Very spacious...good for the whole family

The staff are amazing

Who knew staying the Sahara could be some comfortable and fun? Big thanks to Mohammed for taking such good care of our group!

I’ve done cooking classes all over the world and non as efficient, well organized, and put together as this one. We had a great time!

Madrid is probably my favorite place in Spain. Mercedes did an awesome job of explaining the history and culture of Madrid to us. She is so warm and friendly we felt like we had known her our entire lives.

Well after this tour i wondered if i should go to Rome at all. Amazing is the best way to describe what our guide Marco showed us. His knowledge is so valuable and he is so passionate about the importance of the Roman ruins.

The Alhambra is one of the most beautiful places on this planet. Sabina was a remarkable guide .

Amazing. The La Mezquita is without a doubt the most stunning place I've ever visited. Maria was wonderful in her explanations about how the cathedral came to be built inside the mosque.

Our guide Dan was fantastic. We learned so much from him about not only the history of Toledo but the extent of the Jewish experience in Spain.

The drive to the wine tour was incredible. The views were gorgeous (once the fog cleared) and the driver was engaging. Our first stop was Bodegas Hnos. Pecina which was outstanding. Our hostess was gracious, engaging, and knowledgeable. I am not a wine drinker but the wine we were served was so delicious we brought some home. The second stop was at Ostatu which was at best unremarkable. After both tours we visited the medieval town of LaGuardia for lunch. The town is beautiful and quaint and the tapas were amazing.

Hector was the absolute best tour guide we have ever encountered. His enthusiasm and love for his craft came shinning through the entire evening. In addition, his knowledge of all things San Sabastian was incredible.

This hotel is fabulous! We stayed two nights here and were more than pleased! We had an early morning and ordered room service for our breakfast meal. It was delivered exactly at the requested time and was delicious. The morning we left for the airport, they had breakfast boxed and waiting to send us. Staff was extremely helpful! Very good experience!

We stayed three nights in this hotel and were very pleased. The staff was helpful and the rooms were very spacious and clean. We were in a corner room with a balcony and it was wonderful to be able to sit outside in the evenings or leave the door open to enjoy the breeze. Highly recommend!

We stayed one night in this hotel after flying into Rome. It was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted in getting us dinner reservations and it happened to be the most amazing meal we had on our entire 9 day trip! Highly recommend!

We stayed two nights here in October and it was lovely! The uniqueness of this hotel really has a special feel. Also the location could not have been better. There was an issue with our air conditioner, however staff was quick to assist us and help to make us comfortable!

This trip was a very busy day! Siena was a very quick walking tour due to an accident on the freeway that required us to take the long way around the our lunch in Chianti. The lunch was a winery and it was amazing! The last stop was San Gimignano. Our guide, Sandra, was very knowledgeable and gave us great information!

This was an adventure filled day! Our tour guide Giuseppe was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable about Pompei and was able to lead us through Pompei without getting stuck in any large crowds. Next we went to Mt Vesuvius where we hiked to the top of the crater! The view is amazing! Lastly we had a wine tasting at Cantina de Vesuvio. Both the lunch and the wine were spectacular!

This was out favorite tour of our entire trip. Maria was our tour guide and she was amazing. There was never a dull moment and she ensured that we saw everything we were interested in. The food choices she made for us per our preference and expectations were right on point. We sampled pastries, fried pasta, fried pizza... just to name a few. We ended our tour of The Chapel of San Gennaro. Maria shared the entire history of San Gennaro and explained the meaning and ritual behind everything in the chapel. She was so informative and truly excited to share this experience with us!

We adored this tour. We started at the acetaia and learned all about the production of balsamic vinegar. The tasting was a wonderful experience, as was the tour itself. Then we moved on to tour Casa Museo Luciano Pavarotti. My husband and I being very into the musical arts, we very much enjoyed this tour. The self guided tour with the headset was perfect and allowed you to tour at your own speed. Next was lunch at an amazing little restaurant not far from Pavarotti's home. There was a table for two set for us on arrival and the services was amazing. The food even better. We finished the day with a trip to the Ferrari museum. This was my husband's favorite portion of the trip! Overall it was a wonderful day!

