Cure place. The pool was under renovations when we went

A large hotel, one block from the water, near many restaurants, and a short walk to city sites. We were welcomed with alacrity.

Pamukkale’s draws visitors to thermal waters and ancient ruins. The Doğa Hotel was located nearby and had pools for guests.

Standard large hotel on the outskirts of Konya.

The decor of this hotel was more like a gorgeous curated home. With an entry, spacious bathroom, and bedroom with a sitting area, it was enormous. Breakfast was authentic Turkish cuisine, delicious. Staff gave us tips on where to eat nearby.

The Bank Hotel is in a former bank building on the financial street, so it has lots of character and it is beautifully designed and decorated inside. The location allowed easy proximity to many areas in the city. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Staff was attentive.

Organized and thorough bathing experience. My skin was smooth and moisturized afterwards. The refurbished building is gorgeous.

A trip to Istanbul would be incomplete without a visit to these sites. The above ground train got us there easily and our guide, Volcan, gave us the history of the place as well as key spots for pictures. A nearby restaurant was suggested and it was delicious.

Great rooms so close to the airport. Made our one night layover perfect before starting home. The restaurant seemed very understaffed at dinner leading to some ppl getting upset. We luckily didn’t have anywhere else to be so no issue for us. Breakfast was great.

Loved staying at the snow hotel for the experience! Once in a lifetime! Wish there had been a little more explanation at check in about what to expect but they did have a tour and explanation for everyone later in the day. They do have a lounge that was very private if you can’t get sleep in the snow hotel you can go there to get warm or more comfortable

For us, seeking a luxury trip experience, this was just so-so. But great location with amazing views.

From the moment we entered reception we were not happy. We were trying to book a luxury trip to Norway and this was clearly a budget hotel. Not at all what we wanted. And our first room was a dungeon looking at the side of the adjoining building. kimkim customer service was able to get us an upgraded room that was much better but we still found NOTHING to like about this place. Terrible way to start our trip to Norway.

Wow wow wow! This is a great lodge in an ideal wilderness setting. Great views- Yes, great staff- Yes, gourmet food- Yes! We loved this place.

Another excellent excursion. It was great to learn more about the Saami people and customs, but really cool to be able to feed a herd of reindeer (40-50?).

We should not have gone on this excursion. It was a run down , cramped boat with a rag tag crew. And very unsafe. We felt like this should not be offered by kimkim.

One of our top 3 experiences in Norway. Boy we loved this. It is located in a very scenic spot. They had a very friendly and helpful staff but more importantly some 170 dogs! And we got plenty of time to play with them. And the provided lunch was very good and delivered in a very nice traditional building.

Yes- we finally saw the northern lights! Very nice tour boat and crew. The dinner was good, Even though they had a large crowd on board the boat was big enough to not feel crowded.

We are conflicted on this. The weather was far less than optimal- it was snowing. So we ended up driving around in a van for 3 hours basically doing nothing. For any lights "hunt" the issue is what to do when the weather is just not cooperating. Like no chance of seeing lights.

Wow, one of the coolest experiences we have ever had on vacation! Our captain was just amazing.

Our guide, Arne, was the best guide we have ever had. We had a great day with him. He is a local and was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and really treated us as VIP's. And we were surprised at how much we enjoyed the visit to Viking village.

This was my least favorite hotel. The room was very small and basic. Not what I expected at all

Excellent experience. Our family was delighful and made sure we had an interpreter to heighten our experience.

We did not stay here. Was very close brushing when our driver dropped us at an apt building that did not indicate it was lodging. N one greeted us. All communications were via text or phone calls as we waited to hear that the hotel had double booked. Had to lug our luggage 7 blocks to an apt . Directions to enter the outer doors let alone the apt were not clear. Apt was lovely nice we were settled.

In Travestre, where the locals live. Was a great experience… had a fantastic room with a beautiful terrace.

Charm , creativity Fort and views of Tuscany! Would stay here next time we are in country

Paid attention to our needs. Had trouble with plumbing (not unusual in Venice) resolved with ease and finesse . So very gracious. Hotel was clean mfortable and accessible to all we did.

The tour was fabulous. A must do. Our scheduled ride to the estate did not show up. A British couple took pity on us and brought us to the estate for the tour. We were told at the estate that we needed a driver to take us to the truffle hunting forest. Other guests took pity on us yet again and gave us a ride. Make sure a driver is assigned to the guest for the entire day eliminating the “pity part” aspect. Otherwise, that activity was enchanting.

Not sure f anyone ever said they did not enjoy Tuscany. Enchanting!

We learned so very much from our guide. She was engaging and entertained my historical questions and comment.

When can we go again? This is a must do when in Florence.

Best activity n the water! Skip the gondola rides. This is Italy. Wished we had known prior that this was a female owned nonprofit whose mission is to preserve the art f bateaux rowing.

