Hotel room was huge with a small patio. Very clean and great location. It was nice to have a bar, restaurant and pool.

Highlight of the trip

Gorgeous sunsets!!! Comfortable accommodations and centrally located to dining and nightlife. The staff were awesome and brought our bags down and up…80+ stairs though, so not a good option for travelers with mobility considerations.

Litza and her staff were gracious and so welcoming. The view, the location and the breakfast were all phenomenal!

Comfortable and amazing hospitality! Plus- the unit had a washing machine- ideal for long trips.

The tour guide was an exceptionally knowledgeable about the island and the wine! We visited a variety of unique wineries, with delicious pairings.

The tour was amazing- the winery was only “ok.” Would have rather spent more time exploring the villages we went to. Our tour guide and driver were both excellent!!

Aside from the very rough boat ride over the tours were great. Delos is magical- but 3 hours was not enough time to see everything on the island.

I have dietary restrictions which made it difficult to take full advantage of this experience. They tried to accommodate but it can be difficult. I think we found better dining options on our own. The tour guide was lovely though and the walking tour itself was interesting.

Everything about the beaches on Naxos is amazing. It was a super easy bus ride from our lodging.

This tour was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Unfortunately, we weren’t not able to make it to the museum due to time constraints, and needing to make our flight that afternoon.

Headline: ❌ Spacious Room, But Service, Safety & Amenities Fell Short The room was spacious and clean, but that was the only real highlight compared to the other hotels we stayed at. The front desk staff was average at best—maybe he was just tired—but it didn’t leave a warm first impression. The bed was two doubles pushed together instead of a true king, and the tub was very high with no safety mat, making it easy to slip and fall. ⚠️ The power went out during our stay, leaving our phones dead and almost causing us to miss our flight. Breakfast was another disappointment, with only a basic continental spread and no variety. Overall, the room size stood out, but the service, safety concerns, and amenities made the stay underwhelming.

Headline: 🌿 Relaxing Stay with the Best Breakfast in Porto! We really enjoyed our stay at The Editory Garden Porto Hotel! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the breakfast was the best—omelets every day made it perfect. Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable with a peaceful garden vibe. Just a heads up: the tubs are pretty high, so getting in and out can be a little tricky. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back! 🌟

This trip, unfortunately, didn’t stand a chance from the beginning. The instructions said the guide would arrive with a flag, but that never happened, and although we were among the first at the meeting spot, we almost missed the tour when he suddenly called everyone to go. Because of that mix-up, we boarded last and were forced to sit in the back row that felt like it was made for kids. My husband is over 6’3” and 200 lbs, yet no effort was made to rearrange seating, leaving four full-grown adults crammed in the back like sardines. You had to walk sideways just to get down the aisle, and the bumpy roads with sharp turns made it unbearable. The guide later admitted the tour was overbooked, which explained the crowding, but still, nothing was done to adjust or accommodate. What was advertised as “moderate walking” and a “small group” turned into a speed hike with 18 people, leaving elders struggling and everyone else rushed and exhausted. Although the guide tried to salvage the day at the end, by then it was far too late. What should have been a scenic and enriching experience ended up overcrowded, uncomfortable, and disappointing.

Our guide Joao was incredible — warm, knowledgeable, and made Évora come alive. The cork factory visit was fascinating (we never realized how many products use cork!), and his uplifting take on the Chapel of Bones turned it into a meaningful story rather than a somber one. The pace was perfect, the history rich, and Joao’s personal touches made this our #1 tour in Portugal. Highly recommend!

Buckle up, because a tuk tuk ride in Lisbon is WILD! 🚖🇵🇹 Our driver was amazing – friendly, funny, and full of cool stories – but let me tell you, I would never drive those streets myself. Between the crazy hills, tight alleyways, and sharp turns, I’m convinced they need a special license just to survive out there 😂. It was part thrill ride, part history tour, and part VIP access to the best viewpoints in the city. We got to see spots we never would’ve found on our own, and the local tips were spot on. If you want adventure, laughs, and memories you’ll be talking about long after the ride, a Lisbon tuk tuk is the way to go. 10/10 recommend! Nani was the best guide!!! Hands down

Amazing tour! 🍷⛴️ Thelma was so knowledgeable and made the whole day unforgettable. She noticed when someone was uncomfortable and quickly fixed it, which made a big difference. At lunch she even showed us how to handle the fish (bones and all!) so everyone could enjoy the meal. Between the wine, olive oil tastings, and river cruise, this was a perfect Douro Valley experience!

Beautiful hotel on a stunning beach with views of the sea! A short walk into old town - perfect room, friendly staff and a beautiful pool with views of the Adriatic!

Hidden little spot on a quiet street, right off the main town square. Brand new inside, wonderful accommodations and one of the best breakfasts we have ever had - homemade yogurt and breakfast breads along with fruit, eggs made to order and the best coffee in town.

Easily the best hotel of the trip - first class service, unbelievable location and the go to spot in town.

Our guide - Venko - was a perfect host for the day - he shared hid knowledge of the island (his home), toured us through old, abandoned towns, beautiful small harbors and towns, a private wine tasting at someone's home, and a fantastic dinner in Jelsa. An unforgettable day!

Antonio (Johnny) is a local and a wonderful guy to show you "his" home!

Super friendly staff, Connie ,Beatriz, Rafael to name a few. The view from the room was the eateries and yet there was no noise pollution that interrupted our sleep!The food was pretty amazing as well!

