I have been privileged to travel to many amazing places with my job (UK, Spain, France, Greece, Australia, Kenya, South Africa etc) and none compare to the experience we had in Morocco. From the first contact with Maryem and the full conversation with Sharon where I was able to ask any question I wanted to finalize the locations, the planning of the trip went smoothly. Together we came up with an itinerary that fit my two day conference into the planning and Maryem worked hard to ensure we could go to all of the places we wanted while suggesting other (amazing) stops to see along the way.This was my first guided tour and I was nervous about all of the unknowns, including spending 9 days with one specific tour guide with just me and my aunt. What if we didn't like him or understand him? 9 days is a long time!!! From the second Ahmed arrived at the airport to pick us up everything went smoothly and he just got better and better every day as we got to know each other a bit better. He was accommodating at every turn and our enjoyment was his biggest concern. Even when we weren't with him he was texting to make sure we were navigating fine, felt safe, and knew where to go to eat etc. Along the way Ahmed introduced us to other guides with context specific knowledge --each one was engaging, highly knowledgable and fun to spend time with. All of the guides we worked with were accommodating to our needs--if we wanted to cut a tour short to spend time at a pool or to add on something else in the vicinity they did so without batting an eye. Morocco is an amazing place from its breathtaking scenery to its people, culture and sense of community to its mouth watering food. I sincerely hope we are privileged enough to return and look forward to booking more trips with Kimkim

Berat was very informative and efficient to get all spots in yet not feeling rushed or crowded. The history was particularly interesting.

My wife and I had an unforgettable experience in Switzerland, thanks to the kimkim team. We worked closely with Valentine in organizing the trip. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional in her dealings with us. All our requests were met, and her recommendations were spot on. We started in Zurich and finished in Geneva...and visited Lucerne, Grindelwald, Zermatt, Montreux along the way. We were fortunate to be in Switzerland during the Women's Euro football tournament and the Montreux Jazz festival...Valentine worked the itinerary so we could experience both. She was a delight to team with. She and her colleague, Emilie, were also in touch during the trip to ensure all was going well and to deal with any questions we had, which we very much appreciated. Overall, the hotels, trains, excursions, tours, guides, recommendations, etc. were all fantastic. We had a great trip and very much appreciated the support we received. Luca did a wonderful job of creating our tour of Italy and Aurora was very responsive once we arrived. Additionally, due to some travel delays, the 24 hour service offered by KimKim was excellent.

Accommodations were great, itnerary perfect and very impressed with the CiaoFlorence drivers that KimKim shceduled for us. They were always on time, professional and friendly.

Everything was amazing and Hanna did an outstanding job preparing the trips and daily itineraries. The only suggestion I have and I should have caught this myself was the first day required me to drive after my overnight flight. I should have stayed in Reykjavík that first day but that was my fault not Hanna’s

Everything was amazing! It was a family vacation of a lifetime. Seeing 3 completely different regions of Portugal inside and out was epic and so memorable and we have the photos and videos to hold onto for life. All of the tours booked represented a wide variety of activities to do both on land and sea. We would recommend anyone to use Helena for booking a trip for themselves! The promptness and organization was top notch and made our trip far less stressful for us!

We have traveled the world but have never found a better firm than Premium Travel Mongolia. We unhesitatingly recommend this firm to anyone who wants an educational, comfortable, entertaining and enlightening overview of this wonderful, ancient yet modern country.
Crystal was very responsive and custom-built a trip to match our needs. The trip throughout central Mongolia was extremely well planned, with multiple adventures every day. From stays at ger camps - from luxurious to just plain comfortable - climbing volcanos, relaxing in hot springs, visiting historic and cultural sites and riding horses and camels, we never lacked opportunities to learn about this amazing country. We even got to work with golden eagles and participate in Naadam in Dalan ZadGad and learn about all the fascinating events.
We were extremely privileged to have Suvd for our guide and Tsogtoo for our driver. The best of the best. They both have a great sense of humor and kept us laughing the whole time. He is a highly competent, calm and careful driver who keeps the car spotless every day. Suvd, who speaks excellent English and gets every joke, has a wealth of knowledge about Mongolia's history, culture, celebrations, sports, flora and fauna. Both struggled to teach us to play the ankle bone game which provided a fun way to relax at the end of the day. Suvd went above and beyond by ensuring that all the camp cooks respected my dietary restrictions.
At the end of the trip we were overcome to find that the team had organized a 46th anniversary gift for us - everything we will need to continue to play the ankle bone game back home! We will never forget this trip and unhesitatingly recommend

