Really comfy and quiet at night. Nice pool on the roof to jump in after a hot day.

Camp itself was excellent with amazing food and fantastic accommodation. Again, the jeep tour wasn't quite what we wanted, the bedouin driver kept stopping to get henna done, or for a coffee stop, or to have a cigarette. Didn't appreciate that we had come to see the desert scenery. If they want to do henna etc this can be offered back at the camp, not wasting our time in this beautiful desert.

Don’t buy the inclusive dinner for travellers. It’s a poor second to the full menu which is not expensive in any event.

The sanctuary Lodge is magnificent! The location is second to none and is well worth the cost. Service was impeccable. The accommodations were lovely and the view was spectacular. The activities the hotel offered were really fun as well. We did a potato tasting and an alcohol tasting, which were very enjoyable.

This hotel far exceeded all of our expectations. It’s about 45 minutes away from Puno town, but was worth it for the serene surroundings and incredible service. They also offer all of the excursions directly from the hotel so there’s no need to go back to the city for anything. The service was impeccable. The food was Michelin level. The staff was friendly and accommodating at every turn.

The hotel is beautiful and historic. The location is perfect and conveniently located near the main Square. The service was impeccable. Nothing was left to chance. The food the restaurant was really good. We definitely enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it. I only wish we had more time to spend in the hotel.

This food tour was a highlight. We heard that Lima has become a top foodie destination and there’s so many choices. But since we had such a limited time, we wanted to maximize our food exploration with a tour. The lima gourmet company was exceptional!

Uros floating islands was a really cool experience. There’s nothing like it and the people were warm and friendly. It’s a business though and they want us to buy their goods. They have us a ride in one of their boats which was fun. We also went to their little main island with a few restaurants. It’s a very different way of life and neat to see. Taquile island wasn’t very interesting. It took 1.5 hours to get there from Uros and there wasn’t really anything special except to see the native people and eat lunch. They had beautiful clothing but other than that I didn’t really get anything else out of it.

The train ride through the Andes was magical! Everything from the staff, comfort of the cabin, food and drinks, and entertainment were exceptional. This leg of our trip was definitely more about the journey than the destination. We were only in Peru for a short time so utilizing one whole day to travel by train for 10 hours was a calculated decision that paid off. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the train and would highly recommend it to other others. It was a great way to see a part of the country that isn’t easy to access.

I appreciated that this tour was a combination, walking tour and driving tour. There’s a lot to see that can’t be covered by just foot. But there are several locations within the town that are more easily accessible by walking. I would have liked to include walking into the town Square and seeing the main cathedral as part of the tour. I think that could’ve been a quick add on before getting into the car. We didn’t really have that as part of the tour though. Once we were in the car and driving around, I liked the first stop at Saqsaywaman. However, there were two other ruins that seemed redundant and less important. I don’t feel like those were added value. Instead, we asked our tour guide if there were other things we could see, and he was able to pivot and take us to a llama farm. That was a highlight! We saw a llamas, alpacas, vicunas, guinea pigs and condors. We happen to get there around feeding time so we were able to feed them and interact. We thoroughly enjoyed that part of the tour.

This train ride to watch peachy was the most exquisite experience. Everything from start to finish was five star. The staff were friendly, the food was Michelin worthy, the accommodations were impeccable, and the drinks were delicious! The train was on time the entire way.

We visited circuit one and circuit three and had an amazing experience. Our tour guide Ray was very knowledgeable and helped to paint the picture of what Machu Picchu was like in it prime period. The weather was amazing and made for a mystical and magical experience.

The room was tiny but for the most part clean. The bathroom had some mold in the shower area. The staff was very friendly. We loved having dinner at the pool bar.

Very nice resort on the Indian Ocean. Spectacular location. Staff were lovely. Very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately can't remember the name of a few special staff. Food met expectations. We upgraded to all inclusive - were a little confused as the all inclusive had exclusions. Evening entertainment was very good. Room/cabin on the beach was very nice. The food at the Indian restaurant was spectacular.

The lodge was not fenced so wildlife such as monkeys and antelope could wander through which was fun. Location on a river was great. Waiter, Daniel took us under his wing. Service was excellent. Buffet food was good. Jane at the front desk was very helpful. Internet service could be improved. Our driver Sam was great taking us on game drives. Extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, very experienced guide and it showed. We were very fortunate to have him as our private tour guide for our 5 days in Kenya. We would love to go back to Mara Simba.

