Beautiful hotel but we felt stranded in the middle of nowhere. It was really a way of breaking up the drive but I wish we had stayed 1 night instead of 2.

The basket weaving itself and the firehouse ants were interesting, but our guide talked the entire time in Khmer with the hosts and didn't translate very often, leaving us just watching. We felt like spectators.

This would have been really fun if we hadn't boiled on the bike. We made it for a couple of hours and then switched to a car, which was gloriously following us. I imagine we were not the first to not want to die of heat stroke. The stops were interesting insights into rural Cambodian life.

Len is an amazing tour guide and this is an amazing place.

Udong was an interesting place to visit. Len walked us up to the temple and through the market, which was awe inspiring.

This place was fine. I wouldn't want to return.

Pretty cool to see a temple from the year 657 if I remember correctly. Pretty run down but that's to be expected in the countryside.

This is a glorification of French colonialism. We left half way through the trip and tipped the tuk tuk driver who was not at fault for the content of the ipads and the blah blah about architecture from a French perspective without once acknowledging the cost to Cambodians of the French occupation. We complained and we were only given reasons why they offer this tour. Skip it.

The Made in Cambodia market was great. We ended up going there twice on our own. The Satcha market is super fancy and overpriced, but you get to see artisans at work. I guess if you have unlimited funds then you would get the nicest crafts there.

Fun to see the sights by Cyclo. We also visited Wat Phenom, which was great.

We loved visiting the pottery place. The family was interactive and super fun. And we were with Sokin who translated everything. It was great.

We stayed a very short time to see a traditional Khmer house and hear some family history.

Holy long day of touring! This was completely amazing and completely exhausting! Come rested and enjoy every stop!

We kept hearing about the bamboo train and it didn't disappoint.

This adventure to a floating village is not for the faint of heart. I found it very challenging but it's one of the experiences I think about most often now that I'm home. Crazy to see 500 families living in floating homes. The river is their life and the sanitation made me woozy. I didn't eat a thing that was served since there was no clean water or soap in the vicinity, but it was eye opening, to say the least.

Sokin is a great guide. This is a beautiful temple even though we were pretty templed-out by this time.

This was the only hotel I didn't like on our trip. The lobby was nice but the rooms need renovating.

Lampang is not a place to stop that is worth stopping. Neither is this lodge a place that is worth staying. It was dingy and musty and not a place I would recommend to anyone. But it's probably the best that Lampang has to offer.

This would have been completely amazing if we hadn't felt rushed. We were only there for 1 1/2 hours and it's a HUGE and BEAUTIFUL place.

We were unable to go on the rafts due to it being rainy season. The caves reek of bat poop and you have to walk through dying birds on the rickety walkways to get inside the caves. I would have never gone if I had known what it really would be like. Don't trust the photos.

This was a very long day on a boat to see some mediocre places. There was no snorkeling as the water was not clear due to the rainy season, which we were not told in advance. And they kept us out fishing even as a storm came in, so the ride back in was terrible. And the staff smoked the entire trip, which made finding anywhere to lounge really challenging. I did not enjoy this day on the boat so we canceled our boat tour the next day because none of us could face being stuck back on the water all day again.

This was fun to see. It's a long drive, which I didn't expect.

This was sweet time as a family to soak and hang out. There is nothing particularly fabulous about this place but it was nice downtime that was much needed by this point in our trip.

This provided us with a bunch of food, but we were so exhausted from our international flight that it was hard to enjoy. We had also just had lunch and our guide suggested that we do this tour in the afternoon instead of the evening. I'm not sure why we said yes when none of us were hungry.

Sukhothai is gorgeous. We only saw a tiny fraction of what is there. It was fun to be on bikes but it was also very HOT.

Beautiful experience at an actual sanctuary that cares for the elephants.

There is absolutely no reason to visit Lampang.

We loved this activity. We were all tired from a long drive and really didn't want to go, and we all still LOVED it. The food was amazing and getting the recipes was an extra bonus.