We fully enjoyed all of the places we stayed. Bjorn our walking tour guide in Oslo was outstanding as was the pilot/guide of our RIB boat safari trip out of Flam. Unfortunately, I don't recall his name, only that he was originally from Poland. Flam Marina was a great location with amazing view of the fjord. We fell in love with Balestrand and the Kviknes Hotel; not a crowded as other places we went with local residents walking along the streets, reminded us of towns on Cape Cod, like Wellfleet. View from top of funicular in Bergen was also outstanding. Bergen Bors Hotel host recommended dinner at Bjerck that had excellent halibut.

We had such a wonderful trip to the Netherlands. Mieke and Beat the Dutch Travel did such a great job organizing our trip for our two families (4 adults, 1 young adult, 3 kids ages 17, 10, and 8). We felt like we had a great balance of highly tourist activities and also some lower key travel excursions that felt more local. The day by day descriptions and step by step instructions for transportation and navigation made travel very easy. Particular highlights of the trip were the private bike tour with Marc and the kids particularly loved the trip to the Muiderslot castle. The private canal tour with Those Dam Boat Guys tour was also a great way to see Amsterdam.

Best decision I ever made to use KimKim for this travel planning. Saved me the hours of stress and planning to try to accommodate 8 people of varying interests and attention spans. Would highly recommend and happily use them again!

This is our first time using a booking agency and we were a bit hesitant. We couldn't be happier! The trip was overall seamless and easy to navigate multiple locations and public transportation throughout the country because our reps from Kimkim handled everything for us.

Excellent views. If we had done this first I probably would have been more impressed... however after Jungfraujoch this trip required less time. Very glad we spent time hiking on the mountain and especially going to "Reflection" Lake.

We used KimKim to book our amazing trip to Costa Rica. They were so easy to deal with and were straight forward with pricing and trip options. The trip we booked through them was incredible! Everything went so smoothly with all of our travel arrangements and pick ups and transfers. All of our accommodations were wonderful and just was describe in our itinerary. The excursions we did were amazing as well! Perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. All of our guides were so awesome and went out of their way to make our excursion extra special. The provide breakfast and lunches were so delicious and authentic Costa Rican food! The travel throughout the Country, although terrifying at times, was easy with Ride CR. Their drivers were wonderful and made us feel safe at all times! They also went out of their way to point out things in Costa Rica and even made stops so that we could see the wildlife! We only ran into one hiccup with our transportation not showing up for our scheduled fishing trip, but I was able to contact the KimKim support line and they got on it right away and we were still able to go on the awesome fishing trip! The itinerary that KimKim provides is so easy to follow and has everything you need to get where you are going! This was a trip of a lifetime and my Husband and I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to explore and experience the incredible and BEAUTIFUL Country of Costa Rica! Kimkim made it so easy to travel and we will definitely book more trips with them in the future! I only have two things left to say, Book the trip and Pura Vida! ❤️💙🤍

Tree Topia Park is a must! Our guides were wonderful, so much wildlife and the views!!! The hanging bridges are so cool and when you are in the clouds it’s such an experience! And the zip lining was the best I have ever done! The heights the views, it’s such an adventure. Do the vertical drop at the end, it’s sooooo worth it! They were such a great company and accommodated us when our initial zip line tour got rained out! They moved us to a morning session so we could fit it in before we left! I am so glad we got to do it!

