The breakfast at this hotel was AMAZING! We also loved our couples massage and amazing view where you can watch the sunset right from your room.

Michael was amazing! So personable and knowledgable. We fell in love with Milos and all of its charm. Thank you, Michael, for sharing your home with us.

This was one of our favorite activities we did. The boat was so fun and the staff was amazing. Milos beaches are so stunning!

This was an incredible experience. We almost missed our tour due to a lack of communication with our bookings team and Kim Kim. We were told we were with Trolltunga Adventures and the tour started at 11:30. We were actually booked with Trolltunga Active, who start tours at 10:30. We were not told about the parking situation at the base of the hike. We had reserved parking we were not told about in P2 with a paid shuttle to P3. Due to this, it was a hassle to race up the mountain and find our correct group. If not for the amazing tour guides at Trolltunga Active and the humorous shuttle driver, we would have missed out on our favorite part of Norway. We are still trying to get our pictures from the tour guides at Trolltunga Active and have asked Kim Kim for help but have made no progress.

This was such a fun activity! Yost, our tour guide was friendly and fun to be around.

Adorable boutique hotel with a good breakfast and lovely community spaces to relax together during the day. The location is perfect for easy access all around Antigua.

Easy hotel to access the airport. Comfortable beds, great restaurants, and lovely live music all made the hotel feel very comfortable! However, there was loud music playing until midnight when we were there which made it quite hard to sleep and with a really early flight that was a struggle. I would recommend asking for a quiet room away from the center of the hotel if you are looking for a bit more rest.

A super beautiful hotel with a view that is jaw dropping. The infinity hot tub was a wonderful treat and the chapin breakfast was very good. There were a lot of families with young kids staying in the hotel while we were there so the pool and gardens were quite loud and full of children running around, which is something to note if you're a couple or just adults, but could be a positive if you have children yourself.

Our favorite hotel of the trip! This luxury space makes you feel like you're in a secret getaway. The staff was so kind and friendly, the rooms we huge with private hot tubs, and everywhere on property there were amazing views of the lake and jungle!! The bed was super comfortable as well and the shower was perfect after a day in the kayaks or out exploring Tikal. The food was all delicious as well (breakfast, lunch, & dinner!), if you like cinnamon rolls I would suggest their french toast for breakfast. Highly highly recommend!!

Gorgeous, relaxing

Family run hotel with lots of character, big rooms and large patio area right on the water. We really enjoyed our time there and the personal attention from the staff ensured a wonderful stay. Conveniently located in the middle of the village, easy walk to the cider farms, kayaks and bikes available for rental.

Conveniently located, clean rooms, good breakfast buffet - just what we needed. Literally steps from the train station, which we used to arrive and depart, so the convenience was great.

Amazing breakfast buffet - so many choices and a great way to fill up before a busy day! Rooms were clean and appropriately sized for a city hotel. Location is perfect in the middle of Bergen within walking distance to everything. It was a great home base for our two days in Bergen.

We stayed in a cabin right on the water with a small kitchen and living area - it was great for our family of four. We had a small sitting area outside that was right on the water, so I spend most of my time out there, looking at the fjord. Excellent breakfast and conveniently located right in the middle of the village.

This cider walking tour was a great way to learn about the Hardanger fjord area, as well as learn more about apple orchards and cider production. It was very interesting and helped me understand more about this part of Norway. Highly recommend as a good way to stretch your legs and learn.

Amazing! Highly recommend doing a tour with John - his knowledge about the area really enhanced our stay in Bergen. He took us all over the city at a measured pace and pointed out things only the locals know. It was a great experience.

Excellent! Up close and personal view of the fjord and villages - really enhanced our understanding and awe of the area. Staff was pleasant and professional - I appreciated their attention to safety. Highly recommend. I was concerned about motion sickness and it was not a problem at all - so glad our planner recommended this activity.

We had a great time but it wasn't at all what was described in the itinerary, so marking down for that reason.

This is an absolute gem of a place. It is so unique, the food is amazing, and the staff were really exceptional. The tours were so much fun and so interesting and we all had a good time from teenager to adult!

