Fantastic Location. Fantastic Hotel.

The Remm Plus Hotel was an ideal choice for our trip. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the shopping district! The rooms were cozy, spotlessly clean, and ready for us upon arrival, which made for such a smooth check-in experience. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. We also loved how easy it was to step outside the hotel and find delicious food nearby. The automatic check-in process was modern and convenient, and the staff was absolutely amazing. When we needed extra assistance, they were quick to accommodate us with such kindness and professionalism. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A Tranquil and peaceful experience that we loved! Our stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Kawaramachi Jokyoji was amazing! The calm and serene atmosphere inside the hotel was incredible, and the traditional Japanese-style bathhouse was such a unique and fantastic experience. When we were tired from a long day of fun, we would go there. The rooms were spotless and perfectly prepared for us, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was ideal—just a short walk to great food and shopping. One of the highlights was stepping outside to find a charming local business with a Kyoto coffee truck run by the sweetest guy serving absolutely delicious coffee. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Our stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi was absolutely delightful. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight for us—my husband is still raving about the egg sandwich, calling it the best he’s ever had in his life (and he’s not easy to impress, lol!). The location was perfect; we could easily walk to different areas, grab snacks, and explore the city. When we visit Tokyo again, we’ll definitely stay here and recommend this hotel to all our friends. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

A beautiful cultural experience for everyone. The Traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony with Kimono Wearing was an unforgettable experience. My family joined me, and although the boys participated to indulge me, they ended up learning so much about the art of tea making, the culture, and, of course, the beauty of wearing kimonos. Personally, I enjoyed this—it made me wish I had someone to style my hair and dress me every day! The atmosphere was serene, and the attention to detail was impressive. We arrived a little early and had time to visit a nearby coffee shop, which turned out to be amazing—such a charming area with a great vibe. This experience was a wonderful opportunity to learn, connect, and grow together. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore and appreciate Japanese culture in an authentic and meaningful way.

We had an incredible time on the Shibuya Bar Hopping Night Tour, and our tour guide, Masa, made the experience truly exceptional. He ensured that everyone in the group felt included, engaged, and comfortable throughout the evening. Our 22-year-old son and his friends especially loved the tour, but we also found it to be a fantastic experience. Masa’s deep knowledge of the area and his insights about Tokyo’s nightlife were invaluable. This tour is perfect for your first or second night in the city because it helps you get a feel for the local spots and plan where you might want to visit again later. The places we visited were unique and authentically local, which was exactly what we were hoping for. While there were plenty of fried food options available—which many people would enjoy—we personally would have preferred a bit more variety. That said, it didn’t take away from how much we loved the experience overall. If you’re looking for a night of great drinks, fun exploration, and learning about Tokyo’s vibrant nightlife, this is an absolute must-do. We’d gladly do it again!

The Arenal Hanging Bridges Guided Walk was a disappointment, with only two out of five or so bridges open due to maintenance. The experience wasn't as spectacular as expected, and we didn't feel we got our money's worth.

Nice to be able to have this final relaxing event.

This was a hotel that we stayed at 2 separate nights to include a desert tour. The first night was not good. The check-in took 45 mins and our room was tiny and low and a bit dated. We could not get into the hotel lounge and barely got to our room for the sunset, only to find the tiny balcony was locked. While I understand the safety concerns, they should have the bell hop take care of this at time of arrival rather than having us call ( and wait) for separate help, On our second night, we ordered room service and it never came! it turned out they had been knocking repeatedly on another door and blamed us for not answering! When we asked for the order to be resent- they did it again! On our second night, I Sun Pyramids asked them to upgrade us to a better room for our trouble. The suite was great, as was the view of the Nile. Throughout, however, this was the only place we felt like a bother and did not experience the friendliness and service that was excellent throughout the rest of Egypt. The exception was the pool area. They were very nice.

This one is a 6! Everyone from the check-in, transport, dive shop and restaurant was amazing! Beautiful accommodations and service. We would definitely hope to come back when the weather is a tad warmer. This was the very best food on our trip-

I am not a cruise person but I loved this one. We had terrific and fun service and the room ( we had a larger suite) was great! I really enjoyed the cruise and would do that again! There were only a handful of patrons and so that made it seem very private. Our tour guide Milad from Sun Pyramids went along and guided us every day. Cool system!

This is 4.5 stars. The second favorite hotel on our trip and the suite and view was great! we were not there long but managed to get a massage which was great!

This one was on a day when I was feeling poorly with jet lag. I am sure that is why it did not thrill me as much as the other days.

This is a tour of a lifetime! We loved it but would have enjoyed a bit more time with the spinx and meditating at the pyramids. I did not particularly like spending time taking silly tourist pics which you are basically forced to do by photographers looking for tips..

Good place to stop on the way from airport. Room was okay. A nice dinner buffet.

Beautiful riad, well situated, fabulous staff and restaurant. Our room was one of the least comfortable, very awkward layout, with steep stairs going from front door (after climbing about 3 flights already) down to the actual room. It did have two wonderful terraces, but the room was strange, with a shower and sink opened up into the bedroom, and a tiny bathroom cabinet. It was very narrow, like a wide corridor. Friday nights are enchanting with a trio of musicians and a belly dancer, plus unique meals served just that night. I was sick so the staff prepared a concoction every night of honey and lemon and ginger to help me sleep.

