Joao did an excellent job communicating with me before during and after the trip. He asnwered questions right away which was reassuring. I would use Kim Kim again in a heartbeat.

The hotel in Porto was great! It was in a good location which was convenient for exploring. The only downside was the parking situation. The hotel wasn't on a street where you could drive, so we had to park a couple of blocks away. It was a bit of a hassle to find parking, but not a deal-breaker. The hotel itself was comfortable and met our needs!

Samir was so amazing and helpful from day 1 planning our trip to Jordan. We had quite a few changes as well closer to the trip date and he was able to accommodate all this timely, it was such a huge help. It was also nice of Samir to check in on us during the trip.

During our trip it was really smooth-sailing from the time we arrived. Our driver Anis picked us up and was our driver throughout. Anis was so patient with us, knowledgeable about Jordan and the place we were visiting, advising us on the recommended places to visit and when not to, he knew his background and history of the places which really enhanced our visit. We had a little set-back due to some unforeseen circumstances but Anis continued to be patient and advised us accordingly, supporting us and being so resourceful during these set-backs. He was a lovely company to be with throughout our trip, without being too intrusive too :)

Just a side note, myself and my husband realised that the food in Jordan is very salty (more at the local restaurants in malls etc., hotel food and some restaurants was totally okay), which according to my friend who stayed in Jordan before, it is normal as they like it this way. We had some stomach issues because of this, but again Anis was able to accommodate and take us to the pharmacy etc.

Overall, loved our honeymoon. Will be a great memory for us! ^^ Really appreciative and grateful towards Anis and Samir :)

Seas Hotel is a very humble hotel. It is a small and simple hotel but has some element of luxury in it. Myself and my husband got the Junior Suite and it was a beautiful room, nicely sized, especially with us staying in Amman for about 3-4 days.

Full Day Petra (With Site local Guide or private guide)

Ohh we had a really good time at Petra, it's totally different to seeing and hearing about it online. At it being our first official activity during our trip, it really boosted morale after our long flight especially. There was lots of walking but our guide was able to captivate us a lot with the history of the place. We took a private guide and it felt more personal so we liked that. At the end, we got a donkey ride back to the treasury (because it was a long walk) so that was a nice experience too.

My trip to Oslo was jam packed full of activities. The team at Unforgettable Nordic was easily able to plan a variety of activities that suit my interests into every single day. Their agents are very flexible with altering travel plans, and quick to respond should any mishaps occur.

Sarah and her colleagues organized a trip of a lifetime for my girlfriends and I! When planning, Sarah listened to what we wanted in our trip, then arranged great tours, accommodations and experiences. Mislav was on the ground, answering questions and making recommendations as needed.

I would highly recommend visiting Mljet National Park. Luksha took us on a breathtaking hike one day and led us around the islands on a kayaking tour the next. Our time at the park was my was definitely a highlight. Thank you Sarah!

I had a wonderful experience with Original Travels, notably, Abdel, Said, and Tarik on our 10 day trip to Morocco. Some of my most memorable experiences included our stay in the Sahara and our time in Marrakech. While in Marrakech we had a tour, hit air balloon ride, cooking class, and visited a hamam. Planning a long trip like this with multiple stops and activities can often be overwhelming but we were consistently in good hands and had a good experience.

Luis did an incredible job planning our trip. Everything went flawlessly. The local guides were all wonderful, knowledgeable and fluent in English. The hotels were great. It was so easy to have our train tickets, museum admission, and tour tickets in hand before we arrived.

To say that Dahlia arranged the perfect trip for myself and my wife would be an understatement. It was 21 days of exciting excursions, beautiful hotels, and out if this world food. Each hotel that Dahlia booked was centrally located so that we could walk to all activities. In addition, the staff at each hotel was responsive, caring and professional. The views from our rooms included the royal palace, castles and cathedrals, Biscayne Bay and an adorable courtyard. Dahlia arranged tours which provided historical context of the area, art history, wine, pinxtos and tapas along with a flamingo show. Some of our favorites were the Roman ruins of Merida with Marco, the San Sabastian pinxtos/wine tour with Hector, the historical Toledo tour with Dan, the Malaga art history/Picasso Museum tour with Julian, and the historical tour of Madrid with Mercedes. In addition we thoroughly enjoyed learning about the food of Sevilla and flamenco from Cance, the Alhambra in Granada from Sabina and the magnificent La Mezquita de Cordoba with Maria. Each of our tour guides were personable, knowledgeable and considerate. Of course, as always, we had several questions along the way and Dahlia was available no matter the time or day. Her professionalism never ceased to amaze us. We would highly recommend Dahlia when planning any trip to Spain.

The drive to the wine tour was incredible. The views were gorgeous (once the fog cleared) and the driver was engaging. Our first stop was Bodegas Hnos. Pecina which was outstanding. Our hostess was gracious, engaging, and knowledgeable. I am not a wine drinker but the wine we were served was so delicious we brought some home. The second stop was at Ostatu which was at best unremarkable. After both tours we visited the medieval town of LaGuardia for lunch. The town is beautiful and quaint and the tapas were amazing.

