I and my husband had an amazing time in Kenya, at both Maji Moto cultural camp and Maasai Mara. The staff at each place we stayed was exceptionally warm and helpful, and we could see that every detail of the trip had been planned meticulously. My only concern was during the planning phase of this trip, where responses to our messages were quite slow at times. Even though the team was working in the background (as was evident later), there were times when we were in panic mode because we had not heard back from the team faster, and were also dealing with lot of issues at home at the same time. Communication is the only area that needs some improvement, but that did not stop Joseph and Nariku Travels from planning a superb experience for us. The trip was our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect and memorable time. Thank you Joseph and Susan!!

It is hard not to feel how magical it is in Patagonia, the nature is truly exceptional. We really could tell the passion Francisco and his team have for Patagonia. It was evident they wanted us to experience this same passion, and we felt really well taken care of. There were a few occasions were an activity detail was slightly messed up, or we didn't understand information about an excursion (inevitable with travel!) Any time this occurred, Francisco and his team put effort into supporting us and remedying the situation. On one occasion, they booked us a new excursion, which was hugely appreciated. Our favorite overall experience was El Calafate, and we absolutely loved the Torres del Paine hike and Simple Patagonia hotel.

Hotels worth noting:
1. Imago Spa in El Calafate: Solid hotel! Communicative staff, pool was nice to have. Great to start out here. If you are looking for something different, do NOT hesitate to book Estancia Nibepo Aike for lodging as well. I wish we did this - would spend all my time on this estancia!
2. Simple Patagonia: ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! Staying in one of the small houses with the view of the water was so tranquil. It was a perfect place to come home to after a long hike (there's a bath in the room which is lovely, and the bed is very comfortable as well). The whole property is so peaceful, the staff is so helpful and kind, and the food was delicious. Best hotel by far of our stay, we would recommend this for all future travelers.
3. Casa Bueras: great boutique hotel stay, and this area of Santiago was our favorite. Friendly staff, would recommend!

Experiences:
1. Perito Moreno hike: 10/10, awesome experience and unique. You get to drink whiskey at the top of the glacier!
2. Darwin Kayaking: 11/10 - this was one of our favorite days, and surprisingly so. Would suggest this to any future travelers! The guide is fantastic and friendly, and the fact that it's more intimate (with only 6 people total) made it super special. It's also something different to do in the region, which made it exciting as well.
3. Estancia Nibepo Aike: Absolutely our favorite day - truly exceptional. The nature was so powerful and beautiful. I would suggest this for all future travelers. Spend as much time here as you can, and look into the different excursions they offerent.
4. Torres del paine hike - incredible. Very challenging for newer hikers, but very exciting and rewarding. We did the right side of teh W!
5. Horseback riding in puerto natales - really enjoyable experience! We loved it and would recommend it. Anywhere you can horseback ride in patagonia is worth it!
6. Penguins in punta arenas - very cool and different experience. Would warn travelers that it has a strong chance of being cancelled because of the wind (we were lucky that we got to be there!) Punta Arenas itself does not have much to do. I think Ushuaia might have been more interesting to visit!

This is the best company to use when planning a trip for India. From planning to execution. Very easy to text Ravi, Priya, and Aditya with quick response time before and during trip. They provided an excellent driver Sukhjinder, who was always on time and showed up magically when done with our tour stop.
The tour guides provided Gary Julka (for Agra) and Lovjeet (for Jaipur) were amazing for families of all ages. I will definitely use them again when planning another trip to India and will refer to all my friends.

This was a trip of a lifetime! It was so lovely to have everything planned for when we arrived. The only drawback was paddle boarding was booked for one of our days but you actually need experience to complete this activity so we had to change to a kayak on the day with the provider. It was still a good day.

You need to have paddle boarding experience to complete this activity. We had to switch to a kayak on the day.

The trip was amazing. Michael did a fantastic job to patiently work through the trip planning and he got it right! I appreciated the variety of the trip and the flexibility when we wanted to make last minute changes.

We had an amazing 9 day trip to Colombia. Michael was very responsive and everything went off with no problems.

