We had an amazing experience with KimKim - all the way from all the hotel recommendations to the beautiful excursions and trips that were planned. We highly recommend booking your next trip with them, they were great and answered every question I had!

We loved our trip to Scotland! Our Kimkim agent planned a trip to cover the highlights of NW Scotland starting from where we ended our trek in Fort William. The hotels were gems - historical, great breakfasts, unique in themselves. Staying in the Monkstadt near the sea with its tasting dinner was a highlight. The sites chosen were interesting and we loved Dunvegan Castle and the seal trip. We did have a few hiccups that might need to be considered. The daily suggested times for each site did not always account for the leave times set by the limited breakfast times at the inns and the time it takes to drive to each site as the roads were often one lane and very slow. We dropped a few suggested items and tried to add one back in later which then led to a very long day. Very long days in Scotland mean no dinner as you need a reservation to eat in the small towns which is hard to do when you don't know when you will get there and most of the kitchens close at 8. One day put us back into town at 8:30 due to ferry times but we had made a reservation and were able to run to the restaurant in time for a wonderful seafood dinner along the water - as the kitchen was closing. Either carry enough food for lunch and dinner each day, or plan more time into the itinerary. The two major hiccups were the lack of including a rental car even though the booking said it included self-drive. Luckily, we caught this in time to rent a car, but that was additional funds we did not know about ahead of time. The other one was our itinerary said one ferry time, but the ticket had a different time. Luckily, we also caught that and were able to adjust our plans. The trip was often magical and enjoyable and sometimes a scramble. Such is travel.

Wow. KimKim is outstanding. I worked with Sienna for my Greece trip, and we just got back from the trip and it was amazing! planning the trip was easy and smooth sailing. Sienna is always there to answer questions and make sure all our needs were met. We wanted a relaxing vacation but also be able to see the famous spots. She let us know about how each island works and gave us Athens, Naxos and one day in Santorini and it was perfect. FYI please go to Naxos if you visit Greece. During the trip we had a tiny problem with one of our activities because of the weather, kimkim was such a great help and quickly fixed our problem. The drivers were always on time and really helped made this trip stress-free. My only comments would be for one of our hotels we had bad wifi and I had a hard time checking in for my plane tickets. I would suggest asking the team for wifi tips when traveling like buying a sim card, I did not know I would need that. But overall this trip was unforgettable and I will 100% come back to kimkim for another trip!

It was huge and fit three people very comfortably. the place had everything you needed and wifi was super easy to access and use! the view upstairs was gorgeous and we even had a jacuzzi to use! Only reason this place is not getting 5 stars is because that wifi was HORRIBLE! the only way I could use my phone was right outside the hotel. but other than that we loved this hotel! we had a perfect beach view and the hotel is located right by the beach!! the breakfast was outstanding and the staff was super sweet and easy to reach! you even get a percent off when you want to buy beach chairs. The hotel is so cozy and fits the Greece vibes, and this hotel is very close to the main town of Naxos so you do not need a taxi!

I'm a kimkim staff member and was sent on a particular assignment where I had the pleasure of experiencing the kind of trip our travelers get to (thanks to the nature of the assignment and the Greece team's knowledge of the Ionians, culture, and operations—shout out to Alyssa, Siena, and Lea!). And while there was work to be done in between the fun, the private transfers, the hotels (Irida Boutique Hotel in Parga and Bella Venezia Historic Boutique Hotel in Corfu Town deserve special mention), and tours were awesome. The market shop and lunch in a local's house on Corfu was particularly memorable thanks to our fabulous host, Yorgos, as was touring a bee farm and meeting the family behind an olive oil press on Kefalonia.

There were a few hiccups along the way (a private transfer wasn't waiting for us as planned), but all were resolved quickly thanks to the app and the fast responses to my panic from the team.

Parga was a pleasant surprise. Touristic, yes, but for good reason. It's a nice resort beach town that had a really fun, energetic vibe, but Corfu was definitely the highlight of my trip. Oodles of culture, fantastic restaurants, and, like everywhere we traveled in the Ionians, warm-hearted people.

