Argentina was a breathtaking country! The biodiversity was unmatched. Every new city was like being in a different world. All the activities were terrific, private transport was great, and the guides were lovely! Our favorite guide was Camila in Iguazu Falls. She had the best energy, shared mate with us and was just lovely! Our favorite activities were trekking Perito Moreno Glacier and snorkeling with sea lions in Puerto Madryn. Can’t miss. There were a couple hiccups along the way, but Mattias was quick rectify them! The only suggestion I would have is get to know travelers better to suggest more appropriate yours. We are a very active couple and adventure seekers and there were a few things that weren’t suggested to us that we had to squeeze in on site when we learned about them from other travelers.

8 Days of Moroccan Highlights, Marrakech to Marrakech an 1800Kms road trip.
Marrakech, dades valley, Ait Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate, Tinghir, Gorge Toudgha, Merzogha, Fes, Rabat and Marrakech.

We were accompanied by our driver/guide throughout the trip. Rafiq. He was a very competent and considerate driver and he was very knowledgeable about all the areas and places we visited. He was also an extremely nice guy who went over and beyond to make our trip memorable especially on my wife's birthday. However, in each place we had a local guide who was a specialist for the city. Hassan for Marrakech and Said for Fes were excellent.
The accommodations selected by Sharon based on our specification were excellent and gave us a very good insight into Moroccan high life. The Ryad Paradise delivered the best dinner of the entire trip.
I would strongly recommend this company and this itinerary to anyone wanting their first taste of Moroccan culture but in some style.

She's also very patient as well as, I've made a lot of requests throughout the trip, and she delivered on all of them.

Vietnam was amazing, highly recommend, lots of history there and very beautiful place.

Was met in Dehli, on time, well spoken meet agent and friendly driver Lall.
Our Guide for Delhi was Samar, very pleasant and well spoken gentlemen, we saw all the sites we wanted to see and some hidden gems. Samar was very knowledgeable about the the Indian history and all the monuments. We really enjoyed our time with him. Samar also assisted us with what foods to eat and how to eat them👍🏽.

We then had a new guide for Agra. Ajay was also very accommodating and got us some real bargains at the market, our time was short in Agra so it did feel a bit rushed but no fault of the guide.

Overall we where very pleased with the Claridges hotel in Dehli. We had a poor night at the Crystal Savor as kids were running in the corridor until 1am and had the television on full blast the entire night. We did contact hotel management which did not solve the situation.

I had an excellent 6 day trip to Bangkok. I was able to chose my budget, choose from 1/2 day & day tours, have transportation to & from the hotel & the assurance that Emilie would be able to answer any questions.
I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Sathorn, nice big room with bathtub, lovely staff, lots of choices at breakfast and wonderful rooftop pool.
I liked that I had a free day to orientate myself on arrival. I then enjoyed 3 tours. My tour guides Ping & Nana were kind, knowledgeable & took my wishes into consideration- I like to take lots of photos & they were very accommodating.
I would recommend Kimkim to anyone wanting to do a semi independent tour.

I liked this hotel- I had a big room with a fridge & bathtub-bottled water was supplied daily. The breakfast buffet was diverse & the staff were very accommodating. The neighbourhood is relatively safe with local shops, laundry, massage places & a 7-11. The rooftop pool & patio were great. My only complaint was the smoking- one day there were people at the 4 corners of the pool on chaise loungers all smoking. I think there should be no smoking at poolside & maybe a dedicated area i a far corner of the patio.

Guide had excellent knowledge and was firth coming if asked..

By contrast the hotels in Auckland and Rotarua were very poor indeed. Really not acceptable. The cultural evening in Rotarua however could not be bettered.

The rooms were pocky and tatty. The breakfast was poor. The hotel staff were unhelpful eg I asked for advice as to where we might go to see thermal activity. There was no one at the desk who had actually visited any of the sites, so they gave me two leaflets but at least one of the places in the leaflets was closed. I was told that it was unlikely anyone would be there that day who could help. The lady I spoke to thought nothing of this. In the end. We want to the information centre which was excellent. At the very least the hotel could have recommended this.

