Had an amazing trip to Costa Rica thanks to Olman. I would never have figured out the logostics myself with rental cars pick up and how to get around costa rica effectivly. Will recommend the white water rafting to everyone. That is an amazin 30 km trip down the pacuare river.

From a magical town of blue-washed buildings to a lively city with spice-infused markets to a Berber camp on seas of sand ... Kimkim Travel created the perfect Moroccan holiday that exceeded expectations for me and my friends. Said worked to discover what was most important to us and helped us plan a customized trip that hit all of the high points. Said was always available and attentive to our needs but the real star of our trip was our driver, Illyace. He was fluent in English and extremely knowledgeable, flexible, and eager to show us his country. Scotty, Preeti and Michele were outstanding in their help planning our trip. They were very helpful and their recommendations were marvelous. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and their knowledge of the Westfjords and Snaefellsnes led us to places we probably would not have seen without their guidance. As we travelled, they were available for questions as needed. They were an absolute delight to work with, and we hope to work with them again.

One of our dream destinations to visit was Japan, and the whole experience booking with kimkim was great! From the planning phase, Christine was able to grasp our needs quickly and was able to make all the adjustments we were looking for our 16 day long trip. The activities booked (shout out to the Osaka food tour and the Kyoto tea ceremony) were very memorable and the accomodations (shout out the the Ryokans on the Nakasendo trail) were also great! During the trip, Christine was also available to answer our questions and get us a functioning pocket wifi devices quickly after we received a faulty one upon our arrival. All in all, our trip was simply amazing.

Trip was wonderful!! It was nice to have transfers to and from hotels. To and from places on our own for travelers who aren’t used to the metro can be a little intimidating, but it worked out great. Lori, Valley Castle tour I wish we would’ve had more time at each castle. We did pay for audio tour guide, but did not receive. Turned out, we didn’t have enough time to use them if we would’ve had them. One of our favorite tours that we did was our cooking class with Rosa. It was absolutely amazing!
Loved Paris, Nice, our tour to Eze, Monaco, and Montecarlo. We took a train one day to Antibes and it was fantastic . Very beautiful there. Thank you!!

We went on a 12 day trip to Croatia and Slovenia with our friends who have travelled excessively. Our specialist Antonia and her assistant provided us with round the clock accessibility in case we had any issues. We started in Dubrovnik and stayed at a beautiful hotel with a balcony with a perfect view and place for us to relax after our travels. Our tour guide took us through the old city teaching us about life in this historical city where she had lived as a child. Her knowledge and the information she told us was so interesting. Each day we were able to access our itinerary on the Trip Plans app and our agent would send us an email to review our daily schedule. The hotels were beautiful and provided excellent service, wonderful staff and delicious breakfasts. We visited many towns our agent felt we would enjoy based on the conversations and emails stating what we’d like to do. Each town had something special for us to explore - we went to an island where our guide showed us his farm and his home- we went to a truffle farm where we learned how to prepare various dishes with truffle oil, we went to a National Park with a waterfall, an ancient cave, a castle, saw the Julian alps, loving every unique experience. The drivers all spoke English and got us to our destinations safely. The vans were clean and spacious and comfortable. We spent many days traveling via van, all through Croatia and Slovenia. We fell in love with both countries and learned the historical facts about each town provided by our exceptional guides. We can’t say enough about this trip. It was the trip of our dreams and was beyond our expectations. Thank you Antonia and team! We highly recommend KimKim and already referred them to several friends. We can’t wait to plan our next trip!

Great trip to Iceland thanks to Gummi and Kimkim. Gummi was great at putting a detailed itinerary together for an 11-day ring road trip around Iceland that worked for our interests and budget and he was there to assist throughout the trip whenever we needed a little help or simple things like a restaurant recommendation. The weather was a little cold, wet and windy but we made the best of it and Gummi even gave us a heads up to watch the road and weather advisories when the weather became unpredictable - nice touch and saved us a few bad roads that google maps would have sent us down. Great adventure, great service - highly recommend going to Iceland with Gummi and the Kimkim team.

Our trip to Norway was absolutely amazing. All of the arrangements Mathia made for us were exactly what we were hoping. The hotels were great (Bergen Bors - Wonderful), the fishing cabins were great, all of the people were dealt with were friendly and helpful. My favorite place was Reine and second was Aurland. The Fjord cruise through the Nærøyfjord was absolutely spectacular and kyaking in Reine was one of the highpoints. I would skip Svolvaer next time, but probably because the weather was so miserable, but the Svinoya Rorbuer was great, the food was outstanding, the sauna was fun. All of Mathia's recommendations were so helpful. The Flam Railway was amazing as well. We even saw the King & Queen drive past when we were at the Fortress in Bergen. But, enough about all that, I would like to praise Mathia for a moment. Mathia was OUTSTANDING. He was responsive very quickly when we had inquiries, he made alternate arrangements when some of our excursions were cancelled, he checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to see if we needed anything. When I return to Norway, I will definitely be utilizing Mathia again; he truly was just the best.

