Joao is excellent. He goes above and beyond to help coordinate all your activities . The tour guides and drivers were amazing. All the activities that he helped choose were great. I can’t recommend him enough. We especially enjoyed our tour guide, Elsa in Lisbon. There were some changes I made right before the trip and even one we canceled the day of and he worked with us. You can’t go wrong using their service.

To sum it up, the itinerary was planned and executed as per our requirements. However, we would have appreciated it if the driver's name and contact details were shared in advance ie a day before travel as it did cause us last-minute panic situations twice. Also, the lunch buffet given to us at Cairo on 24th Dec 2023 was not good. My 11-year-old daughter got Egyptian diarrhea from that food and she suffered for 2 days after that. Please make sure to get off that restaurant from the list of Sun Pyramids Tours and Kim Kim.

Furthermore, on our second last day in Cairo, the guide given to us by Sun Pyramids Tours via Kim Kim named Mohamed who picked us up from Cairo Airport on 31st Dec 2023 and took us to the market on 31st Dec 2023 urged us to do an Islamic architecture tour next day ie on 1st Jan 2024. He committed to us that he will come next day. But he didn't turn up next day as he claimed he was very good in it. We paid an additional 70 USD upfront to Sun Pyramids Tours and they had said that everything is included. However, this Mohamed switched his phone off next day and didnt even have the courtesy to tell us that he isn't coming. And everything went haywire the next day. First of all, the alternative guide sent by Sun Pymrids Tours was hopeless and useless in all aspects. I forgot his name unfortunately. He arranged a car in which neither of our luggage would fit. Sun Pyramids Tours very well knew its our check out so we would be having bags as we were going to check out and do sightseeing and head off to Cairo airport directly. This was already mentioned. The new guide was useless in all aspects. He did not know the places of interest we visited that day. He was not giving any information. He was not at all interactive. Really a hopeless guide ive ever come acrosd in my life. Also, we were not told that we would have to buy the tickets separately and the add-on price we paid did not include that. This all left a very bad taste regarding the people of Egypt, the country of Egypt, Sun Pyramids Tours, and also Kim Kim as we felt we were cheated. This is not Kim Kim's fault as we did the last day sightseeing directly from Sun Pyramids Tours. The guides and drivers kept on asking for tips. It was very irritating. I would however request Kim Kim to kindly review Sun Pyramids Tours properly before giving them any more work from hereon.

Overall we are very pleased with the tour guides and the local specialist, Camellia. This was our honeymoon trip and the coordinators, tour guides and hotel staff went out of their way to make sure our room was nicely made up. Most hotels had rose petals on the bed. At 3 hotels provided cake, a special message, balloons or a special honeymoon drink. It was really lovely. The tour guides, and coordinators, Camellia and Thuy were extremely responsive during our trip. Any question we had they were quick to respond. We had several guides throughout the trip as we visited many places. Not only were the guides great but the drivers were also wonderful and helpful. From Mr Hiep and Mr Hi, to Ms Trang, Mr Giang, Mr. Lam and Mr. Phanh, Mr Kakada, all are great and knowledgeable about the places we visited.

We had a very well planned trip with Kimkim and specially our local trip specialist, Mohamed. He patiently worked with us to customize the trip according to our needs and was available on call or message whenever we needed. He put together a great itinerary that included Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Abu Simbel and Sharm el Sheikh. The guides he arranged for us in all of these places were also very good and knowledgeable, which made the experience richer. We had a minor issue with flights which also was sorted out eventually. Definitely a trip that will stay as a cherished memory, Egypt is a wonderland. Thanks to Mohamed, Sun Pyramids team and Kimkim for making it a great experience!

The best day of the entire trip for us. Luxor is breathtaking, and the only thing that was a negative was that we just had one day to spend here. Our guide Ahmed Ameen, was the best guide of the entire trip. He made the day what it was with his knowledge, patience and wit. Starting with Valley of Kings and Hatshepsut temple to the beautiful Karnak and Luxor temples, this was easily the busiest and the best day of our trip.

Overall, my experience in Morocco was an adventurous blend of culture, food, and nature. My driver, Brahim, was exceptional and went out of his way to ensure our comfort. The tours to the Imperial City and Medina of Fez, and the old souk and Old City Medina in Marrakesh were filled with fascinating insights, thanks to our knowledgeable guides. The evening food tour in Marrakesh was a culinary delight, and the day trip to Ourika Valley with a waterfall hike was a refreshing experience, despite the drive being longer than expected. Regarding accommodations, Dar Meziana in Chefchaouen was my favourite, providing a true cultural experience. However, stays at The View Hotel and Pestana CR7 left a lot to be desired due to poor customer service. Despite a few hiccups, I enjoyed my trip and appreciated the detailed itinerary provided by Kimkim.