This tour was wonderful! We had a blast with our tour guides Marco and Ellenora. Viewing the villages of Cinque Terre by boat was amazing. The view was spectacular. We had lunch at a local restaurant in Venazza and the pesto was to die for! We hiked up the hillside to get a better view point and were able to take some amazing pictures!

This hotel is busy and we are thankful that we only had to stay here overnight to catch our flight out of Jordan. The lady at reception raised her voice and reluctant when we asked help in printing our boarding pass. When no one at Room Service was available to get our order, we called Reception to help. A gentleman said he will call them to call us. No one called us. We just decided to get food somewhere else when we would have preferred to stay in and get rest before our flight. The hotel is nice and modern but the service is not up to par.

After Bassam, our driver handed us over to Abd, our guide for 2 days we knew it was an experience to behold. Abd was knowledgeable about Petra, he knew how to pace our visit when he thought we were getting sensory overload. Very patient, kind and funny. He made us feel safe and well taken care of. On our last day in Petra, he helped us arrange a lovely lunch at a local restaurant so we can try mansaf, Jordanian national dish. He even used his personal vehicle to pick us up at the hotel to bring us to the restaurant. What a great and thoughtful way to cap off our Jordan visit.

To get assistance at the airport after a long flight was a great kick-off to the adventure that awaited us in Jordan. We were greeted by Samir’s team that facilitated customs and immgration in a quick manner. We were then handed off to Bassam, our driver guide to warmly welcome us to Jordan in his clean and comfortable car. And off we went to our Jordan adventure!

Wonderful old hotel. Great service and friendly people.

A highlight of our tour to Morocco. The facilities were wonderful and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The camel ride and the 4x4 rides were a lot of fun. The evening around a fire listening to Berber folk songs and stories under a star filled sky was magical. Highly recommend it.

Wow wow wow!! From the first time we stepped up the steps into the hotel till the morning we left, our time at Hotel Le Negresco was unbelievable! They have done an amazing job decorating this hotel with many art pieces. The decor is matched by the amazing service. My wife and I have travelled the world and this hotel was the nicest place we have ever stayed. Luxury is an understatement . We would absolutely stay here again. We booked a dinner at Chantecler restaurant which is onsite of the hotel. They are a Michelin Star restaurant and this was our favorite meal of the entire trip to France. That is saying something as all the food in France is good. It was an expensive splurge but absolutely worth it. You will not be disappointed. Great job Lise booking us at I believe one of the finest hotels in France.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Brighton. The location was outstanding being so close to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and shopping. The staff of the hotel were so helpful and accommodating. Specifically, Mitcham was so polite and helpful. He really made us feel at home during our stay. We had a king size bed with a balcony on the 3rd floor overlooking the gardens with the Eiffel Tower in view. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean with 2 sinks and the shower had hot water and good water pressure. They had soft bath and hand towels. The room was spacious enough to have breakfast, which we did every morning, in the room. The included breakfast was delicious. Order one of everything on the breakfast menu as it all so good!!! We would absolutely stay at Hotel Brighton again. Lise did us a wonderful favor booking this hotel.

Seeing the sites along this tour was pretty cool. Our driver did a good job showing us historic locations and recommending shops and restaurants where we should eat.

This was a fun tour. Driving on the Monaco Grand Prix track was pretty cool. We had time to shop at each of the locations. Walking the narrow streets of the old towns was definitely an experience. We were also able to visit a perfume factory which was a nice part of the tour.

This was one highlight of our trip to Paris. We would enjoy this experience again.

We absolutely enjoyed this tour. Maarten was an awesome guide. We shopped for our food and went to a park overlooking Notre Dame where sat, talked and ate. Such a pleasant experience.

