Extremely friendly and helpful staff Very comfortable room Varied and tasty breakfast service The roof top garden is very relaxing

Arriving to our desert camp on the back of a dromedary, what a unique experience! The camp had all of the comforts that one expects in cities but in this unique natural setting. We became aware that there is a great effort to offer these comforts with very little environmental footprint, which is so important. That day there was a sand storm, however, we were safe and protected. The food was tasty and the service impecable. At the end of dinner the staff put on a fantastic evening concert with traditional music, what a treat! Sunrise in the desert among the sand dunes is an experience to be remembered.

Beautiful setting and luxurious accommodations. Wish we had more than one night there!

Location and a charming lobby were the highlights. Nice big bathrooms but the bedroom was tight.

This hotel was lovely - we appreciated the extra space of a junior suite and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We wish it was located in the historic district instead of the outskirts of that area.

One of the highlights of our trip! We really liked our driver Miguel and appreciated his recommendations for lunch and activity after Peña Palace.

We loved Belem - stayed longer with tickets for the monastery.

We were forewarned that dinner was not the highlight and that was the truth! We enjoyed the music.

What a find! This brand new, charming, spotless 2 bedroom-2 bathroom home in Mali Ston was an unexpected gift! Surrounded by fig, lemon, lime, pomegranate trees + rosemary and lavender with tons of room to spread out and chill! Nice break from hotels in this charming little town!

Lovely driver picked us up at the city walls and even suggested a stop to take a final photo over Dubrovnik!

Dubrovnik is a beautiful historic city that must be visited, however, it can ge very crowded!

Wonderful, helpful, pleasant staff. These folks were a pleasure to stay with for a couple days. The lobby, room, and hallways were good, but could use some light maintenance. The bed was great, very comfortable. In all, the accommodations were above average, but nothing extraordinary. The provided breakfast was also good, fresh, well-kept, and nice variety. A little trouble with the coffee machine. Maintenance? Planning? At any rate, staff was patient and attentive in addressing the issue. We would recommend this hotel.

Hoi An is an amazing city.

Be warned, the imperial city is HUGE!! Lol. Not something anyone can change, but it’s large, there’s a lot of history and it’s extremely hot in September. However, it’s beautiful and a must see for sure.

Truthfully, the boat needs updating. It’s a humid, hot country so I understand a certain amount of wear and tear. The staff were amazing, service is not lacking one bit. However, the boat is old and our bathroom had a very bad smell. Otherwise, great time.

Our guide Jade is an absolute gem. She took care of us, answered all our questions and made sure we had a very authentic experience. Would recommend this tour 100 percent!

This was our favorite day of the trip. The Day family that hosted us were amazing. Loved everything about Hoi An.

The resort was the best. It'll be exceptional when it's done. The staff was superb and accommodating.

The Park Hotel was a highlight. It was different from the modern ones and we loved the old one.

Old-fashioned but totally contemporary and fun. Best night of sleep over all the nice hotels. Wish we could go again.

This was one of the very best stops of the entire trip! The hosts spent endless time with us. Super memories of lots of dogs barking, people laughing … and learning so much.

The Bird & Wildlife Watching Tour was superb, the guide was retired military and passionate about nature. The Aurora Adventure was fun, despite not seeing the lights.

The workshop was an unexpected highlight and the stories around the fire were in-depth, really interesting, and not touristy at all. The guide was passionate and knowledgeable, which made the experience even more special.

The tower was super and the local craft shop was interesting.

Despite the rain, the guide made it fun and interesting. The cruise was a highlight.

My guide got mixed up with another group but the hotel staff and everyone involved were so helpful and friendly, turning the situation into a really fun memory.

Our guide "tried hard" but no aurora seen that night. But exceptional fun sitting around fire at his house with his devoted dogs, learning about his family and talking "horses". Visited stables andsaddle room of what might be the farthest north "western horse" operation. Unexpected fun,

Easy to rate - because Barbara was hands down the best trail guide ever. Funny, smart, forward thinking ... plus taught us to use a fire starting flint, shared amazing stories and nature details from start to finish. But - we taught HER how to make a Finnish variation of our traditional "smore". Substitute a ginger cookie, delicious Finnish chocolate and strawberry flavored marshmallows for the traditional plain old graham crackers, dull American chocolate and white marshmallows ... grilled over a fire started with her flint.

The Maldron Hotel on Sandy Road was a bit of a disappointment. The hotel itself was outdated and there was a leak in the shower that dripped cold water from the ceiling.

Dingle Harbour Lodge B&B was nothing short of wonderful. Upon arrival, the host saw that we were booked for a single room, but kindly upgraded us to a double room at no extra cost. The food, especially the breakfast, was delicious. The host was very kind and provided us with some great recommendations. We even got to hold baby lambs at a nearby spot! I

The hotel was comfortable but the communication was a bit of a hassle. However, after reaching out to Shauna, my travel specialist, she was able to help me out!

My stay at the Glendalough Hotel was truly amazing. The hotel was incredibly nice and the dinner there was absolutely delicious. The whole ambiance of the place was quite scenic and it gave me the opportunity to mingle with locals as well as other tourists.

This remote guest house comes with a 9 hole golf course and walking trails to the beautiful beach. The food, service, cleanliness were fantastic

The staff was so friendly, and the hotel was so comfortable and cozy. They put out a good breakfast, and everything is spotless. It’s also very close to the main street, but far enough away to avoid the noise. Highly recommend!

The hotel room was bigger than my apartment. It was clean and bright, and the staff was all very friendly. Their breakfast lay out was excellent. It was also located in a less touristy area of the city, which I prefer.

