My lack of health would not allow me to participate in the exercise activities. The tea with the monk did not have an interpreter. Every one was nice and pleasant.

My visit was shadowed by the fact of my chronic fatigue. This is a place best enjoyed by a healthy person because of the steep climbs. Great place for photos

Too bad there was a deluge! The history of the place snatches you back in time.... So neat to know that you have to be a descendant of the original villagers to live there. One resident is a direct descendant of the original owner of the house in where he resides. Really neat!

I did not know it was a library only! Great to see a place that I saw in several K-Dramas. From there, you walk into the COAX Mall. Outside is the Gangnam hand statue...

Just like the dramas--- saw a busker, ferry boat on the river. Wished I would have seen Rainbow Bridge with light show

It rained! Enjoyed the hair / make up prior to going tot the Hanbok store. SK was helpful with photography and museum guide. Bukchon Village was nice to see, especially knowing that the aristocracy used to live there, near the Palace

Our hotel was on the Clift side and the view was stunning through the patio doors and surrounding glass wall. Very private. Shuffles took us anywhere on the property and we quick. We went up to the hummingbird area and were fascinated as the birds we buzzing around and eating less than 18 inches from us. Office staff were polite and helpful and room service was spot on every day. Thank you for this wonderful experience! Loved it!!

My experience at Village Cataratas Hotel was unfortunately disappointing. While the location is great for visiting Iguazú Falls and the surrounding area, the hotel itself does not live up to its 4-star rating. The rooms and amenities were lacking basic essentials and were not well maintained. My first room had a broken door lock, which thankfully the local provider helped resolve quickly. However, the air conditioner could not be regulated, making the room uncomfortable despite having a remote control. Overall, the property has potential, but it would greatly benefit from better maintenance, attention to detail, and quality control to meet the standards expected of its advertised category.

This hotel is in a great location, close to many good restaurants and easy to get around. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essential amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

Kitchen staff, particularly Luis, went out of their way to cater to our vegan needs both at breakfast and dinner with special preparations. Charming rooftop dining with ocean view and open as well as covered seating with a wide breakfast buffet spread with a lot of choices. Astrid, our guide, and the hotel staff warned us about the tap water being brackish and not suitable for human consumption. The hotel gave us a big jug of water every day for drinking, brushing teeth, washing eyes etc. In addition we bought 1-3 liters of water bottles from the nearby Proinsular market.

Our flight landed late, close to midnight. We reached the hotel well past midnight. The hotel, Patio Andaluz, was in the historic city center. The driver took us there safely and made sure we got into the hotel safely; pointed out areas along the way where we should be careful at night.

Lilian was an awesome guide. She arrived on time, stayed long enough to cover everything we wanted to do and did not rush us. She walked with us to all the places on our list and had the cards for the Aerovia cable car to make it easy to purchase the tickets. She told us about which places were safe and kept us away from places that were not safe. She even took us to a great souvenir shop and helped us with the shopping. She went out of the way to recommend vegan restaurants we should try! She also told us of a safe walking route to go see the giant monkey statue (Estatua Del Mono Machín) within walking distance of the hotel but in the median of the Juan Javier Marcos y Aguirre road on the way to the airport.

Astrid was awesome! She was full of experience and information; very patient and willing to share her knowledge, answer any questions. Astrid picked us up at the airport on the first day. She was our guide to Darwin station; she dropped us back on the last day and was ready with the fares needed for the ferries and the Darwin station. The pleasant and informative interaction with her made the travel time back and forth from the airport to the hotel breeze by!

We arrived too late in the evening so had just enough time to get to our hotel for relaxing that night. Wyndham Santa Ana is a great place, right on the Malecon.

Kristy was very supportive on this last day where we traveled from Galapagos to Quito AND took a midnight flight back to the US - a very long day! The taxi stand at the Quito airport was very supportive to help us with a quick visit back to the city for our dinner. There are no places at or near the airport with vegan options for food. The driver of the taxi that the airport staff arranged spoke no English so it made for an interesting 1hour each way to the city with our broken spanish and google translate. Luckily the driver's ecletic liking in music helped as we listened to the variety.

Javier, and his wife Fatima, took us to the Intinan museum in the morning and dropped us off at the and the Mitad del Mundo museum, the monument erected by the western surveyors. We visited the Panecillo in the afternoon. Javier and his wife were very helpful at all places.