This hike was absolutely gorgeous. Honestly, it blew all of us away. We felt like we were in a movie :-) The waterfalls are incredible! This was definitely a highlight of our trip!

I thought a gondola ride was just a touristy thing to do, and I’d heard that the canals were smelly. It’s true that here and there as we walked through Venice, occasionally there would be a section of a canal that reeked a bit, but the gondola ride itself was not on one of those sections. The ride was relaxing, interesting, and fun. It was an extremely enjoyable experience, and I would definitely do it again. I only wish it had been longer.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the art in Florence. We spent a long time in the Galleria looking at the statue of David, and I have a much more informed appreciation of the statue than I did before. Hands down, it was better than if we’d just wandered in on our own without a guide. We visited a few other notable sites in Florence, and our guide, a nice guy to hang out with, had a lot of interesting information about the history and art of the city.

Hotel Santa Maria Novella could not have been better. We will stay here every time we visit Florence from here on out. The accommodations were luxurious, the rooms as comfortable as any five-star hotel, the location ideal, the staff available, the AC reliable, and the gym servicable!

Souvenir Hotel was located in the old town part of Monterosso, far enough from the train to be quiet but just steps from everything we wanted to be close to (beach, shopping, restaurants, trails, etc.). It was just splendid. The AC in one room was broken the first night, but the staff improvised a solution for the next two nights. The breakfast was lovely. The black-out shades were great. We had heard that accommodations in Cinque Terre tend to be spartan and were pleasantly surprised by this clean, comfortable lodging. That said, it's not a five-star hotel! Go in expecting it to be just fine for what you need, not to knock your socks off, and you'll be more than satisfied, especially since location is such a key piece of the puzzle for Cinque Terre.

Hotel Capo d'Africa - Colosseo was in the perfect location for us. The AC was reliable, the rooms clean, and the breakfast delicious. At our price point, this was a five-star hotel; I'm only giving it four stars because there are certainly more luxurious places to stay in Rome!

We can't recommend this experience highly enough! We just wish we had a little more time in the first two stops, since those felt rushed. Also, my husband would have liked a more intense biking experience, and we pushed for that, but what our guides offered turned out to be perfect for our family. My only suggestion would be to change the description to make it clear that the biking is really a cruise, not a work out, even without e-bikes. Having the van to block traffic for us at roundabouts and give one of our kids a little break was a great luxury. And the whole experience was quite seamless and enjoyable.

This tour was good and Jessica did a good job. I'm just giving it four stars rather than five because it wasn't as action-packd as our other activities, and we didn't learn as much as we did on the other tours.

Sara did a fantastic job explaining things to the kids in engaging ways and getting us oriented in the city. She really helped them contextualize David and wrap their minds around the Medici family's power and the historical context of the Renaissance. And her restaurant recommendation was our very favorite from the trip! We went there twice and had one of the best meals we've ever eaten. Just fantastic.

We had a great time kayaking to a secret cove, and our guide did a great job switching folks around in the kayaks to make things work smoothly, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time how choppy the water is! We would have taken medication for motion sickness. Still, it was a great suggestion by Tasos and a great addition to our trip.

Marta did an incredible job of pivoting to give our family an experience customized to what we needed, even shepherding one of our kids back to the hotel so that the rest of us could hike an additional leg of the trail and returning to escort another child after that leg. The lunch that Tasos and the Travel 12 agency coordinated was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, and the timing was expertly orchestrated. We can't recommend this activity highly enough!

Marco was really great at what he does! He kept things interesting for the kids, pivoted to switch things around to beat the heat, gave us advice on other stuff in Rome, and more.

Tania did a lovely job helping us navigate the lines and see what we wanted to see!

This part of our trip was a bit disappointing. Our tour guide had a thick accent which meant that two of our kids couldn't understand what she was saying. The tour covered the Colloseum, which we were scheduled to see later in our trip, and we weren't able to have any special access to anything else. No "stand here" secrets to deal with the crowds at Trevi Fountain, no restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood we wanted to eat in, no going inside the Palazzos listed as places we'd see, etc. It felt a bit like a neighbor or family friend walking us around town rather than an expert. We would have preferred a tour more tailored to the rest of our itinerary with a guide who spoke English in a way our children could understand.