This trip was a very busy day! Siena was a very quick walking tour due to an accident on the freeway that required us to take the long way around the our lunch in Chianti. This was an adventure filled day! Our tour guide Giuseppe was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable about Pompei and was able to lead us through Pompei without getting stuck in any large crowds. Next we went to Mt Vesuvius where we hiked to the top of the crater! The view is amazing! Lastly we had a wine tasting at Cantina de Vesuvio. Both the lunch and the wine were spectacular!

This was out favorite tour of our entire trip. Maria was our tour guide and she was amazing. There was never a dull moment and she ensured that we saw everything we were interested in. The food choices she made for us per our preference and expectations were right on point. We sampled pastries, fried pasta, fried pizza... just to name a few. We ended our tour of The Chapel of San Gennaro. Maria shared the entire history of San Gennaro and explained the meaning and ritual behind everything in the chapel. We adored this tour. We started at the acetaia and learned all about the production of balsamic vinegar. The tasting was a wonderful experience, as was the tour itself. Then we moved on to tour Casa Museo Luciano Pavarotti. My husband and I being very into the musical arts, we very much enjoyed this tour. The self guided tour with the headset was perfect and allowed you to tour at your own speed. Next was lunch at an amazing little restaurant not far from Pavarotti's home. There was a table for two set for us on arrival and the services was amazing. The food even better. We finished the day with a trip to the Ferrari museum. This was my husband's favorite portion of the trip! Overall it was a wonderful day!

Cinque Terre Day Trip from Florence

This tour was wonderful! We had a blast with our tour guides Marco and Ellenora. Viewing the villages of Cinque Terre by boat was amazing. The view was spectacular. We had lunch at a local restaurant in Venazza and the pesto was to die for! We hiked up the hillside to get a better view point and were able to take some amazing pictures!

This hotel is busy and we are thankful that we only had to stay here overnight to catch our flight out of Jordan. The lady at reception raised her voice and reluctant when we asked help in printing our boarding pass. When no one at Room Service was available to get our order, we called Reception to help. A gentleman said he will call them to call us. No one called us. We just decided to get food somewhere else when we would have preferred to stay in and get rest before our flight. The hotel is nice and modern but the service is not up to par.

After Bassam, our driver handed us over to Abd, our guide for 2 days we knew it was an experience to behold. Abd was knowledgeable about Petra, he knew how to pace our visit when he thought we were getting sensory overload. Very patient, kind and funny. He made us feel safe and well taken care of. On our last day in Petra, he helped us arrange a lovely lunch at a local restaurant so we can try mansaf, Jordanian national dish. He even used his personal vehicle to pick us up at the hotel to bring us to the restaurant. What a great and thoughtful way to cap off our Jordan visit.

To get assistance at the airport after a long flight was a great kick-off to the adventure that awaited us in Jordan. We were greeted by Samir’s team that facilitated customs and immgration in a quick manner. We were then handed off to Bassam, our driver guide to warmly welcome us to Jordan in his clean and comfortable car. And off we went to our Jordan adventure!

I can say nothing but raves about our trip to Portugal . Pedro did a great job planning our trip and he keep in touch with us daily. All our guides and drivers could not have been better , friendly and informative. The hotels were great and were what we ask for, local and no big chains. I would definitely use kimkim again!

A big thank you to Said for planning a perfect holiday in Morocco for us. He was able to adjust the itinerary to make sure we visited all the areas of the country that we wanted to see.
The trip into the desert and the luxury camp was a highlight. I experienced one of the best evenings of my life sitting under the stars around a fire in the Sahara desert as our Berber hosts sang traditional folk songs. It’s a moment I will never forget.
Not everything was perfect though.. During the planning, I told Said we wanted to visit a sculpture garden just outside Marrakesh, and he told me our driver would be more than happy to bring us there on our first day in the city. Our driver Faissal said he wasn’t aware of that plan and told us there was not enough time. He said it was an hour away, and that the garden isn’t as nice as the one we would see the next day. He may have been looking out for our best interests but it was a disappointment.
The accommodations were very good for the most part Although our hotel in Chefchaouen was disappointing. We were not warned that we would be carrying our bags through the streets to the hotel. When we arrived, the place was in disrepair. There was no door knob on our room door so it was difficult to get in. After we complained they put one on, but I noticed another room had the same issue. Did they take the knob off that door to put on ours? The button was broken off the toilet to flush. The towels were damp, but at least they were clean. We were told not to drink tapwater in Morocco and were reminded by our driver and guides. But there was no complementary water at that hotel. We had to pay double what we paid at other shops in the country.
The private tours by guides in each city were well done, especially the tour in Fes by Sharif. As with most tours, these always involved a “shopping” trip to a factory or craft center. While it’s always nice to support local craftspeople we were not really interested in shopping.
I also could have skipped the movie studio tour - even the guide seemed bored.
Don’t get me wrong, I loved Morocco and the tour

Johanna was great to work with! Very patient with many messages back and forth trying to decide where to go and what to do. Would highly recommend working with her to friends and family. Our portion of our trip in the Amazon was great. Javier was the best guide! Next we spent time with Edwin in Cusco going to Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley and Rainbow Mountain Palccoyo. Johanna strongly recommended the ATV tour and it was definitely a highlight. The lunch with the llamas after ATV was incredible. We loved Machu Picchu with Huayna Picchu hike as well as Rainbow Mountain Palccoyo, both highlights of the trip. Edwin was also the best guide, full of knowledge and fun to spend our days with. His driver John was a rockstar too. The trip couldn’t have gone any better, far exceeded expectations for all 8 of us! Thank you!!