On the airport drop off day, we were driven in a van and then a ferry, similar to on the arrival day like on the arrival day, but in reverse. There was no speed boat! Astrid was great again! She stayed back at the airport till we were through security and at the gate, making sure we were in good hands. She stayed in touch with WhatsApp till we reached Quito. Very caring person!

The hotel is old, and shows in it's dated layout and low ceiling rooms. It's well maintained however and we had a comfortable stay. The dining room can get crowded with large tour groups so book your dinner seating in advance. The location is a bit remote, and Puno doesn't have any good restaurants in any case so visitors end up having all their meals in the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel that was previously a museum. Our room was booked with two twin beds - and the staff went out of their way to upgrade us to a suite instead. We had one dinner and three breakfasts here - all meals were good. Friendly helpful and polite staff. Everything was very clean. Excellent bathroom.

This hotel is just a pit stop on the way to or from Machu Pichu. I found the front desk quite rude and unhelpful - they assigned us a dinner slot of 9 PM and refused to change it when we said we had an early start at 6 AM the next day. Fortunately the restaurant crew were much more helpful and found us seating at 7.30 PM when I talked directly to the restaurant manager. Room was barebones and tiny. I've see cruise ship bathrooms that are larger. We had one towel and one bottle of water despite the room being booked for double occupancy - had to call the front desk to get these fixed. The restaurant staff were very nice. The coffee shop/bar was also fine - we waited there on our way out for a while and the staff was attentive. Front desk staff were perhaps the only rude people I met in Peru in two weeks.

Beautiful location, nice rooms with an excellent view of the hills. My only regret is that we arrived in the evening and left early morning without being able to explore the grounds, these were full of birds. Dining room gave us a surprisingly good dinner. Breakfast was the usual variety.

Running a large lodge in a location reachable only by boat is not easy. These guys are doing an excellent job. The lodge now has good internet (Starlink) and 24/7 power unlike what it says in earlier reviews. Meals were quite good given the remoteness of the location. Excellent excursions catering to a wide variety of interests - we took part in 3. I was uneasy about living in a room with one side completely open but that was not a problem.

Brand new hotel. Extremely polite and helpful staff. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our Peru trip, so we left behind some purchases made during the first stay - the hotel was kind enough to hold it for our return. Very good breakfast, well furnished and comfortable room. Location is just a few minutes from the Larcomar Mall. We did not take advantage of the hotel facilities other than the Japanese restaurant, that was very good as well.

This was an absolutely beautiful property but honestly it was a bit too fancy for our liking. We probably would have been happier in something a little more down graded. I was traveling with a friend and all our other accommodations provided us with individual beds. When we arrived, we were told we were assigned a single king bed, when asked if they could accommodate us in a room with separate beds, the cost we were told would be $800 USD per night to accommodate (obviously we didn’t make the change). We also found this property to be more expensive for drinks and opted not to eat there. We found the staff pleasant but not was warm and comforting as our other stays.

Beautiful location and wonderful staff. We actually enjoyed massages here one afternoon. The pool looked delightful but was surprisingly too cold to enjoy.

Oh my goodness, the food we sampled. Mohammad quickly understood that we found Marrakech a bit noisy and overwhelming so directed us to food samplings along a bit quieter of a route. Having said that, we enjoyed being in the very vibrant square at night and enjoyed snail soup, spiced tea, and playful time with some monkeys.

Abdul was so knowledgeable and fun to hang out with. We learned a lot about the country, Marrakech, and even about Abdul and his family.

Every drive we took with Karim was fun, eventful, and included unplanned adventures

Buddha was a great guide for our walk through the oasis but the highlight was visiting with the local family. We spent hours there and met the entire family including the baby. This was truly an amazing experience in local culture and family life.

The boards where at the resort so we just grabbed them and tried one or two runs. Fun but unremarkable

Super fun experience-glad we included it. The luxury tents were very nice, enjoyed star gazing at night, food was good and we met some very fun people.

Shariff was a great guide. Lots of fun and knowledgeable. Had a good lunch during the day. We were brought to a rug shop where they offered us tea and talked to us about the different rugs. Felt the pricing may have been misrepresented and my friend later realized she spent way more than she thought she was quoted. We later read reviews online of that specific rug place and others had posted they had similar experiences.