This was a 6 night trip to Costa Rica. Due to the limited time available I was very grateful for Adam's advice to concentrate on 2 areas... Monteverde and Manuel Antonio.
The Ocotea boutique hotel in Monteverde recommended by Adam was amazing and the excursions in Monteverde were of very good quality.
The Shana Beach hotel in Manuel Antonio was quite disappointing but I guess I was comparing it to the great experience I had with the hotel in Montverde. The excursion to the National Park was quite disappointing... too many tour groups there... due to the peak time of year! The surfing class was excellent and I really enjoyed Manuel Antonio beach and the beautiful sunsets.
Generally the trip was well organised and I am very happy with the support given by KimKim

Flor and the entire KimKim operations team made our whole trip on the W trek seamless and easy. All accommodations were set in place the second we said yes to the package. We stayed in very nice premium camping, had our meals all scheduled, and transfer to and from all areas of Puerto Natales before and after the trip. We were able to experience all of the beauty and majesty of Patagonia worry free thanks to the hard work of the KimKim team!

Our tour guides Tao and Ying were absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable! Every where we went they explained and answered all of our questions regarding their beautiful country. Not only that, we were treated with so much warmth from them. I was very happy with all the hotels, food, excursions and would love for your company to book all our travels in the near future! When we booked our flights to New Zealand, we had no idea where to start with planning the itinerary. After filling out the form on Kimkim, I received an itinerary suggestion in a very short time. We wanted to make some changes with the initial suggestion. Here Paula gave us a very good guidance and service. She was quick on her responses, very friendly and very helpful. We had a small hiccup during our journey (one tour was not available - but this can happen anywhere) , but except that everything went smoothly. The transportations were punctual, the tours were amazing, the guides were very friendly and helpful. We had a memorable journey around New Zealand which was organized perfectly in a short time thanks to Kimkim. I strongly suggest using Kimkim especially if you have a trip planned with several different destinations, tours and transfers. Already thinking about our next trip :)

Jesse helped us planned Chile and Bolivia trip. In Chile, we went to Atacama Desert and Easter Island. As for Bolivia, we only had time for Uyuni Salt Flat.

Our entire journey from the north to south was well organized. We had Mr Hiệp as our guide during our days in the north, Mr. Nguyen in the central part for Hue, Kevin in Hoi An and Ms. Sara in the southern part. The guides showed us all important locations in the regions. Many a times lunch was included as part of our trip, and the guides asked for our dietary needs beforehand and passed the information on to the restaurant. There was flexibility in modifying the itinerary as per our convenience as well. Ms Vu organized the whole tour for us and was our main contact point.Most of our hotels were amazing. The only partial negative was the cruise on Halong bay Elegance Paradise. Our initial room had a very bad smell and we had to ask the cruise manager for a different room.
Overall a wonderful and memorable trip. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly!

This was our first time working with a travel agency to pre-book all our adventures prior to arriving at our destination. Working with Alvaro at Kimkim was amazing and so easy. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions regarding weather, what to bring and things to do, as well as tips on safety and exchanging currencies. We had an amazing time at the Galapagos and loved that there was no planning during our trip and we could fully enjoy without worry. Additionally Alvaro made sure that we had someone's contact info in case we had any questions throughout our trip: we were connected to the local guide at each island we visited. Thank you Alvaro for taking care of us and making our experience to the Galapagos Islands an unforgettable one!

Exploring the Underwater World: Diving Day in Santa Cruz

This was the absolute most amazing dive we've ever done. In speaking with a dive master on the boat who has dove when areas around the world, he mentioned the Galapagos was his number one. Just in our first dive, we saw everything from eagle rays, to white tipped sharks, to a school of hammerheads, and even a bait ball! It was truly an incredible adventure. The crew was also fun and passionate about their work. You can tell they love what they do and they love showing people what they do. Would definitely dive with Galadiscovery again!

Darwin, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing. You can tell he was very passionate about the wildlife and his excitement was contagious. Moreover he was also a great photographer and got a photo of us both in mid air on the first shot. Truly an unforgettable adventure. I can't believe we also got to see a sea horse!

