The pool was great and the access to great places to eat was fantastic. Very relaxing.

I loved trekking, but especially at night as it was a far different experience that any of the daytime walks. Guide (Paul) was friendly and fun. Got to see a platypus!!!!

Unfortunately, rain put a damper on the excursion as we had the boomerang and spear exhibition abbreviated and the cable car ride cancelled. But, overall, a great experience. The best part of the trip had to be the Duck boat tour.

Be prepared for a long trip to and from the reef. However, the experience once there was GREAT! You have no idea how colorful and varied the sealife is on the reef. It is something you will never forget. The staff were extremely friendly and informative. And talented.

The people here are the Best in providing great assistance! Restaurant is scrumptious!!! Private pools are sooo relaxing and romantic 🥰 Staff is really friendly and exhibits their country’s motto of “Pura Vida” ! It is the best place I have ever stayed as far as service, and attitude !!!

The room is a bit small at the entrance without anywhere to really put wet boots so getting in/out was a bit tight and a challenge to keep socks dry. There's a loft area for some of the beds which gives you some more space although the staircase is a little tight for larger luggage. The room was clean, the breakfast is close by with tea and coffee always available. There's a lot of storage by the room entrance which was nice and the loft provides some extra room without having to bend.

It is a bit of a drive down a smaller road off the highway, which in the winter was slower going because of the snow. The road however was plowed despite it having been snowing right until our arrival. The guesthouse was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with spices, and best of all there's a second sink so you can brush/wash your face while the bathroom is occupied which saved us time as a group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, spacious rooms with a "mudroom" like area to unload all your winter gear. It was warm, close to the hotel that served breakfast and also close to a lookout area for Aurora hunting and star gazing. The bathrooms worked well and good amount of parking.

The ice cave is amazing. Absolutely gorgeous and our guide made it even better by encouraging us to turn off our lamp lights when we were all safe to let us experience the cave naturally. However finding the start of the tour was a bit of a challenge (it wasn't the vehicle as stated on on reservation but near an ad sign where a worker found us as we were trying to figure out where to go) and the vehicle was failing to start up at the beginning until our guide got it working. But once we were moving it was absolutely enjoyable and very fun.

A lot of fun and a unique experience. The guide double checked all our gear and made sure we were safe but able to enjoy the walk. She also helped us take lots of pictures including stopping in areas with good views to give us a chance to take pictures. Highly recommend

Nice boat event hough the cabins and washroom were very small. Th staff was efficient and friendly . Housekeeping excellent. Food was very fresh tasty and well presented

Quaint hotel in a great area with a cool roof top bar and great breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The taxi could not enter the street due to the night market, so the staff came up the two blocks to get our bags.

Very nice chill hotel in a neighborhood close to pub street, but not necessarily walkable to much. Relaxing in the pool at night is perfect.

One of the good places to stay in Marrakesh. Right at the heart of the city, walkable to shops and restaurants. Decent food, very friendly staff.

Where do I even begin? One of the best stays in Morocco. Michelle, who runs the place has been the most helpful and kindest. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, she made our stay perfect. I have to mention Michelle's food. It's one of the best breakfast and dinners we have had and we miss it to date. We loved our chit chats over food and tea. She has maintained the place, preserved the original and added it to it in such a thoughtful manner. Location is beautiful. Don't miss this place!

The location is accessible to Camel ride or 4x4 from the main road. If is beautifully maintained. Tents were very clean including the bathroom. Staff was friendly and food was good.

One of our best stays in Morocco. You have to walk in a bit from the road to reach the Riad.... but it's beautiful. The old architecture is preserved. The staff is the friendliest and the most helpful. Morning breakfast and the tea was delicious. The sites on of Fes from the terrace is to die for...... visuals have been imprinted in my mind. 100% recommended.

This hotel is in the heart of Rabat...... walkable from some monuments and the local markets. It has beautifully preserved the architecture. It was easy for us to go for walks in the evening, explore local food and market by foot. Some people might have some reservations by the old bathrooms, but the experience is great!

The Radisson is an older hotel that is somewhat run down. It is clean, but in need of a renovation. The area surrounding the hotel has nothing to offer, so we might have preferred a hotel in Casco Viejo with many walkable amenities.