Total trip was perfect except for the last night in Soweto when the event was canceled without being aware. Guudes were great, activities interesting and unique and hotels beautiful.

Regarding the photo book the pictures duplicated themselves in the ski days, but I do not want them duplicated in the book, please.

From the moment we began planning the trip with Yassine and then Louis, we were off to a great start. They tailored our trip to match our interests and tastes. They answered our questions and messages in a timely manner and provided very good customer service.

Upon arrival in Casablanca, we were welcomed by the amazing Amine whose energy and enthusiasm about our pending adventure was infectious. Amine truly made the trip even more special with his warmth and hospitality. His ability to navigate the challenging roads gave us confidence.

In Fes we stayed at the Riad Mazar Fes which was not only beautiful and comfortable but Siham and Aziz took great care of us. The authentic breakfast was delicious and particularly memorable. Mohamed, our guide in the Medina, was extremely knowledgeable which also added to the experience.

The Sahara desert, from the sunset camel ride, to the glamorous luxury Camp Chebbi, to the sunrise sand boarding, to the very fun quad ride back to Merzouga was a one-of-a-kind experience.

Stephanie and Ibrahim at the Kasbah Isfoula were also great hosts and we enjoyed a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. The charismatic Aziz, our guide in Ait Ben Haddou , integrated his experiences being an extra in well known movies and TV series into the narrative to everyone's delight.

In Marrakesh, our guide Rachid was totally awesome. The cooking class at the Clock Cafe is a must do. Mohammed our chef was terrific and the food we all made was delicious.

Overall, KimKim planned the perfect trip!

To say that I fell in love with Morocco would be an understatement; and I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Hakim for making that possible and for having created an amazingly unforgettable experience for my family!

From the onset of planning, it was clear that he was dedicated to meeting and satisfying all of our expectations, and he continuously exceeded them. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about both the potential and the limitations of such a trip, but he seemed to have a natural intuition in understanding our vision of what we hoped to experience. As such, his meticulous planning resulted in a finely executed series of events that compounded into a beautiful memory. Not to mention, he went above and beyond in creating an itinerary that was both exciting and intriguing for the adults, and yet still manageable enough for the patience and span of attention of a 4 year old child. To balance the needs of all is no easy task, But Hakim seemed to do so seamlessly.

I would also like to commend him for his very personal service to us. At one point during the tour, my mom had left a credit card behind at a hotel hours and hours away, and Hakim was able to personally return the card to us in another city. We were grateful for his effort to safeguard our property, and continue to be entirely impressed by this gesture.

Hakim could not have planned a more perfect trip for our family, and in doing so has most certainly guaranteed that we will be back— and that we will highly recommend both Hakim and KimKim to anyone seeking excellent service for in their travel planning to Morocco.

I would be remiss if I did not extend a special shout-out to our dependable driver, Mohamed, who was a dream come true from the moment we met. After flight delays, cancellations, lost luggage and an exhausting trip across the Atlantic, he greeted us with a warm & welcoming smile, genuine kindness, and a calming energy, which gave us the reassurance that we were in very good hands. Throughout the entire tour he was endlessly patient— providing us with knowledge, insight and humor. He brought so much joy to my family (my 4 year old daughter, especially) during our long hours on the road. What a gift it was to have had him as our driver for the duration of the trip! We felt extremely lucky to have him, and are very honored to now call him a friend.

Suffice it to say, not only do these men deserve special recognition for their outstanding service, but they ought to be compensated and rewarded— accordingly and generously. We could not have been happier!

