The cruise was definitely a highlight of our vacation. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. The gear provided was in great shape and we appreciated the stinger suits with the jelly fish in the area. The morning there were a lot of waves/rain but it didn't stop the adventure. The staff were very considerate to those that were experiencing sea sickness. The lunch provided was ample and tasty. The second location was particularly exciting but more because the weather had shifted and we weren't combating the waves as much so we were able to enjoy it a bit more. We took advantage of the glass bottom boat ride and appreciated the marine biologist giving us further insight into what we were looking at below. Overall a 10++ experience.

Firas our driver for the whole time did a great job and was extremely knowledgeable.

My wife and I had an amazing time during our visit to Nepal. Sangita and her team were extremely nice and accommodating. They provided us with excellent service and communication regarding the plans for our trip. Our guide, Bhim, was a very knowledgeable and amazing guide who provided us with great information and friendship during our trek. We highly recommend Sangita and her team and we plan to come back to Nepal for another trek. We highly recommend their services!

Sandy organized some amazing local things for us. We especially loved the Tea ceremony and Fushimi Inari hike in Kyoto and our half day tour in Nara.

Todai-Ji is an absolute must see in Nara.

As someone who typically makes my own travel arrangements, I can’t say enough about what a perfectly enjoyable experience it was to have Moonika do the planning for me. She very patiently worked with me to develop and make multiple revisions to our itinerary and regularly kept in touch to let me know her progress in making all the bookings. The finalized itinerary she sent me was incredibly detailed and informative. From the moment we arrived in Finland until the moment we left, everything was taken care of — drivers, hotels, guides, train tickets, and excursions. All we had to do was enjoy our vacation, and we definitely did. The drivers and guides were punctual, informative, and a delight to spend time with; the excursions all were professionally managed and great fun; and the hotels were very comfortable. Moonika checked in with us regularly while we were in Finland to make sure all was well, and she went above and beyond in her efforts to help me see the elusive aurora. I am incredibly grateful to Moonika for making our trip so wonderfully memorable.

Our Chile vacation was amazing. The itinerary proposed by Angel covered Chile from north to south, from amazing Atacama to beautiful Patagonia.
The trips suggested by Angel were all great and perfectly organized. He was also very receptive to our requests and tailored the trips accordingly.
Angel provided help on the spot when any issues arose.
Everything was impeccably organized (internal flights, bus/car rides, local guides...).
We look forward to taking another trip organized by Angel!

One of our guides Mr. Hiu (I don’t know the correct spelling) in Saigon was the best guide along with Lu from Sapa. The most memorable places were Cu Chi Tunnels, Mekong Delta (with Hiu) and Motorbike food tour in Saigon, the drivers were super nice, knowledgeable, skilled and with very good English; In Hanoi is highly recommended to visit Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, the train rail cafes, the Temple of Literature and take the overnight train to Sapa on the Chapa Express which was also an interesting trip. We enjoyed trekking the rice terraces and bamboo forest; as well as Cat Cat Village. In general Vietnam is a must visit country.

Hein is amazing. Patient, detail oriented and always available and responsive before, during and after the trip. We made several last minute itinerary changes; Hein masterfully kept up with us! Guides Quang (Hanoi) and Ron (Bangkok) are especially talented.

Melanie was simply outstanding, I will refer her to friends if they are going to Italy!!!

Next time I’m planning a trip to Europe I will absolutely use KimKim again. The activities and accommodations recommended by KimKim were all terrific and it definitely simplified connections between airports and accommodations.

With limited time and intervention from our part, Berat created a private tour and executed seamless for us, she listened to our preferences and we had a 9 days terrific experience, with little to no concern at all. The guides across Turkey were knowledgeable and were able to put in context all the points of interest we visited or we asked about it. The transportation was better than expected, the hotels were of good value, but the tour guides were the ones tha made the difference, thanks Vulkan - Istanbul; Irfan - Capadoccia and Hita in Sirince & Pamukkale. This was my first experience with Kim Kim, for sure is just the beginning.

Moonika organized an absolutely exceptional visit to Finland. All the activities including ice floating, chasing northern lights, snowmobiling, husky sledding were amazing and we stayed in unique places. The Snow Hotel was a one of a kind as was the Arctic Sky Lodge along with the sauna and ice plunge. We have all talked about the beauty of Kittila and the wonderful access to all the winter activities and our wish to come back. The itinerary schedule and shuttles between places was seamless. Can't say enough complements about our experience working with Moonika.

A company is only as good as its' talent. Vicky was an amazing resource every step of the way. Everything was great. Bryan was most helpful. The itinerary you planned for us was very good. All focused on nature, which is what we wanted. We could have used a guide or a nature specialist on all the hikes.
The drivers were all good, especially Alex who is a real gentleman. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The river tour was exceptional. I wish it had been longer. The hotels were great, especially the second one.
One thing that was not planned well was the day we drove from papagayo to the hike where there is a waterfall. Almost three hours one way! Moreover the guide in that hike could barely speak English. He gave us all a headache. That was crazy. Was too long for a hike that was not really worth it.
Otherwise all good. We loved Costa Rica. People were incredible. We saw amazing animals. Saw the beautiful quetzal three times.
We loved the trip. Pura Vida.

The Kim, Kim team provided us a positive experience planning our Norwegian winter trip. Tom Christer provided us excellent service planning our trip, during our trip, and even after we got home. It's wonderful to know that good customer service still exists.

We are already referring friends and family to Kim Kim.

The only thing I would’ve changed was to add another night, staying in samurai and adding a bus tour excursion to see the northern lights as our cruise got canceled due to weather.

However, there were some pauses during the tour guide's explanations, and we wished for more information about the fjords and their history. The quality of the guides were mixed, but always very lovely people, who tried hard, who loved being guides, and ambassadors of their country. Often difficult to understand (like guides in most SE Asia countries) - not from their lack of a command of the English language, but from their Vietamese accent.

This was our first time using Kim Kim and the service that Ángel provided and the care and attention to detail was excellent.
He proposed an itinerary that enabled us to see the best of Chile and a range of trips and tours that were tailored to our interests and was flexible when we wanted to add some alternatives.
The tours and excursions suggested were all of greag quality and highly informative . We particularly enjoyed the experiences in the Atacama Desert and on Easter Island. The connections/logistics provided were all extremely reliable and the hotels excellent. Angel was on hand and extremely attentive for the entire trip and responded quickly to some last minute additional requests and dealt effectively with a few small trouble shooting islands.
In general we were extremely impressed with the service and information from Kim
Kim and would highly recommend them. We shall use them again for our next trip

This was an absolutely wonderful hotel - it is family run by lovely staff who were so helpful and really made our visit special. The garden and grounds are beautiful with sculptures. murals and gorgeous tropical plants and flowers with a pool, which gives so much character and is a lovely place to rest after touring around. I highly recommend staying here - it is a magical hotel on a magical island!