El Valle is a beautiful place. We enjoyed a hike with several waterfalls providing interest. A surprising and memorable experience was our visit to the butterfly haven. Being surrounded by hundreds of beautiful butterflies was spectacular. Spending a little time outside of Panama City certainly enriched our experience in Panama.

The crew on the Red Cat catamaran made the trip to Taboga a lot of fun. Taboga was interesting to see, and the view of Panama City from the boat was spectacular.

We were interested in learning more about the history of Panama, and this tour provided that background. The ruins were interesting, Casco Viejo was impressive, and the visitor center at the locks was worthwhile.

Learning about the canal with the experience of a cruise through a portion of the canal and the locks was a highlight of our trip to Panama. Visiting the locks from land is worthwhile, but experiencing the canal aboard a boat is even better.

Casco Viejo is very lively at night. It is quite beautiful.

I can't say enough good things about this tour! We had a wonderful time. The lagoons and caves were breathtaking. We loved everything about it. We couldn't believe how great the food was. We had lunch, mid day snacks and a beautiful buffet dinner. I had to go down to the galley to congratulate the ladies who prepared it. I was a caterer for many years and they did an amazing job. The flower arranging component was interesting and educational. We would highly recommend this activity!

So beautiful being up and close and interacting with these amazing animals. The lunch provided was amazing local foods well prepared, delicious and presented beautifully. Lots of great photo ops! Over the top!!!

Our guide Marty was great! We had already been to the Night Market earlier so Marty switched gears and we went to the Chinese New Years street festival and also the market. Great food and great fun. He also arranged for us to travel by Tuk Tuk! That was a fun experience!!!

We enjoyed seeing the traditional way of life. The coffee shop with their own grown and processed coffee was a highlight!

Plus: The river trip after dark was truly amazing! The views with the lights and the other boats passing was really beautiful. Minus: The dinner was buffet style, which was expected, however, the quality and presentation of the food and drinks was very average. The performers on the ship solicited tips at each table.

Both were amazing interactive experiences! Just loved it!!!!

Great cultural experience

Very well located on Elephantine Island, this hotel is a 70's aficionados dream. Huge open space, pool, bars... magnificent gardens... we loved it.

Astonishing location, fabulous architecture and decor, colourful and comfortable bedrooms. Weak point, food.

We wanted some exotic experience and we got it! Very cute small ship, comfortable, clean and not speaking of an incredibly nice, charming, competent, beautiful crew. Their devotion to us was so complete, it was simply admirable!

Just one word, WOW! And the food, just amazing. Very well earned 5 stars.

The visit to the Dendara and Abydos temples was incredible and worth the long, rough journey. Abydos particularly left us flabbergasted with its antiquity and historical significance. It's one of the older ones, dating back millennia, and witnessing it was an awe-inspiring experience.

The Sound & Light Show at Abu Simbel was an emotional and breathtaking experience. I was moved to tears by the beauty and splendor when the entire temple was illuminated. It was an unforgettable moment that no one visiting Egypt should miss.

This is a nice hotel (the second one we stayed in while visiting HCMC). It is very “western” like so we are a bit torn in our review. Our first 3 nights were in the Babylon Premium Resort and Spa that we booked outside of KimKim. We liked the location of that hotel better but you have to prefer to be right in the mix. La Siesta was more sedate, fancier and had a lovely breakfast spread. It really depends what you are looking for.

The boat and staff were very nice. Being booked in the suite (one of two in the boat) totally made our one night stay. So happy we chose a smaller boat just 30 people.

This is a beautiful hotel, like a grand old lady. Impeccable in style with a staff to match. Topped off by being in a great location.

Au Lac Charner puts you right in the heart of things. You need to be prorated the chaos that is Saigon - the scooters, the blocked sidewalks, it’s amazing and terrifying. It’s not the fanciest but we enjoy it.

So much to see in this city. We enjoyed it more than we were expecting. The schedule was great, a nice mix of walking and being driven (plus a dragon boat ride)

Tien was fabulous. We really had a good adventure and ate very well. You must try iced coconut coffee at her favorite spot!

This was a fun and very full day of new experiences. John did a great job!