Thanks to Sam, our dedicated driver and guide from Nairobi to Maasi Mara, we thoroughly enjoyed our introduction here. A scenic setting with good food and accommodation that Sam made into a great introduction to Kenya safari drives. Thanks to all the helpful staff*****. The lodge seemed older compared to other accommodations?

Good for our brief overnight stay after airport arrival. Good for sleep, shower and breakfast. No time to check out other amenities. Please provide water as necessary in a liberal way - namaste.

How can a lodge in such a remote, difficult access spot get 5 stars?! Well, because of how extraordinarily service-oriented they are! Fabulous people. They cleaned our boots post gorilla-extravaganza when we would have been unable to; they went above and beyond with food, drinks and service for dinner, breakfast and bar, despite being in a rural situation. They saved my (Rosella) life with a post- gorilla trek deep tissue massage in our room - thanks 'Maria', I know that's not quite right - sorry.

We ended up being here for a whole day and night instead of a couple hours as a result of a missed flight to Bwindi and a revision of our itinerary. Scenic location with good amenities - we took advantage of the downtime and sat by the pool after walking around the site, which was under renovation. The room, the balcony, the Lake Victoria view, the restaurant and the bar were perfect. We would go back in a minute - Immaculate*, please be there to help us - you are a treasure! Ronald, you're also a rock star - thanks for your assistance with storing some luggage for us while on restricted transport - that was so helpful and kind.

Once again, we did not expect the magnitude of what we received. Superlative site for luxury stay in a scenic environment with wild animals and unique birds in their natural habitats. Four excursions were included in our two nights - a sunrise and a sunset river bird game cruise, a Falls guided walk, and a land game and bird drive. OMG! We somehow won the lottery to get Jeremiah for all 4 excursions! We benefitted from his vast knowledge, experience and attitude to safari living as well as to life in general. Thank you. The food and staff were extraordinary - so friendly and helpful and interested in their clients. The added breakfast at their associated restaurant on the gorge - wow! Luckily, or maybe not, no elephants drank from our pool while we were in it!!

Camp Shawu in Kruger was our first safari camp ever - how lucky were we to be here for our initiation into game drives and safari camp life!! The people**** wow! Steven, Sifiso, Bellinah, Harold and the fabulous cook were extraordinary beings. Steven the camp manager could not have done more to make our stay amazing - above and beyond! Sifiso was like an animal in another life with how in tune he was with so many animals in the vicinity. He was connected and knowledgeable and understood their behaviour and life - this allowed us some fascinating experiences. Thank you Bellinah:) Thank you Cook for local meats for our inaugural tries. Harold, you also are connected at a deep and spiritual level with your role - wow! We would stay anytime we could.

Sadly, it was short and sweet. The building, site, room, and furnishings were world class. Wine tasting was outstanding; recommended restaurant was superlative. Thanks to the owners for going above and beyond.

Good location, helpful friendly staff, good facilities, great breakfasts. We wanted to live there!

My room was absolutely unforgettable. I wish I had arrived during the day just to take in the breathtaking view — the river flowed right below my window, and across it rose a sheer granite cliff. Falling asleep to the sound of the rushing water was pure magic. I had the best night’s sleep of my life!

Cusco was my favorite city we visited. I loved this hotel and the location. Food was very good and the staff was also great. I will be back one day!

This was a very nice boutique hotel. Our room was on the top floor and was we could hear lots of traffic noise and loud music. But the staff was wonderful!!!

The service, food and rooms were outstanding. The rooftop bar was my favorite....

I can't wait to return and do the 4 day hike!!

Perfectly fine for the situation

Arguably the best hotel room of our lives!!! We had an amazing corner room right on the water! The open windows created the most beautiful background sounds of softly crashing waves. The water views were absolutely stunning! I will dream about this room for a very long time- only wish we could have stayed longer!

Good location and satisfactory stay

Exceeded expectations! What a beautiful oasis for a night in the desert!

Beautiful hotel, with a quiet & spacious room. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast every morning was great. Moreover, the location was totally ideal. We were close enough to be able to walk into the medina on our own, but also on the outside of it where we could easily meet up with our driver and not be disturbed by noise. Perfect spot for a couple of days in Fes.

He just dropped us off at the mosque. I wouldn't call that a tour of Casablanca. And since the entry fee wasn't included, we decided to just walk along the water on our own instead.

Didn't need this experience. It felt like an overcrowded tourist destination. Even though we had a scheduled ticket entrance time, we still had to wait 30 minutes in line to enter. Then it seemed like the purpose was just to take photos for social media. Not our kind of spot.

