Our trip to Argentina was amazing. Andrea was great a great help on WhatsApp when we had questions and Fabio was such a good driver. We loved the city vibe of Buenos Aires and the tango show was a highlight. Ushuaia was a neat port city. We really enjoyed our free day hiking to Laguna Esmeralda. The capybaras that we saw in Iguazu were adorable and the waterfalls epic. Leandro touched base with us throughout the trip and we really appreciated the detailed itinerary and assistance that he provided.

Where do I even begin? My travel advisor was very helpful and patient with all my questions and helped me organize my trip. Once we landed we were greeted by our guide and they made everything so easy and truly felt like a VIP. We arrived in Cairo and our driver and guide were amazing and fun. Khaled and our driver Ha were the best. We had a busy itinerary and all our transfers and guides were helpful. The only thing we would not advise is the sleeping train to Luxor from Cairo, not the company's fault, but it was something I thought would be fun but was very tiny. Everything else was a breeze. Our last driver in Jordan Mohammad was a star and very cool and made us feel so comfortale.

We just got back from our 12 day trip to Greece and it was absolutely fantastic! The whole planning process was painless, the website and messaging system is very easy to navigate. Christos was our travel agent and we loved the plan he made for us. He was very attentive to details and responded quickly to messages. There were a couple small snafus during the trip (entirely my fault) and Christos and the team responded to messages right away to help us. We had good experiences with every driver and guide that was scheduled for us. Our favorite hotel that we stayed at was the Lagos Mare in Naxos and our favorite tour guide was Spiros, also in Naxos. I know it sounds over the top, but I honestly wouldn’t change a thing about our trip! Even traveling with 4 children, it was all easy and stress free.

We had an amazing trip to Peru! We worked with the Peru specialists on our itinerary and they kept changing it until it was just what we wanted.
Pepe was our guide in the Amazon and he made everything super fun and was very knowledgeable.
Justino was our guide in Cusco, Machu Picchu, and Puno. He was fantastic! Took us to great restaurants and was a great guide on our hikes. We packed al lot into our time there but all the transportation and accommodations were good. Felt very well taken care of and in good hands. So many great memories made. Thanks for a wonderful trip.

Antonis was an amazing guide and organized the best trip I could have asked for in the short time that I spent in Greece! He was very understanding with the changes I’ve had to make with regards to the total cost and the length of the trip, and he was also understanding with the short time frame I had given him.

The itinerary was nothing short of amazing and included everything I wanted to see in the short time I was able to spend in Greece. During the two days I spent in Athens, I was able to see the Acropolis of Athens and the Temple of Poseidon, and was also given ample time to explore the city centre. I also spent a wonderful and relaxing two days in Naxos, during which I was able to spend a day on the beach and explore the town at my leisure. The island is admittedly less busy than Mykonos or Santorini, so it was nice to have a more authentic Greek island experience. Lastly, I spent two days in Santorini, which I have to admit was the highlight of my trip because the island is simply stunning. The architecture of Fira and Oia is beautiful and seeing the important sights of the island during the sunset cruise was breathtaking. I was also able to make new friends during my visit to Santorini, which made it especially memorable for me.

Overall, I could not be happier with my experience in Greece. Not only was the trip organized well and as stress-free as possible, but I also felt safe and accounted for by Antonis and other people too, especially since I was a solo female traveller. Thank you for the amazing trip and I cannot wait to come back to explore more of Greece!

The trip was perfectly planned. Our driver from the airport and for the two days from Zagreb to Split was charming.
The hotels were very nice , especially the one in Split -except for the Dea in Hvar which had too many stairs and we were nit picked up. The Hilton in Dubrovnik was perfectly located and of course a luxurious end to the trip.
Our guide and the half day in Hvar was excellent. She was very knowledgable and pleasant. Olive oil tasting was an interesting experience and should not be missed.
All recommended restaurants were good, especially in Split.
Finally our guide Alberto on Dubrovnik was outstanding. Many thanks to Anna Marie for a great plan and for being there ti make sure it worked every minute,

After a 2 year Covid delay we finally made it to Morocco for a 9 day excursion arranged by Kimkim. Everything went perfectly right from the outset, when our driver Sallam met us at Rabat Airport. Sallam was friendly, always smiling, spoke perfect English and had plenty of stories, jokes and local knowledge. Our trip involved a lot of driving and Sallam was exceptional behind the wheel.
Our highlight had to be the camel ride into the Sahara Desert at Merzouga. The tour was authentic Morocco from the beautifully decorated Riads we stayed in to the Medina tours and sales pitches for carpets, leather and local crafts.
Our family would wholeheartedly recommend Kimkim for any Morroco excursion.

