This group accomplished the absolute impossible. I signed up for a marathon - unwisely - that was 4 hours - 4 hours! - outside of Ho Chi Minh, along the Mekond Delta.

I spoke with Hien and she was able to find a driver from the airport to the hotel as well as a great hotel. The next day I drove with a driver - Phouk (sp?) and a guide (Phi) out to the Mekong Delta (Hau Gyang district) and they helped me get registered and pick up my race packet for the race. I would have been helpless without them.

The race itself, however, furthermore was at 3 AM the next day! 3 AM! Not to worry, the guide and the driver insisted on getting up with me that morning and driving me to the race. Extraordinary. And I was able to run and finish the race!

That afternoon, we went back to Ho Chi Minh and Phi generously put me on his motorbike and showed me the nightlife the next day - and treated me to some fabulous street food. Phi's English by the way was excellent, large vocabulary and great local knowledge. Hien's English was also very good, enabling seamless communication.

I cannot say enough good things about how well it all went and how bad it would have gone without them - - how well Hien planned the whole trip based on my specific needs, how actively she stayed in touch during the trip, and how quickly she was able to adjust if we decided to do something different. You cannot dream of better.

We planned a multiWe had an incredible family trip to Australia, and we would work with Vicky again in a heartbeat! From the start, Vicky was helpful in outlining an initial itinerary and activity suggestions, always listening closely to our preferences and weaving in thoughtful recommendations she knew we’d enjoy.

We traveled as a family of four, along with my mom, sister, and partner, so it was important to find experiences that appealed to a range of interests and energy levels. Vicky did a fantastic job curating activities that were flexible, fun, and inclusive. If anyone wanted to take it easy or do something different, it was always easy to manage.

Our journey took us from Sydney to Uluru, then up to Port Douglas, and finally to Melbourne. All of our tours and experiences went smoothly. A special shoutout to our outstanding guides: Nigel (Blue Mountains), Kem (Daintree Rainforest), and Rob (Phillip Island), each brought their destinations to life with knowledge and personality.

Vicky also handled all of our flight bookings and accommodation arrangements, and everything worked out beautifully. The hotels were in great locations, and her suggestions were spot on.

We made amazing memories together and are so grateful for the care and detail Vicky put into making our trip so special. Thank you, Vicky!

Nigel was the best! Second full day of our trip, but Nigel kept jet lag at bay. We really loved the stop to Featherdale and then the Blue Mountain stops. He tailored to our multi-generational family. Went out of his way to make sure my mom had a nice cozy spot to sit while a few others did a serious rainforest/waterfall hike. Would definitely recommend!

The operator and staff were 5 stars, they made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The journey to the reef is 90 minutes and then 90 minutes back. Not the operators fault, but it was just a bit of a windier day and choppier water so even with Dramamine my kids weren't feeling the best. But were better once we got to the pontoon area. Snorkeling gear and equipment they provided was fine. The snorkeling area was a bit more limited. I can understand as we're in the middle of no where and life guards are all around to ensure everyone is safe and accounted for. But it did feel a bit crowded by the launch area and marked triangular area. It was nice to have activities for non-snorkelers but didn't see as many fish as we were hoping for. Perhaps we set our expectations too high. Again overall, great experience with the crew, equipment etc.

This is at least our third trip that Moonika has organized. She is amazing. Each trip keeps getting better and better. We visited Lithuania and Latvia and loved it. Moonika arranged for us to stay in and experience a list of cities that otherwise we woud never have known about. Kuldiga is a great example. I love this place so much that I am thinking seriously about buying a place there. The balloon ride was to die for. Moonika is the best. She follows up on details. She stays in touch during the trip making sure everything is top notch. We travel far more than most and so we appreciate good agency and Moonika is the best.

We had a great trip and appreciate the help and responsiveness provided by Rashi. The most important crieria for our trip was 1) the choice of bike routes selected for our trip 2) the quality of the bikes and 3) the appeal of the accomodations. I would give each of these 5 stars.

The critique I have of the experience however was the separation of the planning aspects of the trip between Rashi and the person whom she connected with for the details on the bikes. On our first day getting the bikes we learned that the bikes did not come with water bottles or a holder for the phone on the front handlebars. We had to go a few miles out of our way the first morning to purchase these items. It would have been better if there was a checklist for us to ensure we brought all these things along- in a previous experience bike touring bikes came with those features. We would have been happy to bring them had we know. The other disconnect was for the Mt. Ventoux bike. It noted on my itinerary that I could pick up the bike the evening before. When I tried to do so the person at the bike shop said I could not pick it up until 8:00 the following morning. Due to the hot weather and need for an early start i decided it was best not to wait and so was sorry not to have that particular bike for the climb. At the end of the trip we were informed that the bike rental people would not have a pedal wrench to take off our pedals--we tried numerous places to try to bring the bikes and spent a couple hours doing so- to no avail. The next morning he did show up with one-- was a bummer to spend the time after arrival in seach of a tool that was used initially by the bike rental place.

It also would have been helpful to provide details about trains from Paris, distance to hotels when arrival into Orange, etc. NOt a big deal- but why not?

We loved our trip and grateful for the wonderful routing, hotels, and overall itinerary. I would just suggest however that in the future when you have the major component of the trip contingent upon details with the bikes and logistics- that there be a much more seamless approach.

All good except the cab's air conditioning was not working on the trip from Galway to Dublin.