This was a fun afternoon/early evening. Our guide, Chuong, was a lot of fun. He took us to some great spots we would never had dared enter to try some local (delicious) Hanoi dishes. Strange again that we had to pay $5 USD for two beers when spending thousands on our tour.

The weather made the activities a bit challenging. The kayak trip was poorly supervised - not sure how just one person is supposed to take one group swimming and the other part of the group to the beach. The kayaks were wet when we got in them and we only got wetter. The hot ginger tea on the way back to the boat sure hit the spot.

It was pouring rain this day. We had a great driver and it was wonderful to have Tien, our guide, with us for the 4 hour drive.

We had a great time with John. He shared his knowledge of the city with us and we enjoyed our time with him.

This was fantastic. Our guide, Heidi, was energetic and fun! Our drivers were great and it was a fun evening. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Hotel was a former villa with a nice swimming pool. Great staff. Well decorated and very comfortable rooms with 4-poster bed and mosquito net. Very good breakfast.

Fantastic hotel!!! Great rooms, excellent food and wonderful design and location. Very good staff. The only negative is the very slow and bumpy access road to the hotel.

Good hotel but too far from the center of the city.

The train ride from Kandy was excellent. Comfortable and scenic. Good visit to a tea plantation and a nice walk around Victoria park (some excellent birds in the park).

The temple of the tooth was fascinating. However, it would have been better to visit during a puja so that we could also see the temple drumming.

The 1000 year old ruins of Polonnaruwa were amazing! The extent and qualify of the ruins were surprising. The area is big but all the important sights were accessible by vehicle.

We actually visited the Hurulu Eco park which is near Minneriya and is a better place to see elephants this time of year. We did have some great views of the elephants and some very good bird sightings. We did get some rain but the open jeeps could be enclosed when it was raining so we stayed dry.

It was pouring rain when we were there but that was o.k. because the art is in the caves that are out of the rain. Wonderful Buddhist art...paintings and statues.

Very special place but also very crowded. We went mid-morning because the poor weather meant no sunrise but it was still very crowded. The route up was crowded and for those that are afraid of heights or in poor shape something to be avoided. However, even if you don't make the climb to the top the site is a good place to visit. The paintings on the side of the site that are seen on the descent are wonderful. Photos are prohibited of the paintings but the museum does have reproductions that can be photographed.

Excellent property and I would stay here again. Great staff and very clean.

Staff could not have been nicer and helped us get our bags to our room. Restaurant on site was very good (Tudor). Our room was fabulous!! We got an updated King suite and it was top of the line. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location. Staff was very nice and the retreats are very cute. Could use some updating to the rooms, they just felt dated but overall we had a nice stay. No king bed, we got a double and a single so not as good for couples

Beautiful views and the staff is awesome! We loved our room and the included breakfast was very good. The only drawback is having to take the shuttle to town. Many times it was full so we would have to wait another hour or just go ahead and walk. So the shuttle is great unless it is super busy, then everyone is trying to use it.

This hotel has nice staff and a great restaurant. The hotel and rooms could definitely use some updating. The bathrooms in particular are quite dated.

We loved the thoughtful design of the room, especially the addition of a complete kitchen unit, which was perfect for travelers wanting to prepare their own meals. It truly added to the comfort of our stay. The staff, apart from the initial experience at check-in, were generally welcoming and helpful, which we really appreciated.

During our recent stay, we encountered a few disappointing experiences. Firstly, the front desk staff, particularly Alex, was quite unwelcoming and came across as dismissive. His tone and manner of assistance felt biased, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, our room was not cleaned even after multiple requests. It was dusty, and toiletries were provided only upon request—something unexpected at a 5-star hotel. We were also surprised that water was chargeable. While there are refill stations on each floor, it would have been more thoughtful to provide at least one filled water bottle in the room upon arrival. The breakfast experience was equally underwhelming, with only an à la carte option offering one item and one drink per person. More variety and flexibility would be appreciated. On a positive note, the location is convenient, being close to the CBD, and the room design is quite good. However, given the level of service, it’s difficult to recommend this property.

The trip was planned very well the only request is to provide more time for breakfast as 15 mins are not sufficient.

Dave was too good,very knowledgeable and entertaining. I like that cheeky kiwi provide with water bottle n snacks.It would have been great if they included the ice cream tasting from their end.
