Terrific boutique hotel. Just what we expected.

We did not do this activity. Too difficult to operate e-bikes.

Started out with tour operator not showing our reservation. Reservation made in name of tour coordinator with no reference to our names. Should have been an indicator. Very windy and boat rocky. Could not get to areas we were supposed to go. Should have been canceled.

Fantastic! Highlight of the trip.

Uzès was incredibly beautiful. Loved it. Monte Carlo was terrific. Enjoyed a James Bond martini and saw the racetrack.

Kim Kim agent did not put reservations in our name so we did not enjoy experience on day scheduled. We did work it out with restaurant and had an amazing meal.

One of our favorite hotels we stayed at, the rooms were neat and well prepared, their attached restaurant was wonderful. We enjoyed walking the property and seeing the sheep. Family run business, loved being there.

Good experience, attached restaurant is very convenient. Take quick showers as they are not geothermal. Note - if you have to leave early, the reception doesn’t open until 8:00am.

We had a great experience in this hotel. It met our families needs and we thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast. Highly recommended and conveniently located for our travel.

There was a lot of city road work going on while we were there, but Hotel Capellan served as an oasis from that, cool, comfortable, right in the heart of the city.

Loved getting to see the farm and the view was spectacular. A true gem.

Really beautiful apartment with plenty of amenities. The only thing that took away from this place was that they are building a metro station right outside and they were doing construction around 6 am every morning besides the weekend.

This was a great location. We could get to every place within 15-20 minutes of walking.

Cozy and close to the airport which is what we needed for our quick stay.

This was such a fun class! Our instructor was amazing and we loved all of the food we made. I would highly recommend this tour.

The most surprising tour for me. I didn’t know about the catacombs and it was such an interesting tour.

One of the most impressive tours we did in all of Italy. It is truly incredible how big the colosseum is. The ancient city was also a great addition to this tour.

This was another tour that could have easily been a whole day. There were so many pieces to see and there were rooms upon rooms of amazing artwork.

I wish we had more time on this tour. It was so good and there are so many things to see.

Such a fun trip. One of my family’s favorites. We had two stops which was plenty. We learned a lot about the vineyards and sampled so many types of wines.

It was worth the trip but it is about two hours away. We felt a little pressed for time in each town. I think it would be better if we only visited two places instead of three

The best tour you can do in Florence!

This was perfect for us since we only had an an afternoon in Milan.

The team at the Niche Hotel had a sweet welcome for us when we arrived - with rose petals all over our room and making a heart with the word "love" spelled out on our bed. It was such a sweet way to start our engagement trip.

O.M.G. I asked Siena at KimKim for the best suite she could find for the final night of our engagement trip to Greece and she ABSOLUTELY delivered!! We stayed in a suite with the view of the Acropolis, that also had a balcony and overlooked the bustling city of Athens. Since we were only staying one night, we bought pizza and a bottle of wine and just took in everything right from our amazing room. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Eva was absolutely the kindest and most accommodating host you could ask for. And the location at the city center of Chania was amazing!! Wouldn't wanted to have stayed anywhere else.

The hotel is perfectly located but there is no charm and the rooms are very basic.

It is really very narrow and not what I would expect a parador to be. We were able to change to a better hotel so thank you for that but there were definitely still better options

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was very good. Centrally located with many attractions within walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the shower - it’s huge!

Fun to see the giant tortoises in their natural environment.

A lovely , clean and spacious centrally-located hotel. We were given pasteis de nata the evening before we checked out!

The highlights of this hotel were the amazing early morning aromas of baking breads and pastries and the breakfasts served. The negative is the teeny, tiny rooms with no place to put clothes.

The Zenit Convento San Martin was one of our favorite hotels- a remodeled convent-spacious, good breakfast, bar and was 2 blocks away from La Concha Beach and about 10-15 min away from the Old Town where delicious pintxos abound.

More beautiful blue tiled buildings in Pinhao, a winery tour and tasting at Croft, a panoramic river cruise topped off by a delicious traditional Portuguese lunch of cured meats and cheeses, grilled fish, and a moist, multilayered cake with a light syrup sauce....and, of course, wine! Oh and then there was another wine tour at Veira de Sousa and another Pastel de Nata before calling it a day.

