We booked our trip through Moonika from Kim Kim. She was amazing from start to finish and organised every aspect of our trip to Lapland. We normally don't use travel agents but her service was second to none and made us feel comfortable and in control the whole way. Our whole 5 day itinerary was absolutely perfect and in hindsight wouldn't do anything different.

Can't recommend enough.

We strongly recommend using KimKim and Original Travels if you are planning a trip to Morocco! We typically plan all our own travel, but it was a wonderful gift to have KimKim and the team at Original Travels, to introduce us to Morocco.
We engaged KimKim to plan our nearly 3 week trip ! KimKim connected us with Ali at Original Travels in Morocco and with our driver Tayeb. Both were personable, prompt and flexible, spoke English (and other languages) fluently. Ali planned our trip, his colleague Said booked the hotels and guides, and their driver Tayeb picked us up at Casablanca airport. We were off!
Original Travels was very flexible in the arrangements, and they managed to pull everything together even with late notice at one of their busiest times. We wanted to stay in the “old town Medinas” whenever possible and meet many locals. They found off-the beaten-track places for us and all worked out beautifully. Throughout the trip, Tayeb was available, introducing us to the local guides arranged by KimKim and helping us understand the history and culture of Morocco as we traveled.
We will be using KimKim for our next adventure, once we decide what’s next!

Ana & her team provided the most comprehensive & detailed pre-planning and the ongoing support during the trip, I could expect. The trip started off over the New Year's holidays and despite the many possible closures we had no issues with the trip and programs. The hotels we stayed at were just right and also the staffs
The personalized private cooking tour, the visit to the Barrios, the gourmet Sherpa food tour in Buenos Aires were fabulous and gave us a real appreciation of the city and community. The guides - Flo, Mike (Sherpa tour) were superb.
The trips ot Mendoza wine country, the Igauzu falls were quite the icing on the cake.
And finally, the Vamoos App provided a real time ability to get detailed itinerary inf and ahve messaging capabiltiy in a counrty where we didn't speak the language or knew anyone

A most amazing trip. The Finish and Lapland people are so warm and hospitable. I feel we saw the best of the best. Everyday brought a variety of new exciting experiences. Migle was there every step of the way checking to make sure everything ran smoothly. Trips were as promised, transfers on time and ran seamlessly. Hotel accommodations were clean, friendly, and the food has spoiled me for life. I highly recommend the husky rides, sauna and arctic dip, floating under the stars, lappish reindeer farm craft adventure. Every guide brought new interesting facts about their culture. The small group activities were perfect.
Appuka resort was absolutely beautiful.
Bundle up as the temps were between -15 and -28. With the proper clothes Migle recommended we were completely comfortable walking over frozen lakes, wooded trails, viewing the Northern lights late at night.

Franck and his team were excellent in their plan for our vacation in New Zealand...he listened to what we wanted and set up the perfect itinerary...rooms that overlooked lakes and vistas that were amazing...the planned outings were superb...I would recommend this company to anyone if you want to see the real NZ

What an amazing pilgrimage to my homeland! The excursions were exactly what we wanted. All of our tour guides were so welcoming and knowledgeable. My adult children and I had a wonderful time. They are seriously considering moving there! I couldn’t have asked for a better trip back to where I was born. Thank you so much!