Overall, our family has enjoyed this trip a lot as it was varied with culture, nature, experiences and food! To fireflies to tarsiers, everyday was filled with something brand new and exciting. In addition to all the memorable activities, the people and guides we met made a huge difference. The shoutouts go to Jonas as he taught us the basics of free-diving (which we were able to apply on our snorkelling) and was attentive to our preferences on this journey. Adding on to our experience on our island hopping, the food was always high quality and immersed us in the Philippine cuisine. Our personal favourite were the banana cue for dessert ( a snack for us after the long but fun day) On the other hand, our boat transfer with Amick and spectacular sights was made even more remarkable as … taught us about the marvels of the sea. Our holiday flew by as we were accompanied by fish, turtles, and wild dolphins!! As a recommendation for your programme, we thought that canyoning was an unforgettable memory and would be highly enjoyed by anyone who loves adventure as we jumped into the crystal waters and hiked in the serene greenery. In conclusion, if you are seeking a mind-relaxing yet intrepid vacation, the Philippines has everything you need! Thanks a lot Leo for planning this memorable trip!

Our entire trip was planned by the Kim Kim team (Erin, Nara and Laura). It went smoothly and meant we didn’t need to organise much ourselves at all. They were super helpful right from the start and met us at the beginning of our trip to help answer any questions and go through the itinerary. The team had cleverly scheduled our W trek itinerary well ensuring we were camping / sleeping at the best spots and at the best times. Throughout our trip if we had any further follow ups or problems she would respond instantly. We cannot thank them enough for making our trip enjoyable and helping it run smoothly.

Just finished a trip to Terceira and Sāo Miguel, organized by Tiago from Kim Kim and I highly recommend it to anybody interested in doing a self-guided experience.

Tiago's expertise was critical to help us make the best of our trip. he was patient, knowledgeable and very accommodating to our group's needs (which were a lot since we had 5 people). He even created a WhatsApp group so we could stay connected and checked up on us often to make sure that we provided all the information we needed and that everything was going well during our trip.

Both islands were amazing and the hikes suggested by Tiago were unbelievable. We were lucky in that the weather cooperated a lot and we were able to do almost everything int he agenda that Tiago prepared. Some of the places we went to (like the volcanic rock pools in Terceira) we wouldn't have known about if it wasn't for Tiago's recommendations.

Our group traveled to the Azores in December (low season), which was great weather wise (not too cold), but I definitely want to go back in May (high season) to fully appreciate the beauty of the natural flowers that were not in bloom during our trip.

Senhora da Rosa: Tradition & Nature Hotel

Great experience staying at Senhora da Rosa Tradition & Nature Hotel. The building is beautiful and the rooms were gorgeous. Everything was very unique and it felt very special. We ate at both restaurants within the hotel on different days and the food was fantastic. They also have a bar which made great cocktails. We all wanted to try some of the amazing treatments offered at their SPA, but because it was low season (we were there during Christmas) there wasn't a lot of availability when we arrived. Also, we had a pretty tight schedule so our options were limited.

The hotel is not located in the center of town, so a car is definitely needed, but it was less than a 10 minute drive to get to any place within the town of Ponta Delgada. I also liked that it was sort of removed from the main streets, which made the hotel and the vibe very peaceful.

I loved this canyoning experience at Azores. Because of the time of the year when went, they only had the short time options, but I definitely would have done the longer one if it was offered. Our guides, Pauhlo and Carolina were amazing. They were very patient with the group and made sure that everybody felt safe and comfortable. The location was incredible, with amazing vegetation. m.

Got in touch with KimKim just 2 weeks before the planned trip dates. Holden was assigned to me to get everything planned. He was quick to respond and provided various options that suited our needs. KimKim was on top of their game. The team was available whenever needed - they were even able to change a few things while we were on the trip.
I would definitely recommend Holden for any Costa Rica trip planning.

Liz Karen is the most knowledgeable and patient when it comes to planning detailed itinerary for someone like me whose requirements keep on changing!!!!

My only request to Kimkim team is to let people know the breakup of expenses on travel and hotels (not the break-down to individual days) ... so that people can decide if they can go more luxurious in travel or should go down on hotels etc.
That's something policy related that Kimkim must do.

Other than that, you exceeded my expectations.

