We were looking forward to have the best family vacation ever. So we choose to travel to Iceland. I found Kim Kim agency at the web. Janet help me perfectly. The instructions and the logistics of the trip was amazing. She gave me a Google driving plan around the Island, with fabulous views. Our idea was to stay in Farms so we can have the full experience, and she made that possible, so it was perfect. The only thing I will change will be that the first day was a very long drive, and we were super tired of the flight from the United States. But everything else was amazing !

Our driver, Nouraddine was awesome and strongly recommend.
Also, the tour guides in Chefchouen (Yusef), Fez ( do not remember name), Volobilis ( do not remember name), and Marrakesh were anazing. Very knowledgeable of everything and very accommodating to our needs and special requests. Even the person giving us the camel ride was exemplary. Everyone very friendly.

Also, all of the Riads that we stayed were way beyond our expectations. Really impressive facilities and friendly staff. Staying in Riads rather than hotels really elevated our experience.

Our driver Yanni was among the best parts of the trip. He was professional, always pleasant and very helpful. He went well beyond the call of duty after I got hurt on the mountain bike. The active excursions were very enjoyable also especially the canyoning and waterfalls. Some of the ruin sites were fascinating especially Delphi and Olympia.
The beaches we swam in were delightful and refreshing. I would have liked more diversity in the locations after a while the archeological sites started to blur. I should have requested a trip to the monastery’s in Metiora be part of the itinerary or maybe included an island as a destination or tours of not just archeological sites. Chris was quite accommodating with my request to have my son join us and with putting together such an immersive trip over 18 days. He definitely delivered a trip that had active days as requested and many great memories.

My daughter and I spend 6 wonderful days crossing Morocco and could not have been more pleased with our driver Nouri and our local guides. From private cooking classes and sunrise balloon rides to market tours and our beautiful accommodations, we were given the red carpet treatment everywhere we went. They were even able to handle some last minute itinerary changes as well as minor medical issues in stride.

We will absolutely use KimKin in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a first class concierge while traveling.

The best trip of our life! Emanuela was so amazing and spot on with what we needed. We have two children age 6 and 7 and she was able to plan aroubd their ages! We are so grateful for her expertise as we were able to seamlessly walk into an amazing vacation and see so many things that we could not have planned and organized ourselves. Iceland is by far my favorite country I have ever visited. From the people to the food to the beautiful landscape. All of our guides were amazing starting from Evie in the lava cave to my snorkeling guide at silfra, which I am forgetting his name, to Frieman with the Northern Lights. The hotels were perfect. Enterprise was so helpful as well. Truly amazing country with wonderful people. Thank you Emanuela for an amazing unforgettable trip!! If I could give it 10 stars I would! We will be back Iceland!

So amazing!!!! The south coast was so beautiful. The black sand beaches, lava cave formations, the waterfalls. Everything was amazing. Really breathtaking that cannot be appreciated as much on camera but really need to see it in person. It was such a great experience. The lava show surpassed my expectations! Our trip to Iceland was amazing, our best family trip yet! Othman was very helpful with making a few changes to our itinerary in the planning stage and our whole trip turned out perfectly . The website was easy to navigate and use on our day to day travels. There were no issue with any of the hotel reservations or our excursions. We knew it would be an active vacation but it was just the right amount of travel time and activity planned for each day.

If I had to make one suggestion - I would have preferred zodiac boat tour at Fjallsarlon over Jokulsarlon which is extremely crowded with many tourists and a lot of boats in water. Fjallsarlon was just as beautiful, less crowds, and their tours go right up to glacier.

We loved all of your hotel recommendations, except Hotel Selfoss. We did not have a good experience there. It felt like a college dorm and cafeteria, our room was noisy and not clean with very outdated furniture.

From start to finish working with Olman was an absolute pleasure. His extensive knowledge of Costa Rica coupled with his lovely demeanor and exquisite attention to detail all aided in us having an incredible trip. Othman’s planned the perfect trip for us to Iceland. He listened to what we wanted for the trip and his 7 day journey was ON POINT!

This was an amazing experience. It's situated in the jungle but every care has been taken to ensure a comfortable and memorable time. An on-duty chef prepared fantastic meals...even including a beautiful birthday cake for my birthday. Our guide, Tyson, was the greatest guy. He was tireless in making sure we saw as much wildlife as possible. Every time we came back to the lodge we were greeted with a different ice-cold juice and a cold, damp hand towel. The rooms themselves were very nice and comfortable.

This trip was truly spectacular. The Altarmar is a gorgeous boat, the crew was friendly and Felipe was an excellent guide. We saw many blue-footed boobies, frigates and such when we pulled alongside Daphne Major Island. We loved exploring the uninhabited Bartolome' and learned so much from Felipe there. Then the snorkeling off the beach at Santiago was fantastic...we saw sea turtles, a reef shark and many beautiful fish. Lunch back on the boat was excellent. As was the trip back. An awesome day.

Had a very good trip to Costa Rica. If you're interested in wildlife viewing above almost everything else, I would greatly recommend spending a lot of time in La Fortuna. I myself brought my 600mm telephoto lens and had a blast with the very colorful wildlife of the area!

I'm terrible with names–but the bird watching and night walk I had on the same day with the same guide from EcoTerra Costa Rica were stellar. For sloths, having a guide is a must–these things are almost invisible to the untrained eye.

