Lisbet customized and planned the perfect trip for our specific tastes. She was a fantastic communicator and responded to us whenever we requested assistance or information. We have done several kimkim trips in the past couple of years, and this was up to the company's high standards.

The time we had in Vietnam was unforgettable and full of fun and well feeling. We spent 2 weeks around the whole country without any troubles and darkening the mood. The reason is the the help and organisation by KIMKIM travel agency and especially by the personal attitude of Ms. Trang. The preliminary preparation went smoothly and all the sights we targeted were well organised and booked. The hotels proposed by Ms. Trang were at the perfect location and amenities. The food places with local cuisine were clean, comfortable and delicious. The whole logistics – private guides, drivers and vehicles were also excellent. Ms. Trang was following the trip very carefully and any time we had a need she responded immediately and in the best way. During the flood in Hue we received from early morning, advices and proposals how to continue the trip and our stay in the town. We are very thankful for effective rescheduling the program and rendered compensation for the lost time in Hue. Ms. Trang is a proof that professionalism and personal approach to customers is vital for current and future success. We will recommend her services to our friends who want to visit Vietnam and neighboring countries.

This trip was booked in 2019 but was postponed until Sep 2022 to ensure we met all Covid requirements. We travelled with another couple and had all of our accommodation, transport, guides and driver included. We arrived by ferry to Tangier to be met by our amazing driver Azis who spoke fluent English and when we didn’t have a guide with us Azis took over the role and filled in the gaps.

Wonderful trip to Jordan and the best international travel experience I have ever had! Nada did an amazing job communicating with us for a couple of months and helping us plan our trip. She gave us an itinerary that matched the exact experience we wanted while still giving us the flexibility to change things around if needed. She was always prompt in responding to any messages and concerns we had before and during the trip.

Everyone we encountered in Jordan made our trip special. Our two drivers were great. Ali was very fun and interactive. He always knew the good places to stop for travelers and would always take a picture if needed. Khalid was exceptional and made our trip better in so many ways. He always gave us suggestions on ways we could make our trip better and probably knows the entire history of Jordan. In fact, he helped organize two excursions that weren’t even on our itinerary. We didn’t have Mount Nebo on our radar, but he was able to make it happen. I can’ t say enough on how great Khalid is and anybody that encounters him as a driver for Amani tours should consider themselves lucky.

Every tour guide we had that Amani set up was fantastic. The Wadi Ghuweir hike in Dana was a lot of fun and our guide Isaa went at a perfect pace for my girlfriend and I and was super friendly (and funny). Nada set up a dinner with a Bedouin family and it was a great experience. They were very welcoming and the food was delicious.

The accommodations in Jordan were great as well. In particular the Wadi Rum Luxury Night Camp and Dana Guesthouse were our two favorite. Both experiences were unique in that they offered great views from our room and had a wonderful staff. We also enjoyed Ajloun Cabins as well. The lone criticism I have from the trip is our stay in Amman. The Signature Hotel was the worst stay we had by far. The staff was unresponsive to our concerns about the air in our room after we made two phone calls. Additionally, the room and service were not up to par for a “4 star hotel”.

I can’t say enough about the great job the KimKim team and Amani tours did for our Jordan trip. It certainly is a once in a lifetime trip and Hasina and I thank you for making our vacation a special one.

Great beach for getting into the Dead Sea. The room was just ok. Clean and inviting. But, we had a safe box in the room and it didn’t work even after we called for help. Everything here is overpriced too. You can’t even buy water downstairs. We had to call for room service where each bottle was 3 JD (very inefficient and expensive).

The best place we stayed in Jordan. Glamping under the stars was one of the most memorable experience we had from our trip. The room was spacious and clean and we surprisingly had a great shower and toilet in our bubble tent. Additionally the food was fantastic and we enjoyed the show that the chef and staff put on in the evening. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Hike from Little Petra to Petra

This is an incredible hike that allows you to hike from little Petra to Petra via the backwards way through the mountains. Therefore you see the Monastery first and the Treasury last. It is a difficult hike, especially to get to the Monastery but we enjoyed it. This is apparently not a popular route because there was a little confusion with our driver that morning. He believed we were just seeing little Petra before being transported to Petra by car. In the future, I would suggest just making the drivers and staff more aware of this hike. Once we straightened out the confusion with the office (Nada helped us out immensely) the hike was wonderful and they set us up with a local guide that gave us a lot of good information about Petra.

This was such a fun hike. Isaa was a great guide and made this a memorable experience. This is an all day hike and probably 8 to 10 miles according to our guide. It was a hard hike but we had read online about the difficulty so we were well prepared for the terrain. Anyone thinking about this hike should be in good shape as there are some climbing aspects involved. The driver had a lunch prepared after the hike that was absolutely delicious.

