Tiago was an excellent planner who really took the time to understand what we were looking for. No detail was too small for him and he even made a personal apperance at the airport and picked us up, which was a nice touch after corresponding for months over email and phone. His responsiveness was fantastic (before, during, and even after the trip), his suggestions spot on, and his guidance was extremely helpful.

Also to be praised are Diogo (our tour guide in Lisbon) and Paula (our guide in Porto). Both were friendly, patient, professional, knowledagble, and fun to be around. We thoroughly enjoyed their company, all of Portugal, and all of its lovely people (almost all of whom speak some English).

We drove over 700 miles in 10 days and it never seemed tedious or boring. Love the Douro Valley and Porto; Nazaré ansd Obidos are small towns not to be missed. Just surprise yourself sometimes; Portugal is cool everywhere. Wasn't too crazy about the Fado dinner in Lisbon, but 1 event of 50 is a negligible and to be expected on any vacation.

Our trip was cancelled at the last minute after my wife got Covid three days before our trip. KimKim successfully moved the trip at no cost to us. We had the best trip we have ever had except the visit to Africa to meet our son in the Peace Corps.

KimKim provided very high quality private guides who made an enormous difference to our enjoyment and appreciation of all Greece has to offer.

Every driver they arranged was on time, courteous and helpful. The accommodations were first class and we were able to get in early most of the time, which is not common.

The trip we selected was not cheap, but it was a qualitatively superior experience. We plan to use the again.

Me and my husband are returning customers to Kimkim and we are glad that we trusted Kimkim again for our aniversary celebrations. Tomaz and team planned a perfect vacation for us in Switzerland. Tomaz paid attention to all our needs, interests and incorporated each and every detail into our trip. We were there in Switzerland for just 5 days and we managed to explore all the must see attractions in St Moritz, Zermatt, Interlaken and Luzern. This was only possible due to the excellent planning done by Tomaz and team. Every last detail of our trip was planned to perfection. All the accomodations and activities booked by them were excellent. We never had any complaint throughout the entire trip. I will definitely recommend Tomaz to anyone visiting Switzerland and we will definitely contact Kimkim again for travel in the future.

Me and my husband chose kimkim to plan our perfect honeymoon to Australia and the itenary provided by Lisa exceeded our expectations. She listened to our ideas, interests and incorporated each and every detail into our trip. We were there in Australia for 9 days and visited Sydney, Melbourne and Cairns. The multitude of experiences we had in such a short time wouldn't have been possible without the perfect planning done by Lisa and team. All the accomodations and activities booked by them were excellent. I would highly recommend Lisa to everyone visiting Australia. We will definitely contact Kimkim for travel in the future.

Where to begin. I'll start with Jesus, since we spent almost two years planning the trip and Jesus worked with us throughout this entire process. It started before covid, then had to be postponed, and then planning had to start anew. Jesus worked with me the entire time. I can't tell you how many times, I changed the itinerary we wanted, the number of people who would be going, and the age of the people who were going. Each time Jesus modified and adjusted the itinerary to fit our wants and needs. When I wasn't sure about the cost, he helped us adjust our plans accordingly. When we changed dates, he helped us with the new planning. When the number of travelers kept changing, he adjusted the accommodations. When the age of the travelers changed, he adjusted the activities. When we wanted to add new ideas or change ideas, Jesus went along with the flow. He never, not once, said he couldn't get us what we wanted. It was amazing and unlike any other travel plans I'd ever made. And I travel a lot. When we finally got to Peru, we were met by Abraham right out of the airport, all our transportation and needs were met. When we went to Puerto Maldonado, we were met by Bastian who was our guide during the four days in the Amazon. Bastian was the friendliest, most knowledgeable, most helpful guide ever. He was an expert on all things 'Amazon'. He went out of his way to make sure we got the most out of our visit in the jungle making sure we could see as much of the local wildlife as possible. He told us all kinds of things about life in the jungle and the community of the people who live there. He had a great sense of humor and was a lot of fun to hang out with. He even trekked through the pouring rain to retrieve my sister's jacket she'd accidentally left behind at one of the sites we'd visited. Then we got to Cusco and we met our new guide, Julio. He was just as amazing as the previous ones. We traveled to Ollantaytambo and Urubamba. We did a beautiful hike and had a traditional Peruvian meal that was amazing. Unfortunately, the following day was when the majority of party got sick. This also coincided with the day we were traveling to Machu Picchu. If it hadn't been for the diligent efforts of Julio, half of us would have missed this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We were seen by doctors, given an IV cocktail for each of us that was severely sick, and provided a modified tour of Machu Picchu. It was rough, but Julio did a lot of juggling so we could make this happen. Back in Cusco, many of us were feeling well enough to do a little sightseeing around the city, which was incredibly beautiful. Again, our guide, Julio was extremely knowledgeable of the area, and again, he and Jesus met all our requests. Even the occasional odd ones. My daughter and friend wanted Tarot Cards representative of the local region, Jesus went around the shops till he found some and directed them to where these could be purchased. He even offered to buy them and be reimbursed. There were so many little ways that the guides went out of their way to be accommodating, regardless of how obscure the request was. One request from two of our travelers was a spiritual-based excursion, and Jesus got this immediately scheduled. He set up a laundry service mid-way through our trip. I don't typically use travel agents. I prefer to book for myself; however, I can't begin to imagine trying to navigate this trip on our own. We'd never been to South America before and were not familiar at all with the region. Having these expert, friendly, helpful guides made all the difference in the world. It made everything so easy. As I said, I don't typically use travel agents; but given this experience, I will use this company in future travels. Thank you so much to Jesus, Bastian, Abraham, and Julio. You are all incredible!

