Carl was helpful enough when booking our trip, but there were a few things that went awry. When we arrived at our hotel, our room reservations were all mixed up, but it was an easy fix. But then, we had a whale watching trip booked -- and it was booked in the wrong city! I only happened to catch it by checking our vouchers against the times the company listed on their website. I had to call the whale watching company myself, cancel the tour, and book us on a trip with a totally different company at a different time. Our trip was pretty straightforward, but still got messed up. I wouldn't recommend working with Global Tourisme in the future.

We were booked on the wrong tour in the wrong city. We weren't able to go on this tour.

We used Kim Kim to plan a self-guided trek on the Tour du Mont Blanc. Words can't express how amazing hiking the TMB was. Thomas crafted an unforgettable trip for us. He was responsive to our questions and designed a trip ideal for our budget, hiking capabilities, and desired experiences. The 52 page packet of instructions, maps, emergency contact numbers, tips and descriptions of each day made way-finding super easy, helped to control expectations, and ensure we were ready for each day's adventure. The hospitality at all of our accomodations was superb. We truly appreciate the time it took Thomas to design a trip tailored just for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Iceland, although it would have been a bit nicer if it had not rained quite so much.
Terry was very good to work with and helped us plan out the trip that would suit us. We truly had an amazing trip!

The room was fine and close to the airport which was what we were looking for. However, when we checked in the front desk clerk was on the phone and just pointed to a room key. There were 3 keys there and we just picked up ours without any assistance at all from the desk clerk. We just needed a stay close to the airport and it did the job.

This hotel was fine. The room was very bare bones. They did not have a closet and had 3 hangers hanging from a curtain rod. The black out curtains did do the job. Most cabins were close to their parking spot, but unfortunately, ours was not. If it had not been raining/pouring, it would not have been such a big deal. the breakfast was ok. It was nice to have a restaurant on the premises as there was not a lot nearby.

The room could have had a closet/wardrobe in the room for clothes. I don’t recall there even being a dresser.

Tiago is detailed, considerate, thoughtful and helped my wife and me plan a great trip around Portugal for our 5th wedding anniversary. He helped us research all the good hotels (AND book them) and multiple suggestions (food, wine, places to see, walking tours etc) for our 9-day trip. Tiago even picked us up from Lisbon airport, he is a super friendly and fun person - highly recommend him. Oh yes, he is very responsive too, it was very easy chatting with him and arranging everything prior to the trip - which gave a us a peace of mind as we were in Portugal for the 1st time.

We could not have been happier with our 12-day trip to Iceland! Each scheduled activity was memorable, timely, and extremely well run. Our favorite had to be Kayaking in Glacier Lagoon with B, though Helga's knowledge of everything Iceland on our Super Jeep tour was phenomenal. When my wife discovered that our excellent Glacier Cave guide, Ace, was also Sigtryggr on one of her favorite shows, "Last Kingdom", that immediately jumped to her favorite part of Iceland and the trip. Beyond the scheduled activities, the recommended route and stops were well thought out, balanced day to day, perfect for what our group of 6 had indicated we wanted to do, and varied throughout the trip.

We made several changes throughout the planning process and even after arriving and Elisa was always extremely responsive to everything we requested. It was pleasing to know that we had a local contact that could help us should we need it.

Stephen our travel agent was fantastic. I am recommending him to some friends traveling there next year. All the tours were excellent except the wildlife tour on the boat. They told us to review the safety notice ourselves. They mentioned 2 islands and that was all they said. We saw seal on an island and they said nothing about them. When the porpoises appeared in the water, she rushed out on to the deck and whispered there they are.

All the other's were fantastic. They were so knowledgeable and made it fun. Can't say enough about them.

The rooms were nice. Especially liked the Tiger Lilly and the Eden Locke. The place in Pitlochry was neat up on the hill. Very nice and quiet to sit outside. The Georgian in London was tight but nice. The Garrison was ehh...really tight, our door didn't lock at one point, parking was poor, but there breakfast was nice. The Perle was good breakfast, room was big, parking was poor-we had to walk several blocks in the rain. (but I guess that is Scotland, LOL) We had the best fresh mussels there right on the shore.

Our feet were definitely sore but we knew that was part of it. We figured we walked about 10 miles per day, so close to 100 miles the whole trip. The car was fun, it ran well, no problems. Hamilton was fantastic.

Over all...very very satisfied. Thank you for making out mother/daughter trip a huge success.

Sara planned a great trip for us. The tour guides were all incredible in both the Amazon and Rio. Lima was our guide in the Amazon and he was very knowledgable and went out of his way to improve the experience every way he could. In Alberto was phenomenal. He knew plenty of history and trivia and also is very well traveled himself, relating other countires to Rio. He also connected us with his son who took us to a playoff soccer game. Incredible experience. Sara's communication was superb.

We had a wonderful time in Norway and it all worked as planned! Thanks to Eliise that managed to plan a child friendly trip for us and our 3 years old daughter!!