This was a fairly easy hike (unless you don’t like a bit of rock scrambling) in a really beautiful landscape. It was an amazing way to end the day. The warm water pools are currently closed, but we went to a spot with cold water bathing. I loved it! The canyon is truly spectacular!

I think Berto was our favorite guide of the trip. He knew so much about the geysers and seemed to really love them. The geysers themselves were so beautiful and strange. We also got to see a wetland and a small village called Machuca. It was a really great trip!

Chaxa lagoon was stunning, and watching the Flamingos was just amazing. The other lagoons were very beautiful (although it was so extremely windy it wore me down). We didn’t actually see the mentioned villages, but it was still a really good day

I can’t recommend this highly enough. It was so, so amazing and the men giving the lessons were so passionate about the subject. It really was one of the most beautiful skies I have ever seen. We were also given snacks (with homemade jam and mayonnaise made by one of the men’s mothers) and wine, and got to sit around a fire while we ate and drank. It was a very special tour and I would do it again if I returned To San Pedro.

Claudio was so knowledgeable and showed a really deep love for his city. The tour is brief, but gives you a good lay of the land. It was a really great way to get introduced to the city!

This is a fairly easy trek (if you’re acclimated to the elevation) through a really beautiful landscape. Our guide, Julia knows a lot about the mineral composition and ecosystem of the desert. Highly recommend (they give you Pisco at the end!)

This a great value-for-money deal. The hotel is located apx 20 minutes away from the airport (depending on traffic), it's very clean with all standard amenities, good cruising although not particularly local, great breakfast and very helpful personnel.

An amazing experience! Rosie and Roger dreamt of a place where humans could connect with nature and they accomplished something extraordinary. I have nothing but compliments for this place.

Nothing great and nothing bad. This accommodation is the perfect average but it is affordable, clean and in a good location.

Amazing people working in this 142 acres of excellence. My Mountain room was spacious and clean and although there is no AC, it wasn't needed when I was visiting. There are many activities to do and I did most of them: tubing, hanging bridges, ziplining. Breakfast was great but otherwise, the restaurant offered food is nothing exceptional and quite pricy. With no available markets in the close proximity that can be an issue for some people.

Very easy to find, the people working at the front desk speak good English and the guide (although super young) was very helpful and friendly.

This was my first time surfing. The instructors took about 20 minutes to prepare/inform me about safety and technic and then we jumped in the water. The guides were all super friendly giving me feedback after every attempt to surf:)

All the comforts in the wild and remote beauty of the desert. Simple but lovely and friendly service from Suleiman and all the staff at this site. Set in a stunning location, plenty to do while also allowing great chill time around the camp fire or admiring the stars from comfort of the veranda. Great food and super clean.

Close proximity to city centre and fish market. The main restaurant is a piece of art in itself.

Located conveniently by the water and docks to catch the ferries. Nice views. A tad pricey.

Unfortunately our trip was on a cloudy,wet day so the views of the glacier was limited. However…..the museum was superb with a panoramic movie which I loved and the building itself.

Exciting and intimate with a great guide. Saw lots of nooks and crevices most big boats can’t get to. Loved our guide.( Theo) He’s a story teller with interesting details on the fjords and area. I was warm and comfortable in our suits. Loved the wind in my face.

The hike was good. Our guide was calm, kind, knowledgeable and fun to walk with. Had some issues with ticks. My husband ended up with 3 on him which we quickly removed. The path got slippery and muddy by the falls but the scenery was outstanding and it was a good way to learn about the agriculture and history of Norway and the region.

We stayed at the place for 6 hours to rest before flying out back home. Clean room with AC, friendly staff. In center of San Jose. Negative: poor lighting.

Very beautiful place. Room with a beautiful view. Very spacious and clean. Good breakfast, nice staff. Negative: bathtub plunge didn’t work so it kept draining the water, no space in bathroom for personal hygiene items and poor lighting. But overall we would stay at this location again.

Guide was very knowledgeable and fun. In the park we were able to spot monkeys, sloughs, crabs, birds and different types of plants/trees. We had option to stay at the beach and swim but we didn’t have the time as we had to check out and get transferred to San Jose for our departure. But we were still able to see the beach and take photos.

This was an amazing tour. We had a driver and two young tour guides who were fun, knowledgeable but at the same time respected us. On this tour you visit different waterfall locations that you can jump into the waterfall pool including a waterfall slide. My husband loved jumping off the waterfall but I decided to just swim/cool off in the water just because I am afraid if heights. The tour guides showed my husband how to jump safely and provided clear instructions. The tour guides didn’t push me to do stuff that I didn’t feel comfortable with. We had a delicious lunch at a tilapia farm and headed to a secluded beach. We had a coco loco drink and swam at the ocean. We had an amazing time this paddle 9 company.

The tour guide taught us about coffee, gave us samples to drink, showed us how to extract sugar from sugar cane, provided a sample of a sugar cane drink. During the night hike we were able to spot different birds, a snake and insects, frogs.

This was a fun activity. Great staff and your guides. Very knowledgeable. The zip line staff made us comfortable and safe during the activity. We saw monkeys, snakes, slough, plants/trees in the cloud forest.

This place is soo amazing and pretty. It has lots of pool options with different temperatures. There were bars in each pool section. Very pretty views. Nice staff. Negative: the included dinner didn’t have good options. The food we choose wasn’t great.

The tour guide was great. Very knowledgeable and took as many photos as we wanted of us. Provided great knowledge of the places we saw.

The tour guide gave us information in the car and then told us to get out of the car and look around at the location we stopped at. We stopped at 3 places and rest of the time we sat in the car looking out the window. We would not recommend THIS tour company for San Jose tour .