The Danaus Eco-Center in La Fortuna was one of my favorite places to go to. I could barely say a word of Spanish, but the person attending the butterflies was excited to show them to me anyway. The area is very well maintained and I probably spent upwards of 4 hours on the tiny trail! (I was going _very_ slowly, almost obsessively slowly, so YMMV if that's not your thing.)

For wildlife viewing, I found that the Los Lagos resort was an excellent place to stay at. The resort property is huge and there's trails and nature areas that you can walk to freely with quite decent animals to spot.

If I had to do this trip again, I would spend less time in Tamarindo and more time surfing there. The surf lesson with Kurt from Iguana Surf, my first, was very successful and I'd love to do it again!

Not incredibly expensive and very fun to stay at. Cool little wildlife installations around the main resort. Big plot of land that has a lot of exploration opportunities. Food at the resort restaurant is priced similarly to US restaurants, while food in La Fortuna proper is distinctly cheaper. If you go without a car, the resort restaurant ends up being cheaper because of transportation costs.

We were able to spot 5 or 6 sloths during our walk. I wouldn't have seen a single one on my own without a guide as these animals camouflage very well, so make sure that you go with one. The wooden area houses some number of toucans, although in terms of sheer diversity, the best spot is at the feeders at the start of the hike. Tons of various tanagers and honeycreepers and great Kiskadees and other birds.

Tom was infinitely helpful in planning our trekking trip in Norway! All of our hytte & hotel bookings went perfectly when we arrived, and everything was well organized for us before our trip. Tom even went the extra mile and helped us find a laundromat for after our trek. We never would've been able to do all of these bookings with confidence ourselves from the US, we are beyond grateful that Kimkim made this trip possible for us. Kim Kim is a very useful and user friendly site for my trip planning. Daniel is very responsive and helpful in planning my itinerary to Ecuador. He adjusted the itinerary several times to accommodate my flight changes and preferences. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and provided a packing list for my reference. Daniela was also helpful and she set up a WhatsApp group for communication right before our trip.
The trip to Ecuador is very memorable. The country is beautiful and we had some good tour guides. The best guide was Darwin in Isabella Island in Galapagos. He took great photos and videos with his GoPro underwater and took the group to see a variety of marine life, including penguin, seahorse, sharks, sea lions, iguanas, sea turtles, birds, etc. It was absolutely fantastic to be so close to the animals in their natural habitats. Besides Galapagos, Quilotoa has stunning scenery, the Equator is fun to visit and the Quito historical town is very pretty.
The cons of the itinerary is that there is a lot of time spent on the car and/or boat each day. The hotel locations and the route can be further improved to reduce the driving time. This is especially true for our hotels in Quito, which were rather far from the attractions.
It would also be helpful if we get more information on the exact activities and what we should bring and wear each day, especially for the boat trips.
Overall, we had a very good trip in Ecuador and would love to visit again.

Excursion to Los Túneles

The trip is wonderful and the best of my 2 weeks in Ecuador. We saw many marine animals in their natural habitats and were very close with them. Darwin was a fantastic guide and he took great photos and videos with his GoPro underwater. We saw penguin, sharks, seahorse, sea lions, giant sea turtles, colourful fish, etc. The ocean was stunningly beautiful. I wish we could snorkel for longer.

Wow! Just wow! We really didn’t know what to expect with Kimkim because we had never booked such a huge trip online. It felt like a bit of a gamble and an act of trust. But wow…. What an amazing experience!

Harris was our local specialist. His communication in the process was exceptional. He customized our trip to meet our budget and interests. Everything from pick ups at the airports and activities, to top notch experiences, and beautiful hotels - we were very well taken care of.

The ease of this process cannot be beat. We walked off the airplane and were warmly welcomed and driven to our hotel. Tickets for ferries and excursions arrived in the online portal right in time for the activity. We were never overwhelmed or confused.

Drivers were on time, courteous and friendly.

Easy access to kimkim meant we could tweak or change our plans last minute if need be.

Greece is our first stop on a three week European trek. International flights and transfers were arranged for us.

Seriously seamless.

We highly recommend the Miland Suites on Milos. Rent a car and explore this amazing island. Naxos was wonderful too. The Cyano Suites were perfect.

We will use Kimkim again and again. And recommend it to anyone wanting to travel. Exceptional. 5 stars!

The review is for Ireland Walk Hike Bike as a whole since my interaction with Dean was minimal. Overall they did an outstanding job in understanding my needs and goals for the trip and were flexible in making changes to the travel plan after receiving my feedback.

During the booking phase, I had a chance to have a video call with one of the owners and explained to them what my concerns were, which he took in and offered solutions for.

After a failed hiking trip in Scotland, I asked them to adjust their travel plans to what I thought would be more realistic hiking goals. They did it using ingenious solutions that met my needs and at the same time kept the original backbone of the trip unchanged, so I did not have to change my flights or overall plans.

When I arrived in Dublin, I was not happy with the quality of the hotel they picked and changed to another hotel in the same neighborhood. They not only took in my feedback on the original hotel but also reimbursed me for the night I did not sleep there.

After arriving in Killarney, another owner of the company asked to meet me and we went over the travel plans to make sure I understood them thoroughly and confirmed they met my goals.

This is what I had been expecting of a kimkim experience, and I am glad I finally got it.
