Austin was awesome managing the logistics of 4 couples and covering a lot of ground in Ireland. We had a great time! Highly recommend kimkim.

Fantastic trip. Robi was so thorough, was in frequent communication with us and always available for questions. He even met us one night for drinks and taught us about the history of the area dating back to before the Romans. He facilitated a last minute change that we requested and arranged a private boat and skipper the day before. The accommodations he selected were perfect, particularly a well appointed apartment on the water in a quaint fishing town. We loved sitting on the balcony. It was a nice opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of driving around. He even gave us restaurant recommendations that were all excellent! His daily text updates kept us organized. It’s obvious how much he cares to ensure that his clients have a great time. This is our 3rd trip using Kimkim and Robi was not only the best of the local agents but was in a class by himself! We loved Ston, Dubrovnik and Split.

Our trip to Iceland was nonstop fun & adventure! From the moment we stepped off the plane till the moment we departed our kimkim guide Rinolda had us covered. Day 1 we started off with a luxurious visit to The Blue Lagoon and a walking food tour in Reykjavik with our awesome guide Ben! After stuffing our faces we did some light shopping and headed north for the 1st hotel. Day 2 was a sightseeing / hiking while driving kind of day. We stopped for lunch in downtown Akureyri and visited their art gallery and cathedral before driving east towards Lake Myvatn area for 2 nights. Day 3 was JAM PACKED with a wake watching tour in Husavik then loop around the peninsula to see Dellfoss and other sites along the way, ending with a nice soak at the sulfur baths and steam rooms in Lake Myvatn. Day 4 was long but we visited the author Gunnar Gunnarson's farm and cultural house, hiked great heights to see beautiful waterfalls, drove off road to see basalt column formations, and traveled through the East Fjords before settling in for the night at a cute spot in Breiddalsvik. Day 5 poured so our original ATV tour was canceled, but thankfully Rinolda was able to reschedule it for Day 7. It was nice having her so we didn't have to worry about what we would do that day in it's place or finding a new time to slot it in. Day 6 we visited the Diamond Beach and Glacier lake as well as hiked on a glacier. That was strenuous and a little above my ability but the guides were gracious and we were able to make the best of the situation. Day 7 was probably my favorite day of the whole trip. After a great night in Vik, we started strong with a visit to Skool Beans Cafe run by ex pat Holly, then had a BLAST ATVing on the black sand beaches with our guide Max, ultimately ending the day in Gullfoss with their famous geyser and great waterfall. The Gullfoss Hotel staff was phenomenal! Day 8 we kicked things off with snowmobiling on a glacier, which was absolutely wild. We also stopped at Estaduir II family farm for the freshest burgers I've ever had and ended the night with a walk around downtown Reykjavik to see the viking boat sculpture and yellow lighthouse. Day 9 our final morning in Iceland Rinolda didn't disappoint. She gave us the option of a direct path to the airport or a 2.5 hour ride around the peninsula stopping at geothermal sites, lighthouses, and other natural wonders, before returning our car & heading to the airport. Well, I'm sure you guessed which route we took. So as the title proclaims - this was our Iceland on the go adventure! Jam packed with sites, hikes, activities and fun we won't forget!

Our trip to Greece was one of the best trips we have ever taken. Chris and his team provided an amazing experience. Our guides, Kiki, Penny, and Ares in Athens/Delphi and Elias in Nafplio (please forgive me if I have misspelled names) were informative, fun, and considerate. Drivers were prompt, safe and offered options for stops and other areas of interest along the way on longer trips. Constantine was particularly kind and charming. It is hard to choose a most memorable place or experience. The archaeological sites were those we have heard about all our lives and to see them in person was awe inspiring. The food tour was great fun and taught us so much about Greek culture and everyday life. Noble Suites in Athens was the perfect place to stay. The location was convenient and Mariane was a gracious host, always concerned for our comfort and happiness.

