Our vacation to Croatia was wonderful and stress free due to Nikola's preplanning and booking of all of accomodations, restaurants, activities, and transfers. All the service providers were professional, punctual, and courteous. Special thanks to our Split tour host Ivana, our driver Joseph from Split to Dubrovnik, and Mirko our Elafiti Islands boat tour skipper for some memorable days.

And very special thanks to Nikola for being just a phone call away and handling our schedule changes.

My fiancé and I recently booked an incredible trip to Morocco through Kim Kim and Wanderlust and we could not have been more happy! This was our very first time to Africa and every step of the process from start to finish was seamless and comfortable. For a very risk averse person such as myself, this prevented many a sleepless night worrying about accommodations, itinerary options and transportation, all of which can become a bit of a nuisance when trying to make the most of money and time.

Once we expressed interest in our destination, we were matched with Megan, an incredible advisor who was honestly a saint. I had so, so many questions, from recommendations on tipping to Roman ruin sites and much more. She was so prompt in responding through instant messenger and after we chatted for a bit, she sent me a fully formed itinerary that we could customize. The BEST! Payment through the online portal was simple and straightforward and adjustments in planning sites to see can be made even after the initial trip is finalized. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Now, for the really brilliant part. We totally lucked out with our guide, Hassan Amraoui. I can honestly say I've never met a person like him. Both my fiancé and I wholly believe the BEST part of our trip were the hours in between destinations simply talking with him. To be able to look back on a trip to AFRICA, with all its beauty and splendor, and think, "Wow, those hours spent in the car talking with our friend were the best part," is something I could have never predicted. He is a kind, engaging, considerate and a 100% genuine human being. He cared so much for our experience and wellbeing and we felt totally safe in his care. He shared his family history, his love of languages, cultures and people and made our trip the experience it was. I cannot begin to describe the relief and joy when, after getting off the plane in a new land after a 14 hour flight, you're met by a person such as Hassan, with the big smile and heart he has. I honestly consider him my good friend. If you are lucky enough to work with Hassan, this alone will make your trip outstanding.

All in all, this was truly a trip of a lifetime. My fiancé (then girlfriend) and I were engaged in Chefchaouen on this trip and Morocco will always hold a special place in our hearts. I will absolutely be using Kim Kim/ Wanderlust in the future and I give them my fullest recommendations. This is a truly stellar company. Hassan is a truly stellar human being. Much love to them all.

Marina was amazing! So great to work with and our trip was everything we had hoped for. When Marina was out, she had someone available for any questions. We had one hiccup our last day, when our car service for the airport did not arrive at 315am. We had someone still available and respnded promptly when we reached out. We ended up needing a cab that the hotel scheduled, and Marina and her team will be refunding us accordingly. Amazing service. Will certainly use KimKim for future travels. So happy with the outcome!

We really enjoyed our experience planning our trip with KimKim and our rep Simon. We were thrilled with the collaboration to set up the trip and how Simon accomodated our requests and questions especially as it related to suitability for our children. It wasn’t a one time correspondence, but a good back and forth of ideas, suggestions and then a final plan.

Once we arrived it was such a breeze. Everything happened as it should and made our trip so enjoyable. Standout tours were Cedric with Normandy Excursions (he was really amazing keeping our children's attention!), Manuel at the Eiffel Tower, chocolate and pastry tours of Le Marias and Loire Valley wine.

We have already recommended kimkim to friends and will certainly use them again.

Our trip was INCREDIBLE! Adriana and Yuliana were BEYOND helpful and had wonderful suggestions to make our holiday even more special! As a single
mom this was a very special trip and we felt safe and participated in EVERY adventure possible from ziplining to rafting to animal walks, a volcano hike, hot springs, surfing, parasailing, whale and dolphin watching to suspension bridges….

Two weeks in Iceland and it was an incredible journey! Our agent, Rinolda created a fantastic trip plan for us. We had one phone call with her and she understood everything we wanted for our travel. All the arrangements were great! The driving routes were well planned with numerous site seeing suggestions. We had no problems with hotel reservations and they were all very nice!

