We loved our entire trip to Greece from Athens to Delphi to Meteora to Corinth to Naxos to Santorini to Chiana. However, our stay on Crete was the best. Yannis, our guide/sous chef, for our cooking experience was funny, informative, and helpful. The food we cooked was tasty and filling. We ran into Yannis the next day and it was like running into an old friend. We also had a great time with George - our guide for our River Trekking experience. He knew all the great places to stop along the way, went at our pace and offered various options for splitting up due to various thrill seeking levels. Hiking in the river was fun even in the cold water. The views from our final wine tasting/olive oil tasting experience were incredible. Sitting in the mountains and marveling at their beauty and majesty was the perfect way to end a relaxing trip.

Jane and her team did an amazing job setting up and organizing our trip. She listened to all our requirements, and we were able to everything on our wish list. She was even able to arrange a special tour to the White Cliffs of Dover with GoTours, even though they normally don’t do that tour on Sundays. All the tour guides were exceptional, especially Daniel in Glastonbury, David for Stonehenge & Crop Circles, and Christian for the White Cliffs of Dover. Thanks for a fabulous trip!!! Will definitely use Kim Kim again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better trip than the one Bruno planned for us. Croatia was my dream trip for 10 years and I had a rough idea of the big things I wanted to do but no idea where to start. With so much to see and 11 days available Bruno gave us the best possible guide through it. We were able to see parts of Istria, travel inland and go to two different national parks, as well as visit Dubrovnik and Split AND do a cave tour and we never felt rushed. Bruno took my many questions and feedback and must haves and made me feel so supported and lessened my anxiety over traveling. I will never stop recommended Croatia to anyone I meet and I highly recommend using Bruno and Kimkim!!

Motovun is a MUST. SEE. Such a cute town and the best food we had the whole trip! I had a delicious truffle pasta and my husband got a truffle soup and I dream about it every day. The drive there is also really pretty!

The tours we went on were fabulous! We had a few bumps in the road as far as transportation and one outing being cancelled. However, they refunded us and even gave us a credit for another activity. Everything was handled very professionally, and they were easy to communicate with. The hotels Siena picked were great as well!

Greece Was a trip of a lifetime!! KimKim’s planning and execution of our vacation was so worth it. Almost all of our outings were private and that’s what we like. The hotel selections were over the top. Highly recommended the cooking experience on a farm in Naxos. I ‘m glad we visited Mykonos, but will not go back. Party all night scene, and not for us, however our guide Maria did put us onto a restaurant that we got best table in the house, Food was Amazing and a pop up Greek experience including throwing plates😂😂. Santorini was breathtakingly beautiful!! Next time, no Mykonos , and will add Crete.

Great trip all the way! Since planning all the advises I received from Yassine were very accurate and adapted to what we were looking for, during the whole trip we received the BEST attention by our driver, Said Misser, he very thoughtful, gentle and helpful, always thinking on the best ways for us to be comfortable and enjoying our time. The city tours were great, specially in Fes with Sarah, she helped us understand a lot more about the city and the country all the way. I totally rate the whole trip with 5 Stars and definitely recommend everybody to visit Morocco, specially with the help of the Kimkim team who will help you adapt you experience to what you are looking for and your group.

Trip was amazing, starting with our short stay at the Ashling Hotel when we first landed in Dublin. The hotel is beautiful, the food delicious and service outstanding. Two of us had a date at the Ink Factory for Tattoos, where we had some of the nicest artist who made our touchdown welcoming.
Our next day took us to Cork, stating at the Clayton Hotel. We did a tour of the Killarney Castle and Middleton's Jameson Distillery. I would recommend they be done on separate days but we made a day of it. When touring the Castle don't skip exploring the property... what finds there are! The people at Jamison were outstanding; such knowledge and made you feel immersed in the process. We were happily surprised to do a premium tasting, which was a wonderful treat...took home one of those premium whiskeys.
My nephew feels Killarney is the place for him...we spent three nights at the Randall's, which I would recommend everyone stay! The staff, rooms and food is amazing. Plus they have a covered patio with blankets and heaters to sit and wind down from a long day. While there plan on. A trip to Faha Falconry; we had a private visit and it was amazing! Expect a road trip that is something itself to talk about.
Galway is the place to eat! Our food tour had me trying dishes that I never would have. Have a love raspberry croissants and clams now. So much to eat!
There was so much we did... such a horseback riding, sailing and a jaunty ride, that i could talk forever about. Kimkim did an amazing job on helping us plan a family trip of a lifetime to see where my grandmother was born and raised. Thank you, Claire and the Kim Kim team!

