Room was nice and breakfast was ok. The hosts are a little 'intense', but nice enough. Parking was a bit of an issue.

Having a hotel room that looks right out onto the lake was wonderful. Comfortable room and good breakfast provided. Good location.

A pretty basic hotel room. The scenery was beautiful but getting around the village and finding parking with all of the tourists was a little crazy. But couldn't have asked for a better location

This was one of our favourite accommodations. The renovation work and history behind it is beautiful. The best laid-out bathroom of all of our stays. Breakfast next door was great.

We lucked out in the fact that it was a beautiful sunny day after a rainstorm the day before. So there was still water in the waterfalls but clear skies so that you could see for miles. Enjoyed the catamarans (although it got a little long towards the end) and everything was run VERY smoothly. Good guides. Loved it.

Loved this! The scenery was beautiful, the guide was informative and there was just enough easy and hard biking to make it interesting.

Partly our fault. We had read the description of a different tour with a similar name. We thought we would be going on a tour of a sheep farm with a sheep shearing demonstration, etc. that included lunch and wine and all of the trimmings. This tour consisted of riding in a large touring van (4WD description was slightly misleading) for 7 hours, mostly on gravel roads, with short stops to point out trees and livestock. There was no sheep farm tour, no 4WD like we were expecting (Jeep or ATV), lunch consisted of half a sandwich with a piece of banana bread that we ate in a lawn chair at the side of a road beside a settling pond. The guide was nice and did his best to pass on his local knowledge but I think even he was bored. Perhaps if you were in your 80's, this may have been enough but for us, it was a complete waste of a day.

We were not exactly sure how this was supposed to work. We told the guide that we preferred to spend more time hiking than on the boat. He was excellent and pointed out some options that would work for us and it turned out to be a wonderful day. Great people running this and a small boat so you're not crammed into a big boat with a lot of other people.

The trail itself was ok. Unfortunately a lot of the little artisan galleries along the trail were closed which would have made things more interesting. A great little coffee shop and good restaurants though.

An amazing ride. The electric bikes were a must for us...we couldn't have done it without them.

A truly unique experience. Our guides were fun and appreciated the warm drinks and food during the tour. The only down side was not being able to take your own pictures. They took some and you could buy them at the end, but let's say that photography is not their forte. :-)

This was probably our 2nd favorite accommodations of our trip (next to the tree house villas in Thailand). Ha long bay is such a sight to see and the cruise is very luxurious. The activities planned, just the cruising around the bay, amazing. Outside of the trip itself, the staff on Athena really make this magical. They were so nice, made a point to talk to you whenever they could. Highly recommend this cruise

Another excellent hotel, with an awesome location in Hanoi. The staff here went above and beyond. The rooms were small and it’s in a bustling area so depending on what time you go to sleep you will probably hear a lot going on outside. My wife didn’t feel like going to breakfast so I told the staff and they made her a nice little to go bag with coffee and pastries and such. Very sweet.

Great hotel, great location right on the beach. Didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff other than check in but they were very nice. Room was standard but was okay for 1 night. Breakfast buffet was solid and the bar was nice.

This hotel wasn’t our favorite. The location wasn’t great , the room was mediocre (not like the picture above). Breakfast was lacking. Front desk staff and door man were very nice. The restaurant and bar staff not so much. I got food poisoning (or something) and my wife tried to bring me some plain bread from the breakfast buffet and she was treated very rudely by the staff. Initially told her no. The front desk then called and apologized. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel was okay. It was clean and the rooms were basic. Staff were very nice. It was pretty far off the beaten path (20 minute walk to the beach, 30 minutes to bangla road (if you’re into that). Traffic was horrendous and it was mostly better to walk everywhere.

This was our absolute favorite place we stayed during our 3 weeks between Thailand and Vietnam. Very romantic , private treehouse on a small island with a great beach (during high tide). Food was amazing, massages, drinks, accommodations , all excellent. Will definitely be back. I will say this is a very lowkey spot, not much else to do on the resort besides the beach and what the resort offers. There are plenty of excursions to jump off to but we were looking for relaxing time and this was perfect for us

Again, Thuy our guide made this day amazing. We saw so many different areas around Hanoi and she even made some changes so we could see the railway market and the trains arrival (which in my opinion was better than Bangkoks railway market). Thuy found us a great spot to have a drink and get a front line view of the arriving train. Hanoi was such a cool city, can’t wait to go back

Thuy our guide was fabulous! We started the day with a walking tour around old quarter. We stopped and tried so many local foods that were all delicious. She pointed us in the right direction for Pho dinner. The puppet show was unique and we really enjoyed it

Unfortunately the weather was terrible (not the tours fault obviously). This place is really unique but it was overly crowded, very foggy (couldn’t even see both hands in one picture). I think with better weather this would be a neat thing to experience and we will try again in the future. Our guide Rey was great and really showed us around and tried to make the day better despite the weather. Would try this tour again

This was something to see but I think it’s skippable. The weather for us wasn’t great , it was overly crowded. The cruise was cool and all but it looked just as cool watching from the side.