Truly enjoyed our visit and so appreciative of the thee members of our party understand our tardiness. We had a lovely time with our guide. He was an excellent host providing food and wine pairing details along with historical perspectives. A delightful evening.

Right out of the 80s. Physical keys to get in the room. Room on the 3rd floor - elevator was out of commission. Air-conditioned room was just big enough for the bed. The other "room" was out the sliding door (which scraped and rumbled when opening or closing) on a covered but open patio. The pool with waterfalls was cool.

I would have preferred a bit more information about the physical, the flora and fauna. Too much about the culture and religion.

Convenient location in the historic center of Guadalajara. Beautifully decorated in Spanish Colonial style. The staff members were helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast servers - they all managed to smile while efficiently doing their work!

Casa Decu is a boutique hotel located in the lovely Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great. Cooked options were also available, but I didn’t order those. Coffee, tea and water are available 24/7.

This was a long day, but did not lack for interest, adventure and diverting activities. We started off at the Guachimontones archeological zone to view the “round pyramids” and the site as a whole. There is a new and excellent visitors’ center which prepares you for viewing the site itself, with murals, exhibits and a film (choice of language). We were fortunate to be there on a day in which there was a performance of pre-Hispanic dance and ritual. The site itself is easily accessible with a slight uphill walk, and the views are spectacular. I also learned about the importance of obsidian to early people, and saw examples of beautiful pieces made from this substance, along with artifacts discovered at the site. We tasted agua miel, and then drove on to a tequila distillery to learn about the making of this beverage, driving through extensive fields of blue agave. Of course tequila tasting was included. Last stop of the day was the town of Tequila itself where, not surprisingly, everyone seemed to be in a good mood!

Visiting Lake Chápala and these 2 communities on the shores of the lake made for an enjoyable and illuminating day. The 2 communities were different, with Ajijic demonstrating a more expat influence, and Lake Chápala showcasing its locality as a weekend/vacation retreat. The huge lake was lovely, and the morning climate was perfect. There was ample time to buy souvenirs and ice cream. We saw a performance of the voladores, and Daniel provided the background for this pre-Hispanic ritual.

A great day exploring this historic and charming area of the city! It was fun to stroll through the streets, stopping at art galleries and appreciating the Día de Los Muertos decorations. Also, we went to a store where they produce local candies, sweets and drinks; we learned about the process of making the treats, and were able to sample them all. Additionally, there was another included experience in which I was able to paint my own Día de Muertos skull.

This experience was not exactly as I imagined it, but was a lot of fun. Somehow I thought that I would be watching a charreria performance, but the visit was actually more interactive. I learned how to “rope” a calf (wooden), how to brush a horse, and I also learned a tremendous amount of background about the sport and those who perform it. There was also a tequila tasting, and a lovely serenade of Mexican music! Then at the end, there was actually a bonus performance of charrería. It was a truly unique and wonderful experience.

We visited the historic center of Guadalajara, including the Expiatorio, the Zócalo, and the Hospicio Cabañas. The tour included both walking and also driving through some neighborhoods which were outside of the central area. It was an excellent introduction to Guadalajara. At the end we visited a local market where they were selling items for Día de Los Muertos, including components for home altars and decorations. It was very interesting to see, and fascinating to see people getting ready for the celebrations.

Again, I was fortunate to have Pablo as my guide for this experience. He is highly knowledgeable, patient and kind, the perfect person to deal with the unbelievable Mexico City traffic! We first stopped in Cuernavaca for a visit to the cathedral, where the significance of the various components of the site was explained. Then on to Taxco. I was excited to visit that charming city, which I had heard about and had seen on travel videos. We visited the Zocalo, and strolled around the city. I fulfilled my goal of finding a gift in silver for my husband. Pablo was very patient with my shopping!

First of all, the transportation in the VW beetle was so much fun - I had not ridden in a convertible in many years! It was very special to have a tour of the lovely UNAM campus, given by a former student. Not only did she convey a lot of invaluable information about the various murals, but she was also able to talk about the campus life of UNAM students. In addition to the main campus, we also visited the sculpture garden, with an optional side trip to the nearby museum of contemporary art. All in all, an incredible day!

This was one of the activities I specifically requested, and I was enthralled to visit this iconic site.

The library is an architectural marvel, and a quiet haven within the bustling city.

The vibrance of the city beyond the Blue entry was so interesting. Seeing a working tannery was so interesting. We saw so much on this tour.

Who doesn't want to ride camels in the Sahara desert and watch the sunset?! It was magical. Not to mention the night at the fire with dancing and singing.

WOW! This was an amazing experience. We've never had this experience in all of our world travels. I would definitely suggest that if you are in FES you go and have the Hammam and Massage here. Top on our list of things we enjoyed on the trip.

It wasn't my favorite. It's a long drive to see blue buildings. But honestly it was me that wanted to go here. If someone asked me I wouldn't suggest they go here.