The trip could not have gone any better. Clothilde did an amazing job with the planning, and everything went perfectly to plan. Loved driver Luiz and guides Eric and Mike. Hotels were all good, although the Hotel Metropole in Interlaken could probably use an update in public spaces (although rooms were nice). Will definitely use you again.

Amazing family trip to Iceland. We traveled with our two boys for a family trip x 1 week. The boys really enjoyed the activities: glacier hike, lagoon iceberg tour on zodiac boat, and river rafting were key favorites. Kimkim's team created a wonderful itinerary, with a highlight event each day to look forward to. thank you!

Angela helped us experience a most memorable trip! Especially enjoyed that the hotels were centrally located and walking distance to many sites and restaurants. Breakfasts were so hearty and delicious local foods. (The view from our Athens hotel at breakfast was breathtaking)! The pick ups by the drivers at the airports and hotels were great; enjoyed getting to know each of them along the way. Son Joe received texts about pick up times and locations the night before which was extremely helpful. I felt very pampered! And last but not leastthe guides were amazing. So knowledgeable and flexible in scheduling each day, depending on weather, crowds, etc. So impressed with the backgrounds (usually decades of experience) they have…they could answer any questions we posed! And I appreciated that with limited time in an area they introduced us to the most important sites in that region; making the best use of our time. (Note: One does have to plan on additional expenses on the day trips which is good to be aware of). My overall impression is very positive. You made this such a memorable experience. Thank you!

We are about to board the plane to leave beautiful Scotland, where we had our third Kimkim-planned adventure and as before, it was another fantastic journey! It met and even exceeded our high expectations! Aleksandra did our trip plan and thanks to her hard work planning, and her attention to detail and ongoing coordination, everything went off without a single hitch or problem (and there were lots of moving parts!). Our local Scottish guides, especially John and Alistair, were just great and we loved getting to know them and learning about the history and culture of this beautiful country. My wife, my son and I will forever have wonderful memories of our Scotland journey so thanks again Kimkim!

Wanted to send a thank you for organizing such an amazing trip to Mallorca and Barcelona for our bi-annual guys getaway. Everything in Spain went smoothly, and the guys loved all the excursions and attention to detail that the KimKim team put into planning this trip.

Palma especially was a hit — we had a great time there doing the Valdemossa and Soller excursion with Sofia, and the Catamaran with Helmut. We used our free day to bike around Barcelona for Day 5. Unfortunately, most of our group experienced the "travelers diarrhea" on different days of the tour. Despite, our guides were patient and understanding, still trying to make the best experience possible. Willy was our guide most of the trip and he is very knowledgeable. He also suggested switching day tour to a different day to allow our group to recover (which was much needed and appreciated). The whole tour was well planned by Jimena, hitting all the spots we wanted to see and the hotel selection was perfect. Despite falling sick, the food experiences were amazing (don't think that caused the sickness).

Taking a six and eight year old halfway around the world can feel pretty daunting. Our two kids came to us a year ago and said, “ we want to explore the world!” In hand was a list of 10 countries to start and Japan was at the top. My husband and I said well, go big or go home. I knew I needed some help with this one and KimKim and Sandy, our trip coordinator, to the rescue. The trip was designed so seamlessly, with an initial input from us and one tweak to the first draft, we had an incredible 10-day tour of Japan mapped out, to include a night in the mountains at a Buddhist temple! We were taken care of every step of the way. Cars, trains, tour guides, hotels, excursions . All taken care of. A very special thanks goes to Keiko, our tour guide in Tokyo, and Sanae, our tour guide in Kyoto. We loved them both! And we are already working with KimKim on our 2026 adventure to Iceland…the next county on the list:).

We walked and took the subway the whole day and we couldn’t believe how quiet and clean the subway was. And we all felt completely safe. Very different experience than a lot of big cities in the States.

Full Day Mt. Fuji with Lake Kawaguchi & Oishi Park

This was one of our favorite days. We absolutely loved the small mountain town around Mt Fuji, the boat ride on the lake, the old village we toured where they used to make silk and a beautiful Shinto shrine with the biggest cedar trees I’d ever seen! The landscape was amazing and we had the best sushi of our lives at this wonderful restaurant our guide, Keiko, picked out. They even made a special dish only available for dinner for our son for lunch. Everyone was so friendly!

The walking tours were terrific and the tour guides were fabulous! The places revisited were so great as were the guides who drove us from place to place in Croatia. One of our guides was the owner of the actual winery and was so proud and exchanged so many nice things about Croatia to us! Antonia anticipated what would be good for us, including the lodging and the rooms! Our best breakfasts were in Dubrovnik and the best lodging was in split! I highly recommend Antonia and Kim Kim for their knowledge of what to see and what to do in Croatia! Virginia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip through England. Tetiana was so helpful in planning and preparation – and during the trip itself – it gave us a real sense of comfort on our journey.

Two of the suggested activities that stood out were the private tours. Our first day black cab ride with John, who clearly has The Knowledge, provided a most welcoming and informative experience. He's a gem. Another highlight was our black cab private tour of the Cotswolds. Once again, our cabbie Adge gave us a post-graduate course in architecture, literature, and history of Bath and environs. We felt like we were being shown around by a friend who was happy to welcome us to his home.

Train travels were well organized and we were able to walk to our hotels in most cases. Reassuringly, Tetiana was always available when we had questions.

Right in Westminster, a short walk to Buckingham Palace, this place lives up to its name. Peaceful nights in central London seemed unlikely, but we were happily surprised to barely notice any traffic or other goings on during our stay.