Booking was effortless, Harris listened to what we wanted and delivered an amazing experience. Of course, there are always things to improve on. Loved the small group tours in Rome, more of an experience when you can interact with the tour guide. The Musto B&B in Naples was lovely however, no elevator access and 3 flights of stairs (although they claim it is the 1st floor???) A bit much when hauling heavy suitcases! The tour of Pompeii was fantastic as we had our own guide, very knowledgeable! We also enjoyed the Vesuvius wine tasting and lunch! Unfortunately our driver did not know he was also to take us to the crater and instead drive us straight to Sorrento. Loved Sorrento and the boat tours! Again the small boat tours were perfect and definitely the way to go! The location in Sorrento was perfect although we did not need an apartment. Fortunately we had a free day and were able to reschedule the trip to Mount Vesuvius. Thank you for that! We could have saved some travel time taking the train from Naples to Rome for departing rather than driving all the way to Solerno. Not sure why that was recommended? Just a suggestion for the future. It was a great trip with amazing experiences!! Thank you Harris!

The room and staff are lovely. The ground floor is rough and unfinished. There is an elevator, but it does not stop on the 1st floor which is where the B&B is. Three flights of stairs to the 1st floor! Not great with heavy suitcases and no one to assist. We did have help on the day we left though.

Our Food Tour was terrific. The Versailles Tour was also a success. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the huge garden. The Seine Cruise was a mess. The directions to collect tickets were wrong. We ran from Pier to Pier at least 4 times until someone in upper management finally took pity and worked us through the scan and get to hop on the boat.

The Mont St. Michel tour was where we really had problems. We were on an almost full coach and everyone but us were provided a headset and audio for the Long Journey. However Valentine booked us, we were transportation only. All that countryside and no history or awareness of what we were seeing. Those with the headsets purchased online with Viator so paid much less but got much better value.

For the price we paid I expected more concierge service from Valentine. The suggestion was to use the City Map app and we allowed plenty of time to walk to the tours but the Arc de Triomphe area from the app kept us going around and around. It would have been a higher level of service to reach out to us on our first day. Ask if we had questions. No sleep and automatically tuning into the process to hop on the subway or bus could have been resolved with a suggestion to take an Uber the first day since it was a walking tour. We had no idea the distance to travel and the narrow streets and many turns needed to take if walking.

To finish our extension we were to do a biking tour. It was 35 degrees and we were not prepared with outwear that fit that temperature. We reached out to Valentine responded with a request to cancel which she responded was not allowed. So that meant I needed to communicate with the Bike Tour Company and they were able to allow for a credit which I can now provide for guests visiting in July. This should have been the concierge service provided for a custom itinerary.

I don't believe Valentine knew enough about Paris to create this itinerary. The price did not match the level of service we received. I believe booking online with Viator would have provided the same level which was a huge disappointment. The phone service, we seemed to reach one fellow over and over who did help to answer our questions.

I am sad I am not able to recommend your company. The automation, texts, itineraries were state of the art. But in the end would I have been able to use you for my clients and my agency receive a commission, that I never did get an answer. And I do not see Valentine's level of service as one I expect for my clients.

Had a great trip that Mieke had only a short time to prepare for us due to our cruise cancelling at last minute. Very easy to work with and great communication.

Norway in a Nutshell was easy to follow and all the connections went very well.
The hotels on the intinerary were excellent. I especially enjoyed all the breakfasts at each place. The Clarion in Bergen was outstanding. And the added bonus was that dinner was included. I stumbled across a troll forest as well as a lovely lake at the top of the funicular in Bergen.

The hotel in Flam oozed with charm. Julia went over and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I bet she even planned all the gorgeous Spring flowers such as tulips, daffodils and hyacinth in Oslo. I saw so many wondrous sights and who knew that Norway had so many waterfalls. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely use KimKim again to plan another adventure.

Austin was great to work with. He was patient with us, made recommendations and everything came together as planned. He made all hotel arrangements, rental car, etc. We hooked up with him in Dublin for a walking tour of almost two hours, which was very informative.