Of the places we went Tortuguero was the most off the grid, amazing and full of wildlife.
The Manatus hotel that included breakfast, lunch and dinner, and beautiful grounds, and great staff + boat tours, was a winner.
We enjoyed all the places we went in Costa Rica and all the places we stayed, and all of the tours and transfers from different places, everything was arranged and carried out to plan.
The El Tigre Waterfalls exploration, hike and horseback ride, was one of our favorite tours.
We really appreciate the KimKim team and the other related tour providers for making our trip a success.

I had a wonderful and memorable time in Madeira, in particularly in Funchal. Marina did an exceptional job in selecting my hotels, activities, and guides. I spent three unforgettable days with Lido, from Green Devil Safari. I left the island with tears in my eyes because I wasn't sure that people as nice, accommodating, and generous as Lido still existed in this world. Both Marina and Lido were instrumental in creating memories that will last me a lifetime and beyond. I can't thank them enough. We spent 7 days in Guatemala visiting Antigua and Lake Atitlan organised through Columbus. The service from Cathy whilst creating our itinerary was prompt and very flexible. Her communication all the way through was perfect.
Best of all was our guide for the week-JJ. He was so knowledgable, friendly flexible and couldn't do enough to help. We were truly sorry to say goodbye to him. We would very much recommend using Columbus travel through KimKim

We had a fantastic time in Spain! Helena did an excellent job collaborating with us to ensure the trip suited our trip preferences, including everything from type of activities to hotel accommodations to pace of travel and beyond. She was highly responsive both during the planning process and the actual trip itself. In particular, we appreciated how flexible she was, especially when real-time challenges came up such as us getting lost and arriving late to several tours or missing our private transfer to certain locations. Her quick thinking and bias for action helped resolve these hiccups quickly, which we really appreciated. We also liked that she gave us sufficient free time throughout the trip to explore in a more unstructured way, and there were plenty of suggestions on fun attractions to visit, restaurants to eat at, and night life to check out that enriched our experience. Overall, we enjoyed collaborating with Helena and would recommend her to anyone looking to travel to Spain!

My husband and I took a trip to Greece, and though our coordinator was given a limited amount of time to plan the trip, Thanos did an incredible job! Not only was he knowledgeable and accommodating, he created a trip that was exceptionally well balanced between our interests.

Thanos met us when we arrived in Athens, taking us to a small local café in Plaka where we were able to watch the sunset over the temple of Hephaestus. We were able to discuss the finer points of our trip over coffee and he was able to give us good guidance on each of the steps in our journey. He even walked us to the Thesi on theater that evening.

We spent time in Athens, Paris, Naxos, and Santorini. Each of the guides that he had chosen for individual experiences were passionate about sharing the history, culture, or food of the region. We had an excellent time on each of the excursions

Adventures included;
- An evening at Thission Cinema, open since 1933, an outdoor theater with a beautiful view of the acropolis in the background
– acropolis and food tour in Athens. Our guide Rhea, was kind, and passionate about the history of Athens and the Acropolis.
- several self-guided days, where we took tours out to Delphi , or sought out our own adventures with guidance from Thanos
– Scuba diving in Paros, with ample time to explore beaches, small towns, historical sites,
- Catamaran tour and water sports
- Santorini: exploring local festivals, the prehistoric archeological site at Akrotiri, winery tour, and hiking the Caldera

We couldn’t have imagined a better adventure. Thanos was sure to check in on us at each stop, and had organized beautiful accommodations and low stress transitions from each location to the next. we were truly thankful for the balance between time to relax, and a wide variety of new experiences.

X-ta-sea diving was absolutely amazing to dive with. Everyone in the group was professional and helpful when we had our dives. Vagilis and Yani did an excellent job keeping us comfortable and ensuring we were safe while having a fantastic experience. Additionally Arete helped Laila navigate her first time in the water and ensured she felt comfortable navigating her diving equipment and taking her first few breaths. Alvaro and Daniela were absolutely amazing to work with and helped so much in planning our trip. They knew the places to stay and where to go and made sure to find a way to add the places I really wanted to see in Galapagos. Even when we got sick they were there with info on local pharmacies and any info we could ask for! It was so nice having someone(s) there during our trip to answer any pop up questions we had as well. It went flawlessly and was even more amazing than we could have even imagined. Well done!

Kicker Rock: A Snorkeling Adventure

Martin was an awesome guide and the whole tour was awesome. Sooooo many sea lions and kicker rock we saw hammerheads! He was super intuitive and really tried to find us them even though we were snorkeling, it def paid off!

I’m not someone to write reviews on a regular basis and I save them for services that truly deserve them.

In this case this review won’t do justice to how phenomenal the experience has been from our trip and that truly is because of Lacey who arranged our whole entire itinerary.

Lacey fully understands the term going above and beyond! From the get go she listened to what we wanted to do and made any amendments that we requested when it came to accommodations and excursions.

Importantly she was prompt with communication which gave a sense of security we were in good hands.

During our trip she maintained constant contact and checking in with us to make sure everything was going accordingly.

Her team that she works with as guides were just incredible. Tommy, Lily, Sy and Pom deserve immense praise based on their knowledge and the fashion in which they show you around all the glorious places within Vietnam and Thailand!

This is the second time we’ve used KimKim to book a trip and we will continue to use them for all our upcoming travel plans and adventure.
