Xandari resort 9n outskirts of San Jose and Cariblue in Puerto Viejo, Caribbean side...really cool! Amazing food, places and people...and awesome animal experience at Jaguar Rescue Center!

Trolltunga was spectacular.
I liked the variation in accommodations, from the Trolltunga Hotel, to a more modern "chain" at the Scandic Voss, to the family-run Dragsvik Fjordhotel; the combination of experiences at each was a nice variation, although each were unique.
I endorse each of the experiences we had, and thought that driving through Norway was fairly simple.
Overall, great job, Julia and team.

Sean was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable in the history of Ireland, up to date politically, very acquainted with Ireland and areas we were interested in, and very flexible in our day to day schedule. Which made touring the island very pleasurable. Because of his experience and knowledge as a native Irishman, he was able to show us sites and places we would not normally see or visit in a large tour group and was familiar w/ areas to avoid crowds (i.e., Cliffs of Mohr). Sean was also able to provide services such as shopping, local entertainment, dining, etc. that again I felt was above and beyond what he was contracted for. In summary, Sean became a good friend that we hope to see in the future if he visits the US or we visit Ireland, again.

We are so incredibly grateful to Linda for planning us an AMAZING 18 day itinerary through Norway.
She really gave us incredible diversity along our travels- allowing us to see the country from so many points of view!
We came home with so many memories we will cherish forever- and it was so thoughtful how Linda checked in with us along our journey.
Since we went North to South through the country, I thought I would share my favourite stops along the way:
- Honningsvag and Nordkapp: being that North was something we will never forget. Being at Nordkapp on the summer solstice Instantly became a core memory. The midnight sun and the driving were epic!! We would have loved another night here. Our hotel in Honningsvag had a beautiful rooftop terrace.
- The Sami culture park in Karasjok is worth a visit we loved to learn about the culture and driving here we saw SOO many reindeer! We also got to feed some at the nature park right beside our hotel. Be aware that the park is closed on Sundays if you travel there over a weekend. The restaurant there beside the Scandic hotel was one of our favourites of the entire trip!
- Tromso was a lively incredible city with amazing views everywhere you look. The cable car for the midnight sun is a must. We spent quite a bit of time up there. The views were beautiful. Our hotel- Clarion the Edge had the most comfortable bed of the entire trip and I slept so well here.
- Fjaerland: this was HANDS DOWN our absolute FAVOURITE part of our trip! This small village should be visited by anyone going to Norway. Kayaking in the fjord, the floating sauna, the glacier museum and having lunch in front of the glacier left us speechless. We were in love with every minute of being here. 2 nights was the perfect amount of time to see the village and do some activities. A MUST visit for anyone. Fjaerland Fjorstove hotel had the most amazing and friendly staff, the food was great and better yet- learning about the village from the locals was so fantastic.
- Vaerlandet: The next top stop for us on our journey- we enjoyed the island life thoroughly and the hotel was INCREDIBLE. Vaerlandet Havhotell- Elin was Incredible. She was SO nice and accommodating, even letting us do a load of laundry during our visit! The view from our terrace allowed us to fully enjoy sunsets, the breakfast delivered right to your door was great and climbing Alden mountain with a private boat transfer was also a core memory from our trip!
-Flam Railway: an incredible trip not to miss up the mountain with so much beautiful scenery and waterfalls!
-Oslo: We really enjoyed the city vibe of Oslo. There were so many great shops and restaurants here, but we truly wouldn’t have enjoyed Oslo as much if we didn’t have a guided walking tour with our guide STIG! He was AMAZING! Such a cool, laid back guy, who loved being off the beaten path and really made us fall in love with his city. The stories and history he shared made our visit to Oslo so special. Thanks Stig!!!
The opera house is the ideal place to watch the sunset each night and the vintage shops were my favourite!

Thank you Linda and Kimkim for an incredible trip we will never forget. We really felt like we could reach out to Linda for anything- having the best support along our travels. Once again, we are so grateful for you!

The rooms here are BEAUTIFUL! The additional touches of robes, slippers, the tech of the digital lights, music syncing, etc made it feel very luxurious. I would absolutely stay here again in Oslo. The breakfast was hands down the best of our trip, with eggs Benedict, omelettes, etc. the location also could not have been any better so close to the train station and we enjoyed hearing live music in the square in front of the hotel most nights!

Omg the glass was so clean my pictures turned out amazing from here! We jumped into the fjord to cool down- and it was COLD! The water was 8 degrees haha but it felt fantastic. This experience was one of the highlights of our entire 18-day trip. Our guide was incredible, and we enjoyed hearing about the village during our time together. It almost feels surreal on the water- everywhere you look you feel like you are in a postcard or painting. I wish we had more time to spend in Jordan - it is a wonderful country full of amazing people and sites to visit. Our guide Ali, and driver, were both wonderful and made it possible for us to visit Petra and Wadi Rum easily and enjoy every minute of the short time we had.