We started planning our trip to Germany just 1.5 months before our departure, and having Elsa’s help was an absolute lifesaver! Yes, using a service like this means you pay a bit more, but it is a massive stress saver and totally worth the price. It saved us from the headache of researching and booking tickets across countless different merchants under time constraints—especially for highly sought-after attractions like the Neuschwanstein Castle.

From the very beginning, Elsa was great. She took the time to incorporate all of our feedback into a wonderful, truly customized itinerary just for us. She was also very patient answering my many questions and explained everything in detail. When our Rhine River cruise was canceled due to low water levels, she quickly came up with excellent alternative options and seamlessly pivoted our plans to a wonderful small group day trip to Heidelberg instead.

We also had great experiences with a few guides she booked for us. Manu, our river guide for the punt boat experience in Tübingen, was super fun and a pleasure to work with. Shpendi, our guide for the Neuschwanstein Castle, was incredible—he was highly knowledgeable and had great connections that made our visit perfectly smooth.

As a huge bonus, Elsa booked us into the Scandic Hotel in Frankfurt, which was beyond wonderful. It was so great that Scandic will now be our default hotel choice for any future destination that has one! If you want a stress-free, nicely curated trip to Germany, I highly recommend working with Elsa.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this hotel! Our suite was fantastic, complete with a complimentary mini-bar and a truly great view of the city landscape. Considering the high quality of the room and the amenities, we felt the price was very reasonable. The breakfast was beyond amazing and became a highlight of our mornings. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay here. In fact, this experience was so incredible that Scandic will now be our default hotel choice for any future travels to destinations that have one. We wish they had hotels in the US! Highly recommended!

Navigating the transit from Frankfurt was a bit tricky. Our route required taking a regional replacement bus, but the instructions on how it worked and where to locate the stops were quite confusing. Unfortunately, we struggled to find the boarding area in time and ended up missing our planned bus, but thankfully, the next bus got us to our destination on time.

Raquel did a fantastic job curating a fun, active and culturally rich itinerary for us.

We would use her again in a heartbeat!

Worked with Emrah who helped link our trip together. My wife and I booked our own hotels in Istanbul , bodrum, fethiye and Kas. The Kim Kim team helped organize seamless private transfers and guided tours in Istanbul and other stops along the way . The guides we met were very knowledgable and went out of their way to show us a good time and gave us some great local experiences and shopping advice that were more quality and less mass market . Overall had a great experience and would recommend using their services.

The sales and operations team were amazing and made an entire trip seamless and fun!

I heard about KimKim through a friend who frequently uses the service. I decided to take a chance and use the services for my upcoming trip to Portugal with my boyfriend. Beatriz was super easy to work with and made adjustments based off of my input. It was very easy to approve the final itinerary and was stress free since all I had to do was make final payment. Our flight was cancelled and we were rebooked and I was able to reach out to have our driver pickup updated. I was very happy they were able to accommodate us. One first tour was scheduled on the date we landed. We met at the meeting point but there was no tour. We learned the tour was accidentally booked for the wrong day. I was able to reach out to get help and the agent I spoke to was very apologetic. She refunded the tour costs and double checked to make sure everything else was booked correctly. That incident put us a little on guard but the rest of the trip went perfectly! All of our tours went as promised and our drivers were all on time (early). We especially loved our day tour to Sintra. Our tour guide, Teresa, was very pleasant and super knowledgeable. It rained early that morning and she had extra umbrellas for us. For lunch, she took us to a local spot and we enjoyed being able to eat some authentic Portugese food. We were very happy with how everything went minus the one tour hiccup. I would def recommend and use again.

The trip was a long one and had a lot of moving parts, with travel to many parts of Australia. Paula handled it like a champ. The trip was amazing and as always, Kimkim made it easy. The only minor oversight was that we had to purchase the national pass for Uluru twice, as one of the tours included the pass, but was later in the trip than our first trip into the park.