This is a chain hotel. It was clean and comfortable, but not memorable. I think this was more of a business hotel than tourist hotel. Their on-site parking is a very small lot and probably one of the most traumatic driving experiences of our time in Scotland. Long car in narrow garage--not a great combination. We did not need the car for the days we were there.

This is a wonderful place to stay just outside of Inverness. The Baronial House is grand and the staff is wonderful. Rooms are of a good size and comfortable buy unique. The shared lounge is a great place to meet and talk with other guests. The staff work very hard to be accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful.

It is a nice small hotel. It is a bit tired, but it was clean and the staff was helpful. It is an easy walk to the grassmarket and old town.

This was the perfect location to end our trip. In the heart of Edinburgh's newtown it is right on St. Andrews Square, next to the tram, and easy walking to lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel set up is funky and so are the rooms, but they were clean and comfortable.

The rooms here are cozy with not a great deal of extra space and the lack of an elevator makes getting things up and down a bit of a challenge, but what do you expect in a hotel with only nine rooms. The staff are all helpful, friendly, and outstanding.

I cannot say enough about Taransay House. The owners and their son, the chef, are charming people. They welcomed us with a dram of whisky and throughout our stay did everyting they could and more to make us comfortable. The rooms are modern and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. Our stay here included dinner and the food for both breakfast and dinner was outstanding.

Gareth was a wealth of knowledge and he shared history, politics, and a whole variety of information. He was engaging and tweaked the tour to our needs and wants.

This is a bit touristy, but still worth the visit. It is amazing to learn about the history of the city and how people lived. I could have used less focus on ghosts and such and more history.

The guides here are wonderful. Make sure to stay and ask questions at the end to get a real feel for the guide and the castle. The work and restoration that is being done is remarkable. Make sure you make it to the "living" exhibits with period dressed docents. They add a great deal to what you see and learn.

Beautiful "castle". Not a castle like Edinburgh or Sterling, but worth a visit. We did not have enough time to spend in the garden, but they looked lovely.

Rhona is a wealth of knowledge and she helped explain the battle of Culloden and its impact on Scotland and the UK. She loves this history and it is clear from the tour.

We saw five different areas in Cairngorms National Park. I was not sure what I was expecting, but the tour and guide were great. We hand the chance to see reindeer, osprey, and to meet two hairy coos up close. The guide is outstanding and I learned more than I could ever remember.

Urquhart Castle was very interesting and it is worth walking up to the visitors' center to see the short movie. The staff in and around the ruins are happy to talk and answer questions. The boat ride is exactly that, a boat ride. There was commentary being played, but it was hard to hear over people. It is a nice way to get to the castle, but I would not race out to do it again.

We did a number of distillery tours on this trip. Talisker is a very slick and well put together presentation. I did not personally feel very engaged. The tasting offered three drams and take home bottles for drivers or non-drinkers.

This is one of the meals and experiences I will always remember. The seven course tasting menu was fantastic and they were able to adapt to our dietary needs. I am not one who usually takes pictures of my food, but it was so good and so beautiful that I had to. The service was elegant, efficient, and friendly.

This is a nice way to see the islands and to get out to the Island of Staffa. However, the rest of the trip is a bit of a let down. You only drive across the Isle of Mull without stops. There is a combination of driver commentary and canned commentary that is interesting. The detour to Staffa is wonderful. We were unable to land on the island due to construction, but we did see all the major sites and were there when the puffins were there. Iona is a sweet little island, but it does not require more than two hours. Other than the Abbey and a couple of shops there is very little. We walked a good deal of the island. The ferry rides were fine.

This was the best distillery tour of the four we took. They provided all sorts of extra information and instead of tasting everything at the end, they give you drams to try throughout the tour. It is amazing to see how the town grew around the distillery and leaves them no room for expansion. Drivers and non-drinkers take homes are provided. Like many places, you get a discount in the shop for taking the tour. I celebrated by bottling my own bottle of whisky which I had to register, sign, bottle, and seal, plus it is a single barrel, really good whisky.