Abdella did such a fantastic job! This is exactly what we were looking for. He explained the art in such detail, helping us understand the "what" and "why" behind the beautiful mosaic tiles we'd been seeing all week. We learned so much in such a short time with him. And then when we said we were specifically interested in going to a spice stand, he didn't hesitate but took us to exactly what we we had in mind. He catered the experience to us and shared so much interesting information along the way. It was great!

There were so many more interesting stops along this route than we knew! We really enjoyed the Atlas Studios, Aït Benhaddou, and then Tayeb took us to an AMAZING barbecue restaurant in the mountains.

This was a total flop. The sandboard didn't move one inch down the sand hill. They didn't take us out to a dune high enough, just handed us an old board to let us walk a few feet within the camp. Even Michael as an experienced snowboarder couldn't get it to move at all. This didn't work at all and was disappointing.

Absolutely loved our camel ride and Sahara experience! We will remember that night for the rest of our lives. The campsite was amazing and the setting was magical.

This really did not live up to how it was advertised. The family was VERY sweet, and I appreciate them feeding us. But here's how it was described: "When you arrive, they welcome you with smiles and offer mint tea and dates. The father may work in the medina or at a school, and he will proudly talk about Fes. The mother makes sure you feel comfortable. The children may be shy at first, but soon they will come to greet you. Before dinner, you may help a little in the kitchen. The mother can show you how to mix a salad or arrange bread. While cooking, the family asks about your trip, your home, and what you think of Morocco. They tell stories about daily life and their city. Dinner is served at a low table. Everyone sits on cushions." In reality, we sat alone in a silent room while one teenager watched us eat. The mother and father did not speak English at all and thus were unable to converse with us. No one ate with us, the teenager just watched us eat. We paid 650 dirham for chicken tagine, while was paid 120 dirham for the exact same meal at a restaurant. They did not teach us how to cook, we did not sit on cushions, and it was disappointing. But that's not a knock on the family themselves- they were very sweet people!

In reality, this felt like more like a guided tour of where to shop than of the history of Fez. We really weren't interested in buying things and thus felt awkward as we were continuously dropped off at another merchant (leather, silk, pottery, carpets, etc). And when he took us to a historic site, he just dropped us off to check out on our own rather than talking us through it.

It was a taxi - what can I say. He was there when we arrived so we were happy for that but didn't speak english, threw bags in the car and took us to the hotel. Very transactional - not bad but certainly not a "private transfer" or any executive or special service.

I think we just got lucky on this one - Billy aka "Billy the Bear" was the highlight of the trip. Was very friendly and engaging. He was passionate about making sure we had a great day given that we had challenges with the island essentially being finished for the season. He gave us a lot of local information about the island and some personal stories. He was just a very joyful person and seemed to really enjoy his work.

Elizabeth was the guide and she was quite passionate as a generational Naxonian, she gave great insight to the culture and people of Naxos.

Very knowledgeable and was actually a local.

This was the best hotel on the trip, and we were so happy to be able to stay there for two nights. This hotel, and the Isle of Skye in general, was so beautiful that we could have stayed there the full week as well.

This restaurant was sadly closed during our stay on the Isle of Skye, so we cannot leave a proper review.

Lovely Pousada - Rio Claro Lots of wildlife on the property! Competent quick check in Cordial service in the dining room Superb experience of seeing Hyacinth Macaws being fed in the morning, just magical This was on the first day We stayed in Pousada Berco Pantaneiro in Porto Jofre on the next 3 days The facilities were pretty basic Food was good & wholesome Service was tight probably because of the location & staffing There was a powercut from 9 pm to almost 4 am one night Apparently the generator wasn't working Extremely uncomfortable in the heat, with a Jaguar safari following on at 7 am! Was impossible to contact the Manager that night

We reached at 3 am and there was no booking in our name. It was impossible to explain to the receptionist inspite of showing them a printed voucher. Finally in my desperation, I had to phone my Trip Planner Bruno at that unearthly hour and he sorted it out. Even then, they were not really welcoming. No water in the room

Welcome drink sparkling wine And fabulous breakfast spread Very nice spaces to just relax in Location very very close to Iguazu Falls & next door to the Bird Park I think Kimkim should definitely offer this hotel to guests visiting Iguazu. I was offered this only after I specifically wanted a hotel next to the flFalls

Only positive is the location in the beach Room very small Facilities not great No water provided in the room Even small bottles need to be paid for, which we were not informed about I feel we could have been offered a better selection of hotel for Rio

Got to see Hyacinth Macaws being fed in the Pousada Rio Claro! Lots of birds, capybara roaming around the property!

