I am very grateful to Eduardo and his team for helping me plan my solo birthday trip to Guatemala and for sharing the food, customs and culture of this magical and historical place and also for encouraging me in my Spanish Language acquisition journey! It was wonderful, safe and I felt very supported. Thank you very much ☺️ I enjoyed my trip mostly because i fell in love with the people from Guatemala - friendly, gregarious, happy, creative, humorous, thoughtful souls with the most amazing history. Our experience with Kimkim was outstanding. The planning of our trip to Norway (primarily focused on Oslo and Bergen) went well, and we got quick responses to any questions. The itinerary turned out to be a good mix of planned activity and the chance to explore leisurely. The only day that was packed was our Norway in a Nutshell day, traveling between Oslo and Bergen, and we were pretty tired after that. The hotels where we stayed were excellent.

I always felt that if we needed help, we could get it right away from a call to Kimkim. As it turned out, we didn't need help.

We are older travelers and did this trip entirely by public transportation. We are glad we did it and will likely come back to Scandinavia again.

This renovated hotel is "hopping." There is a great deal of activity going on there, and it has a very contemporary vibe. I liked staying there except that the hallways are dark and the signage is a bit hard to read. Still, I liked staying there and the location is great. It is close to the train station, the KODE art museums, and the university. The harbor is not far away either.

This was our first time working with a travel agent, so we went into it with apprehensions. Taf and her team were exceptional at planning out our trip, giving us a unique mix of experiences, and they were always there when we needed them - literally day or night. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and look forward to working with Taf again!

The trip Bryan planned was great. Overall, we had professional tour guides and felt like the locations we visited were the best for what we were looking for. Pablo, our driver and guide for our first day, was exceptional, had great energy, and left us with many tips that other tourists did not know about. (ie. Soda's are family owned restaurants!)

One room for improvement would be to communicate with local excursions/drivers/and us/tourist if there is a cancellation. For example, our driver picked us up and drove us to the excursion location (50 min away from Nosara to Samara) and back to the hotel upon learning of the cancellation of our diving excursion due to ocean conditions. We thankfully received a refund for the cancellation of the excursion.

Thank you to Bryan and the Serendipity Adventures team for the lovely holiday. Our wonderful trip leaves us with a want to return Costa Rica again in the future.

Our trip was amazing and we are very grateful for all the hard work that went into planning it! We were able to see all the sites that we wanted to and Francis, our tour guide, was spectacular throughout the trip. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful in making sure that the trip went smoothly—even when we encountered car troubles. The trip went very well, and I have no major complaints.

The only recommendation I would have for future people taking this trip is that they be given a safari car instead of a regular Toyota 4x4 since many of the roads we drove on require a safari car. Thank you very much for all your help planning a great trip!

Thank you KimKim for planning our wonderful Norway adventure. Communicating with Meree and Sonia was easy. They both responded back quickly to my questions and made adjustments as requested. Everything you selected for our group was great from the hotels to the activities. The best part of the trip was it was worry free. Everything was scheduled and all we just had to do was show up.

We loved all the hotels we stayed at - Hansatic Hotel in Bergen, Trolltunga Hotel in Odda, Fretheim Hotel in Flam and Dragsvik Fjordhotel in Balestran. They each had their own charm and uniqueness.

All of the activities were wonderful. In Bergen we enjoyed the Funicular and the Ulriken Hike. The favorite activity of the whole trip was in Odda with the Trolltunga hike and overnight stay in a dome. The guides Oyvind, Stepan and Jana were great. Also enjoyed meeting Jostein. In Flam the ride on the Flamsbana Train and biking down to the Flam Valley was so much fun. A special treat along the way was interacting with the friendly goats and eating cheese at the Rallarrosa Farm. In Borgund we enjoyed the beauty of the Stave Church. We ended our trip in Balestrand and loved the view of the Fjords from the windows of our Dragsvik Fjordhotel. There is lots to do in Balestrand. We enjoyed kayaking with Jan, taking the rib boat to Finnabotn with Lars, biking around Balestrand village and ending our trip enjoying lunch and cider at Ciderhuset hosted by owners Gard and Tuba

Just driving around in Norway had us in awe. The views are breathtaking. Norway is a very beautiful country.

Where to begin? This was our first trip to Greece and we utilized KimKim to help us navigate the many choices available to us. Rebecca was our local specialist and provided us with constant care while in Greece. She answered our questions, recommended activities and even made us reservations, all on the fly! We especially loved our guide, Apostolos, in Santorini, who took us everywhere, and the sailing cruise from Mykonos to Rhenia and Delos. These bungalows just across the street from the new port in Mykonos offer a lovely view, nice pool, and friendly, helpful staff. Their morning buffets are excellent. It’s a climb (lots of stairs) to some of the rooms. Access to the port for ferries into town or for Fast Ferries to other islands is wonderful; however, it is hard to get anywhere otherwise. During the busy season, no taxis can be found, buses are packed, and walking alongside the highway is (very) sketchy. If you don’t have a car (God help you for driving in Mykonos), getting to the famous beaches is nearly impossible.

