AC in all rooms making awful noise, bathrooms and showers shpuld be updated, they look they’ve been last setup in the 90s. Otherwise all personnel quite nice and friendly, very good neighborhood.

Couldn’t have been any better. Great experience snorkeling and staying overnight was a highlight. Great attentive staff, especially Skye and Thomas. The room was much larger than we were expecting. Highly recommend!

Seriously beautiful and incredible hotel. Very luxurious, beautiful, and peaceful. Staff are excellent and very on top of things, accommodating, and friendly. Food is delicious too -we loved the breakfast buffet! It's also great that they have a gym, and you can rent wetsuits and snorkel gear for free. We only wish we stayed longer here!

We were suffering with the altitude, so we weren't sure if we'd make it to the second refuge, but we did! It was snowing and foggy, so there was no view, but we were still thrilled to have made it.

The class was great. I didn't know what to expect, but it was very fun. Our host was welcoming and knowledgeable. The meal was delicious. And it was a great way to slow down a little and learn about Ecuadorean food.

Our guide in Granada was spectacular! My wife was unable to make the tour so it ended up being only myself and the tour guide and we had an amazing time. His knowledge of the Alhambra was amazing. It was a very enjoyable and educational experience and I would recommend it to anyone who plans to visit the Alhambra.

This show was amazing! The location and performers were very entertaining and professional. The entire experience felt very authentic and natural. I would highly recommend it.

Our guide was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and fund to walk the city with. My wife and I really enjoyed the 1:1 private experience and we would highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful heritage hotel with great character and authenticity. Breakfast and food was great, all staff excellent and rooms are all uniquely decorated. This was definitely the best hotel on the trip.

Jaipur is BEAUTIFUL. The architecture of the Mughals combined with Hindu elements was incredible. This was definitely the highlight of my trip.

Rooms too dark

Too big , not enough chairs at the pool or beach available in the shadow, people reserve and then leave their towels for the day , this should be forbidden

The place of the spa is very noisy

I cannot say enough wonderful things about La Mariposa in Manuel Antonio. It is the premier spot for watching the amazing sunsets. The entire staff greets you by name. A tropical floral arrangement and voucher for a bottle of house wine awaited me in my room. It was my birthday and I waited too long to reserve a sunset dinner table (it was 3:00 for a 5:30 sunset) everything was booked. I mentioned that it was my birthday. The guy excused himself and came back a few minutes later. He had reserved the primo table on the patio for me! I always try to have a few strange requests for the front desk. They either knew the answer or researched it for me. The entire staff was well informed, extremely courteous. It was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had.

A great experience! I combined the hanging bridges, zip line, and night tour in one LONG day. But it was worth it! Spent about 3 hours in the hanging gardens. Averaged 100 pictures an hour. There was something new at every turn! It’s cool ( end of February and about 50 degrees F and a 39 mph wind with mist. I had a sweatshirt and jeans and was comfortable. You can hear it raining, but by the time it gets through all the leaves, it’s like a mist. I never got “wet”. The zip line is terrific! I was second in line behind a 84 year old person from England! There’s a lot of climbing (bridges are fairly level), but it’s worth it. The day I was there, the mist was pretty thick (like a fog). When you zip lined, the water was hitting your face like tiny pellets. Didn’t hurt, but stinging.

The park is very nice, but very busy. They push 2000 people a day through, and at the start, it’s like a cattle call. The guides are very good at spotting (animals) to small groups of about 20 people, but they are on a time schedule (get in, get out, next group). If one group sees something, all the other groups join in, so there are 30 people pointing, talking and taking pictures. The beach inside the park is one of the top 5 in Costa Rica, and the water is a perfect temperature. Beautiful!

The guides are very knowledgeable, and the groups are small. One good thing is that the guides use WhatsApp to tell the other guides about “finds” so the other guests can be included.