This was probably our favorite stay in Morocco. The city was beautiful and the people so welcoming. Omar was a perfect guide for our hike to Gods Arch and the waterfall. We had such a fun time with Omar, he met us later in the day and took us up to the Spanish Mosque to watch the sunset followed. Y a visit to his home and a chance to meet his family. We felt like we were relatives over for a visit. Mustafa was out local guide and he treated us like we were his best friends right from the beginning, brought us to some of his favorite “trusted” shops, and even took the time to find us a bottle of wine and bring it to our hotel so we could enjoy a rooftop dinner.

Very nice hotel. However they did not provide a disability ramp for the dining area and bar which made it difficult to navigate.

It’s a typical cruise with pandemonium because of the large crowds and a la carte service and upselling of services throughout the trip. The executive lounge dining included in the executive suite price was excellent as the second floor dining room was overcrowded. The included excursions were not remarkable but Ghost City and Feng Du Show that night were good values. The food was just okay even with the upgrade to the 6th floor dining area.

The main problem was that the hotel had disengaged the cooling system in all the rooms. They offered an upgrade but it also had no cooling. The provision of a self serve laundry was exquisite. The location was excellent

The hotel is out of date and was a 3.9 star rating at best. The Guilin Shangri La was reviewed highly by some fellow travelers

To fill out the charm of the experience, our guide took us into several homes, which had been converted to museums before getting us onto the wonderful boat ride experience. She gave us a lot of history about the customs of the region. It was a quieter, more laid-back rural experience than we had had in other places.

We had a wonderful cultural experience in a restaurant on the road. At the end of this three week tour, it was a little bit redundant unavoidably because there are so many roads and hutongs and Muslim quarter places that are very similar packed with food vendors and hawkers.

The guide expertly picked a friend of hers that she has used for years to provide a unique China culture experience riding through the alleys of the town.

It was very crowded and our guide was not lingering for pictures.

Honestly, it was a little boring and felt like it was something that the government wanted to make sure that we saw so that we noted how wonderful they were. It is outstanding that they provided mass transportation with escalators to the top of the hill. Without that, the whole trip would not have been worth it.

We were glad that we chose the option to visit ghost city, and hear the stories from our guide. I noticed that you did not give the option for reviewing the show that night, which was a mistake on your part. That show in the evening about the three kings was probably the most outstanding theatrical performance I have seen in my many years of life. It was very exciting and was not to be missed by other future visitors.

Our guide went above and beyond her assigned duty to help us be comfortable, experiencing the brief time we had there and getting some dinner before helping negotiate the arrival onto the cruise ship. She was helpful with communicating with the cruise ship people who were adamant about things which they were wrong about.

The crowds were overwhelming, and everyone was pushing to get a good photograph of the charming pandas. Our guide was adequate, but not outstanding. I don’t believe that there is anything that he could have done to help us get closer to the pandas for good photographs. I think that arriving early as we did probably helped us to see the pandas during their most active feeding time of the day.

Our guide bravely accompanied two ancient and decrepit seniors on scooters which probably added years to her life, but subtracted years from ours. It was a delightful, fun and unique experience.

Our guide enthusiastically and patiently pointed out each point of interest that she felt that we would not want to miss including the view of the hills on the 20 Yuan Bill and interjected stories about each of those points of interest.

Our guide was patient and wonderful and lovingly presented this visual gift of the people and lifestyle of the area that is not usually seen by China tourists. The stories that the guide inserted were charming.

The colors, architectural design, and the historical stories were intriguing.

This was a delightful and unexpected highlight of our experiences in Xi’an. The guide knew the woman who lived in the place where we made the dumplings and noodles and the whole cultural experience was joyful and wholesome.

Because of our age, we both have mobility restrictions so we chose to not do the bicycle tour. We did climb the steps successfully and were able to experience enough of the wall to be understanding the history and the architecture.

Despite the presence of the crowd and our early arrival, our guide was able to successfully direct us to a visual access of the warriors that we had not anticipated. We had hoped to get closer to them on the ground level, but that access was restricted many years ago.

The access to the upper area was closed because it was a Monday, but this did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the palace grounds.

The offer of the cable car was a game changer! Thank you very much. The distance away from the city also helped to mitigate the crowd.

We had gone to the most popular hutong Street the day before our tour so our guide took us to a different hutong area with a lake that was much nicer than the most popular street which was so packed with shops and food vendors. I would recommend that you take that Area as your first choice in the future.

