My husband and I have always wanted to travel to Greece. We've been waiting for 33 years and this trip was worth the wait. Antonis worked with us for 7 months on the planning. He was so patient because I kept changing my mind on the itinerary. He offered great suggestions and alternatives. We wanted to stay away from touristy spots and experience the real Greece. Given that we could only travel for 12 days, Antonis recommended Athens, Milos, Folegandros, Naxos and Heraklion (Crete). He was spot on. In Athens, we toured the Acropolis and Delphi with Zakia who was beyond informative. She was passionate, knowledgeable and caring. She wanted to be sure that "we were enjoying ourselves", not just spitting out facts. It was excellent. Marios was our driver for two days and we were in great hands. Onto Milos, which was a gem. We enjoyed one day on a catamaran from Trinity Yachting with caption Julio and his first mate. Again, we were in safe and knowledgable hands. Swimming and floating in the Aegean Sea will be moments of bliss long remembered . Our next stop was Folegandros, which is only 13 kilometers long. Remote, quiet and spectacular are three adjectives that barely scratch the surface in describing this island. Naxos and Crete did not disappoint either. These islands deserve a week each, to travel and enjoy. While in Heraklion, we visited the Palace of Knossos with Maria, She was also very informative and knowledgeable. All of our transfers were on time, friendly, and the vehicles were clean and comfy. And, the drivers didn't mind answering our questions. To give Antonis 5 stars does reflect my true feelings. He deserves a 6. He was stellar. I hope to book a trip back to Crete in the near future to dig little deeper into the culture, hospitality and did I mention the Greek food!!!!

Once in Greece, we were extremely happy with our boutique hotel accommodations in Athens (Sweethome Hotel), Santorini (Atrina) and Crete (Creta Blue Boutique Hotel & Suites). Our day trips with private guides and drivers gave us incredible experiences. Demetrius, our guide for Delphi and Corinth, was fantastic. In Crete, we throughly enjoyed our time with our guide, Alexander and driver George. In summary, I can say that communication with Angela was timely and thorough before our trip began and while we were there. I highly recommend KimKim and Angela!

I began working with Emanuela on my Greenland trip nearly *3 years* ago. In late 2019, we started building an itinerary for 2 weeks of backpacking in the Kujalleq region, with a plan to travel over the summer of 2020. With COVID, we canceled the 2020 trip and tried again in 2021. That trip was also canceled due to COVID, so we tried a third time this year, and the third time was a charm!

Emanuela was awesome to work with. She got all the details on what I was looking for in the trip and where I hoped to travel in South Greenland. She was very knowledgeable about the area and found a guide who could take me to all the locations on my list. Throughout the process, Emanuela's communication was great - she responded to all my [many] questions quickly and with great detail.

The trip was everything I'd hoped for and more. I spent two weeks with my guide, Erneeraq, backpacking through some of the most unspoiled and beautiful land I've ever seen. The hiking and photography opportunities were some of the best I've ever experienced on a backpacking trip, the local food was amazing (including foraging for berries and vegetables), and I met some wonderful people and experienced the beauty of Greenlandic culture.

I'm grateful for Emanuela's help in planning this trip of a lifetime.

Would like to thank Julia and her team for making our trip a memorable one. They helped us curate the best itinerary possible based on our travel dates. The hotels booked for us were at the perfect locations keeping our comfort in mind and all the activities booked and things to do suggested by them ensured we have a good time. All we had to do was follow the clear instructions provided in the thorough printed itinerary given to us upon arrival at the Athens airport. All drivers were prompt and drove safely. Anastasia, our tour guide for walking Athens, the Acropolis and Acropolis museum was fantastic. I think our time with her might have been the best private tour I've ever had. We loved how quiet the Elektra Palace hotel was. The rooftop pool with view of the Acropolis was fantastic.
Costas, our guide for Pyrgos Kallistis, ancient Akrotiri, and a wine tour on Santorini was top notch! The Dome Hotel we stayed at in Santorini had a fantastic, unobstructed view of the water and a wonderful poolside bar and friendly staff.
Paros may have been my favorite. Kanales Resort has wonderful food, helpful and friendly staff. Convenient to the my favorite town Naousa. Walking the narrow streets, shopping, and of course eating at fantastic restaurants. We loved our half day tour of Paros, walking narrow streets of the traditional town of Aranto was so peaceful and photogenic.
We are so glad we also choose to go north to Delphi and Meteora. So beautiful and again wonderful guides.