The group was a bit large, but the guide was informative and entertaining. He truly loves Glasgow and has the attitudes and accent of a real Glaswegian. With a large group you spend more time moving than talking, but still very worthwhile.

We asked for this to be added to our intinerary and I am so glad we did. Soul Sisters Cafe is a non-profit that provides meals to the homeless, hungry, and paying customers and trains immigrant women in Glasgow. Their food style is mainly middle eastern, but they did scones for us. We started with a wonderful lunch followed by the class. However, as we talked with the ladies in the cafe, the continued to show us and share things with us. I really want to learn how to make the stuffed Algerian flatbread they made. By the time we left, we felt like part of the family.

This is what you think of when you think of a castle. It is a beautiful location and a wonderful tour with knowlegeable guides. You get the entire history of the castle and there is a lot to see.

I was not sure why we were doing this, but I am glad we did. The Kepies are two statues built in the Scottish countryside. It is worth it to take the tour to get the history of the statues and to have the chance to stand inside one of them. The guide was great and helped us understand why these beautiful statues were there.

The rooms were well appointed and the staff was very responsive. We appreciated the breakfast and the roof top pool and lounge area.

This excursion was a highlight of our trip. From start to finish we enjoyed the day. Stepen, our guide, was knowledgeable and experienced. We hiked for hours and enjoyed the Dow time afterward visiting the monastery.

This was a really fun day! The wineries that were selected were authentic, yet quite different. We learned a lot and our guide was patient and helpful.

My husband had a reaction after going in the ocean in San Sebastián. His leg was sore consequently so we asked to re-schedule the trip for a day later after his meds had taken effect. Sadly, we were ghosted and no one responded to our text.

Interesting because it was right in the historic area but room was small and A/C did not work well. Breakfast was decent but minimal.

Everyone was so friendly there. The views were amazing. Loved the breakfast patio and lounge chairs overlooking the swim area. Room. Was very comfortable. Loved the balcony.

Room was spacious and front desk staff was nice but hotel was a bit far from the old city for our liking. It was closer to some other restaurants by the marina and was walkable to sunset beach but it was too far to go back and forth to the old city multiple times in a day. We had a power outage out last night but the staff worked quickly to get the generator back up and running.

We really enjoyed getting out of Hvar town to see the rest of the Island. Miko taught us a lot about the local culture. The wine tastings at the end were a nice touch.

It was a great day! We had an amazing group of 11 of us plus our captain and skipper. We had a great day of swimming, boating, and exploring.

Guide was friendly and knowledgeable but she had her set script and did not tailor to the crowd. I probably would not have done this so late in the day if I had to do it again.

John was our guide. He was very big on safety, which I appreciated. He only stopped 2x to give some history. He probably could have talked some more.

A nice, central boutique hotel experience. The rooms were a bit small, but fine given its location. And the pool/roof deck was nice to have on the hot Sevilla days!

Lobby is a bit underwhelming with torn couch upon entry and ugly old furniture to the side. But rooms are clean and comfortable and the courtyard for breakfast is lovely.

Adequate hotel.

Two-room family room was new and fresh and great. Pool was nice. A bit of noisy tree-cutting or something adjacent during our stay but probably not a long-term issue. Would recommend.

This hotel was wonderful except for one person at checkin. GREAT location. Love Trastevere. Loved the courtyard. The rooms had enormous charm. Having to use phones to get in rooms was not awesome.

Our guide here was very friendly. We loved seeing the David and some of the other art. But again, as was typical for some of the guides, it was like she was reciting a memorized script and could not adapt to younger kids or husband who was just not that interested in all the detail.

Our guide arrived harried. She had just completed another tour. This was somewhat typical for some of the guides. Too overworked in the summer. Still, we learned a lot.

We liked Giovanni a lot. We did not go into St. Marks because of long line and heat. But enjoyed the explanation of the square, etc.

Outstanding. Friendliest boat crew. A great day but be prepared for crowds in Positano and Amalfi. Loved swimming off the boat.