Mykonos-Day Trip to Delos island & Mykonos Free Afternoon

This was a great adventure and gave us a true feel for Mykonos and Greece in general. We boarded the beautiful Sunfos sailing vessel, kicked off our shoes, and enjoyed an incredible sail to the island of Rhenia, where we snorkeled, swam and feasted. The on-board lunch was exceptional, staff attentive, and ship just stunning. We then sailed to Delos, where we embarked on an archeological tour of the island. Just breathtaking! Loved, loved this tour—a day well spent.

We already miss our tour guide, Apostolos, who was informative, flexible and just plain fun! Stopped to see the sights in Fira, walked the streets of Olia and drove up to the highest point in Santorini for the views. We had the perfect tapas lunch and skimmed the beach before heading over to Santos Winery for a great tasting experience. It was another day well spent—highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful 8 days in Croatia! Antonia put together a perfect itinerary, with just the right amount of activity and leisure time. Her communication was clear, informative, and punctual. In addition, her knowledge of the different areas and who to have guide us was exceptional. We would not have had the vacation we had if it were not for Ivana in Dubrovnik, specifically with the Game of Thrones walking tour; Dominik and Dea of Nautica Adventure Tours in Hvar, specifically for giving us a uniquely unforgettable experience; Ivana in Zadar and Dugi otok, specifically for her communication and organization to make our family heritage day as special as possible; and Josipa in Zagreb, specifically for her liveliness and enthusiasm to show off her beautiful city, rich with culture. Everything ran smoothly, my family and I felt taken care of, and we certainly had the highly anticipated trip of a lifetime!

Lucy was meticulous in organizing our trip. She happily juggled things around as our preferences . She was available whenever we ran into a glitch (of which there were not many) but her timely interventions were reassuring. All the places of accommodation that she chose were unique and comfortable. Perhaps, one day I will do a tour of boutique hotels of southern Africa!
Five star sites/experiences: Robben island, Penguin Colony, Sandwich harbor, Ongava Lodge, Helicopter ride over and into Okavango. Mbangula Lungile, the guide who took us around Soweto.

Our trip to Greece was amazing. Angela helped me through the booking process and checked in on us during our trip to make sure everything was going well and as planned. This was the first time we'd used a travel service and tour guide, but will not be the last. It was extremely well planned and hit everything that we wanted to see as well as a few extras from our amazing tour leader Giannis Machairas.

I really can't stress enough how much I would recommend Giannis as a tour leader to anyone that likes to have fun even during the boring parts of the trip like driving. We really made a friend for life there.

The mountains and oil trees were amazing and literally everywhere. Delphi was my favorite spot to visit. The ruins were amazing and the view is like none other. The Acropolis and Acropolis museum was also amazing to see in person. The sheer size they used to build stuff at thousands of years ago is astonishing.

I was on the fence about using kimkim as we had never used a travel agency, but they (Angela) did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them. There is nothing that I would change about our trip except maybe make it longer!

First of all thank you to Kimkim for a nice set up for tourist like us who are new to world travel.
Kimkim introduced with Mr. Samir from Jordan who set up our Itinerary in a manner that we don't waste our time. He set up our visa, our hotels in Amman, Petra and camps at Wadi rum.
He was available 24/7 with his WhatsApp, if we had any question he promptly reply.

Upon arrival from New York, we were warmly welcomed by the guy (forgot the name) from Enjoy Jordan travels. The immigration process is very quick, our names were mentioned on the board, and we felt welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere we had a fantastic start!

We got introduced to Mr. Shareef who is our guide/driver for our whole 8 days trip. Mr. Shareef picked us from Airport and brought us to our hotel.

Each morning of the tour, he would arrive promptly at 8am to take us to the next destination on the tour. On each day, Mr. Shareef would describe in detail the history and information regarding the area we were in- whether that be a site of Islamic history or Roman/Byzantine history He is fluent in English and knows how to handle the customers with respect and professionalism.

“We had a wonderful tour with Mr. Shareef. We enjoyed it greatly, all the detailed information he provided, and his patience with us telling all the historic events. Mr. Shareef is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide. He drove very professionally on high mountain roads, he knew all the areas, food, restaurants, historical places either it’s an Islamic history or roman/Byzantine history.