Do not miss this adventure! A full day of beauty. There are other tours like it I’m sure but we’d do John Gray’s again when we return. The staff as always were so inviting. The activities , the hongs, James Bone island (huge James Bond nerd), Krathong floating, plankton such a cool experience.

The tree house villas on Ko Yao were so inviting , elegant and peaceful. Exactly what we needed to break up all the tours. The romantic beach dinner ended up being so…romantic. Our server made the evening very special. The food was some of the best we had and the evening was just perfect.

What a special day! Getting so much interaction with the elephants , the bamboo float, the village people, the staff. All one of a kind. Highly recommend everything about this

Pat our guide was very funny and friendly. This was a long day and we didn’t really see a lot, the peak, a couple of pagodas. Doing it again we would probably shorten this day or skip it and spend more time in Chiang Mai. But it was still a nice experience

After a few full days days of tours and walking this was so needed. The spa and the staff were top notch. 2 hours went by so fast but was wonderful. This was the start of our massage journey. Many more followed

Leena our guide really made our Bangkok excursions special. This tour was very notable for us as it was our first. We loved it and highly recommend it to get to know the city and the culture

Wow! This was so neat to see and participate in. Leena got us a great spot to watch the train come in and sip some coffee. Such a cool area and experience. Highly recommend.

Great location. Good breakfast buffet with a great variety of Korean and non-Korean food.

Jones was the best driver and tour we could have ever had.

All the rooms are different! My room was nice but over the courtyard that people ate dinner so I wasn't able to sleep until they were done cleaning up. For me, I listened to a book and relaxed.

The hotel was nice but we arrived so late we didn't get a chance to see much of the grounds and enjoy the various gardens.

This camp was nicer than I expected. We arrived in the early evening and there wasn't any hot water left to take a shower. I also couldn't get the heater in my tent to work. The location was gorgeous and the staff were nice.

The tour was good. The guide was interesting and helpful. It seems like he is the mayor of that area. Everyone knew him.

I got to try new foods.

We were a bit tired from the day before, so our energy level was a lower. Khalid was great.

So we didn't see Todra Gorge, but ended up experiencing a snowstorm while driving through the Atlas mountains. The day was long due to roads being washed out. Our driver was good and we all made the best of a change in our plans.

I enjoyed stopping and seeing the villages in the dunes. We stopped and saw a show. The tour went longer due to a rainstorm washing out the road to the gorge.

I wasn't sure about riding a camel but I had so much fun. I am not a fan of horses but found the camel easy going.

This tour was another informative one with a good guide and interesting stops. There is no way you can walk around the medina without a guide.

Khalid and Mohammed starting our trip to Morocco with a special lunch. We learned more about the families. The food was good.

The room was odd and the charged us even though they had been paid. The breakfast was in the basement. I wouldn't recommend using the hotel again.

I don't drink so I was sure how the tour was going to go for me, but we met some really fun and nice people and had a great time. I haven't laughed that much for awhile.

The itinerary said this was going to be a three hour show but it was just over an hour. Not worth the money.

Hotel was in an amazing location for exploring. Staff was extremely friendly.

Amazing location (walking distance to the beach), had an amazing pool and friendly staff. We were there during schoolies so it was very loud at night. However, staff did their best to fix that.

An extremely unique and amazing experience. Friendly staff, great boat ride there and back, fun time in the submarine and then snorkeling. Everyone loved every minute of it.

Our tour guide was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. He really interacted with my kids and everyone had a blast learning about Sydney!

Fred was an amazing tour guy and made the 11 hours go by so fast! He was extremely knowledgeable and loved telling stories! I also loved that it wasn’t a huge bus tour so it felt more intimate

Hotel Laki was nice; we stayed there for two nights. Although we spent little time at the hotel due to being out exploring, the restaurant was impressive. The roof deck provided an excellent spot to search for the Northern Lights. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The Bubble Hotel offers a unique glamping experience where you can sleep under the stars in a clear plastic bubble. While the view was breathtaking, the lack of furniture besides the bed was slightly inconvenient. It's more about the amazing experience and the view than hotel room comforts.

The Berjaya Hotel Reykjavik Natura was a comfortable stay. Overall, a nice hotel with convenient parking.

The Golden Circle tour was a bit rushed due to limited daylight hours in winter. Although the sites were stunning, driving 400 to 500 kilometers each day felt like a lot, and the final activities of the day were often in the dark, which wasn't ideal for viewing the waterfalls. If there's an option, allow for more time or perhaps an extra day during the winter to fully enjoy the sights.

