Loved the quaintness and coziness of Pioneers!

From the moment we arrived to departure, service was top notch. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Wonderful experience and highly recommend!

Theft! Need to hire trustworthy employees. Online pics were so misleading because our room was no where near what was shown in the pics!

Bare bones hotel. Fans were great touch. Staff was very friendly and provided fresh cold water.

Excellent setting on remote lake. Activities were awesome including fishing and kayaking as well as caiman watching. Note no power after a certain time of night and absolutely no cell service. Fully unplugged and relaxing.

Incredible experience. Truly at one with nature. Note it’s a treehouse with no power in the middle of the jungle but amazing to experience sleeping at one with nature. Food was good and night walk was a can’t miss.

Perfect location. It was great to see the gondolas and singers right outside our window.

Encanto, treehouse themed hotel with comfortable bathrooms, A/c and cable television. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was made to order.

I road in an open top jeep along open farmlands to get to the Cocora Valley and it was very scenic and liberating. There are different hiking trails and it's not difficult, but the incline up the hill is noticeable. My guide, Carlos, was informative and I learned about the background of the wax palms, its history and preservation. The nature is beautiful. The area is so green and the trees have to be experienced firsthand to see their remarkable endurance and height. The weather was excellent in the morning with a breeze.

This is a breathtaking desert! During this trip I learned about the prehistoric animals that roamed these lands and the current animals and plants that thrive there. I got to experience the juxtaposition of the red desert and the grey desert. This is a unique experience to walk through a remarkable landscape. It's an easy walk and the cool breeze in the morning made the walk comfortable, especially at the grey desert.

What better way to experience the solar system then out in nature under the desert skies? Guillermo was enthusiastic and informative about the locations of the constellations, we were able to see Saturn, Alpha Centuari stars, the moon up close and the positions of the stars through his telescope.

18 Grapes Hotel in Naxos was our favorite of the four hotels during our Greece trip. This hotel hit all the marks, beautiful property, elegant rooms, quality food, and genuinely friendly and attentive service. Breakfast selections were from a menu and made to order. Eating areas included indoor/outdoor areas. The hotel staff were ALL so accommodating and attentive. They made us feel like we were part of their family. This was the hotel where I felt most relaxed and happy to sit by the pool and enjoy the sun.

This hotel was very conveniently located in the city center and walking distance to a small grocery store, museums, shops, and restaurants. The room was a small size hotel room. Breakfast was included and consisted of a wide selection of a la carte food and drinks.

The Iliovasilema Hotel in Santroini had beautiful views of the sea with a patio area outside the room to sit and enjoy the views. The hotel is built into the side of the mountainous terrain of Santorini which requires access to the rooms by narrow stairways. The size of the rooms seems to vary considerably. We were assigned an extremely small room.

Small issue at check in, but it was quickly resolved. We were incredibly welcome for our whole stay and loved the amenities.

Great pool area and staff members did a great job. Wish we would have stayed there anther day longer.

Rush hour traffic on the freeway. Pick up was at 0730, Not sure if there was a better way to get to Airport. Luggage did not get on our connecting flight to London on time.

Absolutely excellent experience

Initially, we had a hike planned that unfortunately got cancelled due to the tragic wildfires that happened in Portugal at this time. Our hike got rescheduled to another area along the Sintra Coast. We got paired with Falis, and this might have been the best highlight of an already incredible trip. Falis prepared the hike according to us and what WE felt comfortable with. I am a 30 year old and I am in good shape. We did a roughly 15 km hike that was unlike anything I could have imagined. This was a private costal hike to a private beach and through small costal towns that was beyond anything I could have imagined. The terrain was tough but I can personally handle it. Felis was 100% prepared for anything and knew all the best routes that were the opposite of any “tourist” walk. I will never forget this experience. Felis is now a true friend after my experience. He even personally selected food for lunch and provided it to us. Unbelievably beyond my expectations.

This was my first time on a Tuk Tuk and Catalina provided a great knowledge base of the city. She took us to great places and gave us exclusive access to some things that made the city so great.

Emanuel is a local expert and was such an amazing guide to have. His knowledge of the city and its history is so vast you were getting a college semesters worth of history in a 3 hour tour. He loves the city and gets you to love it too.