We enjoyed our stay! Cleanliness, great breakfast and close to all of Cannes treasures. Rafaello our host was super knowledgeable about the area.The food, shops and eateries were amazing!

St Tropez was a gem!!!!Port Grimaud small but quaint.Lots of boutiques in St Tropez filled with exquisite fashion. A town with such picturesque water views and Yachts everywhere.

Mark was super chill and extremely professional and courteous. He answered our questions with cool facts.His smile was warm and he made us feel comfortable and safe on the boat ride! Thanks Mark!!

Plenty of eateries, bakeries, picturesque water views!

Taman Negara - The ancient rainforest experience was magical! The night walk revealed nocturnal wildlife we never would have seen otherwise, thanks to our guide Abi, how showed us spiders, snake, scorpion, fliurescerend mushrooms and lold us funny stories.

I enjoyed this experience from start to finish. This was a beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oxford on holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean.

Loved this hotel partly because it was nice, modern and we stayed 2 nights (vs. 1). Also we saw the Northern Lights - we had a great waitress who woke us to tell us they were out....vs. the hotel staff that seemed uninterested. Good location to do a lot of the local activities in the area.

This hotel is very serviceable. Not anything special. Kim Kim could have done better for independent travelers - this seems like a big bus/group hotel.

This is a local hotel which is always nice. Tho it did smell like cow poop even though we didn't see any cows. Met the owner and she said they renovated 2 years ago. Ask for a room overlooking the lake vs. the parking lot. Kim Kim didn't indicate that on our reservation so some on us had better views than others.

Very good modern hotel and excellent if you'll be doing glacier activities. Kim Kim didn't tell us that Breakfast wasn't included (this was toward the end of our trip so we were surprised...) and there aren't other local options so we got a bit hood-winked on this one by Kim Kim.

Really bizarre hotel - lots of "art" which is kind of cool because it's Icelandic but the hotel is so dated and seems like a relic but not in an interesting way. Kim Kim shoudl make sure to check out these hotels before assigning them out. It was a STARK difference to the hotel they put us in at the beginning of the trip. This wasn't the way we wanted to end the trip. My friend's room (a single) literally looked like a cell. The Breakfast was good.

Bizarre location overlooking a number of parking lots and a main road. No breakfast. Nice design. Better for a family or longer stay. We were there a night and it wasn't a good option made by KimKim

Great location, nice rooms and good hearty & yummy breakfast.

We really liked this area - it has some simple wide paths but the lava is wildly formed and this is where you can see "the hidden people" a lot easier :). (you'll have to look that up). There are quite a few walking/hiking paths and you can go as far or not as you want. There is actually a path to a crater which we didn't do becuase it was about 2 hours round trip but others said it was a great hike.

Definitely take the time to do the 45+ minute walk to see this waterfall. It's very dramatic and in a gorgeous canyon. The path is well marked and traveled so you won't get lost but will be surprised and happy at the end! Great photo Op spot.

This is a super cool experience and all of our first time being on a glacier. It was nice too that we had an actual Icelandic guide who grew up somewhat nearby. It was interesting to learn about the glacier and the relationship to the volcano. The crampons were totally necessary and there are some great views.

Very cute town - in fact we wish that Kim Kim would have booked us a room here as it was super local and charming vs. where they booked us. There is an arty flair. But by the time we got here it was end of day so many things were closed. We wished we could have explored this area more.

Very skinny from the sulphur so know that and be prepared for that. There are a lot of other baths in Iceland and I think you can skip this one.

Could be a 3.5 star review. It was our first day so we were excited. The Golden Circle is a well-traveled highly touristed route so you'll see a lot of buses etc. but the sights are worth it. Nice to have a private guide so we could be flexible (i.e to see / go to Secret Lagoon). Guide was OK - but seemed a little bored.

Gorgeous and serene. We went at night which was really special. Also you can dunk in the COLD Icelandic ocean so you an sustain hot soaks longer.

This was some of the nicest accomodations that we had in the whole of Greece. I really loved the neighborhood setting. It really gave you an authentic "day in the life" experience. Naxos is a very walkable city so even though you could have a car to tour around it, we didnt find it necessary. The hosts were so great as well.

Elle our guide was knowledgable and fun to hang out with.

Daphnie our guide was great; sweet, knowledgable and fun to be around.

The water was a bit choppy - which apparently is not uncommon for those waters, but Delos was worth it. Also a great way to see Mykonos - I'm glad we did a day trip there and didn't stay. It was nice but we enjoyed other locations more than Mykonos.

We visited with Vincenzo as our guide. He was more like family. What a fun time and he knew everyone. Highly recommend others ask for Vincenzo.

Although we had just a driver/guide, he got us to all the sites before they filled with tourists. Also recommended great stores and restaurant.

Long trip for very short time in Siena. However not much to see in Sienna. We extended our driver Jacamo and went to Casa Emma Winery which we loved.

We had such a great time with Tomaso. Food was great and so easy and fun to make.

Paola was exceptional. We learned so much and enjoyed our time with her.

Great up close experience. Loved the Riva boat ride to Murano.

The gondalier did not interact with us at all.

Boris was a great guide as we kayaked to islands that included local treats for us all. A great day that included a beautiful sunset.

We fully enjoyed our day with Marco. The walk was 5 miles but downhill so easy on the knees. Scenery was beautiful & we learned much about the local floral.

We had a great day exploring multiple islands & having Tonko as our guide for the day was great! He was fun, Interesting & made it a great day!
