Mathias is extremely responsive and organized. I asked for an adventurous trip filled with culture and that’s exactly what Mathias put together for me.

Robi was incredible from start to finish. I decided to go by myself to Croatia last second and on a budget. I normally do not do guides or tours but since I was trying to have an "aggressive" schedule, I decided to reach out. Robi was very responsive and presented different options to try to fit all of my crazy requests to see everything in such a short amount of time. I was extremely happy to have him as a guide as it made it seem like I was traveling with an old friend and he was flexible with scheduling. The days were long but Robi's positive attitude and jokes made it not seem like we were out all day. He provided local recommendations and suggestions that helped round out the trip. The trip was better than I could have imagined and that really was thanks to Robi. Hope to see him again!

Thank you Zulmy, the guides at Tucaya, and Nadia for planning and executing my vacation in Panama. They all did a wonderful job putting together an itinerary. They were all available for me if I had any questions or needed assistance. I was a little hesitant traveling internationally due to COVID but they helped me navigate any obstacles. Also arranged for me to get a PCR COVID test prior to returning to the US. The process was very efficient. I had a wonder time exploring Panama in the short week I was there. They have me a glimpse at all the wonders and beauty of Panama. Thank you again for helping me create wonderful memories!

The planning was excellent! Olman was very helpful, and knowledgeable, with great suggestions, patience with adjusting itinerary, and attentive to our needs. He did an amazing job of arranging things, and dealing with the changes and requirements caused by COVID, including the testing issues. I have already recommended him to several people!
The places where we stayed, and the activities planned, were all good. We were pleased with Tirimbina, as we anticipated, with delicious food ad friendly staff; We loved the chocolate tour and our tour guide ( a young man) was excellent! and very informative!
We enjoyed the rainforest tour at Tortuguero, the dining area staff at Mawamba was very friendly and professional, the lodging was average. (There was a misunderstanding about the canal tour time, but Laura came and got us out of bed, and was very gracious about it.)
The Azania Bungalows turned out to be the best! with great food and lodging, beautiful gardens and wildlife, and right close to the beach. Staff was great! We highly recommend it! Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, so we didn't get any relaxing beach time.
Jose drove us from SanJose to Tirimbina, and demonstrated much patience when he had to drive his vehicle over rough roads, out in the rural area of Tirimbina, only to find out that the Tirimbina Lodge was in a different location. It was a little rural "detour" but all ended well.
Fisroy was our primary driver, doing all of the airport arrivals and departure, as well as the trip to Puerto Viejo. He made himself available to us at all times and always went the "extra mile" to make sure things went smoothly. He gave us a great guided tour through Cahiuta National Park. He even offered to do Manzanilla the next day as well, but the weather did not cooperate in Puerto Viejo (clouds and rain). He also took the time to search out some restaurants with great local food. He added a real personal touch to all of our time with him. We so enjoyed it !
Thanks to everyone involved, including Alejandro who spoke with me on the phone within hours of our departure for Costa Rica, to assure us that our trip was still going to happen as planned (in spite of unexpected COVID restrictions).I am thankful that KimKim/ Amazilia provided direct phone access!

We had a fantastic trip to Marrakech, very much thanks to our guide Abdel. He planned a great itinerary for us and had really listened to what we were looking for. The recommendation of everything from the Riad (Palais Sebban!) to restaurants and our local guide Hassan were such a good match for what we wanted. The best part of the trip was going with Abdel to the Atlas Mountains for hiking and meeting people in the villages around Imlil.

We had such a great trip. Everything was planned out for us and our local specialist Yenyi helped us with everything we needed including rescheduling multiple times due to the pandemic, arranging our covid testing and providing us with great recommendations while in Costa Rica. Would use kimkim again and recommend to others.

As someone who usually prefers to make all of my own travel arrangements, I was hesitant to use Kimkim for my recent trip to Namibia. The Kimkim team and Petru in particular quickly proved that all of my biases against travel agencies were wrong. Petru was extremely knowledgeable about the lodges, parks and related travel information in Namibia, and was able to help me successfully navigate the difficulties of COVID-era travel. The lodgings and travel arrangements Petru selected were exactly what I requested, a perfect mix of luxury and adventure. Transfers to and from the airport in Namibia were seamless, and the team on the ground in Namibia was also extremely helpful. Whether you are a family looking for a luxury safari or a single traveler looking to get off the beaten path, Petru and the Kimkim team will find the itinerary for you.

Our trip to Morocco was a once in a lifetime experience thanks to Wanderlust Voyages. We spent 2.5 weeks travelling throughout the country, and our driver/guide Ibrahim, as well as Megan and the Wanderlust crew, made sure everything was just how we could have wanted it to be. Ibrahim took care of us as if we were a member of his own family, especially our two year old son - who to this day is talking about getting back "in the bus and going to Morocco".

Even with COVID restrictions, were able to see quite a few sites around the country. Our guide in Fez, Kamal, was spectacular - we highly recommend him! All the hotels took great care of us, but in Fez, the staff at Palais Sheherazade were welcoming, friendly, and caring for our son during our few days there, as well as for us and our needs. The Es Saddi resort was similarly wonderful. We would very much recommend them again! Thank you so much!