Unforgettable drive on the Transpantaneira! Guide Nabutaka is excellent and highly recommended! So knowledgeable, willing, friendly. Will never forget the countless birds we saw !

We have traveled all around the world and this was one of my very favorite and most memorable experiences. The cruise was absolute luxury. Room was huge with beautiful views. Food and menus were incredible- 8 courses at every meal! Dinner at night under the stars was beautiful and they surprised us with a special anniversary cake and celebration. Excursions were great with our guide Kenny. Couldn’t recommend more!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Gorgeous resort and spa. I had a massage and facial there that was wonderful. We spent our anniversary there and enjoyed dinner at the Temple restaurant. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Room was very spacious with a balcony. Bikes on property were fun to use to check out old town and beaches.

The staff was incredible and the property was so unique and stunning! I loved the a la carte breakfast and the hotel surprised us with a celebratory bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary. Location was perfect and walkable to many restaurants and bars. Cocktails were great and pool was so refreshing after a day of sightseeing.

We had Room 8 which was up a few flights of stairs with no elevator, but the climb up was worth it!

We loved this hotel. The location was good for walking, views were amazing, the room was comfortable.

The location of the hotel made it convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. The streets are narrow and double parked so that made it difficult for taxis or drivers to be able to pull up right to the door, but it was usually just short walk up the street to the main road. We took advantage of the 7th floor terrace and enjoyed the Acropolis views from our balcony!

This was our favorite excursion of the whole trip! It was fun and exciting! We got to feed and milk a goat, got to take a wild ride up the mountain, saw a beautiful sunset with wine and fruit provided, and finished with dinner in a quaint little tavern.

I'm so glad we did this tour to see all the inland villages! Seeing all the labyrinths of neighborhoods, all the doors of Santorini, and the views from the top Pyrgos was exactly what I pictured Greece to be!

Mycenae was very interesting to walk through and imagine how it was so long ago. But the views of the area from the top were what I was most impressed with...just spectacular 360* views that you can't see anywhere else. We loved Nafplio but our time there seemed rushed in order to get back on schedule.

Our driver Yannis was excellent. He was very friendly with a lot of history to share. The actual site of Delphi was beautiful to see and our guide Theodore was very passionate about the stories and past of the area. After the archaeological site and museum visit, our driver reserved us a table for lunch at a great restaurant.

100% recommend. Our guide Eleni was very accommodating, asking us all along the way what we needed/wanted, gave us options for making the excursion more comfortable for us, gave us so much history and told great stories of all the Greek Gods. She gave a great lunch spot recommendation, was very friendly and personable. It was a long day but we loved every minute of it.

While the overall setup is nice, the hotel could use freshening up.

Boutique hotel in an old home. Has the charm of an old home, but downsides too e.g. steps to go to the bathroom. The train track runs behind the hotel and it is in a generally crowded area, so can be noisy if you ware sitting outside the room.

Luxurious hotel and rooms. Swimming pool is gorgeous! The food is delicious, but the portions are really large. After our first meal, we shared a single main course.

Exploring the Dambulla Cave Temples was nice, definitely worth seeing, but not mind-blowing. Having traveled a lot and seen other similar sites, it felt representative of what I've seen before. Still, a good experience overall.

This was the highlight of our trip!

The staff at this riad were all wonderful, responsive & helpful. The main room where we had breakfast was beautifully restored, & the breakfasts were lovely. I thought the room where I stayed (#14), while huge, could have been cleaner.

This casbah is a gem. The outdoor spaces are magnificent, with gorgeous gardens & greenery. Many comfortable places to sit. Even the placement of the windows in the dining room framed perfect views of the countryside.

I stayed at Riad al Rimal for 4 nights. The rooms were very clean, people in reception were warm & helpful, breakfast was extravagant. A lovely spot.

Our favorite lagoon! The 7 step ritual was a really cool concept and as someone with a husband who doesn’t love just floating and doing nothing it was the most enjoyable to have something to do and go through it was clean and organized. We really enjoyed this lagoon experience.

Our favorite thing we did! There’s stunning views all the way around and the ice caves literally look like out of a movie set. It was stunning from start to finish.

It was so amazing, the lights were the strongest the night we went they’ve been all year! Our tour guide canceled our trip the first night due to low visibility which we appreciated him not just taking us out anyways and wasting our money. He was honest and waited for a better night and it was perfect!