There is so much to explore in this beautiful country! The waterfalls were all gorgeous! Dynjandi is the most beautiful falls I have ever seen! Latrabjarg Cliffs was magnificant with puffins and seabirds! Blue Lagoon was therapeutic with its spa! We took a two day South Coast tour and our tour guide Luba was wonderful! We love our trip so much that we are already planning to go back.
KikKim will definitely be our agent again!

We had a great time in Ecuador! It’s a wonderful place to visit and the people are very friendly. Our trip was about 2 weeks and we stayed in the mountains between Quito and Cuenca. Our driver Christobal was great and Isabel with Kim Kim did a great job at making all of the arrangements at the hotels and coordinating all of the activities. I would highly recommend using both Isabel with KimKim and Christobal if you want to have a nice time in Ecuador! Thanks again! 😃

It is impossible to sum up in just a few words how AMAZING our trip was to Morocco!!! From the very beginning of planning Sharon was so easy to work with and planned an absolutely wonderful trip. Once we arrive in Morocco our guide Yassine made sure that our trip was everything we wanted and more. We immediately felt comfortable with Yassine and knew he would be a great guide. Traveling with young kids (5 and 6) can be challenging at times but Yassine has the patience of a saint and a true love for children. By the end of our trip we were all sad to have to say good bye and my kids ask daily, when are we going back to Morocco to see Yassine!

Michael was very helpful with any small or big issue. He was available on whatsup within minutes and found a solution to every problem very effectively. We liked all guides but the most helpful and knowledgeable was Alex. We loved our trip and the only thing we wish was is to stay few more days in Colombia. We would also probably choose a different hotel in Cartagena.

Our experience with Kimkim was outstanding. The planning of our trip to Norway (primarily focused on Oslo and Bergen) went well, and we got quick responses to any questions. The itinerary turned out to be a good mix of planned activity and the chance to explore leisurely. The only day that was packed was our Norway in a Nutshell day, traveling between Oslo and Bergen, and we were pretty tired after that. The hotels where we stayed were excellent.

I always felt that if we needed help, we could get it right away from a call to Kimkim. As it turned out, we didn't need help.

We are older travelers and did this trip entirely by public transportation. We are glad we did it and will likely come back to Scandinavia again.

This renovated hotel is "hopping." There is a great deal of activity going on there, and it has a very contemporary vibe. I liked staying there except that the hallways are dark and the signage is a bit hard to read. Still, I liked staying there and the location is great. It is close to the train station, the KODE art museums, and the university. The harbor is not far away either.

This was our first time working with a travel agent, so we went into it with apprehensions. Taf and her team were exceptional at planning out our trip, giving us a unique mix of experiences, and they were always there when we needed them - literally day or night. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and look forward to working with Taf again!

The trip Bryan planned was great. Overall, we had professional tour guides and felt like the locations we visited were the best for what we were looking for. Pablo, our driver and guide for our first day, was exceptional, had great energy, and left us with many tips that other tourists did not know about. (ie. Soda's are family owned restaurants!)

One room for improvement would be to communicate with local excursions/drivers/and us/tourist if there is a cancellation. For example, our driver picked us up and drove us to the excursion location (50 min away from Nosara to Samara) and back to the hotel upon learning of the cancellation of our diving excursion due to ocean conditions. We thankfully received a refund for the cancellation of the excursion.

Thank you to Bryan and the Serendipity Adventures team for the lovely holiday. Our wonderful trip leaves us with a want to return Costa Rica again in the future.

Our trip was amazing and we are very grateful for all the hard work that went into planning it! We were able to see all the sites that we wanted to and Francis, our tour guide, was spectacular throughout the trip. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful in making sure that the trip went smoothly—even when we encountered car troubles. The trip went very well, and I have no major complaints.

The only recommendation I would have for future people taking this trip is that they be given a safari car instead of a regular Toyota 4x4 since many of the roads we drove on require a safari car. Thank you very much for all your help planning a great trip!

Thank you KimKim for planning our wonderful Norway adventure. Communicating with Meree and Sonia was easy. They both responded back quickly to my questions and made adjustments as requested. Everything you selected for our group was great from the hotels to the activities. The best part of the trip was it was worry free. Everything was scheduled and all we just had to do was show up.