My friend and I set out to plan a trip for her 40th birthday. Nikola was helpful throughout the process and highlighted all the important sights to see. Our airport transfers were punctual, our tour guides were warm, kind and informative; our skippers for the boat tour was knowledgeable, and our culinary experience was amazing! We did so much in the week that we were there (a guided city tour in Dubrovnik, a hands-on culinary experience, a boat tour in Hvar, a visit to the National Park in Split, and a short stop to Ston). And in between each of those activities we were able to explore the city, enjoy delicious meals and nightlife as well. All our guides in each city treated us so warmly like family and were very knowledgeable and rooted in their culture. We can't wait to be back with our families to explore new sights!!

We had limited time at our locations. Chris was able to arrange seamless car transfers and tour bookings to maximize our exposure to each site with days of respite in between. All the car drivers arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled time, which was amazing! Communication via text and WhatsApp was detailed and appropriately frequent.

One of the tour guides was running late and Chris and Maria were able to sort out the situation early on a Saturday morning!

Fantastic hotel and location. Walkable to all sites and good choice of walkable restaurants. Very close to the Duomo cathedral and Gucci/LV flagship stores! Only stayed one night but very peaceful and plush rooms with spa like bathrooms, marble walled, slippers and bathrobes too. Went to be rooftop bar but was very pricey for a drink so just enjoyed the views which are great. Good breakfast buffet but no omelette station.

Excellent hotel, plush and beautiful. Great staff and food quality and choices. By far the most amazing brunch I’ve seen with fresh juicing station and fresh omelettes. Spa and gym lounge ones clean and equipped enough. It’s not downtown in the lake como village but walkable to the next town Cernobbio. Easy water shuttle service around the lake. Nighttime travel may be challenging without a car but plenty of walkable restaurants. Nice pool and outdoor seating options and outdoor restaurants as well on site.

Cinque Terre Tour With Limoncino Tasting

Be aware that this is a cruise ship tour. We had some delays in the morning as a result. However Lisa the guide was fantastic. You get to see many sites in a short time. The best part was after the last stop and the cruise ship passengers had to depart, you can keep the train tickets and ride from site to site all night if you like. However the crowds did get worse during the day. Luck selections and souvenir shops are plentiful

Nice walk of the town and some boating on the ferry. I hadn’t realized the huge size of the lake and expected more lake time so I rented a boat the next day! Went through some churches, shopping and limited wine tasting. Lunch selection was great. Had a nice walk through Torno, with narrow streets and small coffee shop for a rest. Renzo was great but I wish he was louder!

At the end of the day our train was delayed due to a tree down. We were told they were sending a bus to take us back to Montreux. FINALLY we got back 3 1/2 hours later. (20 minutes from the station!) BUT we made a good friend during that time, so thanks to Nicolas we now have a good story to share!

Being raised by a Mother whose heritage is all Norwegian my husband kept saying...I want to visit Norway! Wishes do come true! My husband and I experienced an impressive 6 day Norway in a Nutshell adventure planned with ease and guidance by Kim Kim. We were so pleased by all we were able to see and experience. Our trip included 2 days in Oslo, 2 days in Flam and 2 days in Bergen. Highlights included Vigeland Sculpture park and Edvard Munch Museum in Oslo, Kayaking and the RIB safari and cheese tasting in Flam and the Fanicular trip to the top of the mountain in Bergen. Of course there were other things we got to experience and enjoy but these were our highlights! The Sculpture park in Oslo is a must see. The artist spent 40 years of his life creating the most impressive sculptures depicting life moments. Unbelievably impressive. The views from the Flam railroad as we approached Flam were breathtaking. Being in Flam was definately our favorite. We loved kayaking the fjord with our guide and small group of kayakers. So many waterfalls! Our guide taught us about the history of the area and surely impressed us with his story telling and knowledge. Having cousins who were once goat farmers in the area made this part of our trip even that much more interesting. The RIB Safari and Undredal cheese tasting were another favorite. The guide was engaging and the cheese tasting really brought the area to life. I finally know why my mom always insisted on goat's cheese at our Christmas Eve table! Bergen, the city of my Great Grandmother, was bigger than I expected yet still charming . We did most of our shopping here :) . The Fanicular took us to the top of the highest of Bergen's 7 mountains. Amazing views, hiking and goats!! You can spend all day up there but go early or late as the lines to go up the mountain can be long if you go midday.
It was hard to say goodbye to Norway. We are very grateful to Kim Kim for all their support before, during and after our trip. We planned our trip in a very short time and they helped take the stress out of what turned out to be a truly memorable travel experience.