The entire trip was fantastic. Liz our specialist was always on top of things and organized everything to our liking. All of the tours and planned activities were top notch. We made some adjustments as required. The emergency support staff was very responsive but were not able to make any changes as everything was non-refundable. A lesson learned for me. I would highly recommend using KimKim. The hotel locations were great. But below is some feedback on the hotels.

Shangri-La in Sydney has become a bit dated and the new W would be a good replacement. The showers were the worst water pressure that I have ever experienced.
The Regent of Rotorua was a old motel converted to a modern boutique hotel. Was very pleasant but the Pullman would have been a better option.
The Swiss-Belsuites Victoria Park, Auckland was great but more of an Apartment. The check-in was at the Bakery counter and they had no staff, no room service and had to request cleaning service each day. Not a 5 star place but the apartment itself was fantastic!

We planned out own Helmut tour in Cairns which was out of this world. A must add in the future for KimKim.

I think it would have been nice to have some self planned activities with rental car options as we replaced a few by ourselves after the fact.

Some of the small group activities were not as high end as we would have expected and each of the buses were jam packed to the max. Again maybe some options here would have been good. But you don't really know until you experience it. We saw other families with more private transportation options.

The guides in all of our excursions were super knowledgeable and friendly.

In Queenstown the Funyak Safari Trip with Jetboat was fantastic.

We had an excellent experience booking our trip to Vietnam via Kimkim. Huge kudos to our specialist, Trang, who took amazing care of us before and during our trip. Trang was with us via Whatsapp on every step and was an absolute champ when I discovered at the very last minute that I had messed up our visas (yikes!). Thanks, Trang!!

We were incredibly impressed! The rooms were spacious and had stunning views. We stayed mid-week so we had the place nearly to ourselves and the full attention of the staff. We hear it gets busy on weekends with Vietnamese visitors coming from Hanoi. The food was some of the best we had in Vietnam.

Ninh Binh - Halong Bay Cruise - Overnight on boat

We went on a 3 day tour of Bai Tu Long Bay (close to Ha Long Bay, but more remote and less busy) on the Prince Junk with company Indochina Junks. Just wow! Such a beautiful area. The crew took excellent care of us and our girls LOVED kayaking and fishing for squid at night.

We found the meals - which were presented as 7-course meals of mostly seafood - to be too much food and just okay. The presentation was incredible, but the food itself not our favorite. But, of course, you're not in Bai Tu Long bay for the food!

Our ~10 mile hike was the absolute highlight of our entire trip to Vietnam. Our guide, Hien, helped us navigate places we would never have considered going on our own including walking on mud walls between rice paddies through a gorgeous valley. Hien arranged for our youngest daughter to be picked up by motorbike mid way through to meet us after the harder part of the hike. An incredible adventure for all!

We travel a lot, and this trip was one of our all-time favorites. Beautiful accommodations, good fresh food, spectacular scenery, and so much fun interacting with the locals. Our driver Ayoub made the trip. He was a safe and competent driver, the car was clean and well maintained, Ayoub’s English was excellent, he was always upbeat and friendly, he arranged for great stops and kept us on schedule, and he was just such a nice guy. We felt like he was our new best friend. The guides were also informed and awesome. Communication was easy and response was swift, even after our airline changed our dates last minute and everything had to be rebooked. We will be back but only if Ayoub is our guide. 😊

Our guide Tashi was just spectacular! He quickly figured out what our interests are when we travel and made modifications to the itinerary accordingly. We experienced Bhutan by talking to locals (who wanted to practice their Hindi) at the festival in Tsonga, being quizzed by a 7 year old on Buddhist dieties, chatting with a 15-year old who loves TikTok and basketball. None of these authentic interactions would have possible without Tashi's curation of urban and rural hikes. Our driver Ponshu (quite sure I misspelled his name) was phenomenal. Since my husband was recovering from a leg injury and had to slow down on the hikes, he decided to accompany us.
The Dochula Pass, and the Paro Takstang hike were fabulous experiences. The food and accommodation at Dhumra in Punakha was definitely our #1.

This was an amazing trip. Beautiful country, great people.
Hotels were great, sites were amazing. Camping in the Sahara was just over the top, love it.
Jalil my driver was just excellent. He was professional, safe, courteous, gave me great advice when venturing on my own. I normally not a good passenger/co-pilot. However, Jalil was so good at his job that I sleep in the car while traveling thru Morocco.