We loved all the hotels we stayed at - Hansatic Hotel in Bergen, Trolltunga Hotel in Odda, Fretheim Hotel in Flam and Dragsvik Fjordhotel in Balestran. They each had their own charm and uniqueness.

All of the activities were wonderful. In Bergen we enjoyed the Funicular and the Ulriken Hike. The favorite activity of the whole trip was in Odda with the Trolltunga hike and overnight stay in a dome. The guides Oyvind, Stepan and Jana were great. Also enjoyed meeting Jostein. In Flam the ride on the Flamsbana Train and biking down to the Flam Valley was so much fun. A special treat along the way was interacting with the friendly goats and eating cheese at the Rallarrosa Farm. In Borgund we enjoyed the beauty of the Stave Church. We ended our trip in Balestrand and loved the view of the Fjords from the windows of our Dragsvik Fjordhotel. There is lots to do in Balestrand. We enjoyed kayaking with Jan, taking the rib boat to Finnabotn with Lars, biking around Balestrand village and ending our trip enjoying lunch and cider at Ciderhuset hosted by owners Gard and Tuba

Just driving around in Norway had us in awe. The views are breathtaking. Norway is a very beautiful country.

Where to begin? This was our first trip to Greece and we utilized KimKim to help us navigate the many choices available to us. Rebecca was our local specialist and provided us with constant care while in Greece. She answered our questions, recommended activities and even made us reservations, all on the fly! We especially loved our guide, Apostolos, in Santorini, who took us everywhere, and the sailing cruise from Mykonos to Rhenia and Delos. Gorgeous stay at Petit Palace in Santorini (highly recommend!) and great food just about everywhere. Thank you, thank you — a carefree, incredible trip!

We stayed at Petit Palace. This is one of those built-in-the-cliff, gorgeous Santorini hotels you see in pictures, and we loved it! Beautiful room with hot tub and balcony overlooking the caldera. Great restaurant, pool was perfect, and the staff treated us with great care.

These bungalows just across the street from the new port in Mykonos offer a lovely view, nice pool, and friendly, helpful staff. Their morning buffets are excellent. It’s a climb (lots of stairs) to some of the rooms. Access to the port for ferries into town or for Fast Ferries to other islands is wonderful; however, it is hard to get anywhere otherwise. During the busy season, no taxis can be found, buses are packed, and walking alongside the highway is (very) sketchy. If you don’t have a car (God help you for driving in Mykonos), getting to the famous beaches is nearly impossible.

Santorini - Sights, Wines & Clicks Private day tour

We already miss our tour guide, Apostolos, who was informative, flexible and just plain fun! Stopped to see the sights in Fira, walked the streets of Olia and drove up to the highest point in Santorini for the views. We had the perfect tapas lunch and skimmed the beach before heading over to Santos Winery for a great tasting experience. It was another day well spent—highly recommend!

Mykonos-Day Trip to Delos island & Mykonos Free Afternoon

This was a great adventure and gave us a true feel for Mykonos and Greece in general. We boarded the beautiful Sunfos sailing vessel, kicked off our shoes, and enjoyed an incredible sail to the island of Rhenia, where we snorkeled, swam and feasted. The on-board lunch was exceptional, staff attentive, and ship just stunning. We then sailed to Delos, where we embarked on an archeological tour of the island. Just breathtaking! Loved, loved this tour—a day well spent.

My family and I had a wonderful 8 days in Croatia! Antonia put together a perfect itinerary, with just the right amount of activity and leisure time. Her communication was clear, informative, and punctual. In addition, her knowledge of the different areas and who to have guide us was exceptional. We would not have had the vacation we had if it were not for Ivana in Dubrovnik, specifically with the Game of Thrones walking tour; Dominik and Dea of Nautica Adventure Tours in Hvar, specifically for giving us a uniquely unforgettable experience; Ivana in Zadar and Dugi otok, specifically for her communication and organization to make our family heritage day as special as possible; and Josipa in Zagreb, specifically for her liveliness and enthusiasm to show off her beautiful city, rich with culture. Everything ran smoothly, my family and I felt taken care of, and we certainly had the highly anticipated trip of a lifetime!