My husband and I fulfilled a bucket list wish by booking a month long trip through Morocco with KimKim. It was a month filled with marvels, adventures, and meeting many hospitable, welcoming, kind, and generous people of Morocco. It exceeded all our expectations. The local agency that KimKim contracts with is Morocco Off the Beaten Track. Yassine (from MOBT), Louis (from MOBT, and I laid out the initial plan and went back and forth perfecting it until we were all satisfied. Their advice and guidance were critical to the outcome. Then, the hero of our story, Hassan picked up the baton. He executed the plan which included selecting and booking accommodations, driving us throughout the country, tour-guiding from the driver seat, and advising us on everything we needed to know while we were there. We visited Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Chefchaouen, Fez, Sefrou, Merzouga, Ouarzazate, Ait Ben Haddou, Marrakech, and Essaouira. There were highlights in each of these places, but I will limit this to our absolute favorites: meeting wonderful people in every town, the beautiful blue medina of Chefchaouen, experiencing a Hamman, the artisan capital of the world and oldest medina in the world (Fez), visiting with Hassan in his home town of Sefrou, the camel ride to luxury camping in the Sahara, the "camping" itself, ATVing (they call the ATVs "buggies") in the Sahara, the tours of Atlas Studios in Ouarzazate and of Ait Ben Haddou where so many movies and tv shows have been filmed, and a balloon ride with our entire family who joined us in Marrakech for the final week. Hassan was with us every step of the way, ensuring smooth traveling, wonderful restaurants, and a truly unique and authentic Moroccan experience. I caution any westerner against driving in Morocco. Between crazy drivers, different norms, masses of helmetless groups on scooters and bikes, and pedestrians crossing streets unexpectedly, it is really critical to have an experienced, professional driver. Hassan was truly the best and made our trip magical. Thank you, Hassan!

Fantastic Trip! Overall we really enjoyed our experience. The hotels were all very good (especially the one in Rovinj), the transportation between each location was pretty seamless. The tour guides were all generally very good. Our local specialist, Anna-Maria, had good advice about how to maximize our time and was always available and responsive (including on weekend nights) when we needed her during our trip. I would recommend using this service to my family and friends!

Valentine helped us a wonderful trip to France. She made suggestions for itineraries, tours, hotels--everything. She was responsive and communicative. Kimkim made traveling stress free.

Where do I start?! This was the most amazing vacation, ever, and I could not have done it without Yuliana and KimKim! This was a very intricate trip to Costa Rica. We loved not only the hotels we stayed at, but all our activities and private transport. Arsenal Volcano and our guide for the day, Franklin, Jose our driver with Quality Transfers, Leo our driver with Amazillia, and all the staff at The Tabacon, El Establo in Monteverde and The Parador in Manuel Antonio. We are experienced zip-liners, and had the most breath taking zip lining of our lives at Selvatura Park in Monteverde. Our night/nocturnal canopy forest walk and lastly our Catamaran tour with Planet Dolphin. We loved all the people we interacted with throughout our trip, the drivers, hotel staff, etc. , they were most welcoming and warm. I have never used travel planning/agent services before, and I won’t travel without them again!! Thank you so much for the wonderful experiences - everything was taken care of for us from door to door. I cannot recommend your services enough - I will most definitely use your services again. Robi planned the perfect trip. Our family was able to see the town where my Father was born and the sorrow ding towns where he frequented.
Bruno (Our Tour guide) not only did his homework on my Fathers Birthplace and Church where he was baptized but took us to 15 towns in 7 days.

What began as panic and inability to plan our family vacation in a timely manner, turned into a great blessing. Bea was so helpful and easy to work with, she helped us create a trip to remember! In Portugal, we started with a great tuk tuk tour and then Elsa, who showed us local treats! Our most favorite was touring Sintra with Nuno who was a perfect mix of guide and friend and we had the most wonderful lunch and day of exploring. In Barcelona, Dani was amazing- took us all by surprise with his knowledge and love for the city and sport, Camp Nou was even amazing for our son who cares nothing about soccer! But really, every guide and activity planned were fantastic. On our last day, Nuria was kind and flexible and able to change our tour plan without any sign of concern. We had a wonderful day to Girona and Tossa de Mar. Whatever hiccups occurred were easily solved by Bea and Marta. Our accommodations were great and conveniently located, though having now seen the city, I will opt to stay closer to Gothic area In Barcelona in the future. We had a great mix of activity and downtime with suggestions to fill in the gaps. I have already recommended to friends and will continue for many years to come. Very sincere thanks from our entire family.

Andres helped us book an incredible trip. We enjoyed every minute, and it was the perfect combination of activities for adults and children. The accommodations were fantastic and the activities were so much fun. It was wonderful. I will definitely use Kim Kim again!

First off, having a great guide on the trip made all the difference. Our guide Hassan Amraoui was also our excellent driver in a clean and safe coach for our private tour. We organized a custom itinerary with Megan, who was extremely communicative and helpful in the planning process. We had seven days, exploring Casablanca, Rabat, Fes and Chefchaouen. We can't wait to come back and explore Marrakesh and the Sahara one day, inshallah!