Iceland . was . AMAZING!!! Our local specialist, Lisbet, went above and beyond to make our dream vacation and reality before and during our trip. All of the excursions we booked were incredible (ice cave, horseback riding, dog sledding, into the glacier, blue lagoon, krauma and more) plus the personalized driving plans were easy to follow and super convenient. We had some snags along the way with an entire day cancelled for bad weather and an important item forgotten at a hotel and Lisbet was super responsive and worked diligently to reschedule and rearrange things as needed and help to retrieve our lost item. Couldn't recommend more!

It was a great trip with top guides provided by Dimitris. The itinerary was very relaxing and met our need to spend time with old friends as well as get a good idea of the Greek life. The hotel pickups and drop off were all perfect and on time. There was just some confusion on the Athens Airport pickup but Dimitris corrected that immediately and made arrangements.

Jessica provided incredible guidance and support to make sure our group of 12 had both detailed transfer, tickets and guides for the things we wanted to do and also plenty of free time to explore on our own. Yulia's walking tour of Pompeii was so well informed and detailed, I loved every bit of it!

Daniella was a great tour guide. I would recommend that she let folks know upfront how much food will be provided on the walk and tasting tour. We were all very full after eating our homemade pizza that it was difficult to try the other items.

Yulia was amazing! Mount Vesuvius, the wine tasting, and Pompeii were a highlight of my trip.

The boat tour was also a blast. No complaints.

Thank you Erika Bormeo for setting up our trip through the Andes mountains of Ecuador. What an amazing and special place to have had the privilege to experience! We visited Cuenca, Saraguro, Loja, and Vilcabamba. Each place had its own unique vibe Big cities to small towns. The Ecuadorian Andes were amazing. The boutique hotels in Cuenca and Loja were very nice. Vilcabamba was more our pace. Small, friendly, and just a beautiful town. Erika was always available for questions leading up to and while we were in Ecuador to make sure everything was what we wanted. The tours were great and informative and fun. Very professional! One of the best parts of our entire trip was our guide for 6 days - Genaro Palacios-! He was absolutely phenomenal!! His stories and historical/nature knowledge were exactly what we were looking for. He was our translator too as our Spanish is definitely not where it needed to be. He is very friendly and filled us full of information the entire trip ( exactly what we needed and wanted). He is also a very good driver, which you want driving through the Andes. We can’t say enough great things of our new friend!! So extremely blessed to have been paired up with Genaro as our guide! We came with some challenges as my wife is celiac. And knowing what she could and couldn’t eat in a foreign country and not that versed in the language was a necessity for us. We stayed on our own for a week after a week with Genaro. He made sure before he left us. that we were comfortable at the markets and grocery stores! Our trip was perfect! Absolutely perfect!!

Ibrahim was great. He was available and responsive to last minute requests and changes during our trip in Egypt. We were a rather large group, so was challenging at times to accomodate everyone, but everything turned our great. We had multiple guides and escortsts during the trip, all were incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

Eleni was super responsive to our comments everyday both on transportation and hotels and made things right for us in everyway possible. The guides she booked for us for different areas of Greece were all super special and well chosen for their knowledge and character. The cooking class booked for us was super special and such fun. IT is obvious she has a deep knowledge of her area and this was most appreciated. Perhaps a better communication from us late in our planning would have made a better schedule but because our flights were changed not due to us, we had a few tours that should have been more spaced in our trip.

Our trip to Iceland was unusual in many predictable and unpredictable ways. The Iceland Offbeat team stepped up to the plate and provided a high quality of service and support before and during the trip.

Starting at the planning phase, they had to deal with different expectations and requests from the 2 travelers, both for activities and hotel stays. Duncan did a great job in showing different options for both of us.

During the trip we faced unpredictable challenges, beginning with me missing the departure flight and culminating in a wind storm that left us stranded in the southeast of the country for 2 days. Duncan and Sigurður were there on every step of the way providing updates and adjusting the itinerary to the extent possible. They went above and beyond and managed to negotiate refunds for a couple of activities and hotel stays we missed because of the wind storm.

We are grateful for having them as our specialists for this trip and recommend them for the next travelers to Iceland.

Since the moment we arrived to Jordan Airport, we got shorted by an assistant provided by the company. Once we passed the controls, our driver Mohamed was there. He was our river and guide for the whole trip and our holidays were special in parts because of him. Very knowledgeable, friendly and flexible with our demands during the week we spend there. Samir contacted us in many occasions to make sure everything was going well so we can’t say a bad word on this regard.
We had a couple of changes on our previous nominated Hotels, but they were an upgrade. We got exactly what we were looking for and our trip is remarkable.