Paul checked in almost everyday and also booked a last minute tour for me. Franklin was my guide to Mitad de Mundo and was amazing. He even followed up the following day. My stay in Galapagos booked by Paul, was perfect. I has 3 guides, Astrid, Tamara, and Yuliana all very friendly. My transport driver Angel was on time and accompanied me all the way. This Ecuadorian Team is outstanding and highly recommended!!! Thanks Paul

I recently used Kamilla and her company for a trip and overall had a very positive experience. From the start, they were extremely responsive — every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, which gave me a lot of confidence heading into the trip. I also really appreciated the pre-trip meeting, where they walked us through the full itinerary and made sure we had all the key information we needed.

Throughout the trip, they stayed in touch and checked in on us regularly, which was a really nice touch. It made the whole experience feel personal and well-supported. They were well-organized, and I especially liked that they offered to make reservations and even had day-of restaurant suggestions ready to go — that kind of service definitely took some of the pressure off.

The only thing I wish had been a little better was having more details about the tour guides we were meeting ahead of time but I am just an a bit over the top when it comes to planning. While everything ended up running smoothly and working out great, having that info ahead of time would have put my mind at rest.

Shout out to Marius, our hiking tour guide from Mountain Mountains. He was amazing!!

That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-through really stood out and made for a memorable trip.

This was a college graduation gift for my son. We enjoyed the experiences we had scheduled with KK. Overall, very interesting and relaxing as we requested. I’d recommend the trip planning through Kimkim. There is one excursion where the guide was more interested in his experiences than ours. He was our day guide from Barcelona to Girona and Costa Brava. Maybe choose a different driver for that trip. Otherwise, all the other guides were wonderful!

Our trip to Scotland was good. Also Pauline was our main contact person. Though I know Flore did many of our bookings (thank you Flore) we really didn't have many interactions with her, it was all with Pauline. Pauline was always very reassuring and listened to what our wants and needs were and any concerns we might have had.
Our favorite place we stayed was the Whispering Pines, we wish we could have had more time there. Our favorite activities were the Jacobite train and the Historical walking tour in Edinburgh.
Our least favorite was the last day in Luss, because we were never in Luss. The Loch Lomond cruise wasn't that good because we could not hear any of the information being given over the loud speaker and was not in Luss and the hotel wasn't in Luss, so we never really got to see Luss as our roadbook said we would. There wasn't anything to do near the hotel either.
The Glen Mohr hotel and the Loch Lomond hotel were are least favorites. Neither had lifts, so carrying heavy luggage up flights of stairs wasn't easy, especially after a long day.
Would highly recommend the entire Pitlochry plan, (Westlands of Pitlochry hotel, Pitlochry Golf club and Tomnauld Farm), Edinburgh plans ( Tigerlilly hotel, history lovers walking tour and Edinburgh castle), and the Fort William plans ( Jacobite train and Whispering Pines hotel).
One other recommendation would be to drive on the A28 through the highlands and pull over for a short hike. Breathtaking views!
Over all the trip was amazing and I don't think we could have done this well with planning without the help of Pauline and Flore.

Very crowded area and hardly to find a parking spot. I think we got the very last spot that was in the brewery lot. It then took us a bit to figure out how to get from the lot to the correct building we were staying in. Once in the building we had to carry all of our bags up three flights up stairs. Fine if you just have some small bags but lugging large suitcases wasn't fun. The staff did have one of the young restaurant workers come and help us with a couple of bags. Though we did not have reservations, the restaurant host did find us a table for dinner and we were very appreciative.

This was our favorite place during our entire trip to Scotland. We had a cabin and it was so comfortable and had everything we could need. Also the views of the loch right outside our cabin was amazing. I did not want to leave this place. In fact I wish we would have had more time there so we could enjoy all the other amenities that were offered. We ordered take away from their restaurant and they delivered to our cabin which was so nice. The breakfast buffet was also great, so much variety and very delicious. I want to go back to the place!

Our room was a good amount of space for the four of us and the room was clean and comfortable. It was very warm, even with the windows open and the fan on. We were on the top floor and because there wasn't a lift so we had to carry all of our heavy luggage up the flights and there wasn't any help from staff provided. We decided to go to the restaurant/ bar to get a drink. After ordering drinks we asked for the food menu and were told that they were not serving any food that night. So we ended up having to go next door and bring back to our room though I will add that the staff did say that we could bring back the food to eat in their restaurant. Also I think the other thing was that we were ready to check out Luss and when we arrived at the hotel it wasn't in Luss. There wasn't anything really to do where this hotel was located. Just a few restaurants, no shops. This is obviously wasn't the hotels fault.