Hassan's unique insights into Berber and nomad culture gave us an edge in exploring the country. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of Morocco and easily convinced us to return for a future adventure. Courteous, patient, and always timely, we could rely on Hassan the entire trip to take care of any need. On our last day, we regretted not buying saffron when we had a chance so Hassan went to a local market to buy some for us so we wouldn't be disappointed. This kind of service was above and beyond our expectations.

We had a wonderful family trip to Greece! Eleni was very helpful and responsive when booking the trip. We enjoyed all of the private tours that were booked. My family truly had an experience of a lifetime. We especially enjoyed the farm tour in Santorini (Ana did a wonderful job during our cooking class and farm to table meal) and the catamaran tour in the caldera. Petit Palace was incredible and service was excellent. The only feedback I would give is just have the travel team confirm with vendors/ restaurants when costs are included. There was a little confusion at one of the restaurants about if it was pre-paid or not. Overall a wonderful trip. Thank you!

We undertook a trip to Jordan with family. The Kimkim platform made it very easy to get services from a local travel agency Amani Tours directly through the platform. The booking process with our travel specialist Ms Nada was smooth. She was responsive to various suggestions and modifications to the itinerary and provided very good services. The payment process was very trustworthy through the Kimkim platform and is one of the big advantages of using the service from overseas. We got full service on the ground in Jordan. As far as hotel bookings, any special requests around late check out, attached rooms etc were fully accommodated. The pricing of the package seemed very fair. The highlight was the excellent services provided by our Jordanian tour guide Mr Emad Fraihat, who was much more than our driver. He had tremendous local knowledge, spoke English fluently, and very high customer service orientation. When trip ended and we had some hiccups at the airport, Mr Emad did his best to help us. I recommend Kimkim, Amani tours, Ms Nada and Mr Fraihat to make your Jordan visit smooth.

Our driver took us through Wadi Araba on the Jordan/Israel-Palestine border. Very scenic route and you drive all along the Dead Sea. Make sure to stop along the way to see salt deposits by the bank.

Our 12-day trip to Italy was wonderful! I recommend Eleni at kimkim 100%.

Our Group:
We had four kids (aged 5, 6, 7, & 8) plus two sets of parents, and three grandparents. So we had a total of 11 people. One of the adults had limited mobility in walking. The tour was very personalized to our group. There was a special focus on engaging the kids so they would enjoy the tour.

Our Specialist:
Eleni was our specialist and she really knew exactly how to plan a trip for our specific groups. She took into consideration our budget, our needs, and our interests. It didn't feel like a generic tour, it felt very personalized to us. She was very responsive and helpful at all times. I can't imagine a better person to plan our trip. She took care of everything.

The Hotels:
We stayed in hotels in Venice, Florence, and Rome. All three were excellent, with fantastic rooms, fantastic breakfast, and fantastic service!

The Experience:
We had a series of tour experiences in each location. Every tour guide was knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating to the needs and interests of our group, and kid-friendly. We especially loved day trips, the scavenger hunt-style tours for our kids, and the activities we had in each location: Mask making in Venice, Gelato making in Florence, and Mosaic making and pasta making in Rome. The transfers were seamless.

Overall:
Members of our group regularly looked at each other and said, "Can you believe how fantastic this tour is?!" We loved every aspect of it. The kimkim team was super responsive. When we had questions or little issues we could contact them and get help immediately. Once we got off the plane in Venice, up until the final transfers to the airport in Rome on the very last day, everything was so smooth. We were completely taken care of every step of the way, through three major cities and multiple day trips. We had no stress. The tour was the perfect pace for our group. We all loved it!!! Additionally, I priced out a 12-day Italian tour for our group through several tour companies before choosing kimkim, This tour was the best value of all those I priced out. Kimkim is now my go-to tour company.

Chris and the team at kimkim made this a fantastic trip for my family and myself. The suggestions they made were perfect. The catamaran cruise from Naxos Yachting and our co-captains Yannis and Christos showed us how beautiful the Aegean and Cyclades really are. We also enjoyed Athens, Santorini and the our accommodations at the Vasilicos hotel. One again, thanks for everything. A special thanks for the rescheduling from the original 2021 trip.

Camellia did such a great job planning our ideal Vietnam trip. She listened and really took into account everything we wanted to do and see and made the perfect itinerary. Most all the guides and people we encountered were nothing but wonderful and excited to show us their country. Our favorite activity was the Ha Long Bay cruise as well as the numerous cooking classes and food tours we did. We felt like we got a true 'taste' of Vietnam. The only thing we would do differently if we knew then what we know now is to spend less time in Ho Chi Minh and not do the Mekong Delta. We felt this was a waste of time to drive 2 hrs each way to float on some water. But you don't know what you don't know! Otherwise, great itinerary and another great trip planned by KimKim!