Overall the trip was incredible. All of the tours were absolutely amazing. We cannot pick a favorite place as we loved it all. Every city we went to had its own special memory and experience. Our guides and drivers were all very friendly and very informative. The only tour we cancelled was in Hobart to the prison. We really in the end were not interested and wanted to spend the day on Mona. A couple of hours on Mona was way too rushed. Our only wish was that we could have had more time in some of our destinations to experience the city itself. Go into shops and galleries and not be rushed. After the tours we were strapped for time and were too tired to do this. We would have loved time to purchase a piece of art or something special from each culture. Otherwise we loved it all. Feeding kangaroos and emus, the penguin parade truly fascinating, Mona, Bruny island wow, Byron bay beaches spectacular, Sydney harbor like nothing we have seen before, the blue mountains breathtaking, the vegetation throughout and the Botanical gardens wow, the number of boats in Auckland harbor, absolutely loved Waiheke, the rainforest the volcanic beach, kayaking to the glow worms was quite an experience, the redwoods tree walk beautiful, the Māoris so fascinating. Queenstown loved. And of course Milford sound. There are no words for Milford sound. Surrounded by beauty, flying over the mountains was a highlight!!! In terms of the hotels. We loved Henry jones art hotel in Hobart!!! Unique beautiful, great breakfasts, clean, great staff. We loved elements of Byron, also unique and beautiful, lots of activities and close to drive to the beaches!! Great food and service and very clean. The cabin was amazing!! Our favorite was Rees hotel!! Our accommodation was fabulous. The hotel gorgeous. Breakfast and food amazing. Clean and best staff. We liked the rooms in park royal darling harbor hotel and the breakfasts were great. But the front desk staff and management were not impressive. They made a mistake with our rooms and were not very flexible on fixing it. We had to call the travel agent and they made the entire situation very stressful for us. One of our rooms was supposed to be with 2 queen beds for our 3 adult children and they gave a a king bed and said they could put a rollaway bed in it. Not acceptable. Then agent arranged for a third room and when my son went to check into it they said the agent never confirmed it. It was worked out but the entire thing was stressful for us. Would not recommend. The clarion suites in Melbourne was ok. Clean comfortable beds but very dated. There was nowhere to have breakfast and they gave us these breakfast boxes which were not what we were interested in. Would have liked a hotel with restaurant instead and also a concierge or staff who were educated about the city. Would not recommend. Also the washer dryer did not work and we had to have one of the hotel staff have our clothes dried for us. It was on machine that did both and did not work properly at all. Millenium Roturura was ok but very dated rooms. Didn’t love them. Hotel itself fine. Breakfast ok. But location beside Polynesian spa was good. Adina hotel in Auckland. Great location, suite very nice but terrible service. One day they didn’t clean our room. When we called we told them and they said housekeeping was gone for the day. What would I like them to do? Really? How about clean towels, empty garbage, Kleenex etc. so we asked for that. Then they said what do you expect us to do we only have two staff working. Well that is not our problem!!! We are paying you for service. Would not recommend. Overall we loved the entire trip other than the accommodation issues. The best experiences and best memories. Thank you.

How about new towels, dump garbage, Kleenex etc. Then he said we only have two staff working. That is not our problem!!! We are paying for the hotel and the service and this was definitely lacking. Gary was terrific! He was accessible, thoughtful and helped us plan and experience the most amazing trip!

From the very beginning, Dat was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond. We made a few interactions to make sure that we were planning the trip that we dreamed of, total of three weeks. Changing the hotels, changing the days of the activity, planning the airport pick-up, planning basically everything for us. He accommodated all our needs and requests.
During the trip everything happened according to the expectations. Every activity was as expected and sharp on time.
We had a small hiccup and Dat quickly addressed the situation so we could enjoy our time.
Overall, the whole experience was very good, we liked the platform, we liked Dat.

Margoth was an incredible planner. The trip, transfers, hotels, restaurants were all spectacular. The guides, Andreas, Daniellia, and Alejandro were knowledgeable, game and so much more. The food in Bogota was amazing, the market had so much to see and taste. Cartagena's charm did not disappoint. The Bastion Hotel in the heart of the old city was an oasis. Do not miss the drum workshop. In Cali, the salsa was amazing. Our class set us up to go clubbing, so much fun!

Tina was our tour planner and did a good job responding to our mini requests. Sometimes a little difficult to contact when we were in country and had a problem, but she was quick to resolve it once she jumped on our case. It was a new process for us doing only online reservations through Kim, Kim, but overall had a positive experience.