Our trip to Marrakech and Imlil in the Atlas Mountains, planned and guided by Abdel from Original Travels, was a spectacular (!!) return to travel for a group of vaccinated expats coming from Abu Dhabi.
We started out with a very smooth transfer from Casablanca to Marrakech with our wonderful (and safe!) driver, Samir, then had dinner at our gorgeous riad, Palais Sebban, a solid recommendation from Abdel. Our first morning, we took a super fun and informative cooking class at Maison Al Arabe then met up with our laid-back and kind local guide Hassan, for a loop through the Medina where we learned a lot about the culture and daily life of Marrakech and shopped for carpets, leather goods and argan oil.
The following day we were driven to Imlil in the Atlas Mountains for unforgettable hiking, visits with local Berber families for lunch and tea and a night of stargazing and some of the best tajine of the trip from Khasbah du Toukbal. Then it was back to Marrakech for our last two nights. We booked hammam treatments at the Royal Mansour, one of the city's prettiest hotels, a stop at the Majorelle Gardens and YSL museum and a final loop through the souq.
Phew!
We are a relatively well-traveled group and I have to say this was a trip of a lifetime, thanks to Abdel. He was so responsive and helpful in planning and leading us, but also patient and sweet when it came to giving us time to relax and do our own thing.
If you're looking to be a tourist, and I mean that in the very best sense of the word of experiencing and learning and feeling awe and gratitude for this big world, Original Travels is how to do it. Thank you, Abdel!

Fantastic week in Marrakech!

Abdellah was incredibly responsive, organized, flexible and fun. Considering the limitations imposed by Covid, we had to make multiple changes to our itinerary. Abdellah was quick to adjust and constructive in helping us pivot our plans. Each day he planned was fun without being too overwhelming. It was a smooth week all-around, and his help in planning our agenda was the difference maker! Anyone looking to enjoy Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains should not hesitate to use his team!

"One of our first trips since the pandemic and Abdel made great arrangements for us. Karim was our driver and friend throughout the tour. Mohanned was a wiz at weaving us through the medina in Fes and Hamdan had great insights in Marrakech. We had the entire place to ourselves in Skoura and a wonderful view from our terrace in Chefchouen. We'll definitely go back again since we were limited due to Eid Al Fitr. Glad to have had this experience and wish I had more time...."

Anna-Maria made my tour very easy to rely to the tour guide and organized it so well. Everything was very smooth and I loved everything about Croatia. You will not be disappointed with leaving everything up to Anna-Maria.

To say that I am a hard person to organise something for would be an understatement :D
This wonderful team at Nattrip however managed to go with all my obligatory requests and last minute changes and created the best trip I could have wanted!
At one point I thought they will just leave me or start caring less about me and my trip due to the many demands, but no! They were on point till the last day!
From customer service, to hotel personal, restaurant staff in the city, guides, assistance during the trip, everything was 10/10 !!!
Chapada Diamantina has so much history and unbelievable nature that is just mesmerising. However the people who assist you along the way, make the trip as much as the destination visited, and I can happily say that this 4 day trip was probably one of the best I have had here in Brazil so far.
I will most definitely use their services again when I come back!
No matter what kind of demands you might have, this beautiful team consisting of brilliant people will surely assist you in making THE BEST trip you can around Brazil and you won't regret a single thing.

I was fortunate to be paired with Daniel at Responsible Travel Ecuador through KimKim. This was my third time booking a trip on KimKim and once again it does not disappoint! The 15 day tour I did started out in Galapagos Island which was efficient since you need PCR Test to go to the Island and I did everything from boat tours, snorkeling, walking tour, lava tunnel and a day of relaxation! The tour continued to Quito where I was given two insightful tours from Andrea who also is from Responsible Travel which included walks around Old City as well as the churches in the area as well as seeing the middle of the Equator and Volcano that overlooks the city of Quito. Unfortunately Cotopaxi was closed for maintenance but driver Marco Herrara took me to Quilotoa which was a fantastic sight to see and he did an amazing job explaining Ecuador on the way there as well as Quilotoa and the story behind the volcanoes. I ended the tour in Cuyabeno which was a unique 3 day tour in Amazon area and the tour guides were amazing with the walking tours as well as boat tours. Javier was a great driver for the pick ups to and from the airport and I was lucky enough to stay in wonderful hotels such as Deja Vu in Santa Cruz, Hotel Vieja Cuba in Quito and Nicky's Amazon Lodge in Cuyabeno. I recommend you to have your trip in Ecuador planned with Responsible Travel!

My trip to a new foreign land was an amazing experience. The food, the culture, the architecture, the people and the weather were something I will always cherish and remember. Our trip was not conventional by any means. It had many changes to travelers and destinations. But through all of these, I was able to coordinate everything through Andrea and our local guides. We were here for my friend's birthday and she told me it was the birthday of a lifetime. We experienced so many beautiful places and people on our trip. Yes, it would have been cheaper if I did this on my own, but for the few dollars more, I had the piece of mind knowing this would be a great trip. And it was! Thank you Andra!