I did a 5 day/4 night W Trek in Torres del Paine National Park. From start to finish, kimkim.com and Ditmar Adventures were easy to work with, put my mind at ease, and took care of the details. I told them my preferences and what kind of hike I was looking to have, and they built an itinerary that matched my budget. Everything was timely and everyone was friendly. I have planned my own trips before but this time wanted to take the guess work out of transportation schedules, places to stay, and things to see/do. The airline lost my bag on the way in and the Ditmar team provided real time support and advice that made a potentially disastrous situation much more manageable. They helped me rebook a later bus and communicated with the hostel about my (now) late check in. The value they provided exceeded my expectations and I recommend them wholeheartedly. I had a great hike and great experience in Chile.

Our trip was very well organized. All of our concerns regarding acclimating to high altitude were addressed. When we decided we preferred to stay at a lower altitude than Cusco, Liz took care of rearranging our accommodations & tour to fit our desires. All of our transfers between airports, cities and tours were well planned and we felt very well taken care of. Jorge, our guide in the low jungle at our resort, Muyuna, kept us on our toes exploring the plants and animals of the rainforest. The sounds of the rainforest, the night hikes, swimming in the Amazon River, watching for pink dolphins, and fishing for piranhas are some of the highlights of the low jungle/rainforest experience. We enjoyed the continuity of spending time with our Cusco to Sacred Valley driver Michael, as we toured Sacred Valley the following day. Our 1 day Inca trail hike to Machu Picchu was an amazing experience with our guides Jamie and Nester. They took care of our meals and our health as we completed the challenging trek arriving at the Sun gate to enjoy the awesome experience entering into Machu Picchu from above. We completed our tour of Peru with an amazing journey to Palcoyo Rainbow Mountain with Edwin. A delicious breakfast & lunch were prepared special to accommodate our vegetarian requests at the private restaurant, Tullpu. Paul, was always available to answer questions through WhatsApp regarding flight delays & reminders for tour briefings. I highly recommend KimKim for Peru travel. We will look to them for our next international vacation.

I don't know what else to say other then everything was INCREDIBLE. Silvia was so helpful with everything we needed. She planned the perfect trip for us, down to every detail. Our biggest concerns before going to Iceland were; where are we driving every day, and the food. But Silvia made the driving effortless with daily google map itineraries, and in addition to daily local food recommendations, was able to get us hard to get reservations at amazing restaurants. My wife and I have already started talking about our plans to visit Sweden or Switzerland and would love to have Silvia as our agent again!

Angela did an amazing job. Our trip was highlighted by the wonderful guides there. Helaine was so thorough with a delightful voice and beautiful stories. We started our adventure with the Acropolis and many stories of the mythology surrounding it. We ventured toward Delphi and so much that surrounded. Started one day at a small mountainside farm in Meteora for coffee and sweet spoons, lunched with locals for lamb cooked over coals of an open fire, ended at a family winery. In between there were Monasteries on top of bluffs, a wonder and marvel to see. Churches being restored, icon art being created and some of the history of the Greek people! Athens was wonderful as well, walking the streets and markets, tasting the flavors. Christina was also a delight reading the Greek coffee grounds, and showing us the sights old and new. The street art there was a special walk scattered with updated housing, shops and markets.
Santorini was a magical place, the Mystique was enchanting! Don't miss Mia's Tia next door, its a special drink! The sunsets at Oia and shops were wonderful. We loved cooking and tasting at the winery. An uncovered ancient city and red sand beaches were a highlight as well as, a seaside lunch at the black sand beach. We ended our time at an outdoor show of Greek family Wedding!
Crete was a magical, lovely area and we managed to visit the eastern and western areas with Alexander. Eastern was a special river area with pomegranate and Bay leaf trees. We visited a family olive farm and saw the working of it and tasted the delicious harvest. We enjoyed old monasteries and nunneries with lovely hand made jewelry and beautiful scenery. We saw 13th century monasteries preserved, and ended our day with the most tasteful meal cooked outside over hearth and stone oven! The western area we visited a lovely town being restored
and the valley of the 5 virgins. We hiked and saw ancient Sycamore trees, beautiful gorges and abandoned monasteries, still visited by local people. We ended our day in a local tavern with spring fed waterfalls and fresh trout. Delicious!

