Perfectly located by the palace. Nothing fancy but very clean and well attended to, offering excellent service and attitude. I enjoyed having my own room. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The main problem with this accommodation was the difficult stairs. However, our contact person Antonia was quick to arrange help with our luggage.

The hotel had a lovely exterior and location, but the interiors were outdated. However, the staff was very friendly.

This was an overwhelming experience as we had to navigate through roads and people despite being assured that the tour was on the outskirts. It was a little scary for someone like my daughter who is fearful of bicycles.

A thrilling experience at first but it felt a little touristy towards the end as more groups came in. The drive to the location was slightly terrifying due to the speed and winding roads. However, the overall experience was really nice.

Very clean - the staff went out of their way to accomodate us. They even walked me to the closest place so we could get our laundry done. The next day we had a cooking class booked, so one of the staff offered to get our laundry for us! the Breakfast was very good - you could order a fresh made omelet if you liked. Great location - we could walk everywhere from Hotel Marul.

We stayed 2 nights in the very quaint B&B. Its very much a boutique - character furniture in the dining area. Our room was at the top, we had a private balcony with chairs and a table where we could look out over the harbour and enjoy some quite time away from the crowds (we were there in August). Lovely hostess and good breakfast

We stayed one night - the rooms are unique and the breakfast is absolutely outstanding. Great location for us to walk everywhere we needed to. Comfortable beds and very clean

we spent one night here on our way to plitvice lakes park. Once we got here i wanted to stay for a few more days!! The accomodations were very clean, comfortable rooms. I loved the pool! We borrowed the bicycles and did a small tour around the area (they have numerous bike paths) and then enjoyed the afternoon at the pool. We had dinner at the neighbouring hotel that evening which was very good and we had a good selection for breakfast the next day. The location to the parks is fantastic - it only took us 15 minutes to drive to the park entrance from here.

this was our travel day to get to the Plitvice Lakes area Robi suggested we stop in Rastoke. We didn't know much about the town and just thought it would be a quick stop. The town area is extremely enchanting - it was our first introduction to the beauty of the Croatian waterfalls. We ended up staying for much longer that anticipated because it was such a fascinating area.

We had a private tour of the city one day, which we highly recommend . Not only did our tour guide provide so much information about the history of Zagreb, she made the morning very pleasant showing us all the interesting areas of Zagreb.

This is the most beautiful national park I have yet to see. We are from Canada, near the Banff National Park which I consider to be extremely beautiful - now it has a rival! This area is so well taken care of - the water is pristine and the boardwalks protect the area. We absolutely loved this park

Overwhelming experience seeing the whales so up close

Very peaceful experience, you’re literally hanging out in a beach, watching the whales at close distance. Our guide Leandro was superb and very accommodating.

What can I say regarding one of the most important tourist attractions in the world. You just have to experience it.

You get it experience the glacier up close and personal! Definitely recommend doing this.

Great time watching seals.

A nice Hotel in Central Athens. It was difficult to find at first. The breakfast Buffet is excellent and the staff were nice. Our A/C worked well. Our room was very plain, with no decor at all, not even photographs. The Shower leaked so we needed to put down many towels on the floor to stop it from soaking everything.

Nice hotel but very hands off. Reception is only available from 9-5 so if you plan to show up after that time, or need something you will have a problem. We arrived at 730pm and had to get another guest to let us into the building, and our keys were sitting at reception. Breakfast is at the restaurant next door and was good. You order off the menu. Our room was nice, the A/C worked well and there was a small sink and dishes available. We had a balcony with a nice view. Our only complaint is that the shower/bathroom is very small.

We really enjoyed staying here. The food was good (they grow their own fruit!) the room was comfortable and the view was outstanding.

This was our favorite hotel of the trip. Breakfast was delicious, the room was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

While scenic, this was very long trip. It was around 12 hours of which 10 hours were on board the ship

Very close to the Promenade and popular areas. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff is AMAZING. Super kind and helpful. My sister was not feeling well the second day of the trip and they went above and beyond to make her comfortable. Rooms are SMALL but it is to be expected being so close to the beach and tourist area.

Cute and clean hotel! Comfy beds and modern interior. Very close to the center and shopping/dining options. Good breakfast options. Staff was fantastic!! Although it is modern interior, the building itself is very old so beware of drainage issues as proven-- we had an issue with the drainage (will save the gory details but it STUNK!) in our room at 11pm at night and Elsie quickly and efficiently moved us to a different room. The rooftop terrace is a must to unwind with a cocktail!

Spacious and close to the center and lot of shopping/dining options. We had our AC unit leak at 4am in the morning, and the front desk were able to help us with extra towels and buckets (not a lot they, or anyone, can do at 4am). The staff was super helpful and accommodating- they upgraded us to a junior suite the next afternoon and even took care of moving our bags to the new room, when it was ready.

This trip covers a lot in short amount of time, so if you want to spend more time in these areas opt for a full day tour. The tour guide was nice and informative.

The tour was mediocre to begin with but turned horrible later in the day. Although the tour says "Full day" it is half a day--stops at Cannes and Antibes were rushed. On the last stop of the day at Saint-Paul de Vence (~1hr away from Nice) we lost our day bag at a coffee shop and my sister had to go back and track our steps to find it, the guide was extremely insulting (I waited by the car while my sister was looking for our bag because we were concerned the driver would leave without us) I heard him talk with the other members of our tour group how "Americans have no respect to anyone else's time" and "I know Indians do not have a good educational background" (I am of Indian decent) totally inappropriate and insulting. His "another tour at 2pm and you made me very late" statements were very unnecessary and overshadowed the happy moments that day for everyone. The whole energy of the group changed afterwards. I understand these tour guides have multiple tours on the same day booked and have to be very precise on their timings-- but there was no need to stoop low and make those comments. I know it is biased opinion, but I urge you to not book with this tour company. No one deserves to be insulted on their vacation.