Our guides Lee and Tar were fantastic! They were both very knowledgeable. When our flights were changed Ashley are travel agent made the necessary changes quickly. Ashley checked on regularly via whatsapp to make sure our trip was smooth. Our guides would remind us of what was appropriate clothing to wear the next day, and when possible gave is your options. This trip was tailored to is perfectly, I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Our itinerary followed our guidelines to be action packed and cover lots of ground. We went to incredible locations and were with great people. We had an agency operator assigned that was available at all hours to answer questions and correct any issues. There were few communication errors but the agency was always very open to dialogue and fixing things. The places we went were AMAZING and we definitely see the benefit of getting a local to organize and plan the best set up. The hotels were aligned (some were great) and the places far exceeded anything we could imagine. We made memories for a lifetime and hope to be back some day

I thought the trip was amazing! Hichom our driver was the best ever! Very friendly, attentive and overall a very nice person. I enjoyed our guides in each city. They were knowledgeable and prideful of their people, city, country and culture. The Mosques were beautiful but we saw a lot of them which a bit much but enjoyed. I would have liked more time to shop at the fine jewelry shops in Rabat and the other market places but there was was some much ground to cover. I kinda felt we were in an endurance race to cover everything but we had to cut out a hike because we were tired from being on the “ go” so much. One to two hour guided tours turned into 4-5 hours which was a bit much at times. The hotel host s were very accommodating and hospitable. Loved the Sahara and camel ride! Just wonderful ! The relaxing massage at the end of the trip was a great way to reset and prepare for the travel back to the USA. Overall, one of my best trips! Had the best time! Our entire Morocco trip was world class in every way. The schedule was well prepared and the guides and the driver chosen for this trip were excellent. The hotels that were chosen for the trip were outstanding with the best customer service that we could get anywhere in the world.

There were only couple of small hiccups with the hotel reservation in Casablanca and the garden tickets in Marrakech but they were resolved very quickly. The guides chosen for the different visits in different cities were very knowledgeble as well as patient in taking us to all the key sites in the specific cities. Our driver was also very patient because my children were sick one of the days and so we had to make some adjustments to the travel plan to accommodate that. We were four of us and so I am sure each of us have our own memorable spots during our travel. For me it was Marrakech and our stay in the desert in Merzougah. Both were outstanding and showed us very different aspects of Morocco. The one aspect of Morocco that we all loved is the people who made us very welcome in every city that we visited. That is testament to the country being a fantastic place for tourists to come to and learn about and understand what Morocco is all about. Even though we did not speak Arabic or French, it was easy to communicate with anyone who dealt with tourists because English was very well spoken and understood everywhere.

Alvaro was a super specialist! We've never worked with a planner before and always did our own travel planning. Ecuador and the Galapagos seemed a little daunting to us, so we enlisted some help. Alvaro's help expanded from just Galapagos to our entire trip. He was always available to answer questions, make suggestions, follow up, check in with us, and send messages along the way as we geared up for our trip. We loved having a virtual call so we could go over what activities we enjoy doing the most and then Alvaro making suggestions and worked on a few revisions to make sure it was perfect.
I was not prepared for the level of support! We had tour guides at every junction guiding us to our next hotel, our flight, greeting us, and helping us check in. Our guides and drivers were all knowledgeable, friendly, and must be the best in the business! I would highly recommend any traveler, even a very experienced traveler, to use Alvaro and the Kimkim team to plan a memorable trip to any locale.

Wonderful activities to do and explore with your guide just outside your door...viewing wildlife, canopy tour, night hike. The food was wonderful and the staff working here show tremendous pride in what they do and care immensely in a guest's experience, while also fostering a caring atmosphere and family for staff.

Wildlife Encounter at Los Tuneles (Cabo Rosa)

Our guide was fantastic--Peter. He was very invested in making sure we saw wildlife and we were safe in the water. Super engaging and made the trip enjoyable and time go so fast!

My daughter and I had a great time in Colombia, visiting the small colonial towns around the beautiful mountains of Antioquia. The whole trip went very smoothly, thanks in part to the phenomenal job of Michael Gold, who answered ALL our questions always in a timely manner and paid attention to every detail.