Raluca, was outstanding she took care of all are needs. She was always there if we needed her. there are really no words to describe how wonderful she is. She made our trip so enjoyable. Our guides where great so knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to be with. it was a wonderful memorable trip.

Angela at KimKim made planning our trip so easy and stress free!! The staff at White Pearl Villas in Oia were soo nice and genuinely helpful when we needed it.

The only thing we wish we could have had access to was the breakdown of cost of different things. It was hard to believe the total cost of our trip after finding out how cheap the excursions were in Greece yet our entire cost was very steep.

We unfortunately would not recommend this tour. We spent at least 5 hours of the entire day driving from place to place. We then had to pay for the stops along the way which were not worth it. If we could change anything about our trip, it would be to not choose this excursion.

We had a very enjoyable trip and were pleased for KimKim's work in booking our hotels, tours, etc. KimKim was very responsive in resolving problems that arose when we were in Spain. However, we were very disappointed when our tour of "Triana & Flamenco" did not happen. We wanted to see Triana & visit multiple tapas bars before seeing a flamenco show. Instead, we sat in one tapas bar, not in Triana, and then rushed to a flamenco show. When we went to leave for the show, our guide informed us that tips weren't included; when we gave him 10 euro, he said that wasn't enough and followed us to the cab to get more money from us. This person should be fired. KimKim did all they could to get us to a flaemenco show, which we appreciated, but we still don't believe we got what was advertised.
Alll the other guides we interacted with were professional, enthusiastic & knowledgeable. One other issue was that a 4 hour tour of the Alcazar & Cathedral in Seville, starting at 3pm in the afternoon was exhausting. We wished it was divided into 2 tours, which would be easily done, since the whole next day had nothing scheduled until 8pm.
During the planning process, KimKim responded when we contacted them, but they rarely reache out to us. This trip was planned before the pandemic, and we interacted with 3 different individuals who were not all from the same subcontractors, so maybe this was the reason for some of the unresponsiveness. We give KimKim high marks for supporting us in Spain. Irene is a very nice person who is conscientious about her job.

Anna-Maria Frid planned my family's 10-day trip to Croatia. She did a fabulous job, and we will absolutely use Anna-Maria AND kimkim again. We had six in our group, with the ages ranging from 29 to 66. Each one of us had a fantastic time, and couldn't stop raving about the lovely people and the shear beauty of the country . Nearly every detail of our trip was planned by Anna-Maria with our preferences in mind, and she performed nearly flawlessly. She was easily accessible during the trip, and when we asked for tweaks to the itinerary, she was quickly on everything. Anna-Maria was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, accommodating, and an all around joy to deal with. We had drivers and/or guides every day of our trip, and each one was seemingly better than the one the day before. Well done kimkim and Anna-Maria. I'd give six (out of five) stars to each of kimkim and Anna-Maria.

Antonia was professional, friendly and promptly responsive in helping us plan and implement our trip to Croatia. We couldn’t have asked for more. The guides (Ivana in Split, Grgo in Havre, and Ivana in Dubrovnik were excellent as was our driver, Blaz.
The hotel accommodations were comfortable and well located. The staffs were helpful and responsive. Good choices!

