I cannot be more satisfied. They designed exactly the tour I wanted, made all arrangements for lodging, transportation, and excursions. The quality of lodging was excellent. The app they provided was easy to use, very helpful, and allowed easy access of information.

The trip was amazing! Antonia did an amazing job from start to finish - she created a perfect blend of planned activities, time to enjoy the various locations we visited, wonderful meals and once in a lifetime experiences. We had a wonderful local guide - Ivana - who showed us the town of Split and shared her experiences of growing up and spending her life in that town. On Hvar, we had a 6th generation local - Antonio - who hosted us on his boat 2 full days and showed us the local spots, coves and restaurants on Hvar and the local islands. We also spent a day with Venko who drove us around Hvar to all the small towns and harbors - an unforgettable stop at Grgo's house for a private wine tasting and dinner in the small town of Jelsa. We ended the trip in Dubrovnik with a hard to get restaurant reservation at the Panorama Restaurant with perfect views of the city. Could not have asked for more!

Paris was amazing.Loved the accessibility via public transportation to all the districts and tourist attractions. It reminded me alot of NY. Myself and friends had a view of the Eiffle Tower from our Airbnb, but in person it was pretty spectacular!The Arc de Triomphe was another structure with such powerful meaning! The people were super helpful and friendly especially in orienting us with directions to our daily activities. Montmartre was so quaint and full of art. We would definitely visit again.

We truly enjoyed our time in England. Thank you for being so responsive while we were in the country. As my brother-in-law mentioned, I would not suggest Henrietta House (auxiliary site) for future guests. While the other hotel was nice, our favorite hotel during the trip was the Randolph.

Greg was simply the best tour guide. He was the gentleman who gave us our initial tour of London. If you can specifically request him for future bookings, I would highly suggest it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and great fun. He customized the tour for us based on our existing itinerary, and we made unique stops to make sure we saw a little bit of everything. His food recommendations were top-tier as well.

Cash and Eddie were also fantastic. Cash drove us to Durdle Door, and Eddie to Hampton Court.

Looking back, I wish we had had more time to spend in Oxford. It is such a beautiful town filled with so much history. Alas, there was only so much to do with so little time. We will just have to come back again soon. :)

We had a really fun 10-day holiday with friends in Iceland traveling the Ring Road, and overall, Iceland itself was amazing and easy to navigate. While the trip was enjoyable, the experience with KimKim felt inconsistent and lacking attention to detail. Some of the specific issues we ran into:
Inconsistent accommodations: Some hotels had breakfast included while others did not (we had assumed this would be standard). A few hotels were wonderful, with amenities and great locations, while others fell flat, especially our last hotel in Reykjavik which was a disappointing way to end the trip (the first hotel in Reykjavik was amazing and great way to kick things off). At one point, instead of a hotel we were booked into an apartment — it felt like this may have been a late booking workaround since other options in town were sold out, despite the fact we started planning months in advance. Again no breakfast and when you're on the road changing hotels almost every night that becomes more of a challenge and expense than it should.
Booking practices: We were surprised to find some of our hotel reservations had been made through Expedia, which led to confusion at check-in when staff had trouble locating them.
Car rental & connectivity: While it worked out fine, we were never told that the rental car came with Wi-Fi. That would have been a very helpful detail, especially since they strongly advised us to rent directly from the airport and then we had to try to get the company to refund us.
Activity planning: The suggested activities were often unrealistic in terms of timing and order, which made parts of the itinerary difficult or impossible to execute in the way they were presented.
Local expertise: The program didn’t feel curated by someone with boots on the ground. It felt more like it had been assembled with generic recommendations or even AI, without the logical flow or insider touches we had expected.
To be clear, we had a great trip because Iceland itself is extraordinary and I was with my best friends, but the planning support didn’t live up to what we’d hoped for. With more consistency, realistic sequencing, and local insight the trip could have been seamless.

Really bizarre hotel - lots of "art" which is kind of cool because it's Icelandic but the hotel is so dated and seems like a relic but not in an interesting way. Kim Kim shoudl make sure to check out these hotels before assigning them out. It was a STARK difference to the hotel they put us in at the beginning of the trip. This wasn't the way we wanted to end the trip. My friend's room (a single) literally looked like a cell. The Breakfast was good.

We really liked this area - it has some simple wide paths but the lava is wildly formed and this is where you can see "the hidden people" a lot easier :). (you'll have to look that up). There are quite a few walking/hiking paths and you can go as far or not as you want. There is actually a path to a crater which we didn't do becuase it was about 2 hours round trip but others said it was a great hike.

