WOW! Food, food and more food! Our guide Amy was very delightful and we experienced such great food that Peru has to offer. The places we visited to eat were an added plus to our trip.

Spent the early morning at the salt lick watching different birds. So colorful! I would highly recommend staying here and experience their programs. It was nice to have downtime and the food was great!

We spent day 2 with our guide Franklin on Lake Sandoval. We saw otters, caiman, monkeys, and tons of different birds. It was a special day.

First day in the Amazon and it was amazing! Our guide Franklin gave us a simple overview of the jungle and then we headed out at night looking for wildlife and boy did we get to see it!

We explored Ollantaytambo on our own and it was nice to have some free time. The Shared Pachamanca was a complete surprise and we enjoyed the experience very much.

Once in a lifetime trip! Our guide, Javier, was from here and provided so much history of this special place and people.

We had Oscar as our tour guide again this day and it was great!

Our guide Oscar was wonderful and we learned so much about the history and people. Highly recommend Oscar for tours!

Staff were so friendly, breakfast was exceptional, and room was luxurious. Appreciated the hotel restaurant for evening drinks and food.

Pedro was a perfect guide and understood when we asked to return to Porto a little earlier to rest up for our early morning flight. We were fortunate to be in Braga during the fun university hazing activity. We loved the family restaurant he took us to for lunch in Guimares. The food was delicious and plentiful.

Rui was a great guide and very accommodating of our needs. The restaurant he recommended for lunch was great.

Learned so much and Nelson was very accommodating of my limited mobility.

We had so much fun with George and the food selections were so fresh and yummy.

Salvadonica-Borgo del Chianti is an outstanding hotel, beautiful views, comfortable spacious rooms. The meal selection and wine list are unparalleled. The staff continued to impress each and everyday. I look forward to my return!

The hotel TV and aircon didn't work well. Room was basic and had a slight moldy smell. Would have also liked a hotel with a fitness center. Although they advertised one they didn't have one. Service in the bar was not as friendly as reception and the restaurant.

Highlight of the whole trip!

Extremely well organized by Peruvian Sol and our guide and driver. Train travel was ok and worth paying for the upgraded experience. Bus travel to and from Machu Picchu was rough, scary, and seemed dangerous. Unfortunately, it's the only way to the site unless you want to hike up the hill which requires a lot of time and to be in good shape. Overall the site was crowded and so many people taking social media pictures it wasn't the best experience.

Beautiful view from the breakfast area and great location to walk around. Staff was friendly enough but bed was very hard. Internet never worked. Room was nice with free soft drinks and juice in the refrigerator.

Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk was alright. Bed was very hard and the internet never worked. The carpet in the room was stained and the bathroom sink was all cracked up, but everything looked clean.

Welcoming Staff and Cleaning Staff very friendly and Front desk staff alright. They had tea in the afternoon and goodnight soup in the evening. Gave us lots of water and had cold water. They let us in early for breakfast. Beds very hard and internet never worked.

Staff didn't even acknowledge me, only talked to the guide when we checked in. I assume they couldn't speak English. Elevators were very slow and always very crowded. Internet never worked while we were there.

Desk staff not very friendly or helpful. Paid for breakfast but then ended up with an early flight. We had to leave 30 minutes before breakfast started and asked for a couple of croissants to take with us but were told no. Had a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee.

Desk staff was alright. Had to wait 10 minutes in line to get into breakfast. Clean and nice hotel.

The desk staff were friendly enough. The rooms were small but very clean. The restaurant staff were very friendly. The location was good.

We didn't really see much this day because the guide was trying to help us get an earlier flight out after our flight was 52 hours delayed.

We only stayed here one night. It was very comfortable and staff friendly and accommodating. We needed our breakfast a little earlier and they were great. Very close to a square with lots of restaurants. Was a tad noisy due to this but we weren’t bothered. Elevator functional but very small. Common areas a bit worn.

Opt for a twin room (2 twin beds pushed together) as double room was very small. Enjoyed the rooftop deck and location close to the heart of the city. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast.

Hotel is in the Opera District, some attractions close by, but not in the heart of the city. Rooms were comfortable and was staff friendly (limited English speakers). Also offered a great breakfast! We had 2 adjoining rooms which was great but 1 room had a large tub/shower with high sides which was VERY difficult to climb in and out of.

We loved both the area and our guide. She could not have been more attentive and accommodating. Cassis is just gorgeous and quaint. We absolutely loved it!!!

This was really 2 tours in 1 day with the same guide. The morning wine tour was enjoyable with stops at 2 different wineries. They were very different, with the 2nd being our favorite. We then returned to Ax-en-Provence for lunch on our own and headed back out for a very long afternoon at 3 different Luberon villages. The were all lovely.

This was one of the highlights of our trip. The guide was amazing! He was super knowledgeable, easy to understand and made sure we saw everything. He answered every question and we could tell he really enjoys what he does.

The castles were beautiful and the driver/guide was friendly and accommodating. There is LOTS of walking and stairs on this trip, so just be prepared. Would have appreciated just a bit more information at each stop about where to go and what we were seeing. We got a brief overview and then we were on our own.