Terry came up with a plan for our trip after gathering information from me via text and phone call. She answered all of my questions promptly and was easy to reach. While in Iceland one of our tours was cancelled due to bad weather and the representative,Michele, located in Iceland corresponded efficiently with us to try to come up with alternatives. Every hotel we experienced was superb. We especially enjoyed the Fosshotel Hellnar where we had a larger room. The Arnarstapi/Hellnar trail hugged the water and we walked the trail from Hellnar to Arnarstapi and had dessert at a restaurant in Arnarstapi before heading back to Hellnar. The free breakfasts at all of the hotels were more than adequate and each hotel had a restaurant where we often ate dinner. At Fosshotel Lake Myvatn, we found Carlos to be especially helpful and very professional. At each hotel, our check-in was seamless and the staff was lovely. I highly recommend working with KimKim and especially with Terry.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. One front desk employee, Carlos, stood out as especially helpful, friendly and polite. He always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to answer our questions about the area. The hotel has a sauna that looks out over beautiful landscape. The breakfast that came with our reservation was delicious, plenty of items to choose from. We stayed here for 3 nights and felt very comfortable there.

Dalia was absolutely amazing in scheduling our perfect trip to Spain. People told us that the duration of our trip, 10 days, would not be enough to see Spain. But with Dalia's help we managed to get a lot done in a such as short amount of time. We had a view of the Royal Palace of Spain from our hotel room in Madrid and our first class train journey on the high speed train from Barcelona to Madrid was amazing. Granted the trip was expensive but we did not have to do anything but show up at all the places at the right time and everything was waiting for us. It was seamless, stress free and a dream vacation. Given our limited time in Spain, I think we were able to see the ‘must-sees’ but would like to return and visit other regions as well. All of our guides - Aida in Barcelona, our cooking instructor Rosa from Cook & Taste, our hiking guide Danny and Sophia in Madrid, were top notch in their field, as well as friendly and accommodating, ground transportation arrangements went as well as could be expected and our accommodations fit our needs well. We were under the assumption the person taking us to the kayak rental facility was also the one picking us up but another driver came and we both sat at the meeting spot staring at each other before realizing we he was our taxi and we were his clients. Taxi driver was not happy.

Most memorable was how well we were treated by our driver/guide: Basson and Eli. They were focused on our experience, getting to know us and taking us to places and restaurants we enjoyed. Particularly small family cafes!
Hiking Petra and Wadi Rum was my highlight in Jordan.
The best hotels were in the Dead Sea and Tal in Tel Aviv. Going to the markets was special.
Eli was amazing sharing his knowledge, insight and depth of history, art and food from place to place.
Both Basson and Eli were prompt and extremely accommodating. We had a lot of fun.
I can say I did everything I wanted to do. Thanks a million.

Terrific trip: Lake Arenal, Monteverde, Manuel Antonio
Olman planned the perfect trip for us. We had a wonderful time and visited La Fortuna/Lake Arenal, Monteverde, and Manuel Antonio. We got to see rainforest, jungle, the beaches, and everything in between. I was nervous about all of the driving, but we approached it as part of the adventure. Our trip was heavy on nature and animals, some adventure, and a little bit of relaxing, which is exactly what I asked for when reaching out to KimKim.
I was especially impressed with the Tabacon Resort and thermal springs and the Los Altos Resort. We also really enjoyed the bike ride around Lake Arenal and the ziplining/hanging bridges in Monteverde.

What can I say! Our trip of a lifetime was indeed that! Tricia was amazing and extremely patient with us while planning our trip and even throwing her a last minute curveball with accommodations. We wanted a true Norway experience and I feel like that’s what we got! From Tromso to Senja, Bergen, Fjaerland, Flam, Aurland and Oslo, I feel like we were able to truly absorb so much of the Norwegian lifestyle. She recommended some absolutely stunning hikes, ridiculously good food and even more importantly the people we met along the way. Robert, our guide in Senja, was one of our favorites! He was so kind and in tune with everything even on a hike in 17° weather! We saw reindeer on the hike! The Arctic Safari was awesome as well! We saw a humpback whale and sea eagles. The views of the fjords were incredible! John, our guide in Bergen, was also a wealth of knowledge and took us on a 7 mile walk of the city. We took trains, planes, ferries, rented a car and the majority of the trip was nearly perfect! We had some minor issues, as all do, but nothing that we couldn’t resolve on our own.

I was a bit skeptical of using a travel agency I had never heard of before, but have already recommended Kimkim/Ethical travel and Tricia to several friends.

Sarah did an amazing job of organizing our tours and drivers in Croatia. She was available and responsive from our first contact a year ago and remained readily available throughout the trip, actively managing anything that needed adapting (such as a flooded Krka national park that required a change in schedule and our sudden desire to do a same day cruise to Hvar). She offered many suggestions for itineraries, things to do in each city, and places to go between. Her use of WhatsApp was a nice touch.
The guides and drivers associated with KimKim were top notch - we could not have asked for more!

Maria did a great job organizing our trip. The hotels were all great and in great locations. The trips and tours we did were amazing. I would recommend using the train as much as possible where we can because traffic is so bad. Jessica with the story walk app was amazing! She got back to us right away and made everything we need happen quickly. Overall a great experience. We did some tours on our own too with some downtime so that was nice to have the options.

The guide was not great. Didn’t give us too much information and if you asked her stuff outside the tour info she didn’t know. The whole group agreed wasn’t the best experience. The guide we had to academia museum was better but even with tickets we still waited over an hour to get in to only be there maybe 30mins

We had a great trip to Portugal. My husband and I had decided to vacation there but when we tried to put an itinerary together ourselves it was nearly impossible. There is so much to see and do that we knew we needed help planning our trip. Using local expertise to create a fluid itinerary, get hotels in the best locations, and connect with us with along the way was wonderful and saved us a lot of time. Diogo was very accommodating, responded immediately to questions, and was in contact with us along our trip. The last day of our trip, Diogo was our day-long tour guide in Lisbon. It was great to meet him in person and to be able to thank him for all of his hard work!