The driver was a little late, but got the job done!

Staying at Club Tapiz in Mendoza was just glorious. It was so relaxing being outside of the town, and the food was extraordinary. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch there one day and breakfast every morning. Both places we stayed at were really quiet, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was serene and perfect for unwinding.

My stay at CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires was really good. I appreciated the location in Palermo, away from the center but close to shops, restaurants, and bars. It felt less touristy and more chic, which I liked. The only downside was being charged for the coffee in the room, which is unusual compared to the US. Despite mentioning this to the front desk and the manager, they agreed it was strange but couldn't change it. Overall, a great stay with just this minor hiccup.

A beautiful setting right on the ocean. The acocmmodations were very luxurious and scenic.

Unfortunately we were here only briefly, so I don't have many details to share. I will say that the hotel staff went out of their way to prepare a box lunch for us, since we had to leave before breakfast started. That was greatly appreciated!

Inkaterra Hacienda Concepcion has truly amazing food! We couldn't believe the level of cuisine that was offered to us at every meal. Staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were scenic and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only way to truly appreciate the Nazca lines is from the air. I'm glad I did this, but I won't do it again.

Pictures don't do justice to Machu Picchu! The amizing constructions surrounded by inspiring mountains and valleys takes your breath away!

What a lot of fun! It was nice to share an experience like this with other travel groups from various places around the globe.

This visit was a blast! We had fun with our docent, Gabriel. He was funny, entertaining, and very knowledgeable.

We enjoyed walking the Sacred Valley. Being outside and personal with the sites was engaging.

Crystalbrook Riley was perfect for us. It was a high quality hotel that was close to the Esplanade, but not in the middle of all the action. It was nice to walk 5 minutes down the road away from the noise and chaos of the tourist area to have a more peaceful place to stay. The breakfast was fantastic and the pool was so fun with the white sand beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Wow wow wow-loved this hotel. The location was perfect and the service was spectacular. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the views from our balcony were unbeatable!

The Cairns Lagoon was closed for repairs for all of July so we didn’t get to experience it.

Loved our bike trip through Sydney. Our guide Dylan was so knowledgeable and gave us great tips on what to see/do the following day when we had a free day to explore on our own. The biking is not strenuous at all and you stop often to learn about various sights.

Our trip to Hartley’s Crocodile Park was very good. We learned a lot about crocs and the other animals and got to pet a koala and a wallaby and a snake. I’m not sure the breakfast with koalas was worth missing our awesome hotel breakfast for, but it was nice to pet a koala and ask questions from the naturalist who was there.

We ended up having a full day at Fitzroy Island since they cancelled the Moore Reef part of our trip. It was a nice day but I think a half day would have been enough. We climbed to the summit of Fitzroy which was a nice way to get a good view. It took about 40 min to climb to the top, walking nonstop uphill. The snorkeling wasn’t great due to high winds and choppy waters, but that was just our luck for the day.

Great trip to to Upolu Reef. The staff aboard the boat was top notch and the diving/snorkeling was great.

This is a must-do in my book for Sydney. The views were spectacular and our guide taught us so much. My only complaint is that for the exorbitant price they charge, they should give you the photos they take. Instead, they charge an extra $65 at the end. You aren’t allowed to bring your own camera or phone (which makes sense) so you are forced to pay the extra price at the end if you want a photo.

Our visit to Gerês National Park was a bit underwhelming. We expected to go hiking on some trails and swim in lagoons, but the actual plan seemed different from what we assumed. The guide took us around a village and explained the myths about wolves, which was interesting, but not what we were anticipating. The driver mentioned that the trails were treacherous, although we were prepared for hiking. It seems there was a misunderstanding between our expectations and what was planned. Unfortunately, this caused some disappointment, especially for my daughter, as we didn't get to enjoy the natural beauty in the way we had hoped.