Loved this museum! Skip the audio tour, it’s not necessary. Enjoyed lunch in the fancy restaurant as well.

Beautiful small villa in the Tuscan hills. So tranquil and enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent and the dinners we had were fabulous.

Hotel was very grand in its day but certainly very dated now. Breakfast was very extensive and tasty. The grounds were very nice and the pool was also nice. We were not informed that the beach was shut down the weekend before we arrived and as such no chairs or umbrellas available. The bed was very firm and not particularly comfortable, no wine glasses or corkscrew available.

Sienna and San G are wonderful, wine tasting mediocre at best.

Best way to see Cinque Terra and Matteo was fantastic

Great experience and views but very long lineup for the cable car meant most of our visit to Mt. Baldo was in a lineup both getting up and getting down

This Hotel is one of the best Hotel in the area, service is outstanding, rooms are excellent and clean.

This Hotel Needs Renovation doesn’t upto the standards of Marriott Hotels. Staff is very helpful Specially the Supervisor Fatima

Convenient and lovely. Rooftop restaurant was surprisingly good and accommodating of my husband’s food allergy.

This was our favorite of the three hotels by far. It was BEAUTIFUL. We loved our room and the people there.

This is a great experience, however the climb to the cave can be strenuous and difficult according to conditions. If you have any difficulty with balance or heights you might skip this outing. Guides are great

The White Camel has the potential to be amazing. However, they haven't quite figured it out yet. They didn't take a credit card on arrival, so we were expected to pay for each drink/snack etc and tip in cash which was tough at the end of the trip. Lunch was offered on the menu, but took over an hour to get served. The room was really nice but had no way to contact the front desk or ask questions. The pool was great but again no way to order a drink/snacks without tracking someone down. The dinner and live entertainment was great. The views are spectacular.

Fantasic location. CLose enough to everything, but out of the way from all the crazyiness of the city center. Staff were helpful. Bar scene was great with live music.

Amazing location. Every staff member was super helpful, top notch. Food was great. Service was incredible. When i'm back in Barcelona, this is where I will stay and will recommend to others.

Terrible experience. Despite having reserved many months ahead, we were given rooms on the part of the fourth floor not served by an elevator. Not a great result for older folks. We were not clear why we got the worst rooms in the hotel when we had reserved so far in advance. The attendant, in a tired white undershirt, did not represent the hotel well. The 4th floor rooms were run down and the hottest in the hotel with no way to moderate temperature. Opening hte window was no solution due to noise from the nightlife just outside. While the the hotel is conveniently situated, location doesn;'t overcome the downsides.

The Santiago City Tour was a highlight of our trip. Everything was well-organized and the tour allowed us to explore the city in a meaningful way. We enjoyed every moment during this tour and found it to be an excellent way to see the city.

The all-inclusive programs we participated in were absolutely fantastic. We had no problems and everything was well-organized. We felt very well cared for and it enriched our stay significantly. I would highly recommend all-inclusive options for anyone visiting this area.

The Riyadh in Marrakesh was really nice. Our room was laid out in an odd way with the showers and bathrooms located kind of in the middle of the room, which wasn't ideal for privacy when traveling with my daughter. It was a bit quirky, but I guess that's part of the charm of these older historical buildings. Overall, it was a good experience staying there.

The hotel is lovely and the staff very helpful, but oddly some basics fell way short. We stayed at Barcelo Anfa Casablanca on our first night in Morocco and again 9 days later on our way out of the country. In both rooms, the water leaked onto the floor. There seems to be some design problem with the showers. On our 2nd stay, the room had lnly one towel for two people and there was only a partial roll of toilet paper that didn't last the night. There was also no hairdryer in the room and no hooks in the bathroom for a toiletry bag or towel. These oversights made for a less than ideal stay and we ended up making an urgent call for delivery of toilet paper and a dry towel, the already used towel was on the floor soaking up water when we realized there was not another one. A hotel of this caliber should and could do better.

The Marrakech Evening Food Tour could have been scheduled earlier in the trip. By the time we did it, we had already tried much of the Moroccan cuisine on our own. The guide wasn't very engaging, or perhaps it was a language barrier issue, but it wasn't quite the warm experience we had with the other guides during the trip.

What a beautiful resort! And what a posh, elegant, spacious and comfortable suite! We loved every minute we were there. The only drawback was that the beach was closed due to some government regulations. However, with our own en-suite private pool we were golden. For some, the proximity to the Heraklion airport may not be ideal. But for us, it wasn’t a deal breaker. The atmosphere is exceedingly calm, relaxing, modern, comfortable and elegant. Breakfast is phenomenal with more delicious foods than one could possibly imagine (or eat in one sitting). The restaurant offering Cretan dishes is beautiful, romantic and delicious. We ate there every night which is highly unusual for us but it was that good. I had a massage at the spa and that was a 5 star experience. I didn’t want it to end! We would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it!

This hotel had a great location- Just steps away from the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. The rooms are in need of updating but they were clean. Over all probably our least favorite hotel of the trip.

The breakfast was wonderful! The room was beautiful and the staff was very attentive. Food choices were over the top!!