Loved the trip and will consider kimkim again.

Our vacation in Italy was well beyond our expectations. All of our requests were met and the guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Everyone was on time and all drivers and vehicles were top notch. Guides were Suzanne in Rome, Sara in Venice, Cecelia in Cinque Terra, Barbara in Florence. We had private tours on land always in a Mercedes, private cabins on high speed trains, a small group boat trip to Capri, wine tasting, limoncello making, fabulous restaurants, beautiful 4 star hotels that supplied breakfasts, views of Mt Vesuvius and a 2 hr private tour of Pompeii, a private tour of the Amalfi coast and Tuscany in private cars and so much more. Our planner, Jessica, was constantly checking in with us to ensure everything was perfect. We wish we had experienced this memorable vacation in our youth rather than in or 60s. We gained so much knowledge about engineering, architecture, culture and ancient history that we will be sharing with our family and friends. We will certainly recommend Kimkim to everyone! We enjoyed every moment and will treasure all of our memories we made on this trip.

Austin nailed our itinerary! We had the best time and he was extremely communicative and curated a trip that was perfect for us. I highly recommend using Austin and KimKim for all your coordination and itinerary needs. It was extremely easy to communicate and develop something to please all our party.

The fact that I did not have to spend hours online researching "all the things" was fabulous. I will use this service again and again for any trip in my future.

We had a blast. It was a seamless experience from Planning it with Emi to the panoramic views, gorgeous beautiful South America to the outstanding guides, gourmet food and wonderful stay. Our highlights were Bariloche, Amazonas and Christ the Redeemer. Our kids had a blast in Bariloche playing golf in that wonderful resort, snorkeling in Buzios and Rio.
Buzios was a wonderful surprise.
We want to go back again hopefully soon.
The only little problem we had was the unanticipated big luggage costs in some of the trips. Next time we would like to avoid Gol airlines if possible. The tour guides were outstanding. We loved working with your team.

Our trip was simply amazing! Every tour was great and we had a lot of fun. Our gastronomic tour with Carole felt warmth and tailored made. She took us to a place we found more appropriate to our style.
The tour to the palace was also great, although it felt a little rushed.
But the idea to go to the south of France and visit the little towns around Avignon was simply amazing and it could not have been without the help of Joel. We were simply amazed by the beauty of Saint Remy the Provence, and the walled city in Avignon.

Thank you so much for all the help and we're definitely going back the next time we can!

Our trip to Peru was amazing! When we arrived to Cusco we were greeted by Justino, an amazing tour guide who faciliated our trip and excursions in Cusco, Machu Picchu, and Rainbow Mountain. He was very knowledgeable about the architecture, culture, and made our experience very memorable. When then arrived at Peurto Maldonaldo to explore the Amazon, where we met our tour guide Freddy. We had a great boat ride to our Amazon bungaloo. We enjoyed authentic food and had great rainforest and boat tours. The entire trip was very smooth from arrival to departure. We definitely recommend this company if you are interested in exploring Peru, especially for the first time!

Working with kimkim, and especially Tasos allowed us to fully experience the culture and beauty of Greece. Tasos listened to what we were interested in doing, curtailed a schedule that fit those interests and made sure that we were happy with the plan. We had one issue while visiting, and it was quickly resolved. The support we received throughout the process was wonderful. No question or request felt bothersome and he guided us through the experience. I was also impressed with the transfers to hotels and excursions. All of the drivers were professional, on time and shared their love of Greece. Lampros was our driver in Athens. He was exceptional! His information was interesting, he was such a gentlemen and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. His English was very good. One of our favorite experiences was in Nafplio when we went traveled with Dominic, the tour guide, to Nemea. While visiting the Temple of Zeus, he brought the story alive through his knowledge and passion of that time period. Then we visit wineries and finished at a local organic vinegar producer. Nickos and Maria cooked us a delicious lunch using their vinegars and local foods and vegetables from their garden. I truly appreciate that Tasos planned tours that took us off the touristy path and immersed us in the culture while trip placing us in boutique type hotels that were close to many restaurants and local markets. We hope to use kimkim in the future-Bravo!