It was fine -- we'd been staying at 5 star hotels our whole trip -- this one was noticeably older and less great. Little things missing like access to an outlet for both sides of the bed. The beds were ROCK hard. The buffet food wasn't very good -- didn't feel very fresh or delicious. I liked the idea of the morning coffee service, but in practice, the coffee was weak. They also charge $40 USD for late checkout, even though we'd booked a suite.

Really pretty hotel, lovely location. Their shuttle service was helpful, but they should add more shuttle pick up spots. The room had a bit of a musty smell, but probably due to people walking in it with wet feet from the onsen on the balcony. The buffet was huge and a bit intimidating, but I felt like most of the food was pretty good.

The deer are wild and pretty aggressive but very cute, and the temple was magnificent -- the Buddha is huge!

The Bamboo Grove and Tenryuji Temple were so cool to see! The Temple was our favorite we saw on our trip -- a beautiful Japanese garden and pond, lots of places to walk barefoot. It felt super cool -- and we loved learning that it used to be a villa! The Bamboo Grove was so crazy crowded though -- glad we went to see it and take photos, but it wasn't a relaxing experience

We didn't have a sake tasting, and we actually didn't want one since we have a baby with us. But we loved seeing the Golden Pagoda and Fushimi Inari Shrine this day! Teresia our guide was great.

We did not do the Whisky Tasting because it was actually not available the day we were there (regularly closed on that day). This is something Shona our local specialist should have researched before offering it to us as an option when we booked. We didn't actually see Mt. Fuji, and Lake Kawaguchi isn't really that exciting without the view.

Not kid-friendly. They didn't have any high chairs so our toddler was running around the whole class. They had another couple there, so they were teaching at a fast pace while my husband and I were trying to take turns learning and taking care of the baby. They didn't provide her with any entertainment or really anything, so she picked up their broom and started sweeping and pulling things off of shelves. We thought they'd give her something like rice and seaweed to touch and play with and also that they'd go slowly and make sure we understood the steps before moving on, but they didn't and we felt rushed. Also they wouldn't allow us to take any of the sushi we made home with us, and our baby was ready to go about 3/4 of the way through the 2 hour class, so we didn't get to eat much of what we made.

Gorgeous views and the room was spacious. The restaurant was wonderful and everyone was sooooooooo kind.

My husband and son went on this adventure. They said it was the best snorkeling they did on the entire trip.

It was a lovely boat trip over! My son and husband enjoyed diving. I was welcomed to the top of the boat, to take pictures of birds! Then the walk to Punta Pitt was incredible. Red-footed Boobies with young in nests. A bird photographers dream!

This was our favourite day! The boat trip was a bit rough, but that was to be expected. Birds! Birds! Birds! And Nicholas could help us identify birds on the ocean.

It's a tricky walk, but worth it! Alexis, our guide was informative and kind!

This hotel was located in the Main Street of Sorrento. We could walk down to the beach. We could walk one block and we were at the best restaurants and bars. Shopping was a toss the street

Desk clerks were wonderful. There was a lovely garden in the center of the hotel. We could gather there and drink wine. Easy access to walk for our sights and shopping

We had a large upstairs room. Shower was outside of bathroom. Was nice so we could both get ready for the day quickly. Breakfast was upstairs on Top floor. The service there was superb. Omelets and coffee were made to order. Desk clerks were helpful

Our guide Barbara knew that King Charles visit would keep us from seeing the Sistene chapel. That was a disappointment that couldn’t been avoided. But she made the most of our time. We stayed after she needed to leave. We had a perfect day in the Vatican. Attended Mass and received communion.

Mateo was very good. Took us around a fun neighborhood and we tried soupli and pig jowls. All at different places where he actually knew every owner personally.

Everything about this day was absolutely amazing! Our driver was very attentive. We got off at the wrong train station. Driver made the extra effort and came to retrieve us. Unbelievable! We made the climb to the top of the volcano. Our guide Natalya at Pompeii was superb. So knowledgeable and patient. The vineyard was historic with 45 acres. Tour of the barrels and vats. Lovely tasting experience!!!

Every transfer was excellent. All drivers were skilled. Very helpful. We could never have found all of this transportation on our own. We loved having every tour and train and transport planned. We loved being picked up at our hotels. Or at least close by.

The young man that guided us was from America but married an Italian and is raising his family in Italy. He was such a good guide. He really showed us many different things in Rome.

This was so fun to see the countryside and get into the heart of a vineyard and we so enjoyed the historic atmosphere of the place where we ate and drank. Our guide was good and the vineyard provided a great young man that explained a lot about wine. And olive oil.