This experience was cancelled and replaced with a dinner at a restaurant that had several Prado singers. The dinner was great and the music was wonderful. We never figured our why the dinner with locals was cancelled but we made the best of what we were given.

Porto has a lot of hills so my favorite part of this tour was the boat ride on the Douro River, a good way to get a perspective of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. In the evening that we had to ourselves we had reservations to dine at Tapa Bento, in the train station. The tapas were fantastic especially the oxtail dumplings and steamed clams. On the way we stopped for another Pastel de Nata.

The morning before the tour we had some time to ourselves and went to a second breakfast at the majestic Majestic Cafe. Beautiful restaurant with lots of mirrors, glass, marble and a French toast treat called a Torrija. Crispy, sweet, eggy and delicious. After walking in the neighborhoods we stopped to try Ginjinha, a cherry liqueur in a dark chocolate cup. Yummm! The lady helping us was so friendly. For lunch we tried the soft and tasty pork sandwich, the Bifana at Conga, Casa das Bifanas. So we were prepared, somewhat ,for our Port tasting experience... Man did we drink a lot of Port at Sandeman! Our server served us 5 types of port and I could not finish most of them. Possibly because port tends to be sweet and has a higher alcohol content but, technicalities aside, the wines were delicious and she was very informative about the process of making Port wine.

It was fun sitting on the saddle-like seats on the speed boat and seeing the coast from the water side.

Beautiful drive through vineyards. Our tour of Albet i Noya Penedes winery was perfect. Delicious wines, tasty charcuterie plate and gorgeous green hillside vistas. The Montserrat Monastery was imposingly perched on the side of the mountain and the views into the nearby valleys were spectacular. Although we did not get to see the Black Madonna up close, she was still beautiful from afar.

Visiting market places is one of my favorite things to do to really see how the locals live and eat. The chef who toured us through the market and then brought us to her kitchen, overlooking the plaza was a well-prepared and knowledgable cook. We made a Spanish tortilla, seafood paella and creme catalan. The wine flowed freely and there were snacks of meats and cheeses to keep us student cooks fortified.

I had read about the history of Antoni Gaudi's Basilica de la Sagrada Familia before coming to Barcelona but to see it in person...whoa!...It was an experience of a lifetime. The sculptures and decorative detail both inside and out, the way it was positioned to use the rise and fall of the sun to create sunrise and sunset colors within the church. What an amazing sight!

The guided visit of San Sebastian was helpful in that it made getting around San Sebastian easier so that we could spend our free time sightseeing and visiting our favorite Pintxo bars with confidence. We especially enjoyed the views of the bay, central San Sebastian and the tour of the Church of St Vicente Martir.

I thought the train ride to Toledo from Madrid was a nice way to travel. Our guide was born and raised there and was very proud of "his town." The small alley ways, stone streets, the expansive courtyards were very visually appealing. The ornate and imposing Cathedral of St Mary of Toledo stood out in my mind because there were burial sites with the bronze plaques on the floor for several Cardinals and suspended above each of the sites was the cardinal's hat.

I think visiting the central market was eye-opening with all of the meats, cheeses and fresh shell fish. There's so much history compared to our homeland, the US. Even the restaurants that have lasted more than 100 yrs are commemorated with bronze plaques in the sidewalk.

Zarautz had gently rolling hills and lush green vineyards, overlooking the ocean. Getaria was also covered with green farmlands as well as having a busy port city with lots of boats. Zumaia had tall cliffs facing the ocean.

I ate and loved things I didn't think I would ever like- anchovies. Also the foods I love were only made more fantastic by the presentation and accompanying ingredients. Bar Sport was my favorite with their Gildas and Foie Gras over veal toasts. I would go back to San Sebastian in a heartbeat.

It was wonderful starting our Spain vacation with a tapas food tour. Between the wines, vermouth, Spanish tortilla, jamon, sausages and peppers, our guide was enthusiastic, informative and friendly. A truly wonderful welcome to Spain

The views are to die for but beware there are many stairs!! Can’t have cliff side views without putting some work in. Food was good at the restaurant but you can get better in town

The bedrooms are to DIE for, from the double rainhead shower to the high tech blinds and the personal hot tub. We didn’t want to leave!! Quiet area and lots of privacy

Our tour guides, jiannis and Nolan, were extremely friendly and fun to be around. They had as much fun working as we did being on the tour!