Definitely take the time to do the 45+ minute walk to see this waterfall. It's very dramatic and in a gorgeous canyon. The path is well marked and traveled so you won't get lost but will be surprised and happy at the end! Great photo Op spot.

This is a super cool experience and all of our first time being on a glacier. It was nice too that we had an actual Icelandic guide who grew up somewhat nearby. It was interesting to learn about the glacier and the relationship to the volcano. The crampons were totally necessary and there are some great views.

This truly was a trip of a lifetime with my best friend and the team at KimKim did an amazing job putting it all together. We had a wonderful time on our KimKim trip through Italy. The hotel recommendations were in great locations and the recommended tours and selected tour guides allowed us great insight into each location through the eyes of a local. Enricho in Venice, Paola in Florence, and Vincenzo in Capri were superb and I highly recommend them. We traveled by boat, train, water taxi, gondola, funicular, taxi, and chairlift. The trip was very pleasant with guides. Perfect. The transportation was also very comfortable with very pleasant drivers. All the hotels were perfect and well located, except the one in the Algarve, which was too commercial. The bed was not as you indicated, and the condition of the carpet was poor. Upon arrival, our suitcases were dragged to the entrance, and I had to remind them about this. They are not at all. Recommended.

Everything was wonderful. The entire experience was well planned out.
The only drawback was planning for nusa penida for which the team generously provided a dinner at our resort the last day. Overall it was a fun trip.

Our guides while in San Ignacio (Jeronima and Leo) were exceptional - knowledgeable and so helpful with any question we had. Ka’ana Resort was a dream, Beautiful accommodations and the food was awesome. We were dissatisfied with the accommodations in San Pedro. But we loved the city and our snorkel trip was amazing. Havi at Mata Rocks Resort did the best he could to make us comfortable. All and all it was an amazing adventure!

Our time in Croatia was incredible. Starting in Split we enjoyed great food, interesting history & beautiful scenery. Throughout our travel over Croatia’s islands we enjoyed comfortable accommodations, well planned activities & an opportunity to get to know this beautiful country & its people.

We were worried about the possibility of rain in Brisbane but once out on Moreton Island everything seemed better. We went snorkeling amongst the sunken ships and even saw a turtle.

Our anniversary trip to France was fantastic and we had a very positive experience planning everything with Sebastian. The whole process starting with the website and filling out preferences was simple and straightforward. We worked through a couple different itineraries before landing on the one we chose. All of the transportation arranged went perfectly (trains, private transfers) and the hotels chosen by Sebastian were perfect! All of the guides that we had for our tours were excellent, but there were a few who truly stood out. Emma who was our guide for a D-Day Tour in Normandy, she was wonderful. And Sophie who was our guide for a WWII tour in Paris..she was outstanding!! We will be requesting her if possible for future trips to Paris. The trip exceeded our expectations and we really fell in love with France. Thank you for making it happen!

Great location, lovely decor, friendly and helpful staff. The room was super cute and clean. The main bar was awesome and breakfast was delicious!! Lots of options! Our only complaint was the bathroom..it needed a refresh and the shower and sink would not drain properly.

The experience was lovely, a nice way to spend the evening. I think it's a must do for someone visiting Paris for the first time, but not something I would repeat. Great atmosphere, and the young performer singing was impressive! The food itself was just ok, but again still glad we did it.

The Salkantay Trekking organization was terrific. Our guide, Yuri and the team went above and beyond anything we expected. They were thrown a powerful curveball with a train strike in Aguas Calientes which upended their carefully planned logistics. They helped to navigate the evacuation all while ensuring that we were still able to get to and enjoy Machu Picchu. They did it with enthusiasm and endless patience. We loved this trip, the trekking outfit and guide

All four of us loved the trip. What a wonderful country. I previously complimented the drivers and guides so l won't repeat myself. The best restaurant was at the winery in the Douro Valley. Second was Luca in Lagos. Hotels were uniformly excellent. Only two petty
comments: the light switches seemed to have no system in most of the hotels. Even the hotel staff couldn't figure them out. The Évora Olive didn't put tissues in the room. Petty but needed. The wine tasting in Lisbon was enjoyable but unnecessary because we had two tasting on the following days in Porto. The fado entertainment was very enjoyable, but the meal was rather perfunctory. If I did this again I would need another week so there would be more time in Lisbon and Porto. To sum up this was a wonderful trip. I have recommended Portugal to everyone. And I will recommend Kimkim to anyone who asks. Thanks for everything.

The Évora Olive Hotel was a fantastic experience. Although it's officially a four-star hotel, it felt just as magnificent as the others and was beautiful and comfortable. The only minor issue was the lack of tissues in the room, but the front desk provided them when asked. The staff was wonderful, and overall, it was a delightful stay despite that very trivial concern.