Excellent planning by Jenny and the KimKim Team. Just one small clitch at the start re whether we'd prepaid for the hotel in Reykjavik but quickly sorted out and thereafter no problems. Useful to note also that when using the bus transfer from Keflavik airport you are taken to a terminal and then change onto minibuses to take you to the drop off point for your hotel. Otherwise everything worked as per the Travel Plan with maps, suggestions for places to visit and possible detours.
Our trip involved an internal flight to Egilsstadir where we picked up the hire car and then working our way back to Reykjavik via Lake Myvatn, Husavik, Laugarbakki, Heydalur, Isafjordur and the Snaesfellsnes Peninsula. Highlights were the Whale Trip at Husavik, seeing the Northern Lights and whales in the fjord at Hvammstangi and the stunning West Fjords but throughout the trip the scenery was fascinating and surprisingly varied.
We found Icelanders very helpful and friendly and most of the people we met spoke English. Not sure what it's like on the more touristy routes but it's work noting that there are very few public toilets when out in the country areas.

Our trip to Morocco was fantastic! Our whole experience with KimKim was great - Hakim was very responsive and accommodating throughout the whole planning process (which was delayed due to covid). The trip itself ran incredibly smoothly - thanks to Hakim in the background and our outstanding driver, Mohamed, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We had a clear guide on what to expect at every point and had resources if we had any questions (Mohamed or Hakim via WhatsApp). Our riads were all very nice, with excellent service, and our local tour guides were very informative. We’d highly recommend this to our friends & family.
Our trip included: Rabat - Chefchaouen blue city) - Volubilis (Roman ruins) - Fes - Merzouga (desert) - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakesh - Casablanca. A trip of a lifetime :)

We had a great time in Portugal! The tour was well planned, so we were able to see a lot in a short period of time. Our guide, Diogo, was also fantastic! He was humorous and smart- we learned a lot and felt comfortable with our guide!

Samir was amazing planning the trip. Resourceful & extremely responsive. Samir managed to get all hotels that we wanted to stay. We had a great time staying in Jordan. The only thing that could be better was the car. Spent hours on the roads so the car could be more comfortable.

Our guides in Athens and Michael and Chris in Mykonos and Santorini were wonderful. The tours were exactly what we wanted and the whole experience including accommodation was perfect.

Overall experience was great and our guide Giovanni was excellent

It was a one of the best organized trips I had been on.. from the hotels, car pick ups, tour plans to sight seeing it was a very well organized and very thoughtfully done. It was a customized tour plan and since I was a single traveler Murat and team made sure I was always taken care and never felt unsafe.

From Volkan, hatice to Murat himself were very good hosts and excellent travel buddies.

Istanbul - hotel, food everything was good. It’s a vibrant city and should be seen only on foot like I did! Do not miss the baklava, grand bazaar or the blue mosque!

Cappadocia- by far my most favorite destination. Gul Konnaklari!! Is a beautiful medieval castle.. and I MYST recommend their small restaurant for a dinner. Absolutely gorgeous! Both food and people
And my best guide was Hatice- she is fun and knowledgeable and practical. And the highlight of Turkey is the Hot Air Balloon that nobody should miss!

sirince - it’s a beautiful location but the crown jewel is the hotel NISANYAN! I landed late at night and was not so impressed but in the morning I instantly regretted not staying longer.. the food was fantastic.. service is amazing and the room they gave me had the best views. Not only do I recommend I will definitely return to enjoy more time there..

All in all it was a very well organized tour. Highly recommend Murat and his team if you are planning to go.. Turkey is a beautiful country with a lot of heart and soul! must Visit

Our trip was exactly what we wanted. Tricia was very helpful in providing information and making adjustments where needed. She also went out of her way to keep in touch while we were on our trip to try to ensure we saw the northern lights (which we did!). The staff at Mefjord Brygge were helpful. Sebastian was knowledgeable and kind and made several suggestions regarding the best way to experience this beautiful country. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

We had great guides and drivers, especially Valter, Francisco, Sophia, Ricardo and Daniel.

The trip was just the right combination of structure and spontaneity, and we didn’t get exhausted from doing too much.