Caterina and her team were beyond amazing in helping make our trip to Italy amazing. Caterina helped with making our planned activities special and accommodated various changes until our itinerary was exactly as we wanted. She picked three amazing hotels for us, each not only located in prime areas of the city, but with welcoming staff and phenomenal rooms. Francesco, was our “on the ground” main contact who kept in touch with us daily to make sure we knew the plans for the following day along with the names and contact numbers of both the local guide we would be with and the drivers contact information. Any questions or concerns we had he responded to rapidly. He even helped us add a site to visit on our last full day in Bologna that was spectacular.

All the guides we had were knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Each guide was helpful and went above and beyond helping to make our stay in their city memorable . Allessia, our assistant in Venice, however, was truly spectacular. Her friendliness, clear joy in sharing her city and country with us, her going above and beyond with shuffling tour times around, helping us add a last minute tour (thanks also goes to Caterina and Francesco for that), and providing many food recommendations for Venice and Bologna made this trip one we will never forget. She even went so far as to send us a video clip she made for us on exactly how to get to a meet up point for the additional tour we added! I loved that she did not just help us get from one activity to another, but spent her time with us sharing both facts and history as well as personal anecdotes and ‘random’ cultural information like Italian gestures and their meanings.

If more stars were an option in reviewing our experience we would have given them. We look forward to a return visit to Italy so we can work with Catarina and her team again! I would not hesitate to also use KimKim for travel in other parts of the world given our experience in Italy.

We just spent two weeks in Panama and Costa Rica, a trip entirely organized by kimkim — catering to our desires and including our suggestions — and it was simply wonderful! I confess we were a bit apprehensive, as we found kimkim online while researching destinations, and we didn't know anyone who had used this platform before, but we're glad we took the risk! It was a super personalized trip, from the planning phase where Olman - our 'trip planner,' a local expert — was extremely accessible and available to answer all our questions and accommodate our requests. We even had a video call where we could meet him and ask some questions. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and polite, from the transfer drivers (Fernando, Danilo, Ricardo, and many others!) to the guides of the visits and activities, and the hotel staff. Thanks to everyone, especially Olman and Graciela, for their availability, friendliness, and professionalism. Really phenomenal trip. Patagonia is beautiful and the tour was so well organized. The Strait of Magellan, Torres del Paine, Estancia La Peninsula, and Argentinian Patagonia were filled with memorable moments and sights. I would highly recommend this trip and booking with Erin.

We recently embarked on a remarkable 10-day adventure in Chile, expertly crafted by our trip planner, Francisco. The itinerary, flexible and seamlessly modified via Francisco's responsive WhatsApp communication, showcased impeccable pick-up and drop-off logistics.

Beginning our trip in the Atacama desert was surreal. Aptly named the driest desert in the world, it offered clear night skies, small stone houses, and a unique atmosphere. Our exploration included the Moon Valley, lagoons, Atacama salt flats, beautiful flamingoes, floating in Piedre Lagoon, and spending time at the El Tatio geysers.

In Santiago city, we explored captivating attractions, aided by the excellent guide Jose who provided a fantastic city tour and great suggestions for activities. A magical sunset view from the Sky Costanera added to our experience. Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar, with their undeniable charm, added a delightful touch to our journey.

Heading south to Puerto Natales, we encountered a sudden drop in temperature and windy conditions, with late sunsets creating a unique atmosphere. We visited the Myladon cave, took a panoramic tour to Torres del Paine, and had a one-of-a-kind experience at Grey Glacier, marveling at a glacier that is thousands of years old.

Throughout our adventure, the hotel accommodations consistently met our expectations, contributing to an overall excellent travel experience.

Special thanks to Francisco for curating a memorable trip that beautifully balanced relaxation and exploration, showcasing the diverse beauty of Chile's landscapes and cities.