This was a great little farm. The owners met us out front and it was like we were old friends right away. They were so nice. David took us for a tour of the farm where we were able to pet and feed the animals. There were goats, pigs, alpacas, chickens a mini Shetland pony. Afterwards, we talked for a bit and Hannah made us coffee and provided cute little cakes to eat. It really was a lovely experience. I would highly highly recommend!

The boat was nice, the staff were great and the views were lovely however we could not hear any of the history or information that the crew were giving over the loud speaker. Maybe it was where we were sitting which was near the engine but really wherever you sit you should be able to hear. It was a full boat. I have a photo of where three of us are dozing off because it was just blah. Being able to hear would have made this trip be completely different.

Kimkim did a great job planning out a 14-day vacation to see the mainland of Greece, Naxos, Santorini, and Crete. The tours and activities were all that we hoped for combining culture, food, adventure, and history.

When we first began planning our itinerary for Australia, it was a bit overwhelming…so many beautiful places to go in just 2 weeks! But we were extremely fortunate to have found Vicky and kimkim who made planning a dream. She was spot on when we let her know our interests and came up with an amazing itinerary that was perfect for us! Communication was excellent, and in spite of a few rainy days, what we were able to see and do was fantastic, especially with our gifted guides in Sydney, Uluru, Melbourne, the Blue Mountains, Port Douglas, and along The Great Ocean Road. One of our favorite experiences was snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef, and Vicky selected the perfect company to take us there. The ABC snorkeling charter was fantastic, with our guides who were extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. Sunrise at Uluru was spectacular, as was the lovely evening dinner and viewing with our guide who spotlighted all to see in the beautiful night sky.
Many thanks to Vicky and Kimkim for a perfect trip, which will leave us with so many beautiful memories.

We had a great experience using kimkim and Tetiana for our UK vacation. Tetiana worked with us to suggest and finalize a good balance of scheduled tours and self exploration. We had a couple days in each London, Oxford, and Bath for our week of vacation. Highlights included a private walking tour with a retired royal guard. The history of London he shared with his experiences as a royal guard were educational and entertaining. In Oxford, we had a small group tour of the Cotswolds that was a great half day of seeing a number of villages. In Bath, we decided to explore on our own with suggestions of things to see. In all three locations, we had amazing stays at the inns Tetiana selected for us - all were charming with access to pubs, transportation and more local flare. It was so nice to have all the hotels, train tickets, and tour tickets prepaid and we greatly appreciated kimkim's web site where we quickly had access to all our electronic tickets, descriptions of our inns, our itinerary and chat with Tetiana if we needed anything. We absolutely will use kimkim again and tell all our friends!!

Overall the experience to Vietnam was fantastic. Dat & the Realistic Asia team made many things seamless and easy with little stress for our group.

One personal note for me - many of the tours felt typical, when initially I think I went through KimKim to look for some "off the beaten path" tours or trips. As an architect I mentioned initially that I was really interested in seeing spaces and buildings and I feel like I missed some of that, especially in Ho Chi Minh City. It partly may have been an expectation management which sometimes the tour descriptions aren't super clear about.

Also the larger group tours of 17+ were too much for me. I definitely preferred the smaller group (10 people or so) as it felt like we were waiting on other people less. The one tour we did with just our group was awesome and personalized. We also loved the Calista Cruise team and experience.

I usually plan my own trips so this was a first time for me using an agency. I'm glad we did, and now I have a better sense of how to plan for future trips! Dat was very reliable, quick to respond and very helpful in all areas. I highly recommend him and his team!

We had an amazing time in Spain. Alfonso planned a memorable vacation in Southern Spain, knowing that we will be going to Morocco afterwards. He ordered the locations in a way that built beautifully upon one another. The guides were top notch and all had degrees in history or art history. The pacing was great with fun activities in between seeing the historical sites like visiting an olive farm in Mantilla, hiking the Caminito del Rey and going to a flamenco show. The accommodations were well planned, centrally located and with historical charm. His team stayed in touch with us throughout the trip and helped us communicate with guides when things came up. They also reminded us of important deals so our trip went smoothly! We highly recommend working with Alfonso!

Our day with Gummi was without question the highlight of our trip to Iceland. He is very knowledgeable about his country, historically and culturally.