Caroline was highly responsive and gave us outstanding service leading up to trip and helped with a couple issues that popped up while we were traveling. Her suggestions for activities were on target for us and the logistics were spot on especially use of Swiss trains. All our accommodations met our needs except our hotel in Grindelwald. Unfortunately it was too late to make a change once we let her know. We would use her again if we come back to the region.

We had an absolutely amazing trip to Iceland planned by Gummi! Our trip brought us through Snæfellsnes Peninsula, Golden Circle, Kirkjubæjarklaustur and Reykjavik. Gummi thoughtfully arranged our trip with our 6 and 9 year olds in mind. The entire trip was memorable but our favorite stops were the Glacier Cave Hike, Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon, hiking around Búðir Church and the Dverghamrar Balsalt Cliffs. We truly saw some of the best that Iceland has to offer and will remember the experience forever! Gummi gave excellent recommendations for dining options and all of our lodgings were clean and comfortable.

Iceland is an incredibly beautiful country with so many wonderful sites it is hard to do justice to name only a few.The numerous waterfalls,glaciers, mountains,lagoons, black sand and smooth pebble beaches and Reykjavik itself were awe inspiring and at times jaw dropping. One example the diamond beach was unique where icebergs and ice fragments from the nearby glacier wash up on the black sand where you can pick up a crystal clear piece of Ice that may be thousands of years old. Adam Warszawski did a great job choosing excellent and strategically located hotels as well as organizing the entire itinerary including zodiac excursion on a glacial lagoon and and geothermal lagoon reservations.The food was excellent as well as consistently good coffee.Adam again deserves high praise on a job well done on relatively short notice.

We had used kimkim on a whim on our last trip when we went to Spain and Mallorca. We were very impressed about the excursions that were arranged in the seamless activities.
We then used kimkim again on our current trip to Croatia. Ivan and Sara were our local experts. They work with us to create a wonderful trip of Croatia and the Dalmatian coast. All of our pick ups and transfers were set up perfectly without waiting. From the airport shuttles to the drives to the excursions. The driver was always there promptly.
In split, we had a wonderful walking tour with, Jenna? We then took a fantastic boat tour that lasted all day with. Scopa. The boat was adequate size, well shaded from the sun, and we were taken around Brac and Milne, and ending up with a very great munch spot in Hvar.
The hotels in split and Hvar were top-notch. We did a really nice bike tour and finished up with a local wine tasting.
In Korchula, we did a wonderful kayaking, excursion with Boris and (forgot our great guides name) our guide was very knowledgeable. What I liked about the kayaking excursion was that the winds picked up and the two of them were able to pivot and allow us to finish our kayak excursion with the wind at our back.
In Dubrovnik, we had a very well-informed guide by the name of Anna who took us through the city. Also, we had a spectacular bike tour with Adrienne. What was special about that tour is that Adrienne took us into his house? Let us try some of the fruit that was growing in his backyard, including his grapes and then gave us a couple of bottles of his home made wine.
Well, all, it was a well planned vacation, seamless pick ups, very personalized excursions. Ivan and Sarah did a wonderful job and planning this adventure. We would definitely use kimkim again for our next vacation.

Lovely introduction to Vietnam. The birthday balloons were so sweet! There was a bit of confusion about breakfast, particularly on the day I was leaving early for an excursion. I would have been happy to find food on my own that morning, I felt like I was imposing on the dining room staff showing up so early. It was confusing knowing where I needed to go to find the bus to Pu Luong. I didn't realize I needed to walk to the end of the block.