He was very respectful when we asked questions and very knowledgeable regarding historic sites. He was also very friendly with us and the people he would interact with, always making polite conversations. Furthermore, he was even willing to take photos and videos of us and the area, so we could experience it without focusing on doing it ourselves.

Mr. Shareef also is very knowledgeable about Jordan in general. He knew the high mountain roads incredibly well, knew restaurants for us to try out, even knew the routes on our tour incredibly well. At most of the sites, in fact, Mr. Shareef had connections which resulted in faster service and a better full immersion into our tour of Jordan.

I wholeheartedly believe that had we done the tour of Jordan without Mr. Shareef, we would not have been able to experience Jordan as well as we did.

Sarah made this dream trip a reality. From start to finish it was incredible! From planning to execution it was flawless. She thought of every detail, arranged everything so we could just show up and enjoy! Having drivers and private tours took all of the travel stress out of the equation and became people we will keep in touch with for many years to come. Baldo is one that is now like family to us and Saas in Mostrar will also be a friend for years to come. We were supposed to go to Montenegro but the boarders were backed up so Baldo created an alternate plan for us in Bosnia. We agreed to pivot and it turned out to be one of our most treasured days. Trust the drivers/guides. They will give you an incredible experience no matter what! We loved Split, Hvar and Mostrar the most. Dubrovnik is very crowded, it’s nice to visit the old town for a day but there are so many other places with less crowds and more to do. I cannot be more grateful I came across KimKim and Sarah. I wish she planned outside of Croatia!!!

This is a modern hotel. It’s very clean and has great views. That said, if you have a great view it means you face a busy(noisy) street. The air was cooler in the hallways than in our room which wasn’t great because we were there in mid august. The consierge is very helpful with reservations and taxis. The breakfast buffet is large. Overall it was nice to have two separate sleeping areas in one room (picture adjoining rooms minus a door.) I just didn’t like the noise or the lack of cool air and it wasn’t very close to old town, maybe 20 minute walk.

The blue cave was closed so Yoshko suggested the green cave. It was an hour wait to take the tour boat in, he offered for us to swim in. We were THE ONLY ONES in there! It was a really cool experience, but i would never pay/wait to see it. It is a tourist trap so beware. If you take a boat, it’s about 5 minutes in the cave. There are so many other beautiful places to see on Vis. Yoshko took us to many places were there were only 4 or so other people and to a wonderful restaurant belonging to 2 fishermen. It was an incredible day and he was a fantastic guide!

It was just amazing from start to finnish. The swim stops, the islands we visited, the tours, wine tasting, Oyster tasting ..... the list goes on and on ....... an unforgettable trip. WOW! Dubrovnik is like no other place I have ever been.... it is incredible..... We were on the MS Markan and the crew were just amazing from start to finish!!!! I will be booking for me and my kids for next year for sure!!!!

Our Portugal trip guided by Tiago was one of my best life time travel experiences so far. Very well planned. But more importantly Tiago is a passionate and well read person who knew portugese history inside out. On top of it he was down to earth, jovial and and so patient with us.
It was never going to be easy to control a group of 20 boys on a college reunion but Kim Kim and Tiago pulled it off fantastically .

Tiago was one one of the most amazing guides you could ask for. Inspite of having a large group (22) with diverse requests and tastes, Tiago ensured that each and everyone gets what they had ordered for. Be it kayaking, swimming or surfing. He would be with us more like a friend rather than a guide. People like Tiago makes trips more fun than you can imagine !!! Thanks

José & his associates did an AMAZING job creating a fabulous trip for us. He gave us just what we asked for in terms of lodging, activities, food recommendations & guides. I can’t forget the guide they got for us—they were phenomenal. We had access to their staff 24/7 via WhatsApp, & they were responsive when needed. The islands of São Miguel & Madeira are a must see for anyone that has the time to go to Portugal beyond the mainland. We also LOVED almost every restaurant recommendation they offered.

We had a fantastic experience with the Kimkim staff and the tour guides they connected us with.

Adrian our Mexico City food tour guide was amazingly knowledgeable and conscientious. The food in Mexico City is so delicious and we got to experience all sorts from markets to street vendors to high end pastries. Luis our guide in Tenochtitlán was friendly and easy going with all our questions and our kids. We learned so much about the history of Mexico and how it influences the culture of modern Mexico. Jorge set us up with some amazing food while on the trajiñeras and gave us the historical perspective of Coyoacán .

Willy in Puerto Escondido was a local who knew about everything in the area and was always on time, was great with kids and went out of his way to make the trip great.

I’m so glad we had Ximena on WhatsApp the whole time. It was so great to have her there to confirm tours and adjust schedules, and even in one case help us figure out what to do when one tour was no longer available due to weather.
