the scupltures in the area and some buildings have an interesting history. We also visited a carpet store and learned how they made rugs. Fascinating too.

I only gave this 4 stars, because it lacked the authenticity and charm of the previous two hotels. Its a nice hotel for modern standards.

Met the owned and had a great conversation. It was like staying at an old friends home. The hotel had a historic feel yet clean and comfortable. Location was the best for the area, set next a iconic tourist attraction famous in the region.

Was a great location. Every day we would walk to our tours. The hotel was very responsive of our needs. Rooms were spacious and bright. Close to small stores for obtaining needed supplies, mostly water.

Ive only seen the prep and presentation like this in the movies, 5 stars. It was the perfect setting and experience to the end of our trip.

Loved the history of the potters family. I enjoyed again the interaction the people.

I loved it. The chef hosted this in her home and she allowed me in the kitchen I tell you this because my wife won't. Again eat way to much. We really appreciated Schbnem he guide and Mustuf getting enjoy this a well. It felt like family having a Sunday dinner where everyone is involved.

I learned that what i knew about this was completly wrong. Thank God for Schbnem and her knowledge. I feel more informed with a better understanding.

I've been in a hot air balloon before, but what made it great was how they dipped into the valley at tree top level. As I was video taping it reminded me of drone footage, but personal. The ballon operator was great.

I bought a picture over 20 years previous to this trip. Spent 3 hours in this little shop talking with the owner and he explained the whirling Dirvish to me and getting to experience live brought that time speaking with the shopkeeper back to life. Truly enjoyed the experience.

I kept finding the history every unique and flashing to the American southwest Indian trips and how they used the valleys for protection and building their communities. Same security concept, but different way to leverage the land and building materials.

It was amazing that you you could see the continents of Asia and Europe in the straight. The appreciation of the boat trip was delightfull.

Was kind of disappointed in the grand blizzar, felt more like a shopping mall. However; once in a shop, the people made the experience enjoyable and authentic.

The food was everything I remember from my previous trips to other parts of Turky. I love the food!!

Very enlightening. I found the guides information very helpful. It helped me gather details that were lacking from my own research. It also provided ensight to the important this region played in world history.

Lovely hotel close to restaurants and shopping. We had a guide take us to some of the sites that were far off Such as the tunnel of hope, the bobsled run from the Olympics ...etc. I i highly recommend a guide because driving through sarajevo is quite an experience! Its a delightful hotel, super clean, comfy, absolutely delicious breakfast, and you can get a cocktail from the bar is you so desire or a cup of coffee.

Excellent location with secure parking Just a couple of steps away. There is also a laundromat, a couple of steps away! It is a very short walk to the Old Town and all of the restaurants and shops and the Stari bridge. The staff were super friendly, breakfast is plentiful and delicious, parking is nearby. There is no elevator but there are rooms on the bottom floor.

Beautiful! Breakfast is offsite at Mamma Mia restaurant and it is delicious and bountiful! The rooms are large and comfortable. Anita is very kind and knowledgeable. Since no cars are allowed in the old town, you will need to take either a taxi or a bus to the old town. The bus stop is very convenient. Lovely grounds...

The location of this hotel could not have been any better! It was a short walk to Diocletian's palace, and also, there is a laundromat within a three minute walk! The hotel is super comfortable, the staff are delightful and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. It is a very inviting place!

Out of all of the places we stayed, I think the zrinka house was my favorite! Barbara is one of the most delightful people I have ever met! She is so kind and we had a great time visiting with her. She is also a fabulous cook who doesn't let you leave her house without a sack of goodies! The house is absolutely gorgeous, so many details make it so beautiful yet very personal.

We absolutely loved this hotel.It is a refurbished bishop's palace. It is gorgeous! The location is perfect, the staff are welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious. We loved the secret garden.We went out each night and sat on the patio. It was so relaxing. You are a short walk from the beaches and the Riverwalk.

We were so lucky to have stayed in this tourist farm. The owner is delightful and is a wonderful cook! She also did our laundry! The location is up in the mountains and it is absolutely stunning. The rooms are comfortable, clean and fairly large.

Another fabulous hotel in a perfect location! It's a very short walk to the square fill of fights anc restaurants. The staff are so welcoming, the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are comfortable. What more could you want?

The Private Guided Walking Tour of Dubrovnik Old Town was fantastic. The guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. It was the perfect way to explore the city and learn about its rich history. Highly recommended!

The tour guide, Sophia Kim, was amazing! I can't recommend this tour more!!! She is full of knowledge, very accommodating and just a delight! I would not hesitate to book with her again! This tour was the highlight of my son's trip!

Wow, think we had one of the best views in the hotel overlooking the Acropolis

Absolutely loved this hotel, beautifully decorated. Our room was a really lovely size with lots of storage and a balcony overlooking the harbour and pool.

What a great tour guide, took us to exactly where we wanted to go and didn’t give us a time limit when we stopped at locations. He also gave us the choice of where we wanted to stop at the beach giving us lots of options of where to go.

Great hosts. Offered drinks and snacks through out our time on board. The lunch that was made for us was amazing.

Elena was the perfect tour guide, such a lovely human being and so knowledgeable about the history of Greece. We really enjoyed our time with Elena.

Karima is very kind and helpful. She accommodated us and we appreciate it. It receives 4 stars because there are no T.V.s in the rooms.

Favorite hotel throughout our trip to Morocco. We stepped out of our room and had breakfast. The best part was that we were the only guests there. I do not know how it would have been if other guests were staying there.

Fez was very interesting. 9,000 blocks in the Medina. There was so much to see.

We did it on our own. We did not have a guided tour and it was fine. I enjoyed learning it is the largest Mosque in Africa.

Casablanca is a beautiful and clean city. It is very modern.