Jenny and the team made our bucket list trip a reality. I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. Beforehand, Jenny was responsive to all my many questions, and patient with several trip iterations. During the trip, the itinerary was seamless. Everything was where she said, when she said, and so conveniently laid out. When one hotel didn’t have our reservation, we called the KimKim number and it was resolved in minutes. And best of all, the itinerary perfectly captured what we had asked for and what we had hoped for. Using Jenny and KimKim saved me hours and hours of planning, and gave us peace of mind in turbulent travel times. I’m so so happy we went with Jenny and KimKim, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our trip was very last minute and Kimkim made it really easy to not miss out on any activities. Brittany was also so amazing, she was available at odd times and checked in on us when we needed her.

Sharon did an absolutely phenomenal job planning the itinerary out for us. Within 11 days, we were able to cover almost all of Morocco in exactly the way we wanted- a bit of adventure, relaxation, and a window into moroccos history, culture and architecture.
Our tour guide, Amnay was with us throughout the trip and he was fantastic- made us feel comfortable and never rushed.
Sharon’s business partner & better half met us in their hometown and we did a couple of great hikes, which has been a highlight of the trip.
While I think the entire trip was beautiful, I’d have to say our time isn’t he desert, Fez and Marrakesh were truly memorable. Thank you Sharon & Morocco immersions for this amazing holiday!

Our family of seven from the United States just returned from a trip to Greece. We visited Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini. Nadia was our travel specialist from kimkim and planned our entire trip, She suggested and arranged family excursions that were perfect for our family. The hotels were centrally located in each area and very nice. The local guides she arranged for our excursions were knowledgeable, fun, and spoke excellent English. We couldn't be more pleased with the KimKim process. They set us up with Marta, a destination specialist for our planned location, Portugal. We gave Marta a general idea of where we wanted to go, for how long, and for what kind of budget. The next day, we had our first draft of an itinerary!! The KimKim app allowed us to comment on each hotel, each tour, etc., so we could pick away at it. In the end, and after only a few rounds, we had the perfect match! Marta stayed in touch with us up to trip time, and even on WhatsApp during the trip. We had a couple of areas where we needed help, including setting up a Covid test on exit, and she was right there to help every step of the way. 5 stars is not enough!! Thank you, Marta!

Had a tough time with this one. It was pouring rain in the morning, which didn't help, but regardless of the rain, the crowds and waiting lines at Sintra were ridiculous. We spent over 2 hours basically standing, moving 3-6 feet, standing again, etc. I would NOT recommend Sintra at all. On the contrary, I loved the rest of the tour. Cascais is an amazing place, and would have like to have spent much more time there. Lastly, the guide and bus driver were not aware that they needed to return us to our hotels, and basically left several travelers stranded, needing to Uber back to our hotels. Bad communication.

Our trip to France was over 2 years in the making due to COVID delays. The wait was totally worth it. Joel curated our trip to our exact specifications. We visited 3 regions - Normandy, Alsace and Provence. In each of these locations he chose the accommodations, tour company’s, organized rental cars, train tickets and most of our transfers. I was grateful for his expertise in planning what was reasonable and what was not. There is absolute value for dollar in the expertise Joel provided to us.

We could not have done this trip through Croatia and Slovenia without Nico or our local contact, Lucija! Lucija was very detailed in her directions, instructions, and was always very quick to respond if we needed assistance. Everything was pretty seamless and we had an amazing trip. The guides in each city were knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend Kimkim to everyone!

We had an absolutely amazing time traveling to The Netherlands and Belgium thanks to Bas from Beat the Dutch Travel who we met through kimkim.

