The tour your organised was very good and enjoyable. Accommodation was very good in all places we stayed. The food provided at riads you selected was also memorable. The only exception was the Riad in El Jadida where food was average or below and very, very expensive.
The guides were good, the first place goes to our guide in Rabat :).
Our driver Abdu is definitly en exceptional person, the star of this wonderful trip. Thanks to Abdu everything seemed easy, smooth and efortless. A great companion, not only the driver!

Had an amazing well organised trip, Heidi did a great job of suggesting hotels and excursion ideas, overall preparation and ongoing support was very strong. China is a beautiful country, people were lovely and friendly. Also appreciated all my local guides Alice (Beijing), Tracy (Xian), Kevin (Chengdu), Eric Fan (Guilin) and Run Liu (Shanghai). Would recommend.

Once again Kimkim did a fantastic job of ensuring a custom fit journey. My daughter and I absolutely loved Portugal and will be back. We would love to explore Porto and spend more time in the Azores. Joao was so informative and supportive up until even after we returned home. He accommodated us and guided us through the planning. Thank you so much. The people, the food and the culture in Portugal was delightful and made us feel welcomed.

If you like riding on a boat for hours this fun but I didn't feel it was worth that trip. The dolphins were absolutely amazing but we drove another hour or more and saw a whale in distance and then drove over 2 hours back. I think swimming with the dolphins would be on my next itinerary!

All of the guides did an amazing job. We loved Silvia, her attention to detail and knowledge of the history was beyond what we could have asked for and she has a very special personality, which gives her a unique ability to connect with her clients.

Justine was great to work with. After several changes during the initial planning it was finally time for the trip. There were a few minor hiccups that occurred during the trip however we rolled with it and KimKim did not hesitate in reimbursing us for the inconveniences. Even if slightly disappointed during those speed bumps, the trip will truly be unforgettable. Justine and her team were available immediately and even made some final additions to assure our trip was an amazingly memorable experience. I am not a paid sponsor and so the 5 stars I gave are legitimate to my personal experience. I would highly recommend Justine and KimKim. They can cater a memorable experience to whatever your budget may be. T.

I have previously used Kimkim to organise a tour and I was very pleased with the success of our current private tour of Morocco. Hakim was very responsive to our requests and always provided positive assistance and useful recommendations. Hakim was able to organise activities to meet our special requests for the extra days on our tour.

Our tour took place just after the 2023 earthquake and our itinerary needed to be changed at short notice. Hakim quickly responded to this situation and provided us with suitable alternatives.

Our driver Abdou was with us for the whole trip. Our modern mini-bus comfortably accommodated the 8 of us in our party and was always clean. Abdou is a very good driver and we never had any doubts about his driving skills and wayfinding through the wide range of road conditions on our tour. Abdou was very friendly and willing to help us along our way - stopping at appropriate shops for refreshments as well as banks and supermarkets, etc. when required. There were also the occasional stops along the way when we saw something of interest to our group. He made sure we met the various guides used on our tour on time and met us at the end of our tours if we needed to be driven anywhere. Abdou spoke good English.

The accommodation Hakim organised for us was always clean and in beautiful riads, well-located for the activities we were undertaking. The guides Hakim organised to give us tours along the way were all very professional and some were outstanding.

We loved our drivers, tour guides and most everyone in between. I may not remember all the names and will miss spell a few but ….
Heracles, Georgia, Antonia, Sylvia, Chris, Sebastiani, and the cooking experience (I can’t recall his name), Alex, Agatha, the drivers and baggage handlers on Santorini were unbelievable, the catamaran sailing crew….and especially the driver who backed down the completely jammed up road to the catamaran were all just great. The hotel staff at all of our overnight stays were friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough for all of them and have nothing negative to say. It was a really nice experience.

Bruno was very helpful with ideas on what to see in Croatia. In the end we booked a one day tour/ transfer through him and all went well. The stops were interesting and the guide was great. Communication with Bruno was always fast and thourough.

Highly recommend Bruno for your Croatia planning.

Guides were all good. Best was the first, Alvaro, a Spanish native who got into Finland on a lark working him into a Finnish expert. The others were just fine. Some operator error in determining exactly what was gonna happen. Moonika was always able to timely help/guide us thru. We got a great idea of the areas we went - Helsinki, Tampere, & Tourku. Each city’s foods were served us & all good. Great to very good hotels. Trains all well scheduled. We would use Kimkim again & will if they do winter tours.

Johanna and Kristy helped us organize the trip of a lifetime. They were very responsive during the trip itself, and quickly solved a logistical issue that popped up. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our guides especially Mateo, Barbara, Francisco, Antonio (and his team), and Will.

Three people were ultimately involved in trip planning. North Pantanal was good, saw one jaguar. Iguacu Falls was spectacular, more so from the Argentinian side. Best part of Rio was the favela tour.
Negative aspects were that two of three airport pickups were botched, either by kimkim or subcontractor. Forget about emergency numbers being answered. I have no desire to return to Brazil, and would never use kimkim Brazil again.

The most important is to give thanks to Youness our driver that made our trip so pleasant and safe. No doubt he made us feel always happy
This trip was magical and beyond our expectations.
Our planner adviser did an excellent job.
I can’t believe it all the organizations that it took but it was well done

We recently came back from an amazing 10 days tour of the beautiful country Morocco from Sep 16 – 25, 2023. This was a get-together of 44 classmates who came from variuos countries including, USA, UK, Pakistan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Canada.
All the arrangements made by the tour company, Original Travels, were simply outstanding. Their services were prompt and professional and courteous. The tour guides provided by the company were highly knowledgeable about the geography, history and culture of Morocco. They were polite and extremely helpful.
The tour company’s operations Manager Said and tour guides Noureddin and Ayoub who accompanied us during the entire tour always catered to our demands and looked after every legitimate request. They truly went the extra mile with a smile.
I would highly recommend Original Travels to all of my friends and family in Canada who might be interested in visiting Morocco in future.

As a former travel agent, I normally do my own trip planning. This time I didn't have time to do in depth research for a short 5 day trip to Italy decided to find a travel agent. After some on line searching, I came across KimKim and saw they were highly rated by both clients and some well known business organizations so I thought I would give them a try. They did not disappoint.

Ina was the travel expert assigned to my trip and she did an excellent job. The hotels she recommended were very nice and centrally located. Restaurant recommendations were very good, too. Our guides were knowledgeable and fun. Transfers to/from the train stations/airports and hotels were easy. We did have one travel glitch due to a train schedule change which meant contacting the Traveler Care Team who was able to reschedule a hotel transfer for a later arrival. The only downside was that it resulted in an additional cost.

All in all, I was satisfied with all of the arrangements.

The rooms were our nicest of the trip. However, we had an unforgettable experience with one of the managers when one of us accidentally broke a vase in the lobby. This was a very freak thing, and completely accidental, but the manager informed us we’d be responsible for ‘property damage.’ He phoned at 10:15 PM to discuss the issue-we had traveled all day and were both asleep. The issue was eventually resolved, later in the week, with a payment from us. I must suggest not booking this hotel in the future.