We did not know that we had a private tour until the day of, which made our day! Having your own private driver and tour guide makes you feel somehow famous

Very difficult to have perfect weather for something like this, possibly something you want to wait for the week of to book. We were both freezing and got sunburned at the same time

If you have any doubts, stop and just book it!!! We will be talking about this tour for years to come!!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful scenery wonderful experience.

We were not impressed with this hotel especially since we paid more for it and thought it was going to be the best hotel of our stays in Vietnam. Our room was sparsely decorated, looked like a college dormitory room. The bed was comfortable but our bathroom often smelled like urine. This may have been a drain issue. Housekeeping did refresh our room daily. The hotel grounds were lovely with some very nice restaurants. The Breakfast Buffet was excellent. The pool and beach were nice. Lounging by the pool in the breezy afternoon did feel like we were on vacation. Going back to our room dampened this feeling. The gym was nice, though small. All of the equipment I used: elliptical, bike, and rowing machine worked well. I got my best mini workout here. The spa with the croaking frogs was nice to visit in the evening - spa was closed but you could sit and listen to the frogs. My husband got a massage, during open hours, which he enjoyed.

I was very pleased with Little Oasis in Hoi An though it is a 20 to 25 minute walk to the Old Town area. The location was convenient for the tours we took. There are restaurants near by. The hotel has a lovely restaurant too. The 5th floor pool was large enough for a bit of exercise and towels were abundant. You can easily get filtered water for your room. They also welcomed us with some delicious and lovely food gifts upon arrival. Our room was very comfortable with a serene view of the garden and water buffaloes. The Breakfast Buffet offered many varieties of food for different breakfast tastes. There were bikes to use and a shuttle service into Old Town. I really missed this hotel when we moved on to Da Nang. It became a lovely temporary home. The gym was a let down. It looks impressive but most of the aerobic equipment did not work and the weight machines all worked the same muscle groups. The gym needs an elliptical machine, one that works.

Decent hotel. The Breakfast Buffet was very good. The gym is tiny but did have an elliptical machine which made me happy. It's in a very walkable area of Ho Chi Minh City. The staff was outstanding.

It was nice to take a rest from early morning starts but our last stay at Naman Retreat in Da Nang was a bit underwhelming. The room was disappointing as mentioned earlier (I kind of ragged on it). I've got to give the grounds, hotel restaurants, pool, gym, beach, and staff high praise. These parts of our stay were nice but the room was a downer. It was a real mismatch with the Retreat grounds and amenities. Our Local Specialist could not get us into two of the hotels he was arranging so we ended up paying more for Naman Retreat. Our son who by chance was in Da Nang staying at Koi Resort said his room was a lot nicer and he did not pay much due to his budget. I considered moving to a new hotel but doubted we could get our money back. We spent time at Han Market and Lotte Market. I was disappointed with Han Market after being at the Hoi An market. It was difficult to walk around due to crowds though I understand it is the market locals use. Lotte Super Market was more modern and you could buy some groceries there.

I really liked Marble Mountain - challenging climb and beautiful scenery. The cave with the open ceiling was a photo op. We got a later start than planned due to a stop at a marble carving store (which was really fun) so the heat of the day was forceful. Our Guide Vinh Bui was as wonderful as ever. He has so much knowledge to share regarding these mountains. We really enjoyed the two stops or so to catch an amazing breeze in the shade. We did not see any monkeys on Monkey Mountain but we saw Lady Buddha, impressive. It was a quicker trip but still nice.

We had issues with this tour. It was extremely chaotic and crowded. Our guide was young and inexperienced. We did not do some of the stuff mentioned in the tour description that we received from our Local Specialist. The snorkeling was short and the beach wait to go home was long. The lunch on the beach was tasty. The morning glory was delicious and I loved the sweet potato soup. We felt let down with the tour. There were so many snorkelers and scuba divers in a small area that it felt congested. The coral was nice and if we had been there with less people, it would have been more enjoyable. The coral looked healthy.