The Sagrada Familia tour with our guide Danni was very interesting and he was able to answer all our questions.

We also had a great adventure on the wine tour with Catherine and her husband.

The tour to Montserrat was also good. The only suggestion we would have is to allow more free time to explore all Montserrat had to offer. Our guides, Mateo and Roger, were very informative.

The hotel choices provided by were Yuri were perfect for our purposes. We were very happy overall.

I'm a professional travel planner in the US, and could not find a supplier of mine that was able to accomplish what Andres Ulfur did for us, price wise and itinerary wise!
His guide service personally was excellent in the Icelandic highlands without exception! and the guest house he put us at, Hrifunes glacier view guesthouse was an incredible suggestion and one where we saw an extreme Northern lights!
There was only a small bump in the road on arrival when our private transfer was not at the airport, but I called Andres around 6 am from there and he picked up the phone and quickly rectified the situation by getting us another driver. He sent us a nice bottle of red wine as an apology for the mix up. All accommodations he had for us and itinerary suggestions were spot on! Staying the last night at the Silica hotel at the Blue lagoon was a great suggestion as it's 20 minutes from the airport, a luxurious hotel and you. have the private area of the lagoon available to you without being in the large touristed part of it in your usually only steps from your room with a fabulous room and amazing breakfast and food at the facility and the people at the hotel couldn't have been nicer. Iceland itself is the most amazing country! it's wild and untamed, clean as you could ever imagine. and the food is all locally sourced and grass-fed and the water is so clean. all you need is a refillable water bottle and you drink from the top! again couldn't have done it without Andres and Untouched Iceland! thank you 🙏💖

Jessica did an excellent job booking this trip! She was attentive and there for us whenever we had questions or concerns. She booked all of our drivers and experiences. We started in Rome with a 8 hour tour with Paola. She was so good and very knowledgeable. Hotel was cute. We then took a train, which she also booked for us down to Salerno where we had a driver, Chico drive us down the Amalfi coast, stopping in Ravello, which was our favorite, then Amalfi, and ending in Positano. Most beautiful place I’ve ever been. Our guide was great! We then stayed in Sorrento. Such a cute town! We also enjoyed the hotel here too. Next day we went to Capri Island and Andrea was our guide for the day. He was excellent! So personal and also very knowledgeable about the area. We had a fantastic time and also did the blue grotto. Next day we went to Pompeii. I don’t remember our tour guides name but this was also a very good experience. We enjoyed this service very much and would recommend it to anyone who is traveling. Loved the private tours and guides and individual attention. My only suggestion is that we didn’t know about needing money for the bathrooms and it would have been nice on our car drives, we took a lot of them, to be offered water.

Just back home after more than 40 days walking and touring around Scotland. This trip was originally planned for 2020 but was delayed until this year due to COVID. We travelled to Inverness, Orkney, Shetland, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Isle of Skye, and Fort William. We used car hire, trains, and ferries to get around and it was great fun. What was special, was that William provided us with walking itineraries at each place we visited so we had a choice of 5 or 6 hikes of varying durations whenever we stayed anywhere for a few days. It turns out that there are no bad places to hike in Scotland. We really liked the Fife Coastal Path which we walked over seven days, and hiking in the Highlands near Torridon during what felt like a gale was even more fun. William suggested a guide lead us up Ben Nevis when we were in Fort William and it was an excellent suggestion. David was exceptional and even though we experienced rain, hail, and snow on the ascent, this was the highlight of our trip. I must also mention our accommodation which was all very different from one another but uniformly excellent. The very best place we stayed at was Corbies Rest in Inverness, not so much for the facilities, which were very good, but because of the owner Eilidh Gilchrist. She is a marvel. Friendly, outgoing, and has an amazing amount of information in her head about where to and what to see.
Throughout our time in Scotland we were in contact with Stephen who works with William. There were a couple of minor glitches that came up during our trip and Stephen took care of them right away. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to visit Scotland. They know their product!

During my trip to Ecuador, I visited Otavalo, Quito, Cotopaxi and Mindo. Kimkim arranged for transportations, local and indigenous guides, and I had a great time with all of them- especially Danny Arias, David and Fausto.
In Otavalo, I visited the Cuicocha Lagoon, Peguche falls, and the artisan market, followed by a traditional Ecuadorian lunch. I appreciate that the guides catered to my food preferences and allergies!
I enjoyed seeing the hummingbirds and butterflies in Mindo, but freaked out when I reached the zipline and decided not to do it😅 I loved the chocolate experience and everything about the trip today, Mindo is so green and beautiful!
On the way back we passed by the Inti nan museum, and I was amazed by the experiments related to the equator.
Cotopaxi was absolutely magical and breathtaking! I wished I had more time to spend in the Andes and the avenue of the volcanoes.