A meticulous trip to Morocco was planned by Abdel based on our needs,dates and keeping in mind our tight budget. Abdel kept us informed and provided us with timely updates. The locations picked and the Riyad's especially at Chefchaouen and Fes were unforgettable.
Once we neared the trip date, we were assigned a very skillful and extremely knowledgeable driver Samir who not only traveled with us throughout our trip but also guided us at several locations in Casablanca,Fes and Ait Ben Haddou. Samir was extremely helpful and gave us a complete personal trip experience. By the end of the trip he almost became a member of our family. Our top 5 experiences were 1. Sahara Desert Tizziri camp at Ergh Chebbi, 2. Roaming around the blue Chefchaouen city 3. Exploring the maze-like Medina's of Fes, 4. Visiting film museum at Ait Ben Haddou 5. shopping in the local markets at Marakkesh.
The nine days we spent in Morocco almost felt like we lived there for more than a month, there was so much to explore and learn from the places we visited will remain with us for all our lives.
I highly recommend KimKim travels if you are planning a trip to Morocco to make every hour of your time at Morocco count because the only thing you'd be doing is having a good time and experiencing the country.

My experience with Kelly was fabulous. She helped tailor our trip to Thailand and Cambodia to my specifications. She arranged our hotels, internal flights, activities and transfers. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.

Wow! We really enjoyed our trip. I am a type A super detailed (slight control freak hahaha). While planning our wedding i had zero time to plan for our honeymoon. This was an amazing adventure in every way! We have travelled quite a bit with the family but was our first time using KimKim and Ordinary Travel and I can't say enough about our trip advisor Mohamed who provided us with an amazing custom itinerary. We started with a list of the adventures we were looking to have (wanted some hiking, lots of food, wanted to see the desert and mountains and key sites, and wanted to keep the kids engaged and having fun). The trip planned was absolutely PERFECT!!! We met our amazing guide Karim at the airport with ease. He picked us up in his wonderful, clean and comfy vehicle and off we went. I mention his car because we spent a lot of time travelling between cities and it was a nice touch that he kept the vehicle clean, drove safely and was always willing to stop at any time for pictures, bathroom breaks, or to purchase food / souvenirs. (don't forget to keep your change to tip the bathroom attendants). Our accomodations were absolutely perfect at every city we stayed in. We were always close to the action, in a beautiful and safe location, and we appreciated that at every location we had requested rooms for the kids to be close to ours, and at every location they had already prearranged this small request. There was something amazing waiting for us at every location. The guide in Fez was so knowledgeable and able to share so much information. and we appreciated that everyone spoke well enough English that we never felt any difficulty with communication. The trip to the desert was a long drive but so beautiful and Karim, our amazing guide had so many wonderful stops planned to keep us and the kids engaged. We opted to stay 2 days in the Desert camp (I highly recommend this) which allowed us to spend a full day in the Sahara exploring so many amazing sights. The eco camp was delightful and we appreciated the warm beds on a cold desert night (for us in late December, we woke up to temps in the low 30s). Watching the sunrise from the Sahara atop a nearby dune was a dream come true. We spent time on the camels and then headed back toward Marakkesh through the High Atlas. Karim spent so much time teaching us about the Berber and nomadic culture in Morocco and ensured we got to experience so many amazing foods. From B'ssara to Tagin, Harira to Kefta and more couscous than you'll ever eat again....we just loved the tastes and smells and spices of our trip through the country. One regret--I wish we had spent a second day in the high-atlas which would have allowed us to hike to the top of the tallest peak in North Africa (a two day trip) but instead we went with a wonderful local guide from Imlit to explore the nearby countryside. You'll want to be pretty fit if you are going to venture out too far in this area as the hills are steep and the altitude is real. I am also glad we booked 3 days in Marrakesh. We reserved a day for exploring and a food tour and our guide Hasan was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable about the local food and knew the exact places to take us to try so many amazing things. We were adventurous so we tried some pretty unique foods--the kids LOVED this part of the tour. I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say---this was an amazing tour organized by a wonderful company, we were guided by a star of a guide, Karim, around a country that is safe and fun and welcoming.

Erin was incredible in helping us plan our honeymoon in Patagonia, and I cannot sing her praises enough. From the very beginning, Erin was there every step of the way with an exceptional level of dedication and local expertise. Planning a honeymoon can be a daunting task, especially when considering a destination as vast and diverse as Patagonia, but Erin made the entire process so easy!

We had an excellent trip thanks to tour guide Robert and trip organizer Mathias. We visited most of the places within 7 days, thanks to great planning. We requested additional activities and they were also accommodated with in the time frame. Highlights were horseback riding in Cotopaxi , chocolate tour in Mindo, rafting and cooking class in Banos.
Would definitely use Kim Kim again for our future trips. Highly recommend Mathias and Robert, they are a great team.