My one-night stay at the Bodhi Serene Hotel in Chiang Mai was delightful. The hotel had a serene ambiance, and the staff took good care of us. The room was comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there. It was a peaceful retreat before departing.

During my two-night stay at the Novo City Bangkok Hotel, I found it to be a comfortable accommodation. The hotel was great, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious, and having breakfast included was a bonus. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I stayed at the MK Premier Boutique Hotel in Hanoi for three nights, and it was a great experience. The location in the Old Quarter was fantastic as we could easily walk out and find food at night. The room was nice and met our expectations. Breakfast being included was a big plus, and the spacious rooms were comfortable. Overall, a satisfying stay.

We all loved this intimate boutique hotel. They greeted us with delicious watermelon juice. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was bliss., and breakfast by the pool was lovely. The housemade pineapple marmalade was fantastic. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to spend at this lovely hotel.

While on our way to the floating markets outside Bangkok, our tour made a stop at a place where we could see elephants and even ride them if we wanted. However, our daughter was uncomfortable with the idea of seeing animals perform tricks, so we decided to skip that part of the tour. Despite this, the conservation efforts and care for the animals at the sanctuary were commendable, and we appreciated the positive environment. It was a good experience overall, but we chose to opt-out of certain activities based on our values.

During our time in Bangkok, we had the opportunity to experience a dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya River. The dinner cruise was a memorable experience. However, it was quite crowded and we stood for a long time in queue due to the high season. Overall, it was a fantastic way to enjoy the city lights and indulge in a delicious meal.

Mai exceeded our expectations. The sanctuary focused on conservation efforts and treated the elephants with care and respect. We had the opportunity to shower the elephants and even apply mud on them, which they enjoyed. The experience was hands-on and educational, allowing us to spend quality time with the elephants in a responsible manner. It was a fun and heartwarming experience that I would highly recommend to others.

Sounds silly but was actually great fun Learned a ton about Guatemalan home industries and agriculture.

Magical experience. Mysterious ruins in a jungle setting, no mobs of tourist busses, it does not disappoint.

Beautiful property which whisked us back to the time of the Rajs coming there for safaris. The service was very good & food was tasty.

Park was gorgeous & while we did not see a tiger we did see a leopards as well as lots of other wildlife . Unfortunately our naturalist seemed tired & bored, not engaging us even when I have a science background & would ask questions. Morning driver did an incredible job getting us to the leopard sighting.

We only went to the dance & the event was so crowded we saw almost nothing

Visiting Old Delhi & soaking up the sights & sounds & incredible food was a great start to our India tour. A visit to the Sikh gurdwara was one of the highlights of the day.

Loved spending time with the Singh family. They were so welcoming & food was delicious!

Wonderful experience at the Jagdish temple & Summer palace. He also went above & beyond to find a lady to do henna on our hands, something my daughter really wanted to do.

Traveled with 3 couples and it was so nice having a private bedroom and bathroom. Great area with lots of restaurants. Easily walkable to entire city.

This was my favorite tour I did in Athens, great food and was able to walk all over the city and explore areas I would never had seen on my own.

Not a good place to bike and received not a lot of city information. The Guides did their best to keep us safe, but I wouldn't have recommended this tour.

The hotel room was small and not comfortable. Our room received strong kitchen smells every morning from the restaurant below. Noise from guests in the central atrium was constant and disruptive.

The hotel was in an excellent location near area attractions. However, the rooms were a bit dated and the noise from the street was loud. Having ear plugs at this hotel is a must.

We enjoyed the location, comfort and staff at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were some of the friendliest and helpful people on our trip. The short walk to restaurants in Poblado was a nice perk.

We had an excellent guide, were able to visit Monserrate without waiting in a long line, and tasted a variety of native fruits. It was a great way to begin our trip.

Excellent trip with our guide Andres. We explored areas of the city that we would not have visited otherwise. The lunch was also excellent.

Despite not feeling well, I enjoyed the trip to these areas. Guatape was beautiful and I wish we had more time to explore this town.