Phillip was an awesome guide. We were able to skip through the long line and go straight into the Louvre. He was very knowledgeable about the art and knew his way around the museum. It was like we had an old friend showing us around.

We enjoyed the leisurely stroll around these iconic landmarks. Our guide was so knowledgeable and brought the history to life.

Nothing like champagne and caviar at the top of one of the most iconic landmarks in the world. Wasn’t too busy and the views are unrivaled.

Grgo was such a joy to spend time with. His knowledge of English, his equal respect for both my husband and me, his sense of humor and his obvious love for his country, his family and being a guide made him my favorite ambassador for Croatia.

The farm/ gardens were full of fruit and vegetables that we used for our cooking lesson/ dinner. The wines made on the premises were delicious and our group of fellow diners were friendly and our hosts, entertaining.

Wonderful staff and accommodations. First class room and view. You could do your laundry without being charged, big bonus. Loved it!

it is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. No free water bottle in the room. Hotel restaurant is not great. Next door has an Agentina restaurant which has excellent steak with very good price.

Good location: beside of a city park. Good restaurant in front of hotel . Not many restaurant near by. I would rate this hotel as a 3 stars. NO free bottle water in the room either.

Overall review: Good location, not really a 4 stars as it claims. It does not provide water and have no kettle or coffee maker in the room; it has a good size swimming pool and good restaurant to dine in. We rate it as 3 stars hotel.

The pool is too small. Not for swimming but sit in to cool and drink.

We landed in Belo Horizonte and was pick up by the driver and a tour guy who did not even offer to help us with luggages. We has only 2 carryon and 2 napbacks but it was a very long walk from the airplan to the parking. Our tour guy was a very old man whom mumbling that we could not understand a word he said then he yelled as my husband when my husband complained about no good air condition in the car. We was upset and asked to go straight to our hotel in Ouro Preto: forget about the tour. We was glad that Kimkim change our tour guy the next day. The car air condition was fixed the next day as well. Our driver was great with all the steep hills in Ouro Preto.

Dated, dusty hallways, stuffy rooms. The rooftop restaurant was incredibly slow for dinner (2 hours for pizza). Day time service was much better.

Typical city hotel with city amenities

Wonderful! Perfect setting. Campfires were a lovely touch. Food was pretty good. Real plumbing was a nice luxury. Only thing noticeably missing was air conditioning in the tents. If you needed to stay inside during the day (due to illness, for example), it was pretty difficult due to the daytime heat.

No complaints about Dar Mounir. Room was comfortable. My one suggestion would be to have more food/ staff at the breakfast buffet. There were many many guests nearly fighting over eggs. The hotel did not seem prepared for the high number of guests.

Beautiful, well located riad. I loved the food, comfortable beds, pool, wifi. We did have a problem at check out where they asked us to pay for our pre-paid rooms. We needed to reach out to Kimkim to get it resolved before we could leave. It was incredibly awkward and delayed our early start for the day.

We arrived here after dark and it was clear this was a remote mountain hotel. The door to our room did not shut fully (and could not be locked) and we had no hot water. The views from the balcony were nice in the morning. The staff were nice but the dinner food in the restaurant was subpar and expensive. Because of too many issues, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Going into a stranger's home for a meal is very questionable endeavor anywhere in the world, but it was great here. Surprisingly enjoyable! The family was very nice, kind, welcoming. They made sure to keep us fed and entertained. It's clear that they host families often and I think we all had a good time.

Definitely not tranquil. Walking in was very chaotic with lots of loud talking and people milling around. The reception was frazzled and we did not feel welcomed. There seemed to be only 1 service available (scrub and massage) so there was no point in looking at the spa menu. The changing room was very small and hot-- not much privacy. There was 1 toilet in the building for probably 15 ppl there. It felt like an assembly line. By the time you get to relax, it's time to leave.
