We appreciated the open communication and prompt replies to all our questions. Amanda very quickly gauged our interests and capabilities and planned a trip for us accordingly.

Amanda was a gem. Unfortunately I requiredhospitalisation early on in the trip. Amanda was so supportive and understanding. She guided us through the process and after resting she quickly rescheduled our trip so we could maximise our time. This involved organising an alternative trek more suited to our needs at this time. All our drivers, guides and accomodation were top class.

Hey Gill,

We're so glad that we were able to adjust your itinerary after you were sick and that your trip wasn't cut short, as we thought it might be. Even in adverse circumstances both you and Jim were such a pleasure to deal with and I was so happy to meet up with you at the end of your trip and hear that you did get to enjoy Nepal in the end and that you were able to experience the 'something special' that Kathmandu and Nepal has.

Thanks for being fantastic guests!!

It is also a joy to hear that the trip was a great one to remember over the years. Glad also the human assets we have are good and were a good match. This is what we like to hear obviously.

I put in the passport for that one person from our group was a vegetarian and there was no vegetarian dinner option. :(

For future groups, I would recommend providing a luggage requirement. We were told in the van on the way to the river that there would be limited space in the dry bags. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have packed minimally instead of having to re-pack bags on the side of the road and leave things in the van.

Suriya the Farmer is a bit of a celebrity and typically in Nepal, things never happened too planned, as you might have noticed, and this is what happened up there. While Malika had informed him previously about your trip, he got called to a water supply meeting and was not available when you went up there. Unfortunately no one can explain it better than him about the area, and with the subject matter specialist not here, I am sorry this dampened the experience at the permaculture farm a bit.