The trip felt dangerous due to cycling through traffic. It was hard to enjoy and learn about the city due to this.

This day trip was a disappointment. The accommodations were very basic - we didn't even have access to towels to rent. There was no water to wash hands at the bathroom. The water and beach were also very dirty with plastics and prophylactics.

Wonderful guide and interesting experience to explore this natural farm.

This was my favorite riad because of the great food!!!! Dinner was a complete surprise - gourmet cooking in the middle of the Dades! The food was traditional but with a contemporary flare that made it amazing. I'd give the chef a 5-star rating!!! Even more for his ingenuity :) The style of the riad is interesting - it retains its authenticity but has a flare with modern elements. The terrace and the pool!!!! Beautiful in the setting of the mountains and greenery of the valley!!! The entry to the riad is simple, giving no hint of what is to come. The welcome of lemon tea was a lovely surprise...an elegant switch from the mint tea. I LOVE DAR RIHANA!!!

This large riad is sumptuous! Its furnishings and design are beyond belief beautiful. You feel like royalty. The rooms are huge with charming details. Breakfasts are delicious and the dining room is lovely. Highly recommend staying at this elegant riad. It is a one-of-a-kind!

Our stay at Riad Chbanate was memorable - we would definitely stay there again!!! Its central location was great, making it easy to get around - down to the beach and for shopping. In contrast to the activity out of doors, the interior of the riad was calm and lovely. The rooms were very, very large with a swing in the center of the room (it was very comfortable :) The bathroom had a deep tub for soaking and was very separate from the bedroom. Breakfasts were huge and prepared to order. So delicious. We ate dinner in one evening and it was very romantic - roses, a wood-burning fireplace, candles, and excellent food. Loved this place!!!

We loved Le Pelerin!!! This small riad is elegant and welcoming. Every detail is perfect. The style is a modern Moroccan with a sophisticated style. The staff were over-the-top great! I would highly recommend this riad to anyone. It is a sweet oasis in the chaos of Marrakesh. Breakfasts...terrific! Rooftop open for relaxing or a bite to eat. Finding the riad would be a challenge without the help of a driver/guide. Arrangements were made and the staff came to the main road and guided us back into the medina. Walking through the narrow alleyways was daunting for a first time Marrakesh visitor but the dark alley opened into a glowing gem of a riad. The surprise factor made it even more beautiful.

I would not recommend this hotel. There was a terrible smell in the hallway, our ac didn't work correctly, the teapot was broken, and the service in the rooftop restaurant was very slow (more than 45 minutes to get our order), and the pizza was terrible. On the good side, the breakfast and the morning staff were terrific.

Our review matches those of others - Tiziri Luxury Camp is AWSOME!!! The men who run the camp have perfected the art of welcoming new visitors and making them feel at home. The tents are wonderful - luxurious yet simple. It gets cold in the desert at night but the radiator and 20 lbs. of blankets kept us warm. The heating pads helped, too.

Going into the desert is an amazing experience. The tents at Tizeri camp were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The desert experience was at the top of our list of adventures in Morocco.

This is a must-do when in Morocco. We drove into a snow storm in Morocco's "little Switzerland" and we saw monkeys there. The Roman ruins in Volubilis are not to be missed!

This was a terrific experience. Being welcomed into a local family's house was an honor. After the family warmed up to us (and we to them), the visit was fun. We were joking and laughing. Couldn't have been better.

We took the tour on a Friday and much of the medina was closed.

The scenery along the coast is interesting, however, it is flat, and little to see other than the ocean. It was good that about halfway through the trip our guide/driver took the highway. It made the trip faster and I don't think we missed anything along the way.

The guide was a very nice gentleman.

Fun roaming the main square and trying street food. Felt safe that the food would be good based on our guide's recommendations.

I got super lucky on being the only person on the tour so whole day was awesome! My tour guide was great! She showed me great historical sites and great lunch together!
