It was crowded, small, and not very exciting. It was pretty, and the history was interesting, but ultimately not worth the time.

Although the rooms were smaller compared to US hotels, they were reasonable considering we're in Paris! The location was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood it was located in. The Italian restaurant across the street was particularly impressive and I highly recommend it. The surrounding area offered a diverse culinary scene with numerous excellent restaurants. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was exceptional, and the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the establishment were commendable. I would be delighted to stay there again in the future.

Professional and reliable drivers who prioritize safety and punctuality. The pickup service was provided in a luxurious minivan, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience.

I selected this experience for my children, and they thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a remarkable opportunity to witness a genuine Parisian apartment and create our own macarons, immersing ourselves in the authentic Parisian experience. The tour was exceptionally efficient and entertaining. Was great talking to the chef to learn more about French food and culture. If you have a passion for macarons, this is an indispensable activity.

The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the exhilarating experience of racing around the city in a Citroen 2CV, the iconic French car. The exceptional driving skills and captivating entertainment value of the drivers made it an unforgettable experience for all ages, including the children. We captured some of the most memorable photographs with the car positioned in front of iconic landmarks such as the Montmartre, Eiffel Tower, and Arc de Triomphe. Passersby were captivated by our presence, often capturing images of us as if we were movie stars during our thrilling drives. This unique mode of transportation provided an exceptional opportunity to explore the city while immersing ourselves in its vibrant atmosphere.

A comprehensive tour of an exceptionally grand opera house left a lasting impression. Its imposing architecture and regal aura were truly awe-inspiring. However, the two-hour duration proved somewhat protracted for what was to be seen. Despite this, the guide’s exceptional engagement skills ensured that we remained captivated throughout the experience.

A must-see attraction in Paris, Versailles offers a captivating experience despite the lengthy commute from the city center. The driver’s entertaining commentary provided an engaging narrative while commuting to Versailles. The audioguide offered a comprehensive historical account, however, its detailed nature may occasionally hinder sustained attention. The gardens are resplendent, though vibrant array of blooms were missing for us during the early spring season. Nevertheless, navigating through the extensive palace can become congested, particularly during peak tourist hours.

Our guide, Tiffen, was exceptional in maintaining the engagement of both children and adults throughout the tour. Through insightful commentary, we gained a comprehensive understanding of the Louvre’s historical significance and the historical context of the artwork it houses. The incorporation of a treasure hunt element significantly enhanced the enjoyment of the experience for the children, who were particularly delighted by the prize they received at the conclusion of the tour. The duration of the two-hour session was highly appropriate.

An excellent commencement to our journey. We were fortunate to witness the city’s prominent landmarks and get a great overview of our home for the next week. Regrettably, we wish we had scheduled our visit slightly later in the evening to experience the city’s illuminated beauty.

Arenal Springs Resort & Spa was definitely the highlight of my accommodations on this trip. The place was simply luxurious and stood out compared to the other hotels. Everything about it was top-notch, from the atmosphere to the services provided. I felt entirely pampered during my stay. It's one of those places you can't help but look forward to coming back to after a day of exploring.

Our guide Andy, made this a very special trip. He was so fun and easy to be with. He really knows his birds and helped us find and identify many that we would not have seen without him. I do like the Curi-Cancha Reserve. It is so beautiful with lots of opportunities for seeing special birds.

Monteverde Cloud Forest is just awesome. You can do the walk without a guide, but you get so much more out of it, if you have one.

Great little walk around the village. You do not realize how close you are to the Carabean Sea until you walk through the village. A nice fruit milkshake just hit the spot on a hot day.

This was fun and informative tour. Chocolate and coffee are so important to the history and economics of Costa Rica. It was great to learn about the growing and the processes for making coffee and chocolate. Definitely glad I did this tour.

The history of how the Children's Cloud Forest was created is amazing. European children were moved to conduct bake sales and other fund raisers to help preserve what is now known as the Children's Cloud Forest in honor of their efforts.

Love, love, love touring through the Toruguero Canals. You see something different all of the time. Our guides were great: Ronny, Bony and Lilly did an excellent job!

Awesome tour with Mariano! He was just great. So informative. He had a great sense of humor and was just so fun!

I told you I can't say enough good things about Tortuguero and cruising around the canals looking for wildlife.

For three hours out on the rough seas we saw nothing but birds, no whales. I know there is no guarantee that you will and we were offered free tickets to try again in the future. Many people were sick even though tablets were offered at the start (poor crew who have the unenviable job to clean up)

A peak experience for us. I wished the kayak had a functioning back rest. I was very uncomfortable by the end.

A long day or touring that culminated in the Penguin Parade. Worth the time Lots to see and do. The animal zoo we visited in the morning seemed a bit sparse compared to another we visited outside of Sydney.

A walking nice tour our many sights and attraction in Melbourne.

Hotel itself is beautiful - the animals, grounds, and pools are gorgeous. The service was a little slow - took long to get food/drinks at restaurants but room service was great. The shower in the room was not amazing for the kids (only a rainfall head). It was easy to walk to several markets and restaurants. Overall, it was great experience.