Pompeii is amazing. But our tour guide Daniel was extremely gruff. Too overworked like some of the others. He did not like to be interrupted with questions. Nevertheless, enjoyed.

Both great. Our favorite guide of the tour was Santos for our golf cart tour. Didn't see much of the Jewish Quarter but got a feel for Trastevere and Rome in general. Colosseum was a delight to see. And we asked the guide to take us to the Arch of Titus as well, which I had wanted to see.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. It's perfectly comfortable from the perspective of the room size, beds, etc. but there is a bar inside the hotel that plays loud music until midnight or later, and you can hear it from every part of the hotel. It's especially bad in the rooms closer to the street but we switched to a room in the back of the hotel for our second night and although the music was quieter, we could still hear it. We were unable to sleep and it affected our ability to enjoy the days we were in Dublin because we were so exhausted. I guess this hotel might be all right for young people who want to stay up partying until 3am, but for a family with a young child it was not suitable at all. The one positive I can say is that the location is great for walking around. The breakfast was good but not amazing.

This hotel was fine but not great. It's pretty shabby and the room was very small. There was no air conditioning so we had to sleep with the window open, which let in street noise. We could walk to central Cork but it wasn't particularly close or convenient to do so. However, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was cooked to order.

By far the best place we stayed. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave. Wonderful service, amazing breakfast, our room was luxurious, the common rooms of the historic hotel are beautiful, the grounds are stunning. 10/10 would absolutely return if we were ever in Ireland again.

Fantastic location across from Christ Church (walkable to the major sights, while avoiding the loud noise of Temple Bar) and the room was comfortable. Service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we enjoyed on our trip. The major downside was that there was no air conditioning and we were uncomfortably hot, even with the windows open. However, the hotel was in the process of installing air conditioning so future guests might not have to deal with this problem.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for three nights. The family room was spacious and very comfortable for the three of us. The location was very convenient to central Galway as well as to the ferry docks - we walked everywhere. Service was very friendly and helpful. There were only two negatives - the rooms lack air conditioning and can be uncomfortably warm depending on the weather, and the breakfast buffet was not the best with no variation from day to day. Overall though we would recommend staying here when in Galway.

We loved this experience! It was wonderful to chat with the guide, learn about falconry, and interact with the birds. We didn't get to see them do all they're capable of because it was raining, but we had a great time nonetheless. We liked that it was a personal experience and not part of a group tour. We would definitely recommend this.

This was fun, even for kids. It was great enjoying a pint of Guinness from the rooftop bar and enjoying the view of Dublin. The one downside is that considering it's a brewery tour, you don't get to see any part of the actual brewing process - it must all be in a separate building or something.

This was really lovely, even in the rain. The dog demonstration was extremely impressive and then we got to watch a sheep being sheared and help feed the babies! Our daughter loved all of it. The location/scenery is also stunning.

We all got very seasick over on the ferry from Galway - this is probably unavoidable, but in the future we think travelers should be advised that the crossing is very rough before signing them up for this tour, because some people might not want to risk it. So many people on the boat were throwing up, it was awful. However, the ferry was on time and we did enjoy sailing past the cliffs of Moher on the way back (which was not as rough).

The Aran Islands are incredible and we ultimately had a good time, but there were a couple things about this tour that we didn't love. We were put into a group tour in which we were crowded into a small bus, it was a pretty impersonal experience. And because of the schedule of the group tour, which didn't start right away when our ferry docked, we wasted a bunch of time on the front end and then had to rush to get back on the ferry at the end - because most of the other people in the group were on a different ferry schedule. I would not recommend that Kimkim put travelers into a group tour like this in the future, it is worth a small extra expense to get a private tour of the island that is more comfortable and allows more time to actually see the sights instead of waiting around.

the most friendly and helpful staff. Anna took the time to go through the best restaurants and sights to see. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and delivered timely. The room was beautiful and kept clean daily and was the perfect location to explore the beautiful island of Naxos.

The most incredible and unexpecting class. The tour of the olive factory and land along the ride was beautiful and informative. We had the best time making a home cooked meal in a traditional greek home.