This was one of many food tours we took on this trip and we had Jon (Jean) as our guide. This man was incredible. Not only was Jon a knowledgeable local guide who knows the city well, he was also a chef. So all meals were expertly picked with a chefs taste and Jon was about as entertaining and knowledgeable guide as you could ask for. Meals ranged from local meats and cheeses with authentic port wine to local hot spots with authentic dishes

When first getting into Madrid, I wasn’t sure how much I would love the city. Just coming from Barcelona and San Sebastián, Madrid was massive and had a different vibe all together (not bad or dangerous, just very different than the other 2). Sean (our guide) was the game changer for my impression of the city. He showed us the real Madrid that I’m sure not a lot of tourists get to see or understand. If it wasn’t for Sean, I don’t know if I would have enjoyed Madrid as much as I did. He has an awesome local knowledge base of the city and helped us navigate the city much better. By the end, Sean became a friend we met along the way through our journey and I mean that in the most professional way possible.

This was an incredible experience with fantastic food all put together by my guide, Felix. Felix is a local and has grown up in San Sebastián so his selection and taste was spot on. He provided an incredible tour and by the end, became a friend. I mean this in the most professional way possible. The selections he picked were unique to San Sebastián and even gave more suggestions for meals during your stay that couldn’t be included in the tour because time wouldn’t allow.

We met Albert who was our guide and he was incredible. I could not believe how much this man knew about Barcelona. This man had binders of pictures of what the city used to look like and how it has changed over centuries. I walked away from this tour amazed at the education I was provided along with local tips for how to navigate around Barcelona that you would never find even online. You will get a college semesters worth of education in 4 hours and the best part about Albert, you can tell he was excited and passionate about the city’s history and excited to share it with you.

This was our first activity coming off a 9 hour red eye flight being abroad from the US for the first time just to set the scenario. Boris (our guide) welcomed us to the city in the most impressive way possible. I normally cringe at the idea of a “tour”. This isn’t your traditional tour guide walking and shouting to keep everyone together with a giant sign and whistle giving you the cliff notes of generic “authentic” foods. This is a local guided, off the beaten path, “locals only” known with history and culture. Each location is unique and purposefully selected to give you an authentic experience. The group is not more than 8-10 and you start as strangers and end as friends taking pictures to remember the experience. Boris was an awesome guide with amazing taste.

It has everything we needed as seniors (with senior moments) in our wellness retreat -- fresh fruits, healthy cuisine made of local produce, shuttle that helps with our less than ideal mobility, and easy access to the hotel's several thermal hot springs. On top of all these, the cleaning lady who took care of our room called the lobby/reception desk when she realized we forgot something. She knew we were already waiting for our van at the lobby that will take us back to the airport and made sure to reach us right away. She saw the money that my partner stashed away but totally forgot to retrieve. Pura Vida, Arenal Manoa & Hot Springs and its Staff!

Great space for our family! The extra bedroom had a full bed, which was great for our kids so they can sleep together. The space was well used that we did not feel crammed at all with our party of 6. The outdoor space was nice as well.

Place was spacious and fit our family needs.

Sara was awesome! She was one of our favorite tours as well! It was great to ride bikes and tour the city of Seville. She took us to popular landmarks and told us the history of the town as well.

It was a great experience to see a combination of traditions in a show. The dancing and music were great!

Toledo was beautiful! The train was fast and efficient from Madrid. Elena our guide was very knowledgeable and showed us some great historical landmarks!

Beatriz was great in showing us around Madrid. We learned a lot of history, gained knowledge about some of the monuments, and enjoyed some great food as well.

Angie was awesome! She was our favorite tour during our trip! She had a great, warm personality and took us to some special places to eat. As well, we learned a lot about the history of Madrid. Highly recommend!

Guillermo was a native to Seville and has a passion for the city. We had a fun small group during our tapas tour and also met someone from our state! It was a good time!

This was something my husband and I wanted to do. It is truly an incredible place and amazing to see 2/3 of uncovered ruins. Our guide was so knowledgeable with many years of experience . He works at the site.

Our room had a terrible musty smell and no resolution was offered-not a new room, air purifier, dehumidifier or moisture absorbing beads. Some staff were lovely-especially Leo, while others were not very hospitable. Front desk staff should be bilingual and more forthcoming with information re the island-such as there are no taxis after 9.

Luxury on the coast of the Algarve. An amazing view of the coast from a beautiful sailboat with many creature comforts. The staff were knowledgeable and added so much to the day.

Ivo was wonderful! He customized the day so we had a slice of Terceira to sample. Joe Ferreira generously shared his vineyard and home with us. Lunch, including Alcatra, was great!

We just saw the glow worm caves. It was a lovely experience and we had a great guide. might have been good to see another cave also whilst there as they do some good packages.

If you haven't been jet boating before, it is a great experience. was good to see huka falls from the river.

This really was a great experience. You are able to get up close to the geothermal areas, more so than Te Puia. We would recommend this, it wasn't too far from rotorua and we had time to do all of the walks.