Miha showed us around and was really excited about the city. You could tell that this wasn't just a job for him, he was passionate about the city. He was able to bond with us and not make it seem like a lecture. He moved at our pace and took us to a great bistro for a break.

Go through the subway station to get to the actual tunnels. It's amazing things like this exist within everyday life. The guide was full of energy and knowledge and we went from one room to another. Seeing how life was and actual pictures and furniture from that era really made this experience real.

Most of the structures are rebuilt and a lot of imagination is required to see where everything stood. This place was completely destroyed and rebuilt for historic purposes. There is a lot to take in and it gives you chills when you hear about what humans are capable of.

Pawel did an amazing job showing us around the city with the perfect amount of details for everything we visited. He didn't make it sound like a lecture and casually showed us everything and explained it all. We got in over 15000 steps during the tour, but it went by fast because he was really good at what he was doing. Seeing the Strahov Library was magical!

Mojca is very passionate about Vienna. A lot to see and take in all over. Amazing architecture and history all around.

Trip with Pawel, he drove us there in his Mercedes van. He showed us around Terezin and explained all the exhibits within the museum. Very educated and excited to share his wealth of knowledge.

Amazing! Great guided tour inside the hospital. Full of history and well kept. The dummies that are there really shows how life could have been within those tunnels.

It had everything we needed for a great stay although the bed and pillows were hard and the bed didn’t have a top sheet, which was odd. All in all, I would stay here again.

Staff was great and attentive. The first room we stayed in for 4 nights was amazing - Room 207, good size, great view, good air conditioning. We returned to this hotel on our last day and stayed in Room 204. It seemed like it was half the size, no view, no air conditioning and a tile on the floor in front of the bathroom wobbled every time it was walked on. The full length mirror was facing a wall so you could not get between the wall and the mirror to see yourself. It was odd. All in all, I would stay there again because it was conveniently located.

We wish we had booked a tour of Pompeii. We went but on our own. It was wonderful but I’m sure we missed out on a lot.

Our driver/guide was great. I think his name was Fuvio. He was a lot of fun. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My kids loved the water park. Food was ok but everything else was great.

hilltop location was great. food in the restaurant was outstanding.

We had a great time and the rafting was better than expected.

Hike was nice but a little short. would have liked to hike longer. maybe took an hour or slightly more.

It was good, but there were a lot of people there with us. saw some cool frogs other things but not a lot else. it was worth doing.

Great experience. i would highly recommend. Got to see chocolate making, sugar cane and coffee all on the same trip. Well done and our guide was great.

This was a highlight. great experience overall. Probably the best zip lining i've done anywhere. Really a high quality experience. I would strongly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at El Silencio. It is a very laid back, beautiful facility, with villas, hot spring pools, a spa, a restaurant, & an active farm. There are beautiful views of the Arenal Volcano. The staff are very helpful. It is great for adults travelling alone, as well as travelers with kids who can enjoy the farm, & the free ranging animals throughout the property, in addition to all the other amenities. We had a great stay at La Mariposa. It is a beautiful hotel, with breathtaking views of the Pacific. The staff are first class. The restaurant has delicious food. We recommend it higghly. Isaac & Shari Harris

The staff was extremely welcome and accommodating! The room was amazing and the welcome flower art and beverage put it over the top! The location was ideal. We enjoyed the use of the bikes and wished we had calmer weather for the kayaks and paddle boards.

The Centara Grand Hotel Osaka was a revelation. I had never heard of this Thailand-based hotel group, but the hotel was stunning, especially the club floor where we stayed. The room was impeccable, and the club floor amenities were top-notch. It was a delightful experience overall.

Staying at Hakone Kowakien Ten-yu was a highlight of our trip. The hot springs resort was fabulous. It wasn't what I expected from a typical hotel; it was more of a resort hotel popular with Japanese tourists. Both my wife and I wished we had an extra full day and night there to soak in the experience. It was a refreshing change from the usual business hotels.

The Full Day Mt. Fuji and Lake Ashi Tour with Hakone Tozan Railway was spectacular. Our guide, Naoko, was excellent, and the Open-Air Museum unexpectedly delighted us. Though initially on our list as a 'if you have time' option, it became a highlight. I even bought a book about the museum afterwards—just fascinating!

The Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and Monkey Park Tour was a standout experience. Our guide, Kaori, shared deeply personal family stories about her mother's experiences during World War II, enhancing our understanding immensely. Her ability to weave history with the surroundings was incredibly impactful, making the tour unforgettable.

Great location, comfy bed, not so great breakfast.

Matetich was amazong, wonderful story and tour and getting to see an organic vineyard. The other vineyard Casa Marin was also very nice but seemed kind of rushed and our guide not so into the tour.

The tour doesnt really stop at the lakes, it is more of a 4x4 road trip. Nice lunch but not really as outdoorsy as we expected. Great guides though and overall a nice experience.

Very helpful and Nara was extremely nice

We were with another group in the tour who took the train, we didnt so we had about an hour and a half of lost time. Great lancscapes and views, tour guide was nice.