Throughout the planning process, Bas was exceptionally helpful; he asked us good questions to get a sense of our interests, needs, budget etc. and always responded to our messages in a timely manner. Early in the process he provided a potential itinerary which was sufficiently detailed to give us a sense of what our trip might look like and then refined it after our review. In addition to activities that were booked for us, Bas, and his colleague Mieke, also provided us with a curated list of restaurants and sights we might like to consider during unplanned times. All tickets for transit and for sights were purchased for us, which took the stress out of our travel planning. Having a local specialist make suggestions with regard to sights to see meant that we were able to take in the "must-sees" as well as some that were less likely to be visited by tourists. The accommodations that we selected, based on Bas' recommendations were all unique and interesting and suited our needs well.

During our trip we had private tours booked in Amsterdam, Nijmegen and Antwerp which helped us to get an appreciation for each of these cities from the perspective of and with the expertise of a local guide. One particular highlight of our trip, one for which we are particularly grateful was the opportunity to meet Bas when he acted as our driver so that we could visit 'The Crossing Bridge', the Groesbeek Canadian War Cemetery, and Vrijheidsmuseum (Freedom Museum), which would have been difficult for us to visit via public transport. In addition to meeting a very practical need in terms of transport, we deeply appreciated the opportunity to learn about life in The Netherlands through is eyes.

Both Bas and Mieke were very responsive to our questions and concerns both before we traveled and then while we were on the trip. We are very grateful to them for making our trip to The Netherlands and Belgium stress free and highly memorable. Thanks to them we can't wait to plan our next trip!

This was a very unique place to stay. We stayed in the the Deckhouse apartment. Our "room" on the boat was cozy with an outer room (including a kitchenette, dining table, and sofas) and a small bedroom. It has a great view of harbour and the bridge over the river Waal. We took a very peaceful walk around the premises in the early morning. Since we only stayed one night we didn't get to enjoy all of what Opoe Sientje has to offer. Breakfast, served in the Hold, was delicious.

We loved staying at the Amstelzicht Hotel. It is small (with only 14 rooms) and quaint with a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. A week well spent and planned in Peru- starting from Lima, going to Cuzco, day trips, Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain- all day tours were great and memorable. Some days were quite long- this had to do with my limited time (1 week) but all in all the week went well and all excursions worked out and no delays anywhere. I would have liked to have a more extensive tour at MP and if would have known my tour was combined with a small group that just had 2 hours time.

All guides, excursions started prompt- hotel and airport pick-ups always very punctual- this is a great advantage of KimKim. Also having an operational manager available per whats-app is super.

I would definitely recommend the Rainbow Mountain tour- its a long day, but very worthwhile. And include the Amazonia in your trip- I stayed at the InkaTerra and that was such a lovely experience.

The itinerary is very helpful- you know day by day what to expect and there were no unexpected changes. Also all the flights were booked and with the LATAM app its very easy to check-in and board the plane.

In the middle of nature- amazing rooms, they have all the luxury you need and the location is fabulous. There is a lot of good detail such as the oil lamp in the bathroom at night, flashlight, hammocks in your room with great view, space for safe storage, great bed covered by mosquito net. The excursions were great and not rushed at all. Food was wonderful- buffet for breakfast as well as a menu for eggs, pancakes, lunch and dinner a la carte and wide variety of tasty options. Nice lounge area in the main building.

Tips for future travelers

Yes- the hotel should instruct visitors more about keeping quiet and be aware that rooms are " open" and just be mindful and respectful to all guests and not scream.

Very quiet location and quiet hotel- people respect each other and at night you can sleep really well. Great breakfast and good beds and shower- nice touch was the warm water jug in bed on night one. Other nights I did not get this, yet it was cold. Wifi signal very good and would definitely recommend this place if you look for a eco-friendly hotel with a personal touch- very attentive staff!

Their attention to the details of train schedules, passes, hotel reservations, etc took away a great deal of the stress of traveling in a foreign country with an unfamiliar language. They were also respectful of our budget. We would highly recommend this firm to anyone wanting to plan a stress-free getaway.