The Lava Cave Explorer Tour was definitely worth it! It was fascinating to see the inside of a cave where lava flowed hundreds of years ago. Our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, making the experience very engaging.

The Solheimajokull Glacier Hike was a unique and amazing experience. Walking on the glacier with nothing but ice around was surreal. We had an excellent guide who made the experience unforgettable, sharing insights and ensuring we appreciated the incredible glacier landscape.

Visiting the Crystal Blue Ice Cave was a highlight of the trip! We were lucky to explore a newly discovered cave, which was pristine and breathtaking. The size of the cave allowed us to walk in comfortably, and the beauty of the ice formations was unparalleled.

The Reykjavík Food Walk was an absolute blast! It was a fantastic way to spend the day exploring the city, trying out different restaurants, and getting recommendations for places to eat. The tour was fun and engaging, and I really enjoyed the experience.

There are not enough stars or words to capture how much we loved Riad Kniza. WOW. This riad is stunning and the service from the staff is unbeatable. The riad is beautiful with such intricate, amazing detail throughout & the food is phenmonal -- you must do a dinner while you stay here. We also loved the hammam - highly recommend!

Riad Kalaa was excellent! The staff were welcoming & helpful, and the riad is in a great location -- very easy to walk through the medina and navigate. The rooms and courtyard are stunning -- we loved our stay here! We also ventured to Riad Kalaa 1 for dinner -- hands-down one of the best meals we had in Morocco. Highly recommend!

Puerta Azul is beautiful, but we found ourselves missing the typical Moroccan Riad at this one! The hotel staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, but you definitely get more of a hotel feel rather than the riad (e.g., with the welcome tea, tailored staff, etc.). But, Puerta Azul is clean and comfortable, and easy to navigate to the medina from.

We loved Dar Victoria! It had such a unique, authentic character and layout, and the staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The suites are spacious and beautiful, and the food at the hotel -- both the dinner and the breakfast provided -- is amazing.

Riad Madu Premium Camp is absolutely incredible & I cannot recommend enough. The camp is stunning and the experience is one of a kind. The staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and kind and we loved our stay here. My only wish is that we had another day so that we could have done more of the activities & exploration of the dunes during the day! Highly recommend!

The lodging options & stays in the Boumalne Dades are limited, and the Ksar Sultan definitely seemed to be among the better options. We enjoyed our stay there, but it definitely wasn't as nice as some of the other places we stayed. The room was simple, but very clean. The hot water didn't work well in the evening, but seemed to work in the morning. The food -- both dinner and breakfast -- was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming!

La Maison Arabe was one of our absolute favorite stays in Morocco. It was stunning. The attention to detail throughout each room in this riad -- including hallways -- is phenomenal. The service was amazing, the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and our suite was beautiful. We have nothing but positive reviews for La Maison Arabe, and highly recommend! It's also very close to the main square in the medina and easy to walk -- both during the day and at night -- to so many of the nearby sites.

Nice to visit areas off the beaten path in Vietnam and experience some local culture and participate in activities such as planting rice.

The setting is idyllic, overlooking the Ionian Sea watching the sail boats. Great food options. Clean, well maintained rooms, beach and pool. Nice spa. Friendly staff. Loved the inspiring yoga teacher. Great place for R&R with good proximity to Corfu town.

So fun to spend a morning kayaking over ancient ruins. Made special by a birthday cupcake treat at the beach picnic from the guides for a birthday we were celebrating.

This was a wondeful day! Hilke spent 5 hours with us going thru buildings, history, small streets and lots of history and culture!

This activity was so interesting and informative. It was worth the drive south.

The Bedouin safari did not meet expectations. It wasn’t quite as advertised, and several aspects of the tour were lacking. The majority of the tour was an ATV ride, so if you choose to do this, be sure to bring a scarf or wear something you don’t mind getting dusty. The camel ride was only about 5 minutes long, just a quick trip towards the mountain and back, and the person taking photos for you will ask for a tip even though the pictures weren’t particularly great. The stargazing was pretty interesting, the astronomer discussed a few of the constellations and pointed out a few planets that we then used the telescope to look at - Saturn was the best. The dinner was as expected, but the show felt more like a random collection of acts. After the dinner and the show, you then drive the ATV back to where you started. Most importantly, it definitely didn't offer that romantic "under the stars, tent" Arabian night feeling we were hoping for. While you can still appreciate the experience for what it is, it didn’t quite live up to the magical atmosphere we envisioned. Overall, I would suggest managing expectations for the Bedouin safari.

The hot air balloon ride over Luxor was absolutely breathtaking and magical - the stunning views of the Nile River, ancient temples, and the Valley of the Kings below were simply unforgettable. Watching the sun rise over such a historic and beautiful landscape was an experience like no other. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Luxor – it’s truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that will leave you with memories to treasure forever.

We loved the white temple and visiting the northern most point in Thailand! Lolita cafe is also a must!
