Central location with amazing history in the hotel itself. The staff is super helpful and kind. Loved the breakfast and the concept that it doesn't have specific timings like other hotels. You just let the staff know when to expect you in the mornings for breakfast and what you want, and they handle the rest.

Comfy and spacious rooms. Walking distance from must see attractions of Evora. There is a pool (ice cold so beware!) and free parking in the underground section which is very convenient. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Convenient location, very walkable to number of activities. Extremely clean and spacious rooms. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Make sure to get a room facing the Marina!

one word--- AMAZING!!! Our guide, Sophia was fantastic, she gave us insides of the history and introduced us to amazing food. It is a walking tour so make sure you have comfortable footwear and water.

Very informative tour of Evora! a must do. The chapel of bones is a must see. Beautiful town with lots of Gothic and Roman history.

A must do fun activity on the water!! Benagil Caves is magnificent. The guides Patrick and Sam were great. If you can't kayak don't worry you have a small lesson before going out on the water and there are always two guides with the group. The tour guides give you a brief history of the caves and how they were formed. They take you to other smaller caves as well, that's what sets this tour apart from the rest.

The hot air balloon sunrise is a must see in Cappadocia.

Incredible location, comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet and a delightful outdoor garden bar/lounge. We did not use the spa but it looked awesome. The staff was pleasant and responsive. We will gladly return.

A very pretty property. Beautiful grounds. Most rooms, including ours, had a lovely Mountain View. The staff in the restaurant were very lovely - front desk was ok. The property was a short 5 min walk to the Norwegian sauna we experienced. Awesome.

Our guide picked us up in downtown Bergen. We were a group of 6. The location was spectacular and the equipment was clean and in excellent condition. We enjoyed a delicious and simple lunch on a tiny island and just had a great time exploring nature. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area, nature, weather and more.

So fun! A very short walk from our hotel. The sauna was super private and just gorgeous. Practically brand new! The views were to die for when comparing to other saunas in more populated areas. A must do.

Nice ship and relaxing experience. This provided a good way to enjoy the scenes of Oslo from a very different perspective.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Space was large with a bed room and living room (with pull out couch) which made it easier with a kid.

Great resort with full pool, right by a beach as well. You have to pay extra if you want a chair at the beach. The room was big and had a nice balcony. Offered an amazing amount of breakfast options. Pool was lots of fun with a great section for small kids, though they kept the water way too cold.

Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast, room was small which was a challenge with the kid. The location wasn't far from old town (20min walk), but because Dubrovnik is hilly it felt like it was in a totally different place. This also made pickups from the hotel problematic at times. There isn't much by the hotel, though there is a nice beach in 5 min walk.

Our tour guide was welcoming, eager to show us around, and expertly made the overview of the town into a discussion so that we felt involved throughout. In the first moment, she greeted us with a traditional Croatian ritual, which set a warm, friendly tone from the start.

A wonderful opportunity to see part of the island we would not have been able to otherwise. Getting away for a bit from the resort area and hiking through an abandoned village was an excellent change of pace. It was a good length and steepness to the walk too, including for our 5 year-old. The guide was excellent at keeping our kid engaged.

The guide on the bus was very informative and made the long drive feel more a part of the tour. The guide in Mostar was passionate, heartfelt, and informative. The waterfall was nice, but we would have preferred to take the time to further explore Mostar. There was not enough time in Mostar. Additionally, the car to pick us up to get us to the bus went poorly - they expected us to wait outside with a small child for an hour, and since we were in the lobby instead, they did not come in and left without us. Vesna (the KimKim coordinator in Croatia) helped us swap for the next day.

Our tour gave us lots of history and context for how Dubrovnik fits into the complex circumstances of the region. He adapted to our interests and our pace. He was very knowledgeable about details of the town's cultural history, and also able to give us advice on activities and food options.

We enjoyed the opportunity to get out of the city and see the countryside. The drive went through beautiful terrain, both seaside and in the hills. The class itself was at a farm, where we got to pick fruits and vegetables and contribute to the cooking of our meal. They were excellent at keeping us involved, including with a 5 year-old child. The family was hospitable and engaging. We enjoyed the slower pace. They also had rakija to sample, and homemade textiles. We loved the more intimate and local feel. And, the foods were delicious!

Air conditioning was a challenge however the service was great

They initially gave us a room that was facing the road and was very noisy. We requested a room change with a view and they accommodate. Overall a central location that allowed us to reach many vineyards and local restaurants

The rooms are surprisingly nice for a boat. Way better than like a cruise ship. Food is great. They have an affordable spa. And the views are simply incredible. Boat staff are also super nice.

The Hidden Charm hotel in Ninh Binh was quite nice. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and it felt safe. It was conveniently located about 10 minutes from the next day's tour. The hotel also had a restaurant, which was a plus.

The Tirant Hotel in Hanoi was quite luxurious. The rooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. There was a rooftop restaurant which offered great food and a beautiful view of the sunset. Even though I arrived late and didn't do much in Hanoi, the hotel was a positive part of my experience.

Beautiful scenery.

I felt at ease with the transportation from the airport to Ninh Binh. The driver and guide were friendly and professional, making the two-hour drive more comfortable. The journey was a bit hectic and stop-go, which might be a problem for those who get motion sickness easily. But overall, the pick-up and transfer service was efficient and reliable.

The Halong Bay cruise was far more incredible than I expected. The views of the islands were absolutely stunning. The cruise itself was a highlight of the trip.

The Thien Canh Son Cave was part of the Halong Bay tour. It was a bit crowded and not as memorable as other parts of the trip. It was a short walk through a small cave. It wasn't a must-see activity, but it was included and gave us a chance to get off the boat.

This place was just ok. The breakfast was mediocre and the place was old and rundown. Had beautiful lake views & was close to town, but I would not stay here again.

This tour was Nothing Special. Coming from California and enjoying great wine tours there and have experienced wine tours in Italy- this was just ok. The wines were ok, and the wineries were nothing special- the lunch was simple. I would not do this tour again.

Excellent tour. Our driver Paulie was FANTASTIC. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the area. We felt safe in the bus and he was a cautious driver.

This was mostly a dinner and buffet tour. The farm portion was short and rushed. Minimal animal interactions. I would not recommend this tour if you’re looking for some animal farm experience
