We had a really good time in Brasil. Everything was very well organised.

The Selina hotel in Rio and in Parraty were very nice. Our hotel in Buzios was absolutely fantastic. The hotel Pietro Angelo in FOz do Iguacu was not so good (too big and impersonal.

We had a good time in Rio and the most amazing activity was hanggliding! We liked the samba class as well. And we joined a football game at Maracana. What a vibrant ambiance!

Our day 1 tour guide in Rio was rather boring and super touristic.
The tour day with bus and full boat in Praia do Araial was also very touristic. Pleasant but not our cup of tea.

We had a blast with Greg, the taxi driver. He's really a super nice person!

Thanks to Alfonso and colleagues who really helped us out when we had questions at any time of the day.

Highly recommend an Australia/New Zealand trip planned by Vicky. It was our first time using kimkim and we experienced a 49-hour travel delay. Vicky was able to adapt our trip to fit in as much as possible with the delay and she had such a good attitude about it. Highlights included the Great Barrier Reef, Milford Sound in Queenstown, and all of the accommodations + transfers. We did not have ANY issues with anything Vicky planned and it was flawless! Thanks to Vicky, we will absolutely use kimkim again.

Our trip to Croatia organized by Nikola was amazing, everything was well planned and organized. Our accommodations were as expected, and personal hired for transportation and tours amazing. Absolutely beautiful country. Started in Oslo, for those looking for adventure I would limit your time here. Balestrand has amazing hiking, got to the Burasi peak for spectacular views. Take a few hours to kayak. The RIB boat tour is a quick way to see some other beautiful Fjords. In Bergen get a ticket to ride up to the overlook point and you can hike further up the mountain and enjoy some beautiful perched lakes along the way. Had a great time fishing, about a 5 hour experience with 2 hours in the water with lines in.

Very well organized. Hotels were all located close to places we wanted to visit. Drivers were prompt and punctual. All of this added up to a fun and stress free trip. Definitely planning to use Kim Kim again in the near future

Our trip to Thailand was a dream come true for our family and 2 elementary aged kids. Kelly helped design an amazing itinerary, providing suggestions, clear communication, and seamless transitions. We had nearly as much fun designing and planning the vacation as we did while there! Once in Thailand, we were expertly guided by Julie Songsee in and around Bangkok. She provided us treats in the markets, introduced us to several fun experiences, provided insights into the culture and history of Thailand, and was attentive to our dietary preferences. In Chiang Mai, our guide, Jira, educated us on the history and culture of Northern Thailand. We loved our chats with him! Smile Lanna, our hotel, was particularly relaxing and comfortable, with great breakfasts and pool! We especially enjoyed the Thai cooking lesson and elephant sanctuaries, as well as the hike in the mountain rainforest. The floating huts in Khao Sok were gorgeous, along with the longboat rides and waterfall and cave hikes. Lastly, the hotel in Phuket was relaxing - right on the beach! Thanks for making our stay in Thailand so wonderful and relaxing. Great food, culture, people, and adventures!

Thanks for the waterfall hike - definitely a highlight! We loved forging upstream through the water (not for the faint-hearted). We saw monkeys and a wild elephant, and amazing views. What a beautiful place.

Snorkeling was beautiful and it was a fun ride on the speedboat. You visit 2 islands to snorkel and a 3rd island for some beach time. A very touristy activity - know that it may be quite a drive from your hotel.

Mar and Fenne were so incredibly helpful. They planned an amazing trip throughout Norway with a lot of fun activities. When my son was injured a week before our trip they were super helpful in cancelling what could be cancelled.
I would use KimKim again in the future for sure!

Using kimkim, and being paired with our specialist, Amandine, was the best thing that could have happened for our trip to Germany to see Taylor Swift and then to France for the summer Olympics.

Amandine made the entire process so simple. She booked beautiful, convenient, and safe hotels for us in each of our locations (Hamburg, Berlin, Nice, and Paris), handled all of our train and plane tickets and transfers, and recommended fun and enriching activities in each location. We were thrilled with each of the tours she booked for us, from a beer tour of Berlin, to a Secret Food Tour in Nice, to a guided tour of Versailles and Giverny in Paris, and found them both fun and educational with wonderful guides each time. Amandine also pivoted when some of the original activities she suggested weren't up our alley and found wonderful replacements, such as a cabaret dinner in the Latin Quarter of Paris.

It was so comforting that Amandine checked in with us throughout the trip and was available via kimkim and WhatsApp any time we had questions or when our flight was delayed. We had the best two weeks massively in part to Amandine's hard work and careful planning, and I'm already planning to book another trip with her assistance.

We decided to work with kim kim, to plan and organize travels through the riviera using a private driver (come guide). They then appointed a local agent, HighPoint Holidays, in the riviera, to execute the itinerary.

Day 1 in nice:
Our driver was not a guide and drove us from one destination to another, leaving us on our own to figure out what we wanted to see and do. There was zero guidance from him. Even worst was the level of his driving. My message to the agent was “the driver was a maniac on the road, almost ran into road barriers and multiple people (multiple times). We repeatedly asked him to slow down but he did not listen. The end the day, when we were ready to leave our last destination, the driver was no where to be found. We called his phone numerous times, there was no response and we ended up waiting for him for 45 mins!”

Day 2:
Went according to plans with no hiccups to report or complain about

Day 3:
We were ready and waiting to be picked up at 9am. The driver was late, we made numerous calls to kim kim, who in turn made numerous calls to high point. They had no reason or excuse for the driver not showing up and kept asking us to wait whilst they figure things out. We waited till 10:30am at which point i called a taxi to drive us around and cancelled the tour with the travel agent

Thereafter we agreed that i engage a taxi to drive us around for the next couple of days, as their unreliability left a bad taste in my mouth

Day 7:
We had planned a private boat trips the agent mentioned the weather forecast was not looking in our favor and they would advise the night before and the morning of. The night before, as the weather was not looking favorable, i asked if it might be better that we cancel the boating trip. The agent and captain agreed

We had planned a private drive to san reno and the italian riviera. We were informed at the last minute that we would need to join other people as they did not have enough resources. I decided to cancel this and go on our own

At the end of the travels, we summarized everything for kim kim, they responded and said they would they would honor the changes and refund accordingly. After weeks of writing repeatedly to them, they responded and offer a total of USD1,400.00 less some hotel incidentals which we highlighted is our cost, the net refund of only US$1038.00 which is only a small fraction of the cost we paid of USD17,278;

Due to our experiences, I cannot suggest or recommend these to groups. There was no explanation. They have simply gone radio silent, ignoring us and simply disappeared. Not cool!

Well organized with efficient logistics for all activities (park tour, white-water rafting, horseback riding) in Manual Antonio. Guides were all excellent. Tulemar Resort with excellent food, helpful staff, and incredible views from the tree-tops over the Pacific. Hotel Cerro Lodge staff very friendly and helpful. Amazing birding there. Excellent guides Silvia for Cararra National Park and Hansel for Tarcoles River cruise.