Our honeymoon in France was incredible! I would highly recommend 1) working with Valentine to plan the best trip & activities, 2) going to France in September/October, the weather was beautiful!
Valentine helped us plan the best trip, we had a great mix of short and long tours, skip the line tickets, wine tastings, and self exploration days. All of the tour guides were fantastic. Valentine also prebooked us tickets for trains and transportation when we needed it, which helped make moving city to city a lot easier. We stayed in Nice (3 nights), Saint Remy de Provence (3 nights), Annecy (2 nights), Colmar (3 nights), and Paris (4 nights). The only thing we wish we could have changed would be to stay another week longer! (-:

We had an AMAZING trip with Sherpa Wangchhu and our porter, Nima, on the Tamang Heritage Trail. It was a true pleasure to stay with locals in towns like Tatopani and Gatlang, where they made us incredible meals, straight from their farms. We learned so much about the Tamang people and were inspired to see how much they've rebuilt since the earthquake. We had amazing views of the mountains and valley every day, and there was no shortage of cows, goats, and donkeys along the way. The trekking itself wasn't too challenging and with plenty of time, we could always take it slow if needed. Our favorite part was sipping milk tea at the end of a day of adventuring around the mountains. We highly recommend this trek and the amazing Kim Kim staff.!

Our trip was very busy but so interesting.
We felt taken care of by our local guides and driver. The days flew by and the vast distances we covered were appreciated.
Just a few points:
- several seatbelts did not work in the van.
- one tour guide did spend a bit too much time taking our group to his market sellers who presented a tough sell for their product. It made for a long tour day - mentally. A bit more free time in the market would have been nice.
- having a printed copy of each the days activity and a map would have been useful

We would have preferred less pressure to buy and more opportunity to explore the Medina. The tour of the other sites was well done and enjoyable. The guides and drivers were amazing. Patricia was always, and easily, accessible both before and during our trip.

From start to finish Beatriz was on top of things. She customized the trip for us and made changes, at our request, as we moved along. Also, she also provided the name of a backup when she was off so we always felt connected. Eduardo was very interesting and he took us on the walk around Granada through its scents - what a novel and interesting way to explore and learn about Granada. Jose Miguel, our hiking guide in the Sierra Nevada Mountains very quickly realized we were experienced walkers and he took us on a great walk, up and down the hills. Luis, in Malaga, gave us a very thorough tour through the old town and was able to sneak us into a very popular restaurant for a peak and a shot of something strong! We met Jose in Ronda and again, he was very informative and gave us an interesting walking tour - on the spur of the moment, at our request, he took us through the bullring and its museum. In Sevilla, Pablo showed us the sights and was able to provide some very interesting historical perspective. In Lisbon, we had Gisela take us around and she was fantastic - very interesting to get her perspective on Lisbon and its different areas to explore.

The trip was organized extremely well and each day transitioned seamlessly. Every guide was so pleasant an knowledgeable. Each activity was memorable from snorkelling, kayaking to hiking the volcanos. The animals, so unique to the Galapagos, are such a fabulous experience to see. The giant tortoises, sea turtles, ubiquitous sea lions, marine iguanas, and of course the blue footed boobies!

Daniel is such a great guy and was always readily available which was so reassuring. The guides, drivers, and contact escorts were all lovely, prompt and knowledgeable. We highly recommend using Kimkim. We did all the activities we had wanted to do.

We really enjoyed the kayaking and seeing the sea turtles, sting rays, pelicans and blue footed boobies. The hotel accommodations we beautifully situated across from the beach with the view of the turquoise water. The walk up to the volcanos was one of my favourite activities.

Our tour guide, Solange was lovely and very knowledgeable. It was obvious she loves her work. The Interpretation Center provides a detailed history of the islands. It was the perfect place to start our arrival to the Galápagos. Tijeretas Hill gives you a great view and no shortages of sea lions!

All the guides were very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Trip to Malaga was most memorable.
Hotel locations were very good but hotel in Granada was very noisy as there was an outdoor restaurant in front of the hotel and people were talking loud till after midnight.

The planning was easy and the itinerary was executed perfectly! Couldn’t have been easier. Thanks Harry and the KimKim team. We’ll be using your services again.