Lise did an awesome job making our trip special. I gave her a budget and she made it happen. Every detail went as planned and we could not be more satisfied with the services provided.

In Paris we toured the Eiffel Tower, private Louvre tour, took a private medieval Paris tour and a private food tour. We also had a Seine river dinner. Delicious!! Each guide was punctual and personable. It was like we had an old friend that knew the area! So nice.

We took the train from Paris to Nice which was very relaxing. It gave us a chance to see the countryside and enjoy not having to drive.

In Nice we toured Monaco, Antibes, Eze, Cannes and a perfumerie factory. All of these were worth the money and again our guides made it personable and exciting.

Overall we would visit France again and would book with Lise. She communicated well and was available to help when our plans had to cancel or change. Two thumbs up!!

Wow wow wow!! From the first time we stepped up the steps into the hotel till the morning we left, our time at Hotel Le Negresco was unbelievable! They have done an amazing job decorating this hotel with many art pieces. The decor is matched by the amazing service. My wife and I have travelled the world and this hotel was the nicest place we have ever stayed. Luxury is an understatement . We would absolutely stay here again. We booked a dinner at Chantecler restaurant which is onsite of the hotel. They are a Michelin Star restaurant and this was our favorite meal of the entire trip to France. That is saying something as all the food in France is good. It was an expensive splurge but absolutely worth it. You will not be disappointed. Great job Lise booking us at I believe one of the finest hotels in France.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Brighton. The location was outstanding being so close to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and shopping. The staff of the hotel were so helpful and accommodating. Specifically, Mitcham was so polite and helpful. He really made us feel at home during our stay. We had a king size bed with a balcony on the 3rd floor overlooking the gardens with the Eiffel Tower in view. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean with 2 sinks and the shower had hot water and good water pressure. They had soft bath and hand towels. The room was spacious enough to have breakfast, which we did every morning, in the room. The included breakfast was delicious. Order one of everything on the breakfast menu as it all so good!!! We would absolutely stay at Hotel Brighton again. Lise did us a wonderful favor booking this hotel.

Our Croatian guides were fabulous-Nikolina in Dubrovnik, the Kameni Dvori family in Konavle- with cooking lesson, wines and dinner, Peter from Dubrovnik/ Ston-where we had the most amazing oysters-raw and fried, Petar in Korchula for Steve’s bicycle tour, Grgo in Hvar/ Stari Grad/ Verboska/ with lunch prepared by his family at their konoba, and, lastly, Ivana for the historical tour of the Diocletian Palace. All we’re knowledgeable, friendly and added unforgettable memories for our Croatian experience. And Nikola! He gave us a vacation of a lifetime. We have him our budget and our list of what we wanted to see and he created a vacation that was doable within our time frame and wallet. The accommodations were centrally located, clean and modern, with delicious European style breakfasts and friendly, informative concierges/ receptionists. We will use Kimkim for our next vacation!

Ruth from KimKim/Spring Board and Nathan from Southern World we’re just amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better pair of travel agents. Ruth listened to what I wanted and help me set up an amazing trip schedule and Nathan set up my accommodations, rental car and trip events. I had an amazing time in my number one bucket list location, New Zealand and I cannot thank Ruth and Nathan enough.

Everything went well with the plan. We got pick up on time and have a good drivers + tour guide staff. /We were not happy with one tour guy (he was old and rude to us) and got a replacement right away the next day.
Our hotels are reasonable and in good locations but they are not the top as we pay the VIP package. Especially, the hotel in Sao Paulo: it should be rated as 2 -3 stars not 4. I would recommended that you choose your hotels rather than Kimkim.
Sao Paulo is very big city and quite dangerous for tourist. Other cities are ok but still: walking at night after 7: 30PM is not recommended.

Half- day tour in Belo Horizonte and Transfer to Ouro Preto

We landed in Belo Horizonte and was pick up by the driver and a tour guy who did not even offer to help us with luggages. We has only 2 carryon and 2 napbacks but it was a very long walk from the airplan to the parking. Our tour guy was a very old man whom mumbling that we could not understand a word he said then he yelled as my husband when my husband complained about no good air condition in the car. We was upset and asked to go straight to our hotel in Ouro Preto: forget about the tour. We was glad that Kimkim change our tour guy the next day. The car air condition was fixed the next day as well. Our driver was great with all the steep hills in Ouro Preto.

A 13 day trip around Scotland means one thing, we've got to go back for more. AMAZING. Oou guide around the Isle of Sky, Donald, was amazing, funny, and kind. I can't say enough good things about JUSTINE. She looked after us our whole trip. Checking on us, making changes due to our health problems. My only regret is not being able to give her a hug and say Thank You.