Multi-Generational Family Trip Success in Spain!
What an amazing time and a fantastic trip that Kimkim and Coraima and team planned for us! We wanted to travel to Spain for the eclipse, and add on a fair bit of intra-national travel. We were a family group of 2 septuagenarians, 6 middle-aged adults and 8 children between the ages of 6 and 13. We had multiple requests for specific cities, day trips, seamless transportation, and Coraima was able to help us with all of them! We had the best time in San Sebastian - in the *nicest* hotel, and a great tour guide, Inigo, from Ikusnahi Tours, for a Private City walk that really set the bar high for all other tours on the trip. We flew from San Sebastian to Madrid on Iberia (that was maybe one of the only downsides as Iberia lost 4 of our bags :( ) We did a couple of day trips from Madrid, including Toledo and Segovia / Avila. The hands-down *favorite* outing for all of the kids (and several of the adults) was the sword-making workshop in Toledo. The father / son duo from Artesania Arellano were so engaging, and patient, and entertaining. The kids were entranced and couldn't stop talking about it. So glad we did that in Toledo, even though that was "out of town". Sonia from Destino Toledo who led us on a walking tour that afternoon was also phenomenal - tailoring the tour to our group and giving us such good recommendations for Toledo and Madrid as well. Our drivers on that day, also from Destino Toledo, were gems. Coraima planned enough enough free time for us to explore each city on our own between activities or trips. The Segovia & Avila day trip we did was fun, but we may have tried to pack too much into that day. We transferred from Madrid to Barcelona via train, which was great fun for our group, and very comfortable. The skip-the-line Park Güell & Sagrada Familia tour was another hit, mainly for the content. We ended our travels with a fantastic and plentiful tapas dinner, followed by a flamenco show, which the kids also loved! My parents kept telling me how happy they were with the trip and thanking me and KimKim / Coraima for planning such a wonderful trip for us. I got major kudos, so thank you Coraima!! For the most part, our guides and drivers reached out in advance of each activity or meet up, which was so reassuring. The hotels were comfortable and just the right level of cushy for our group. We got amazing tips and guidance from Coraima / KimKim during all of the preparatory conversations., including a zoom call as our departure date got closer. All in all, a wildly successful trip, and my mother is already asking if kimkim can plan our trip next year - thank you Coraima and Kimkim!

Pretty hotel, well located, great hotel bar and good breakfast. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. The space was a little rumbly, due to proximity to the subway, but it's not disruptive. Loved that they had a water filling station on each floor and the lounge / bar on the first floor was a great staging place for before & after outings.

Very pretty hotel and the family suites were comfortable. Tucked into a very fancy neighborhood, it's a narrow building but they make great use of the space. The roof deck is a little slice of peace. The breakfast was the best of any hotel we've been to in Europe, plentiful and highly varied - would definitely recommend this as a homebase for Madrid.

Amazing hotel and location. loved the elevator to the street level. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast and super helpful staff. The roof deck & pool was stunning, and we got to watch the festival fireworks from the roof (with complementary cava!). Our favorite hotel on our trip.

The Private Tapas & Flamenco Experience in Barcelona was enjoyable but not exactly what we expected. The description mentioned a guided walk plus tapas and flamenco, but we only got the tapas and flamenco part. It still served us well, but it was a bit different from what we anticipated.

The Private Day Trip to Ávila & Segovia was okay. The tour guide talked non-stop and seemed to follow a script without tailoring the experience to us. We saw the main sights like the Alcazar, the walls of Avila, and the cathedral. The van was comfortable, but the overall experience was just fine.

The Toledo Family Experience & Sword-Making with Private Transfer was a big hit with our group. However, we were expecting the kids to get to personalize a sword or dagger to take home, which did not happen. The tour was enjoyable but the description might have changed without us realizing.

Our guide & driver were fantastic on this activity. It was the best way to see the highlights of San Sebastian and also learn a ton about the city. We hit three of the best spots in the city and had enough time at each. Our guide Inigo was very informative, engaging and even taught us some Basque words. He also took some of the BEST photos of our group. Our driver and Inigo worked around a traffic accident that nearly derailed our outing, but they made the whole day work and were really flexible and adaptive. We loved that we ended the trip with a pinxho (honestly, the best pinxho of the trip) and a glass of cider. Inigo even walked us back to the hotel - this was a great walking tour and set the bar very high!