We really enjoyed the Teh Dar Show to our surprise. I thought it might be like Circus Soleil but it was so much better. It had a touch of the Lion King on Broadway along with indigenous people and drums. The acrobatics were impressive. It was done so well and lasted about an hour. I'd go see it again. The REU Restaurant was not my favorite restaurant but the food was good. They made sure to include non-meat foods for me.

I truly enjoyed this Organic Farm Tour! I attended alone since my husband was having knee problems after riding the small Vietnamese bikes the day before. He is 6 feet tall with long legs. Meeting the local farmer, having tea and sweet potato at the start, and continuing on with some conversation through my Guide, Mr. Linh, was a pleasure. I was able to garden: plow, fertilize with dried water buffalo dung, plant, and water the beautiful green plants. I think it was lettuce. I also got to sample many types of basil, mint and other herbs. It was peaceful, tranquil and educational. I would love to volunteer there if I lived in Hoi An. The bike ride to the restaurant was nice though my brakes were a bit wonky. The restaurant where I cooked my own rice pancake with mushroom was Excellent. The chef and his helpers prepared a lovely and delicious meal for me which I shared with Mr. Linh since my husband did not attend. It was one of my favorite meals in Vietnam. The basket boat ride was an adventure. The older woman who captained the boat was friendly and a very hard worker. Fun, fun, fun!!!

This was very touristy but fun. The lantern release is pretty but it was crowded. I did fall in love with Hoi An. We had an exceptional Guide who spoke very, very good English. I cringe at these words since I do not speak any 2nd language and have the nerve to compliment a foreigner's English. I'm grateful he could communicate so well. We got a lot more out of the tours with his extensive knowledge and kind, caring, thoughtful manner. Many, many Thanks to Vinh Bui. I would highly recommend him as a Guide for a stay in the Hoi An and Da Nang areas. He is from Ho Chi Minh/Saigon so he may be equipped to provide tours in other areas of Vietnam.

MeKong Delta was fun and educational. The boat ride with the coconut water (best coconut I've ever drank) and our custom bamboo straws were so enjoyable. The stop at the coconut candy making factory on the water was really fun. We got to see a glimpse of the entire candy making process. We bought some candy and had a sip of snake wine. The owners served us tea and fruit with a custom seasoned dipping salt that gave the fruit so much flavor. We sat in a lovely shaded area, just us two and our guide. It was a Great Tour! We took bikes to the restaurant which was a bit precarious due to not having good bike brakes on my bike. The bikes were a bit small for my tall husband so he could not ride for long. The restaurant food was delicious - loved the Elephant Ear Fish! We also received custom bamboo chop sticks - a nice touch! We briefly stopped at a mat making place as we waited for our bicycles. We saw a bit of how it is done but there was no way we could pack one of those mats for travel back to the USA. We also had stopped at the bamboo shirt, towel, etc factory on the way to the boat ride. We got a demonstration of how bamboo was superior to cotton and saw many of their products. At the end we had to snake through the aisles of products to exit. We sensed they wanted us to buy something but we found the push for that unappealing, plus there really wasn't much I would have wanted, especially with our limited packing space.

The food tour was okay. I'm not an adventurous eater so I knew going into it that I probably was not going to enjoy it much but my husband eats almost anything so he enjoyed it. The adventure was in traveling around the busy streets with food vendors. I do not eat meat but do eat seafood but I could not eat seafood when I saw the live creatures in the aquariums of the food vendors. I ate vegetarian that night at a noodle place where I believe our guide ate. He was vegetarian. It was tasty with a wonderful vegetarian broth and yummy tofu. I was very pleased. Our guide took us to a special Coffee Cafe where I had my first Egg Coffee, hot - amazing! It was like a decadent mocha dessert with layers of flavor. My first Egg Coffee but not my last.

We enjoyed seeing the war museum and other official buildings in Ho Chi Minh City. The visit to the lacquered art studio was educational and fun. We almost bought a piece but shipping to the USA could not be easily done. We were unable to carry the piece due to all the other luggage we had with us. Andy, our guide was informative, friendly, and fun. We had an excellent driver with a kindness in his heart. He navigated the streets with ease.

This was an excellent experience - so discrete and quick. The man helping us was extremely professional and moved us along the process at lightening speed with no snags.