We loved our stay at Home Sweet Home! It truly felt like home due to the owner's personal touch. We would rather take a taxi back since we drove to an hour to get home. There were 2 large vans and it was confusing upon leaving the catamaran as to which one we were to get on.

We booked a trip to England thru KimKim and it was absolutely fantastic. William and Stephen put together an amazing trip and there was no one thing that was not perfect. Hotels were awesome, the tours they picked for us were fantastic and all transfers showed up on time as arranged. They did everything and all we did was show up. I would highly recommend this group and we will most definitely use them again.

We had such a wonderful trip! Abdellah and Said were our trip planners. They took into account the ages of our children (2, 9, 10) when helping us plan and were very willing to make change after change until we found it to be the right fit.

Ilyas was our driver and he was such a great fit for our family! He was professional, but fun, serious, but laid back. He was great with our kids and we really enjoyed traveling around with him. We were so thankful for his great English and his knowledge about Morocco. He quickly became a friend!

Muhammed was our guide in Fes. He was very knowledgeable and we were grateful he agreed to work on Eid.

The trip to the Tiziri dessert camp was absolutely fantastic! The crew that we met upon arrival were so attentive to detail. It was a once in a lifetime experience!

Hamman was our guide in Marrakech. She was fantastic! We were pretty tired by this day and she was so accommodating. She was very sweet with our children and understanding when they weren't interested in doing or seeing things. She was extremely knowledgable and her English was great! The Food Tour was an incredible experience with her, as well. You could tell she really likes what she does and she is good at it!

All of the riads and hotels were wonderful! We especially loved Lina Riad in Chefchaoen. We wish we had a few more days there. It was a lovely town. The least liked hotel was the one in Boumalne Dades. The only reason being that all the meals were buffet style and they were one star meals compared to everywhere else we ate.

We have recommended this to so many friends already and we only hope that we can get back to Morocco again to enjoy your beautiful country.

I can't say enough good things about this place! The attention to detail was fantastic! How is it possible in the middle of the desert that we had some of the best meals of our trip!? We had a private concert by their lovely crew and they even showed us how to sandboard the nearby dunes. I wish we had had more time here, hopefully we can go back someday!

Thanks to Margoth my trip to Colombia was more than amazing! It was my first time traveling solo and after my experience I would’ve done it again & again. Thanks to all the team and especially to Margoth who made this an experience of a lifetime.

No complaints! I explained the general "Feeling" I was hoping to have and experience while in Greece for a week with my preteen daughter. "Not too touristy, but not isolated. Connect with locals, eat amazing food, relax but have things to explore." Eleni came up with an itinerary on the first go round that we made only made one small adjustment to. Otherwise the trip was great. We specifically loved a full-day boat excursion on a private sailboat with a chef and stops at various caves and islands, as well as the Petra farm tour in Paros run by a local family. The tour was so beautiful and then we had a family dinner with them- all made from their farm bounty. WOW. Ate at amazing restaurants, explored plenty. Any questions or issues we encountered, the KimKim team was almost immediate in their response at any hour. This process was literally so easy from start to finish. Everything was sorted, drivers, trains, airport pickups... We loved it! Only missing one star because we would have preferred a slightly different hotel setup (but also might be my fault for not being specific enough) and could have used more detailed directions with the places we were going as the islands don't have street names like the US, so it was hard to find several spots. OVERALL it was a fabulous trip! :)

Excellent trip planning from Fran. We enjoyed everything and the trip was seamless and easy to follow. My only concern is the price transparency. Hard to know what your getting is worthy of prices if you were booking alone. The price is all inclusive and you are not allowed to see receipts or know how much Kimkim is making for their services.