Pros: Very nice staff and beautiful ajoining Riads, and rooms when I peeked into other rooms. Very good location. Con’s: Dirty room. Hair on sheets when we pulled bed down to get into, plus some stains. Shower door that didn’t close. Toilet not well bolted to floor. We were given the cheapest room in the Riad after paying deluxe prices. Small and dark. Filthy rugs. Awkward to get to room, with lots of stairs. Not enough tables to accommodate diners so had to eat by ourselves outside. It was cold.

Nice riad, but we seemed to have the cheapest room, again, in the deluxe accommodations after paying deluxe prices. The breakfasts were great and generous, the restaurant delicious, and the staff fabulous.

Give clients paying for deluxe accommodations deluxe accommodations. You can’t put us in a deluxe hotel and give us the cheapest room. Not good.

Enjoyed Ayoub our driver. Very personable and knowledgeable. Saw interesting things we couldn’t have witnessed by plane or train.

Glamping like it should be done ... with an eco-friendly ethic. The owner of this family business spent the evening in camp with us. There was music, wonderful food prepared on-site by Fatima, and time to relax and talk with staff. The tents were remarkably comfortable, spacious, warm with well thought out lighting, bathroom facilities, etc..

Elegant and luxurious rooms, rooftop dining with the best breakfasts we had in Morocco! The staff was so kind. When I contracted COVID, we had extra bedding brought to our room so my wife and I could separate. We also had a meal from La Maison Arabe carried over so we didn't have to go out.

Time with Ismael was always good.

I'm not sure we could have navigated all the souks without our guide. Marrakech is a must be experienced city

We had a nice, relaxing evening with a young family. We celebrated their 1 yr old's birthday, listened to their friend play the oud and enjoyed grandma's cooking in a typical home in the Medina.

Eating with locals at delicious Harira and Sfenj spots was awesome. Tanjia good. We skipped the spicy snails, but I think next time they would be worth a try. The pastries/cookies were good but not unusual.

Great way to wind down the trip

A beautiful city nestled in hill country

Rabat and the visits to the Kasbah, Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the Chellah and Andalusian Gardens were all must dos. Our guide was great. Seeing hundreds of storks was an added plus.

The mosque was astounding and well worth the visit. I would suggest seeing the jewish museum in Fes instead of this one.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Breakfast is everything you could want. Highly recommend.

The rooms are comfortable enough. however, the bathrooms could use some updating.

Fez was a city beyond my wildest imagination and we had the perfect tour guide, Said, to show us the city. I can not say enough about how wonderful and knowledgeable Said was during our walking tour. We explored the ceramic factory, tannery, and silk weaver. While weaving through the streets we tasted many local foods. 

This was the highlight of our trip! Our hosts were absolutely amazing and treated us like royalty. While our dish cooked we were taken on the roof top to admire the beautiful city which was definitely a trip highlight.

The trip to Edfu, Luxor, and Karnak temples was very nice. Though Karnak was busy by the afternoon, the size of the temple complex made it manageable. Although the crowding wasn't a major issue at Luxor and Karnak, we would have preferred smaller crowds for better photos, but by the time we reached Luxor, the setting sun created a very atmospheric experience, which our guide also appreciated for its perfect timing.

Our visit to the Abu Simbel and Kom Ombo temples was absolutely brilliant. Originally planned to take the bus, we decided to change to a flight at the last minute, and the team handled it seamlessly. Everything was reorganized without any issues, with new guides greeting us, making the experience at Abu Simbel a dream come true. This flexibility and perfect execution made this part of the trip truly outstanding.

The day tour to visit the Pyramids and Sphinx and the Old Egyptian Museum was great overall. We started in the morning, but had the option to begin earlier. The place gets very busy quickly, and starting earlier would have made the experience better. Despite the crowds, we had an amazing time, and the activity was well-organized.

The Imperial Palace Boutique Hotel Itaewon was fine. It's not luxurious, but I don't seek that when I travel. It had character and was a decent place to stay. Plus, it was in a great location.

The Small Group Korean DMZ Tour was disappointing due to the size of the group. It was larger than what I consider a small group, and it ended up with guides spending too much time tracking people down rather than providing in-depth information.

The MBC Drama Studio One Day Tour was a pleasant surprise and ended up being much more interesting than expected. Initially, it was a substitution for a K-pop tour, which got canceled, but I found it fascinating to see the depth of production they manage. Even though it turned out to be a large group tour, contrary to what was scheduled, it was still enjoyable.

My stay at Riad Bayti in Marrakesh was quite disappointing. The location was in an area affected by recent construction due to an earthquake, leading to scaffolding, dust, and noise from hammering and drills. The management was notably absent and unresponsive during our stay, causing communication issues with the staff. Our room needed to be updated from the towels to the carpeting.

We spent two nights in the desert. It was a wonderful small camp and the owner and staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The food was food, the musical entertainment fun and the day spent visiting a nomad family and other sites in the dessert very interesting.

With only one night in Casablanca, this was a good choice.

The facility was a of a bit lower level than I thought that I had booked, but the people , especially Ebram, were superb.

Menkes, Volubilis, Rabat were all good. Sallam was a great driver and companion.

Moha was great. I have mixed feelings about the pottery and tannery stops. They were interesting but the pressure to buy experience has its pluses and minuses.

The drive was long and it was raining, but Sallam's conversation and shared perspective was afforded time. Stopping in Ifrane was special and so was a restaurant known to Sallam. Experiencing the geographical changes from Marrakesh to Fez was an experience unto itself.