This was my favorite among the places we stayed in Norway, and I was thrilled we managed to book a room there. The location in Flam was excellent for exploring the area, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

However, our initial room was very small and not up to our expectations, as it barely had space for our suitcases. KimKim was quick to upgrade our room, which improved our experience significantly. The upgraded room was spacious and nice. The hotel did offer the best breakfast of all the places we stayed, but it was still our least favorite hotel overall.

The Summer Kayaking Excursion in Flam was our top favorite activity of the trip. Although it wasn't initially recommended to us, I asked about it, and I'm so glad we got to do it. It was an incredible experience to paddle through the fjord and take in the stunning scenery from the water. Truly unforgettable!

Fløibanen Funicular Ticket

We decided to try the Fløibanen Funicular, but were disappointed with the ticket policy. We had planned to go up, explore, and return in the evening, but it turns out the ticket was only for a single round trip, not all-day access as we had understood. This misunderstanding could have been costly had we planned a dinner up there. It didn't ruin our trip, but it's something that travelers should be aware of.

We’ve had the good fortune to have had several bespoke vacations, and, to be honest, most custom travel consists of cobbling together common experiences for a particular itinerary. KimKim created a truly individualized plan for our very complicated trip to France and I couldn’t have orchestrated this trip without them. Our trip focused on traveling to France for Megavalanche, a mountain bike race in Alp d’huez so we were transporting a large mountain bike. We had days in Paris prior to heading to the mountains. We had excellent guides for Paris and Versailles and our hotel was in a great location and had bike storage. We had some issues with the hotel charges and the KimKim team assured use they would address them. KimKim arranged all of our transportation, which necessitated having a private vehicle sufficiently large enough to hold our luggage and the bike and train compartments with bike holds. They arranged a rental van for us in Grenoble; I wouldn’t have been able to easily do this as the online rental options didn’t offer vehicles big enough for the bike and luggage. We had difficulty navigating the unfamiliar train stations and systems. We missed our train from Lyon to Paris and I couldn’t figure out how to operate the ticket kiosks to purchase another ticket. I was able to call KimKim and they secured tickets for us online and sent those to us within minutes. They also called us to check and see how we were doing. I really appreciated the immediate support. We also had a few missed connections with our driver upon arriving at some of the stations, as we came out of different exits than our driver was expecting. I was able to easily contact the KimKim team and we were able to meet the driver who in each case, was waiting for us at the station. Typically, I’ve never had to contact the travel agency for support and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the responsiveness of the team. We spent our last few days in France in Normandy and had excellent guides there as well. We had chosen to have a private guide drive us to Normandy so we could stop at Rouen and Etretat. As part of our trip, we wanted to spend a day at the Tour de France and it was quite a challenge for our driver to locate a route from Bayeux to Vire that didn’t involve road closures. Despite his frustration, our driver remained calm, tried his best, unsuccessfully, to sweet talk the police, and ultimately found other roads to Vire. This was our first time using KimKim and I wasn’t sure what to expect. We received the highest level of assistance in planning and organizing the trip prior to arriving in France and fantastic support while in the country. This was an overall excellent group to work with and we have nothing but the highest praise for them.

Croatia is a beautiful amazing country, and Nikola was fantastic! He was very professional and provided great insights and arranged the perfect 8 day trip for us. I had done my research and knew what my family would like to do, and Nikola took that input and arranged our hotels, transportation, and booked boat trips, wine tours, and walking tours of old town. Our walking tour guide knew that we wanted to see a couple of specific requests in Old Town and was also aware of some back issues for my husband and catered to our requests.

This is the third time I have used kimkim to book a European vacation for my family of four and each time, we have been really pleased with the service we have received from the local KimKim representatives. Thank you to Nikola (again, highly recommend him) and to kimkim in general.