Ashley did a fantastic job planning our trip and customizing it to align with our needs and interests. On the trip itself, we loved having private transfers everywhere we went - it made the entire process so easy and stress-free. We especially loved our guide in Vietnam. For more experienced travelers like ourselves, I would recommend scheduling more self-guided days than you think you need. By the end of the trip, we were eager to explore on our own more without guides. Overall, we were very happy with our KimKim experience.

Loved our family trip (with adult kids) to Costa Rica! KimKim did a great job with our hotel recommendations and organizing our tours for us. As first timers to the country, it was really helpful to have their assistance. The game changer was getting a driver from the airport to Arenal and from their down to our next location, Manuel Antonio. Our driver was Alex and we learned more from him about the country and wildlife than any tour guide could have provided.

Stayed at the Hotel Arenal Manoa & Hot Springs! Loved it! The rooms spacious and the breakfast was wonderful. We had a beautiful view of the volcano from our room. Our little house was in the back of the resort so it was A LOT of walking. The grounds were lovely and enjoyed seeing and hearing wildlife there as well.

First tour was with Sky Tram, Sky Walk and Sky Trek with Sky Arenal Park. the Zip Lining was awesome and we followed it up with a forest hike and tour. I would have done a different forest hike maybe rather than just using the same company. Not that our guide was not knowledgeable, just that I had heard a lot about the 7 bridges hike and thought that was what we were doing. We split up for second day. Two did the Horseback Ride to La Fortuna Waterfall. They were given a lot of free reign with the horses and said the waterfall was stunning. Two did the Rio Celeste and Tenorio Volcano Guided Rainforest Hike. The highlight on this trek is to see water that is literally two different colors where two rivers merge, but it was raining so water was brown. We do think the guide at Rio Celeste Nature could have let them know before the hike, just so that they could decide it that was still he tour they would choose. My husband and I did the Safari Float on the Penas Blancas River. It was a rainy day, but still enjoyed the trip. Saw some Cayman, Howler Monkeys, a tree porcupine and many birds. Be prepared to paddle, not just float! After the tour, we were surprised with a snack, some moonshine and then followed up with an education about chocolate farming. Enjoyed it!

Second part of our trip was to Manuel Antonio. We stayed at the Mariposa Hotel which had an absolutely stunning view of the ocean. The pool and outdoor restaurant was lovely. Rooms were big, a bit outdated, and many stairs there. The area itself not really walkable as hotel not close to much and road are very narrow to walk along. I still would recommend this hotel though for the view alone. Breakfast was good and had dinner there one night which was delicious.

Went down the beach where we could rent chairs and shade. Was a little surprised by the aggressive approach of venders, people trying to sell you a seat and restaurant promoters. Once we were in our seats though, we were still asked to buy, but things were much quieter.

Did the Catamaran Adventure from Ocean King. Stunning views, fun atmosphere. No reefs, but can still snorkel and look for fish, The boat is BIG. Maybe 200 people. Took a bit to get there because they stop halfway and everyone has to get off bus and then pay and get back on the bus.

KimKim was responsive when we needed to make any changes to our itinery. I did have a few changes to my travel agent there which did make things a little confusing for me at times. Shout out to Wilman who kept up with us on What's Ap and made any changes.

Overall, I would use KimKim again!

Did the Catamaran Adventure from Ocean King. Stunning views, fun atmosphere. No reefs, but can still snorkel and look for fish, The boat is BIG. Maybe 200 people. Took a bit to get there because they stop halfway and everyone has to get off bus and then pay and get back on the bus.

This was a fun activity for everyone. Not too strenuous, saw lots of spiders, poison dart frogs, cayman, turtles and butterflies. Felt safe while doing it. The only thing that I would have preferred would be for our tour group to be a little smaller.

Río Peñas Blancas Safari Float Experience

My husband and I did the Safari Float on the Penas Blancas River. It was a rainy day, but still enjoyed the trip. Saw some Cayman, Howler Monkeys, a tree porcupine and many birds. Be prepared to paddle, not just float! After the tour, we were surprised with a snack, some moonshine and then followed up with an education about chocolate farming. Enjoyed it!