If you are someone who loves perfumes this is a must do! The staff is very helpful and guide you through the process. better to use a personal car than public transport as they were unreliable (at least on the day we visited Grasse).

Amazing day! great tour guide. Gabrielle was very informative and extremely helpful. She used a mic so everyone could hear what she was saying.

Central location with amazing history in the hotel itself. The staff is super helpful and kind. Loved the breakfast and the concept that it doesn't have specific timings like other hotels. You just let the staff know when to expect you in the mornings for breakfast and what you want, and they handle the rest.

Comfy and spacious rooms. Walking distance from must see attractions of Evora. There is a pool (ice cold so beware!) and free parking in the underground section which is very convenient. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Convenient location, very walkable to number of activities. Extremely clean and spacious rooms. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Make sure to get a room facing the Marina!

one word--- AMAZING!!! Our guide, Sophia was fantastic, she gave us insides of the history and introduced us to amazing food. It is a walking tour so make sure you have comfortable footwear and water.

Get ready for a full day! it is a must do. Our guide Bernard was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. The transport vehicle is comfortable and even has Wi-Fi. 10/10 recommend!

Very informative tour of Evora! a must do. The chapel of bones is a must see. Beautiful town with lots of Gothic and Roman history.

A must do fun activity on the water!! Benagil Caves is magnificent. The guides Patrick and Sam were great. If you can't kayak don't worry you have a small lesson before going out on the water and there are always two guides with the group. The tour guides give you a brief history of the caves and how they were formed. They take you to other smaller caves as well, that's what sets this tour apart from the rest.

The hot air balloon sunrise is a must see in Cappadocia.

Incredible location, comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet and a delightful outdoor garden bar/lounge. We did not use the spa but it looked awesome. The staff was pleasant and responsive. We will gladly return.

Great location, quiet, super and friendly staff, comfy beds. A newer hotel with a very good vibe that was full of guests from every part of the world.

A very pretty property. Beautiful grounds. Most rooms, including ours, had a lovely Mountain View. The staff in the restaurant were very lovely - front desk was ok. The property was a short 5 min walk to the Norwegian sauna we experienced. Awesome.

Our guide picked us up in downtown Bergen. We were a group of 6. The location was spectacular and the equipment was clean and in excellent condition. We enjoyed a delicious and simple lunch on a tiny island and just had a great time exploring nature. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area, nature, weather and more.

So fun! A very short walk from our hotel. The sauna was super private and just gorgeous. Practically brand new! The views were to die for when comparing to other saunas in more populated areas. A must do.

Nice ship and relaxing experience. This provided a good way to enjoy the scenes of Oslo from a very different perspective.

Beautiful hotel, welcoming staff, and soft beds. Had a great breakfast spread. Was about a 10 minute walk to the bottom of the old town/20 minutes to middle of Zagreb, with newer town also accessible.

The hotel was welcoming, easy to access and excellent location to explore Zadar.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Space was large with a bed room and living room (with pull out couch) which made it easier with a kid.

Great resort with full pool, right by a beach as well. You have to pay extra if you want a chair at the beach. The room was big and had a nice balcony. Offered an amazing amount of breakfast options. Pool was lots of fun with a great section for small kids, though they kept the water way too cold.

Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast, room was small which was a challenge with the kid. The location wasn't far from old town (20min walk), but because Dubrovnik is hilly it felt like it was in a totally different place. This also made pickups from the hotel problematic at times. There isn't much by the hotel, though there is a nice beach in 5 min walk.

Our tour guide was welcoming, eager to show us around, and expertly made the overview of the town into a discussion so that we felt involved throughout. In the first moment, she greeted us with a traditional Croatian ritual, which set a warm, friendly tone from the start.

Enjoyed weaving the history of the town into current life there and foods of the city.

A wonderful opportunity to see part of the island we would not have been able to otherwise. Getting away for a bit from the resort area and hiking through an abandoned village was an excellent change of pace. It was a good length and steepness to the walk too, including for our 5 year-old. The guide was excellent at keeping our kid engaged.

The guide on the bus was very informative and made the long drive feel more a part of the tour. The guide in Mostar was passionate, heartfelt, and informative. The waterfall was nice, but we would have preferred to take the time to further explore Mostar. There was not enough time in Mostar. Additionally, the car to pick us up to get us to the bus went poorly - they expected us to wait outside with a small child for an hour, and since we were in the lobby instead, they did not come in and left without us. Vesna (the KimKim coordinator in Croatia) helped us swap for the next day.

Our tour gave us lots of history and context for how Dubrovnik fits into the complex circumstances of the region. He adapted to our interests and our pace. He was very knowledgeable about details of the town's cultural history, and also able to give us advice on activities and food options.

We enjoyed the opportunity to get out of the city and see the countryside. The drive went through beautiful terrain, both seaside and in the hills. The class itself was at a farm, where we got to pick fruits and vegetables and contribute to the cooking of our meal. They were excellent at keeping us involved, including with a 5 year-old child. The family was hospitable and engaging. We enjoyed the slower pace. They also had rakija to sample, and homemade textiles. We loved the more intimate and local feel. And, the foods were delicious!

Air conditioning was a challenge however the service was great

They initially gave us a room that was facing the road and was very noisy. We requested a room change with a view and they accommodate. Overall a central location that allowed us to reach many vineyards and local restaurants