I visited the beautiful Jordan at the end of March and early April 2021. I went through the Lonely Planet guide to get a sense of what I wanted to see. (Jordan is way much more than Petra). Through Kimkim, I was put in touch with Sherif. Sherif suggested a proposed itinerary, along with additional things I said I wanted to do/see. And the outcome was fantastic.

From the moment I landed, someone was there for me at the airport to walk me through customs and at the end of my trip, the same thing. Several times during the trip, Sherif and his local associated contacted me to make sure all was well and to see if I had any issues. Of course, I had none. And they came through like champs to help me get a covid test to enable me to re-enter the United States.

Mahmoud was my driver for the entire trip -- he is a great friendly guy and speak/understands English very well. At several locations, like Jerash, Petra and Wadi Rum, guides were also provided, who were knowledgeable and spoke/understood English very well. I should also add that the hotels/resorts supplied as part of the trip were top notch.

I fit a lot in, but my trip included the eastern desert castles, Amman (the Citadel and markets), Jerash, Aljoun castle, Mt. Nebo, Madaba, Karak castle, Little Petra, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aquaba and the Dead Sea.

The bottom line -- this was a great trip, which would not have been possible without my great tour guides/service. So if you thinking about Jordan, you should contact them. You won't be sorry.

Hakim has to be the best tour operator we’ve ever worked with. Responsive yet also proactive, he followed up with us regarding our trip throughout the difficult pandemic year and kept the channels of communication going despite the country being under lockdown. This was very reassuring to us. He also kept following up with our progress, and soliciting for feedback during our trip to make sure we were enjoying our time. Who does that? With most operators you have a hard time getting a hold of once you send in that last payment. We had the good fortune of working with an exceptional driver, Mohamed, who was a great source of information. In fact I have requested that Mohamed work with my sister and BIL when they visit Morocco in a couple of months. We loved the Riad Chergui in Marrakech. Must try their lamb tagine with the apricots, pear, and prunes. What a fabulous combination. There were a few hiccups with the accommodation in Fez, but it was due to lack of communication on the hotel end. Our tour guide Youssef was a trooper. He stuck with us the entire 6 hours for our walking tour of Marrakech. We were all tired, but he was very professional to the very end.

We can’t say enough good things about Marta. She helped plan an unforgettable trip to the Dominican Republic in March/April 2021. We had a mix of adventure and beach relaxation! Marta set us up with Johnny who was our driver for the whole trip and Johnny was incredible as well! Marta made the trip easy and stress free. All rides and tours were
coordinated through Marta and we had zero issues. Marta’s communication and accessibility is awesome! She was constantly checking in with us and Johnny to make sure we were doing well! We stayed at some incredible hotels including the Dominican Treehouse Village in Samana and the Bahia Principe in Punta Cana. Tours included horseback riding to El Limon waterfall, Scuba Doo in Punta Cana, hiking and jumping off the 27 waterfalls, a day trip to Playa Rincon and a bike tour in the Zona Colonial in Santo Domingo! I can’t wait to use Marta again for when I go to Portugal!

First time in Costa Rica! My 2 teenagers and I went to Costa Rica for 12 days. Olman and Alexander did a great job in scheduling all the places and adventures I requested. From the first day to the last day in Costa Rica went smoother than I could ask. The first official day was guided by Alejandro, he did an amazing job educating us about Costa Rica: the people, culture, animals and different terrain. Alejandro took us to La Paz waterfall gardens. #lapazwaterfall which was full of animals and 5 waterfalls. From San Jose we went to Manual Antonio. Manual Antonio was absolutely gorgeous, we went to the beach, kayaking and snorkeling on the Pacific Ocean and had a home made lunch after the advantage, which was delicious. The guide was very nice, pointing out wildlife, such as the Howler Monkey calling, birds overhead and the fish we saw snorkeling. #tucanestours We had a wonderful home made lunch after. We saw lots of different wild life on our own. From Manual Antonio we went to La Fortuna. No words can bring justice to the Arenal Volcano, we got there at night and weren't able to see anything. In the morning I open the curtains to our room and right in front of us was the volcano. Beautiful site, hotel room was amazing and all the wildlife around was crazy! We did a few activities while in La Fortuna, zip line and white water rafting, #waverarafting, with an amazing lunch at an organic farm. The next day was horse back riding to a waterfall #chaveztours and a hike to the farthest point on the volcano that you can hike, #eciterra,costrica. All the transportation, guides and adventures were amazing and happy we did all of them. From La Fortuna we went to Tamarindo. What a view! The sunsets were amazing! We took surf lessons, the surf teacher exceeded my expectations, he was so helpful and passionate about what he does, #surf.every.day. Arranging 12 days with pick up, drop offs, transportation to and from activities, scheduling required Covid testing and transportation to the airport, with an estimated 859.1km ( 533.8miles) only a few minor hiccups, we were always on time to everything and Olman and Alexander responded to messages in a timely manner. I would recommend using Kimkim for any type of travel, I would highly recommend Olamn and Alexander if you want to visit Costa Rica.
